"American Idol" winner Laine Hardy has a warrant issued for his arrest ... but the allegations remain a mystery.

The 2019 'AI' is under "active investigation" by the Louisiana State University Police Dept. ... Ernie​ Ballard, a rep for the University tells TMZ. The rep declined to elaborate on the allegations.

Ditto the 21-year-old country singer ... who said on social media Thursday, "I understand that my career has thrust me into the public spotlight, and I embrace that wholeheartedly as my entire world belongs to my music and my fans."

Hardy, who says he's "fully cooperative" with the PD, added ... "due to the sensitive nature of this allegation, I humbly ask for privacy at this time. I have the utmost respect for the law and will assist in their investigation as needed moving forward."

It's unclear when Hardy will turn himself into authorities.

Celine Dion is pushing back another round of performances ... she says her medical issues are still preventing her from being able to take the stage.

The "My Heart Will Go On" singer says she's still experiencing some muscle spasms and her body is not in tip-top shape ... so she's rescheduling all of this year's tour dates in Europe.

It sounds like Celine won't be performing until February at the earliest -- that's when she says her European tour is being moved to -- and as we reported, Celine put her Las Vegas residency on ice back in October and hasn't rescheduled those shows.

Celine's already delayed her European tour before ... the first time was due to the pandemic.

Dolly Parton's had a change of heart ... she's now willing to accept her Rock & Roll Hall of Fame nomination after first trying to withdraw from the honor.

Dolly talked about her switch on NPR's "Morning Edition" Friday ... if she's voted into the Class of 2022, she'll now gracefully accept the recognition.

It was earlier this year when Dolly was nominated and tried to take herself out of the mix, saying, “I do hope that the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame will understand and be willing to consider me again — if I’m ever worthy.”

She also talked about being inspired to put out a great rock album in the future.

She now says she didn't understand why she was in the running because Rock and Roll was never her style -- Dolly's now learned there's more to it, especially while being up against artists like Eminem and Lionel Richie.

Lizzo put on a show Tuesday night, celebrating her 34th birthday with her boyfriend, and she was in the mood to clown her fans and paparazzi.

The "Rumors" singer hit up Craig's in WeHo and left on a party bus with friends. She was all smiles as she walked hand-in-hand with her man.

She's hilarious as she gets on the bus, first talking seriously about what she wants for her birthday, and then cracking an off-color joke ... well, maybe it's not a joke!!!

A vacant lot just steps away from Beyoncé's childhood home now has a new buyer ... and no, it won't be used as a shrine for the singer!!!

Real estate investor, Kevin Wright, tells TMZ … the land located on Rosedale Street in Houston is now spoken for ...  the 8,640 sq. ft. lot is selling for $310k.

The lot abuts the house where Beyoncé spent her early years. The Knowles family actually bought the home back in 1981 for $64k. They ended up moving out before Solange was born in 1986.

Kevin originally listed the property with a sign that said "Build On Beyonce's Old Block" ... and we're told that's exactly what the next buyer wants to do ... build a new home.

The buyer's real estate agent, Yvonne Bonner-Holley, says it's no surprise ... the buyer is a Bey fan like most people in the Houston area, but that's not what drove the sale ... it happens to be a beautiful, historic neighborhood.

Andrew Woolfolk -- the longtime saxophonist for Earth, Wind & Fire, and one of the OG members through their historic run -- has sadly died.

The veteran musician, who joined EW&F in 1972, passed away Sunday after battling a long illness he'd been afflicted with for at least six years ... this according to the band's lead (falsetto) singer, Philip Bailey.

PB writes, "I met him in High School, and we quickly became friends and band mates. Andrew Paul Woolfolk was his name. We lost him today."

He goes on to say Woolfolk had transitioned to the 'forever' from the land of the living, reflecting on their great memories and his great talent. Phil adds, "Funny. Competitive. Quick witted. And always styling. Booski…  I’ll see you on the other side, my friend."

Woolfolk was with Earth, Wind & Fire through their most formative and influential years in music -- having contributed to some of their biggest hits, including "September," "Boogie Wonderland," "Reasons," "Let's Groove," "That's the Way of the World," "Sing a Song," "Fantasy," "Shining Star," "After the Love Has Gone," "Devotion" and many more.

He took a break from the band in the late '80s and early '90s -- going on to collab with other artists like Deniece Williams, Phil Collins, Stanley Turrentine and others -- but reunited with the boys thereafter to perform and tour into the 21st century.

He was part of the group that was received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and of course ... was also inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2000.

