Jenelle Evans is out of the reality TV biz -- and also the raising kids biz, temporarily -- but that doesn't mean her cosmetics biz wasn't thriving amid all of her family drama.

Sources tell TMZ ... Jenelle's beauty line, JE Cosmetics, has been movin' and shakin' behind-the-scenes despite all the chaos going on in her life. Specifically, we're told she's been in talks with several different cosmetic suppliers for over a year to relaunch and rebrand the line she first started in 2017. The new line is set to take off on Sept. 7.

Jenelle's been teasing her cosmetics comeback on social media, and it looks like she's expanding her products beyond lipsticks and eyelashes. 

There's more ... aside from the deals Jenelle has already inked with various vendors and suppliers, we're told she continues to pique interest from big wigs in the beauty game.

Our sources say one major fashion company has already partnered with her to do a joint collaboration/release -- which we're told will coincide with the JE rollout. 

As for why Jenelle is still drawing so much attention -- especially after losing custody of her kids, and David Eason killing the family dog -- we're told her suitors think she's still marketable in a business capacity. 

TV legend Jimmie Walker is sick and tired of NBA stars complaining about life -- telling icons like LeBron James, KD and Kyrie Irving to keep quiet and just be happy to be making so much money. 

"The thing that upsets me the most about NBA players is they're so upset, they're so angry," the former "Good Times" star told TMZ Sports. 

"Kyrie Irving, Kevin Durant ... what are you upset about? I'm happy if I'm making that kind of money! They're always complaining."

72-year-old Walker says NBA stars have lost touch with reality -- "They don't understand what it's like to be in real life. Real life is getting your own bags off the [luggage carousel]. No charters, no limos waiting for you ... that's what real life is about."

Walker also went off on NBA stars for getting too political -- saying, "I think that when you're making $150 million a year, people don't want to hear your political views." 

He added, "They should have NO political views. They should be very happy to say, 'I'm doing good.' Donate to charity, do your basketball charity benefits or whatever, but don't put people down."

"Just say, 'I'm very fortunate to be here. I'm lucky and I'm very happy.'"

Eddie Money won't be back onstage anytime soon -- TMZ has learned the legendary rocker took a turn for the worse after surgery ... which has put him out of commission for the rest of 2019.

The heart procedure Eddie underwent toward the end of May went off without a hitch -- but his rep tells us he became ill during recovery. We're told Eddie has developed pneumonia, and as a result ... he's canceling the rest of his national tour. 

We broke the story ... Eddie was powering through his Memorial Day concerts, despite dealing with shortness of breath, and eventually got the doctor's orders ... he was told to hit pause on the shows, and undergo a heart valve procedure. 

At first, we were told he was set to hit the road again around mid-June ... but now, Eddie's taking the rest of the year off to fully recover. Can't blame him ... back-to-back ailments aren't easy on the body.

Not to worry ... we're told Eddie is on the mend and looking forward to getting back to work in 2020 to promote his new album, "Brand New Day," and the second half of his reality show, "Real Money," which airs on AXS TV. 

Talk about rewriting history ... our President just explained how the Revolutionary Army took over JFK ... AIRPORT!!!

POTUS was in the middle of his speech Thursday when  he started to talk about the U.S. Army's success during its storied history. It started okay, as Trump took everyone back to 1775 ... "The continental Army suffered a bitter winter of Valley Forge, found glory across the waters of the Delaware and seized victory from Cornwallis at Yorktown." Then, the huge OOPS.

And, then he re-crafted historical facts and, for sure, technology with this ... "Our Army manned the air, it rammed the ramparts, it took over airports, it did everything it had to do and at Ft. McHenry under the rocket's red glare had nothing but victory."

Here's what's bizarre ... it seems 45 didn't stray from the teleprompter -- is it possible??? Critics pounced with astonishment, maybe mixed with a little secret delight.   

San Diego born Frances Lee McCain gained fame as the monster fighting mom Lynn Peltzer -- alongside Zach Galligan as her son Billy and Hoyt Axton as her hubby Randall -- in the classic 1984 creature feature "Gremlins."

Frances Lee McCain had mom roles on lock in the '80s with main maternal characters in films like Lorraine Baines' -- played by Lea Thompson -- mom Stella in "Back to the Future" ... Gordie's -- played by Will Wheaton -- mom Mrs. Lachance in "Stand By Me" ... and Ren's -- played by Kevin Bacon -- mom Ethel McCormack in "Footloose."

