Donald Trump is making history as far as Presidents go, but it's not the kind of history he probably envisioned when he took office ... because he's just been impeached.

As expected, a majority of the House of Representatives voted Wednesday to impeach the Prez for high crimes and misdemeanors. The vote marks only the 3rd time in U.S. history the House approved articles of impeachment against the President.

Trump now joins Bill Clinton in 1998 and Andrew Johnson way back in 1868 as the only presidents to be impeached.

The impeachment vote, mostly along party lines, is the culmination of a long, three-month investigation from multiple committees in the House, which was faced with stiff opposition by the GOP.

The Jeffrey Epstein story just gets more and more suspicious, because now ... surveillance video from his failed suicide attempt has mysteriously vanished.

Prosecutors revealed in court Wednesday they could not locate the footage from outside of Epstein's cell on July 23 -- the day of his first reported suicide attempt at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in NYC. That was 2 weeks before he successfully killed himself ... according to the Medical Examiner's report.

The feds had no explanation for why the footage has gone missing -- they said they simply can't find it.

That could spell trouble for Epstein's cellmate at the time, ex-cop Nick Tartaglione ... who was reportedly accused of attacking Epstein that night. He formally requested the video be preserved 2 days after the suicide attempt ... in order to clear his name.

Now, it doesn't appear there's much evidence to prove one account over the other -- Epstein reportedly said Tartaglione attacked him, but he says he tried to save Epstein.

Of course, this all comes amid the highly-scrutinized eventual suicide -- which is now the subject of a criminal probe. Two prison guards on duty the night Epstein died have been accused of falsifying records -- making it seem like they'd made the required checks on Epstein's cell that night when they really hadn't.

Those guards have pled not guilty.

O.T. Genasis' hilariously off-key cover of Keyshia Cole's "Love" ballad is a viral sensation ... so he's determined to find out who got it yanked from YouTube ... and put 'em on blast.

We got O.T. at LAX Wednesday and asked why his pitchy new party anthem, "Never Knew," has vanished ... and he's nothing if not suspicious. Signs point to Keyshia as a likely suspect, but the singer's recently admitted she likes the cover and thinks O.T.'s take is funny.

So, whodunnit?? The rapper might not know for sure just yet ... but his savage side-eye in this clip speaks volumes.

His investigation seems to be all in good fun, though, and the rapper tells us he'd love to collab with Cole ... if it's true she's a fan of his comedic reboot. Still, he warns ... if Keyshia turns out to be the mystery hater, he'll let the world know.

Despite the YouTube deletion ... Genasis is free to perform "Never Knew" live ... as he did Tuesday night at Teyana Taylor's ugly sweater party.

Gotta say, we can see why it's a hit -- but don't sleep on the original.

R. Kelly is officially responding to prosecutors' allegation he bribed someone to make a fake ID for Aaliyah ... in order to marry her.

The singer entered a not guilty plea Wednesday to the revamped federal indictment against him out of the Eastern District of New York. TMZ broke the story ... the indictment now includes an allegation of bribery pertaining to the alleged purchase of a fake ID for Aaliyah in 1994.

The ID falsely stated she was 18, and made it possible for Kelly to marry Aaliyah on August 31, 1994.

The feds added the Aaliayh allegation to an existing count of bribery in his racketeering case. Kelly joined the hearing by video from the Chicago jail where he's being held until trial. As you know, he's facing several other cases -- federal and state -- in Illinois, as well as Minnesota.

As for the Aaliyah thing ... R. Kelly's ex-tour manager, Demetrius Smith, has publicly backed the feds' claim his old boss had the ID made for his future bride, which was used to obtain their marriage license under false pretenses.

Aaliyah's family reportedly filed to have the marriage annulled the following year.

Tekashi 6ix9ine is facing the judge in federal court, and he's about to find out exactly how long he'll be locked up -- AKA, how much all that snitching shaved off his time.