The guy's sax is, no doubt, a huge part of Earth, Wind & Fire's iconic sound ... and considering he was one of just a couple saxophonists in the group -- alongside the iconic work of The Phenix Horns -- he certainly made his presence known in their tunes.

The pop star posted a bunch of photos on Instagram Monday ...  posing in fishnet tights with her legs spread open while grabbing her crotch.

The Kid LAROI is looking out for his fans, stopping his show after some concertgoers clashed onstage with security guards.

The Australian rapper surprised his fans with a secret concert at the Lodge Room in L.A.'s Highland Park neighborhood, but during the performance ... 2 people got a little too amped and got taken down.

The 2 fans jumped onto the stage, and security had to tackle them to the ground. They didn't get tossed out of the building, though ... and The Kid actually stopped the show to check on them.

Once he made sure they were all good, he even found their shades on the stage and returned them, telling the owner they were "clean as f**k."

Fan safety has been on a lot of artists' minds lately ... as you'll recall, Billie Eilish paused her concert at Madison Square Garden in NYC back in February, telling the crowd to take a deep breath and step back.

Arcade Fire stopped their big Coachella performance last weekend as someone in the audience had a medical emergency ... the fan was taken out on a stretcher.

Brad Fischetti, the last living member of LFO, isn't going to stop playing one of the band's hits even though its lyrics refer to now-canceled Abercrombie & Fitch, which was roasted in Netflix's latest doc ... and it's all about honoring his late bandmates.

Brad tells us he'll continue to perform the 1999 hit "Summer Girls" at his concerts ... as you'll recall, the chorus to LFO's song goes, "I like girls that wear Abercrombie & Fitch ... I'd take her if I had one wish."

A&F's shady work behind the scenes has recently been exposed by Netflix's docufilm, "White Hot: The Rise & Fall of Abercrombie & Fitch" ... which features former employees revealing a toxic workplace that emphasized thin, white beautiful people as their vision of "All-American."

Brad's goal with anything he does with the band is to honor his lifelong friends and band members Devin Lima and Rich Cronin.

TMZ broke both stories ... the other two members of LFO both passed away from battles with leukemia - Rich Cronin in 2010 and Devin Lima in 2018. Brad, the last remaining member, has done his best to keep their memory alive.

Billie Eilish fell on her face Saturday night during week 2 of Coachella, making a joke of it before a crowd that was wildly impressed with every move she made.

Billie, as usual, did not disappoint, as she surprised fans with Hayley Williams to perform Paramore's "Misery Business."

At one point during the set, Billie fell flat on her face and joked with the crowd that she just "ate s***!" The stage had just gone dark when she fell, so fans could hear it but they didn't see it. She groaned, "Ouch! You guys, I just ate ass up here!"

Sounds like it did hurt ... Billie later repeated, "Ow," as she held her hand as if it was causing pain. She added, "You guys, I seriously ate s***. Seriously. It was pitch black. You see that square?: This f***ing thing? I went de-de-de-de-de and fell onto my face!"

Billie was undeterred, saying "I'm good. It was dark. Ouch, I tripped on the f***ing fire thing."

As for how Billie intro'd Hayley ... “Oh, look! An empty seat. Who’s that for? Everybody, can we please welcome my friend Hayley Williams!”

Hayley was stoked, telling the crowd, “This is my first Coachella, whoa. Thanks for sharing this with me. This is sick!”

Billie was equally excited, and after Hayley left she said, “Oh my fucking God. Absolutely what on earth could be cooler than that? I’m dead serious.”

Iggy Azalea claims American Airlines stranded her and her baby, but that might not be the whole truth ... at least, according to airport staff.

Airline sources tell TMZ ... the "Fancy" rapper showed up at the airport at 5:30 PM for a 6:00 PM flight. We're told, she was able to check her bags and go through security, but someone in her party got held up going through TSA.

Our sources say boarding ended 15 minutes before departure ... leaving Iggy and co. only 15 minutes to check baggage, get through security and get to the gate. And, when she finally reached the gate, the door had already closed.

As for her baggage, we're told it made it on the plane and will be sent to her home.

Of course, this is a bit different than Iggy's side of the story. In a series of tweets, she voiced her frustration, claiming the airline stranded her and her baby ... selling their seats while the gate was still open. And, don't get her started about her luggage.

She warned other families not to fly American Airlines, and other folks began to chime in and show their sympathy and share similar stories.

Harry Styles did not disappoint during the kickoff of Coachella, Weekend 2 ... because his surprise guest made the crowd go crazy ... Lizzo!