50 Cent tried shaming his former label mate, Young Buck, for once posing with Lil Nas X, but Buck's not falling for 50's homophobic antics.

Sources close to the former G-Unit MC tell TMZ ... Buck's photo with LNX -- which was posted back in June, well before Nas X came out -- wasn't meant to be anything more than fan appreciation. We're told Buck wanted to give the young rapper props for his newfound success. It wasn't a tease for a collab or anything. 

However, Fiddy decided to use Lil Nas' coming out as a chance to attack Buck. He reposted Buck's pic with the caption ... "New young Buck (Fresh Out the Barn) ft Little Nas X 🔥Coming July 4."

We're told Buck is unfazed by 50 Cent's attempt to diss and troll. Fact is, it's kinda old at this point, and Buck feels he's simply trying to drag him over a bogus contract from years ago.

Ex-Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach is chiming in on Taylor Swift and Scooter Braun's beef and he's got some advice for her ... grow up, then you'll realize you didn't get screwed. 

We got Sebastian and his wife, Hawaiian Tropic model Suzanne Le, out at LAX and got his take on Taylor blasting Scooter for scooping up her early music catalog at Big Machine Records.

Sebastian says Taylor's NOT being bullied, she's just too young to understand this is how the music biz works. The 51-year-old rocker adds the very contract she claims screwed her over is the the same one that helped her become a household name. 

SB says very few artists own their early music, and admits he's gone through the same thing. One thing's helped him come out the other end, though, and he thinks it'll work for T-Swift too.

Just hours before President Trump's "Salute to America" event was scheduled to kick off ... the rain started coming down HARD.

As we reported ... Trump said the show is expected to feature "large scale flyovers of the most modern and advanced aircraft anywhere in the world." POTUS also said it's possible Air Force One could make a "low and loud sprint over the crowd."

But, not long before the festivities got underway, rain crashed the shindig ... sending the crowd to look for cover. Even a small group of protesters hid under a nearby stage.

Tanks were on display near the Lincoln Memorial and are not gonna parade along Pennsylvania Avenue. The Navy's elite airshow squadron, Blue Angels, will do a flyover and will also be joined by other aircraft.

Trump -- who tweeted "people are coming from far and wide" -- will address the country from the Lincoln Memorial steps before a incredible 35-minute firework display slated for around 6 PM PT ... assuming the weather cooperates. The weather service says storms are expected this evening.

As we first reported .... the military-themed bash is costing taxpayers tons of dough. The portable toilet rentals alone cost a small fortune ... with the federal government shelling out 2 separate payments of $31,764.24 and $9,534. Golf cart expenses also racked up a $19,282 bill.

Teyana Taylor's setting off her own kinda fireworks down in South Beach ... just ask Iman Shumpert.

The singer showed off her incredible bikini bod Thursday in Miami. She was there with her NBA hubby and her daughter. BTW .... that outfit she's wearing also pleased another man besides Shumpert ... singer J Balvin. And, that's because the top she's wearing comes from Balvin's Guess x J Balvin Vibras collection.

The Fourth of July got off to a terrifying start for folks in Southern California after a preliminary magnitude 6.6 earthquake shook for what seemed like an eternity.

The U.S. Geological Survey says the quake was centered in the Mojave Desert but people all over SoCal -- from Beverly Hills and Marina del Rey to Universal Studios, downtown L.A. and beyond -- felt the rolling tremor. Some folks in Vegas said on social media they felt it too.

At the epicenter in Ridgecrest, CA ... items toppled off shelves and mirrors came crashing down. The National Weather Service said no tsunami warnings are expected in California, Oregon or Washington. There are no reports of any structural damage to buildings or roads ... at least not yet.

The TMZ offices were certainly not spared, because the studio lights above our desks were swaying like there was no tomorrow.

So far, no reports of injury ... at least not yet. We're guessing some of the folks who work at 7-Eleven are picking up cans from the aisles. 

Shawn Stockman is already predicting Lil Nas X will AT LEAST tie Boyz II Men's record for having the longest-leading No. 1 on Billboard's chart ... and he's stoked!!!

We got the B2M singer out Thursday at LAX and wanted to get his take on "Old Town Road" getting THIS close to setting a Billboard record. If ya didn't know ... Boyz II Men and Mariah Carey's "One Sweet Day" along with Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee and Justin Bieber's "Despasito" hold the record for longest-leading No. 1 at 16 consecutive weeks.