The sentencing hearing got underway Wednesday at 10 AM ET, and prosecutors are breaking down exactly how valuable Tekashi was in helping them convict 2 members of the Nine Trey Bloods ... Anthony "Harv" Ellison and Aljermiah Mack.

Prosecutors told the judge they met with him 2 to 3 times a week, and he sang like a canary -- about his involvement in numerous crimes.

And, this was interesting -- did you know there's a rating system for criminals? For purposes of sentencing, the feds calculated Tekashi's criminal history at a category 2.

Here's the math on that: 6ix9ine got 1 point for his 2018 conviction for using a minor in a sexual performance (in a music video), and 2 more points for his involvement in the Nine Trey Bloods while on probation. Those 3 points put him in category 2. Keep in mind the highest/worst criminal history rating is a 6.

Tekashi was originally facing a minimum of 47 years in prison before agreeing to assist prosecutors by ratting out his former gang members. As we reported, he pled guilty to 9 counts when he entered his plea back on January 23.

Legendary high school football coach Herman Boone -- portrayed by Denzel Washington in the movie "Remember the Titans" -- has died at age 84, his school announced Wednesday.

Boone was the head coach at T.C. Williams High School in Virginia where he led a group of integrated players to a 13-0 record and a state championship in 1971 ... as well as national championship runner-up honors.

"It is with great sadness that we share the sad news of the passing of former Head Football Coach Herman Boone who lead the Titans to the State Championship in 1971," the school said on Wednesday.

The accomplishment was turned into a Disney flick in 2000 and starred Washington as the Titans head coach.

Washington received a Black Reel Award for Best Actor in 2001 for the role ... as well as Outstanding Actor in a Motion Picture at the NAACP Image Awards.

Boone's team gained national attention in 1971 ... when President Nixon dubbed the Titans "the team saved the city of Alexandria."

Boone continued to coach the Titans until he was let go in 1979.

Kate Upton was confronted by an angry group of animal rights activists ... one of which had some nasty words about her partnership with a clothing company.

The supermodel was hosting one of her Strong4Me Fitness classes in NYC Wednesday when the protesters barged in ... led by a very loud man in a "VEGAN" hat.

Kate didn't look too shaken by their uninvited entrance, but things took an extra dark turn when the guy screamed at her ... "Coyotes get shot in the head, and are strangled to death!"

The protesters were up in arms over Upton's promotion of Canada Goose, a winter clothing company that uses coyote fur and goose down to make its coats.

Obviously, that doesn't sit well with animal rights groups, though the company insists that it sources its animal products humanely.

J.R. Smith is finally speaking out about the rumors he's been cheating on his wife -- the NBA star says he's been separated from Shirley "Jewel" Smith for months.

J.R. went to social media Wednesday to announce the state of his marriage after Jewel posted a long Instagram video suggesting she knows all about J.R.'s alleged affair with "The Flash" actress Candice Patton.

In her video, Jewel asked God for prayers -- and mentioned both J.R. and Candice by name.

"My husband, he’s hurting and Candice, she's hurting ... For her to go out here, Father God, and seek a married man, I just pray that you give her grace and mercy through all of this."

During the video, Jewel explains that God spoke to her and compelled her to go public with the situation ... and she posted the clip because it was God's will.

Fast forward to Wednesday morning ... when J.R. finally broke his silence about the situation and seemed to be mocking Jewel's video in the process.

Prince William and Kate Middleton are keeping palace intrigue that there's trouble in paradise at peak levels, cause a day after Kate had a Melania Trump moment ... more signs of friction.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge arrived to the Royal Family's Christmas lunch Wednesday at Buckingham Palace in separate cars, and split up the children as well -- Prince George rode with dad, while Charlotte and Louis showed up with mom.

It's bad because this same time last year, the whole family rode together in one vehicle.