Harry headlined Friday night in the desert, and one of the songs he and Lizzo chose is a tried-and-true anthem -- Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive."

They also paid homage to One Direction ... singing "What Makes You Beautiful."

Lizzo, fresh off her 'SNL' stint, gave Harry a social media shoutout after the set and thanked him for bringing her up ... "Proud of you @harrystyles. Thank u for having me."

Billie Eilish, also a headliner, was just a fan Friday night, clearly feelin' it as she watched Harry perform. Billie will take the stage Saturday night for her own headlining set.

Big Sean also performed Friday ... he brought out the always awesome/adventurous Mike Posner. Lots of throwbacks, including Posner's "Cooler Than Me."

Mike posted after the show ... "From my mom's basement all the way to Coachella - what a journey it's been. Proud to have shared the stage with you again @BigSean. 🙏"

Sean also brought out GF Jhene Aiko.

And, let's not forget Daniel Caesar, who brought out Justin Bieber during Week 1. This time around the guest was Omar Apollo.

Madonna just can't keep still, because she's selling the massive estate she bought just a year ago.

Madge just listed her Hidden Hills home for just under $26 million ... in case you've followed her real estate moves, she bought the house last year from The Weeknd for $19.3 mil, so she's banking on a sizeable profit.

The house is 12,000 square feet, with 9 bedrooms. Among the bells and whistles ... a theater, music lounge, indoor/outdoor bar and the obligatory SoCal pool.

And, then there are even cooler features, like a barn, a gym and a dance studio.

The real estate market is cooling a bit in the L.A. area, like in other parts of the country, largely because interest rates have soared recently. That may not have an impact on this sale, because whoever can afford the house probably doesn't care whether the interest rate is 3% or 5%.

Madonna won't be struggling to find a place to call home ... she has homes in New York, London, Beverly Hills and Lisbon.

The Weeknd isn't about to lose his groove for weekend two of Coachella ... hopping onstage Wednesday night to DJ and sing at a big Hollywood bash.

Check out the video ... T.W.'s clearly feeling it, dancing around as he DJs. At one point, he jumps onstage and sings with Kaytranada and Zack Bia.

Abel had a pretty big weekend a few days back ... headlining Coachella last Sunday with Swedish Mafia House.

The Weekend and SMH had an epic night, performing for a massive crowd on night 3 ...  taking the stage together and each doing their own songs.

Screw the concept of resting up ... Weeknd's revved up for this coming Sunday, when he'll headline again in the desert near Palm Springs.

Cheech & Chong are celebrating 4/20 in the only way they know how -- smoking a fat blunt -- while puff, puff, passing with cops in a new music video.

The iconic comedy stoner duo is teaming up with Doggface, the viral Fleetwood Mac skateboarder from 2020, for his first rapping debut in "Low Rider" ... blazing up a fatty in the video, and prompting a visit from police.

The video's release date is April 20, the unofficial marijuana holiday, so naturally, the police actors start sharing the blunt with Cheech, Chong and Doggface, some real reefer madness.

Doggface's first song -- titled "Low Rider" -- is Klypso's and it features War and another well-known stoner, Snoop Dogg, who doesn't shy away from smoking on camera either.

George Lopez even makes a cameo ... parking it up too!!!

As we first told you ... the music vid was filmed over 4 days at Snoop's compound and a Burbank studio and cost around $300k to produce, with Snoop getting nearly $100k, and a big chunk going to production.

The song is a stoner's spin-off of the original (by War) and the celeb cast makes sense ... remember, Cheech and Chong played the OG "Low Rider" in their iconic movie, "Up in Smoke" ... and the tune doubles as the theme song for George's self-titled sitcom, "George Lopez."

Tom Parker's wife broke down in tears as she said her final public goodbye to her beloved husband ... telling people at his funeral The Wanted singer fought like a warrior during his 18-month cancer battle.

Tom's bandmates, Jay McGuiness, Max George, Siva Kaneswaran and Nathan Sykes were the pallbearers and carried his coffin into the London church.

Tom's widow, Kelsey, led a cortege with 3 black horses before the service ... as hundreds of mourners lined up in the streets for the procession. Fans paid their respects and watched the funeral on big screens outside the church.

Kelsey gave the eulogy, and told the crowd she would raise their 2 kids with the values that were important to Tom. She broke down in tears after saying although she and Tom were together for 13 years, she felt as if they lived 1,000 years together.

As we reported, Tom died last month after a battle with brain cancer. He was diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma back in October 2020.

Tom's friends and bandmates shared heartfelt memories ... including his bandmate Max George, who said he was like a brother.