Lil Nas X's hot track featuring Bill Ray Cyrus is currently at 13 weeks and counting. Check out the vid ... Shawn's got ZERO qualms about the rapper taking over their spot. In fact ... he's rooting for the guy and already welcoming him to the "16 Week" club.

It's been one helluva ride for Lil Nas X, who in brave fashion on the final day of Pride Month told the world he's gay. He's been hotter than ever since "Old Town Road" ... most recently hooking up with Gordon Ramsay to fire up some paninis in London.

The famous chef had tweeted earlier this week he was blown away at hitting 10 million subscribers on his YouTube channel. The rapper responded, "teach me how to make paninis while i'm still in london." Gordon replied, "Name the day," and the rest was history.

DaBaby's facing a second lawsuit in less than two weeks ... this time from a promoter who is pissed the rapper bailed on a gig after his crew allegedly beat the crap outta another rapper.

Nothing To Something ENTertainment is suing DaBaby claiming it's out tons of cash after the rapper bailed on a scheduled gig back in May at Centro Night club in Lawrence, MA. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, the promoters say they paid DaBaby up front and also shelled out thousands to promote the performance but the rapper dipped out before it even began.

As we first reported ... DaBaby's posse beat another fellow rapper to a pulp, sending him into a coma. The alleged victim, Don Trag, had also been scheduled to perform at the same venue. His family told us Trag just wanted a pic with DaBaby, who turned him down.

Sources close to DaBaby had said Trag was overzealous ... and when Trag kept getting turned down, he started talking smack. That's when DaBaby's crew unleashed a beating. Trag sued DaBaby for injuries to his head, neck and spine. The promoters are now going after DaBaby too.

Joey Chestnut got off to a STRONG start at Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest and never looked back ... securing his fourth straight victory but dude still looked a bit bummed.

The hot dog eating god wolfed down 71 hot dogs in 10 minutes to earn his 12th overall Mustard Belt at Coney Island. But Chestnut looked disappointed ... he said he'd been eyeing 75 hot dogs for the world record. He can hang his head high on this -- absolutely NO ONE was gonna ketchup to him. Darron Breeden ate 50 dogs to finish as the runner-up.

As we reported ... Chestnut broke the world record last year with a whopping 74 wieners. His previous record had been 72. 

BTW ... Japan's Takeru Kobayashi no longer takes part in the Super Bowl of eating competitions. He and Chestnut were featured in a "30 for 30" special earlier this week ... which prompted legendary sports reporter Peter King to rip the contest. Chestnut took serious issue with that.

Over on the women's side ... Miki Sudo devoured 31 hot dogs to earn her sixth straight win. She easily defeated the runner-up, Michelle Lesco, who gorged 26 hot dogs. Sudo couldn't beat her total from last year ... when she took down 37 hot dogs. The all-time women's record is 45 hot dogs in 10 minutes ... set by Sonya "The Black Widow" Thomas.

Kobe and Vanessa Bryant have just posted the first pic of their new baby girl ... and she's incredibly adorbs!!!

You know by now the baller fam named their daughter, Capri Kobe Bryant, and that the future Hall of Famer nicknamed her KoKo. But here she is in all her glory and she's literally a bundle of joy ... wrapped in a swaddle and looking angelic with a rosy headband.

As we reported ... Kobe and Vanessa welcomed their fourth daughter last month. She was born on June 20 but the family announced the birth the following day. The proud papa wrote, "We are beyond excited that our baby girl 'Koko' has arrived #BryantBunch #4princesses #blessed."

Vanessa was just as excited, obvi. She wrote, "So thankful for our newest baby blessing."

Miami Dolphins defensive tackle Kendrick Norton was in a horrific accident Thursday morning, and lost an arm in the crash.

The crash occurred just after 1 AM on State Road 836 in Miami. Kendrick was driving his Ford F-250 when it struck a concrete barrier wall and flipped over, coming to rest on its roof.

According to police dispatch audio, EMT personnel requested a Heavy 1 -- a tow truck that can lift a large vehicle.  It appears his arm was pinned underneath the truck.  Part of the police dispatch audio suggests the arm may have been severed at the scene ... you hear the operator say, "Cannot reach the amputator [or amputated] arm."

They canceled the Heavy 1 because fire and rescue personnel were able to free the arm.

Kendrick and a female companion were rushed to a nearby hospital. We do not know the status of their condition, but we're told it's "non life-threatening."