That takes into account all three of their kids, including young Louis ... who was just 8 months old at the time. Still, they squeezed his car seat into the back -- and even managed to fit in a nanny to boot. Now, they seemed inclined to divide the squad for some reason.

This, of course, comes right on the heels of Kate seemingly shrugging off's Will's attempt at PDA when he reached over and touched her shoulder -- which looked a lot like Melania refusing to hold hands with DT here in the States. Again ... bad optics.

It was super awkward -- and now, they're really fueling the rumor fire that they're having marriage problems ... a major point of speculation recently, which hasn't been confirmed one way or another.

Funny enough ... Kate and Will left Wednesday's breakfast in the same car -- this after we called around asking what was up. Kensington Palace still hasn't gotten back to us on that ... but if you're putting two and two together, it looks like the message was received.

Talk about a cartoonish crime straight out of 'The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show' ... cops are on the lookout for a thief who can only be described with a drawing, albeit a pretty good one.

This story's hilarious, even though the man who got burned probably isn't laughing. A street artist in Riverside, CA claims he was jacked 2 weeks ago during the city's Festival of Lights after drawing a would-be customer's caricature ... who then made off with his money bag.

Riverside police say the artist told them the suspect -- who's described as a 5-foot, 1-inch black man in his early 20s with black hair and a mustache -- requested a caricature of himself, sat down for the entire session and then allegedly snatched $500 from the artist.

Sounds like the suspect made a clean getaway (for now, anyway) and the only thing cops have to go off is the portrait he left behind. Cops note ... his features are exaggerated!

That said, they're asking for the public's help in IDing and nabbing this crook. Our suggestion -- call in the Scooby-Doo crew, or any number of acclaimed animated do-gooders.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are planning to spend Christmas together as a family with Stormi ... but just because they're co-parenting doesn't mean they're back on as a couple.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... Kylie and Travis are celebrating Christmas in Los Angeles as a fam, because both parents want to be there for Stormi when she opens presents on Xmas morning.

Stormi, who will turn 2 in February, is getting old enough to understand the holiday's importance ... and we're told Kylie and Travis want to make it super special for her by being together as a unit.

But, before you get too worked up, we're told Kylie and Travis are still not back on as a couple ... this despite spending plenty of time together during their break up.

As we've reported ... Travis has been cohabiting at Kylie's crib, and she took Stormi to his music festival in Houston a few weeks before the trio reconnected for Thanksgiving.

Our sources say the family's Thanksgiving was super chill and fun, and they're confident the good vibes will be flowing once again on Christmas.

Kylie was also spotted out Tuesday wearing an "Astroworld" shirt -- the name of Travis' album and tour -- so clearly they're on good terms.

We'll see if the holiday spirit leads to another make up.

Tekashi 6ix9ine's in for a very emotional day when he finally learns his fate in his federal racketeering case, but odds are no matter what happens ... he'll cry about it.

The folks at sportsbetting.ag have released the betting lines for the rapper's sentencing hearing on Wednesday ... and they set it up for some exciting courtroom drama.

First of all, the oddsmakers don't expect 6ix9ine to get out anytime in 2020 -- they've set the "No" on that prop bet as the heavy favorite at -1000 ... meaning a bettor has to drop a grand to win $100.

However, anyone who bets on Tekashi to get released from prison in 2020 will get a 5/1 payout ... the "Yes" is currently +500.

As for the length of his prison sentence ... the line is set at 5.5 years, meaning bettors can take a shot at betting either over or under that length of time and hope the judge rules in their favor.

But, here's the really good stuff -- will Tekashi 6ix9ine cry after sentencing? The oddsmakers think it's likely ... "Yes" is favored at -300 while "No" is a +200 underdog. It doesn't matter if they're happy or sad tears either ... it cashes the same.

'Survivor' exile Dan Spilo is an amazing man with a good heart ... according to Noura Salman, one of the final 5 remaining tribe members on this controversial season.

Noura was outside the 'Island of the Idols' Season 39 finale party in WeHo Tuesday night when she got asked about Dan's ejection for inappropriate touching. She clearly doesn't feel any ill will toward Spilo -- she loves the guy ... and offers a bit of a defense for him too.

Noura says the issue comes down to people being different about touching -- some openly welcome it and feel comfortable, like her and Dan, while others are the opposite ... like fellow cast member Kellee Kim, and even Noura's own siblings.

She says she doesn't believe Dan meant to be disrespectful to Kellee with his unwanted touching, but suggests he probably didn't do a good job of communicating ... and gives an example from her yoga class of how to do it right.

Another contestant in the final 5, Janet Carbin, also got asked about Dan ... she simply said everything's "cool."

See, Tom Brady DOESN'T have everything after all ...

The NFL announced the greatest quarterback of all time was NOT selected to the Pro Bowl on Tuesday ... the first time the 42-year-old hasn't made the all-star roster since 2008!

For context ... the last time Tom missed the Pro Bowl cut, Flo Rida's "Low" was #1 on the Billboard charts and "The Dark Knight" was the biggest thing at the box office!!!

The AFC QBs going instead? Lamar Jackson, Deshaun Watson and Patrick Mahomes.

Of course, it ain't like Brady's play deserved recognition this season ... his numbers are down in nearly every category -- and he has just an 86.5 quarterback rating.

In fact, some believe the Pats might be one and done in the playoffs this year because of how bad their offense is ... with the team in danger of losing the AFC East crown for the first time since 2008 as well!

But, the Pro Bowl rosters weren't completely void of 11-3 Patriots ... cornerback Stephon Gilmore, linebacker Dont'a Hightower and special teamer Matthew Slater all made it.

It ain't like the Pats care much about the honors though ... the Pro Bowl is played a week before the Super Bowl, and, let's all be honest, TB12 and the guys will probably be game planning that week anyway.

As for the rest of the rosters ... the Baltimore Ravens led the AFC with 12 selections -- while Drew Brees and the Saints earned 7 spots on the NFC's team.

Ian Ziering's willing to do a little horse-trading in his divorce ... he says he'll help out his estranged wife financially for a bit, but then she's gotta get a job.

The '90210' star just filed a response in his divorce case and, according to docs, Ian says he's down to pay Erin Ziering "reasonable spousal support for a limited period of time," but he's also requesting "an order that [Erin] become self-supporting."

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Ian's also asking for joint legal and physical custody of their 2 minor daughters. Erin has asked for sole physical custody when she filed divorce papers. Translation -- it's acrimonious.

There a discrepancy on the date of separation -- Erin listed October 31 while Ian listed October 14. As we reported ... Ian announced back in October he's splitting from Erin after 9 and a half years of marriage.

Terry Francona had BOTH his World Series rings jacked last month ... but cops say they recovered the prized jewelry and just arrested the alleged scumbag accused of the heist!

Back on Nov. 7, the Pima County Sheriff's Dept. says it responded to Francona's Tucson, Arizona-area home after the legendary MLB manager reported a theft.

When officers arrived, they say the two World Series rings Tito won when he was the Boston Red Sox manager in 2004 and 2007 were stolen.

Cops say they discovered a $245,830 check intended for Francona had also been taken and fraudulently deposited by someone else earlier this year as well.

But, good news ... officials say they recovered Tito's jewelry at a sports memorabilia store just a few miles away in Phoenix -- saying the suspect had sold them to the store after the burglary.

And, in even better news ... cops say they arrested the thief late Tuesday night.

The suspect is 33-year-old Jamey Estep ... and he's been hit with felony charges of 2nd-degree burglary, theft and trafficking for his alleged role in the heist.

All total, the guy is facing YEARS behind bars if he's convicted of the crimes.

As for 60-year-old Francona, he issued a statement Tuesday saying, "I am incredibly grateful to the effort that the Pima County Sherriff’s Department has put forth in this."
