Kylie Jenner dressed up as Elvira for Halloween -- and she's got the horror queen's stamp of approval, with one proviso.

Elvira tells TMZ ... "I didn’t get a heads up that Kylie was doing the costume, but she did the costume justice and it was very flattering." While it sounds like Elvira was digging the shout-out, she goes on to say an actual digital name-drop would've been appreciated.

She adds, "It would have been even more flattering if she tagged me."

Kylie threw up at least 4 different Instagram posts showing off her costume -- which was recreated to match Elvira's iconic look to a T. You can tell she respects the one and only, but as Elvira mentions ... Kylie never really connected the virtual dots for a notification.

She did tag the studio that shot these, and even gave herself a nickname ... "kyvira." Kylie got a lot of love in the comments, but it doesn't appear that Elvira herself said anything. It's also unclear if she officially "liked" any of Kylie's posts.

Tory Lanez will soon be on court-ordered house arrest, but if he’s at all sweating his new ankle bracelet, he certainly isn’t showing it.

The rapper was spotted outside the Corrective Solution facility in LA Monday, the place where folks go for GPS, alcohol, and drug monitoring. You can see the metal tracker on his ankle … but interestingly enough, he was cracking his signature smile.

TMZ broke the story, Tory was ordered to house arrest until November 28, when his trial with Megan Thee Stallion kicks off. The order came after TL was accused of attacking August Alsina in Chicago in September.

You'll recall, Alsina claimed Tory sucker punched him and posted bloody pics of the aftermath after he apparently dismissed him in passing earlier that day.

We should note, no charges were filed in the Alsina case ... and Tory's lawyer attorney, Shawn Holley tried to argue TL’s side by saying there were only allegations made by Alsina without hard proof.

Meanwhile, prosecutors argued TL needed to be remanded into custody because he violated the conditions of his bail in the Meg case ... claiming he was a threat to public safety and monetary bail wouldn't cut it.

As we reported, TL is being charged with firing the gun that injured Meg back in 2020. He has pleaded not guilty.

Phillies fans made sure Justin Verlander got anything but a warm welcome when he showed up to the stadium for Game 3 of the World Series ... and the ace returned the favor by flipping them off!!

The playful moment went down when the Houston Astros' team bus made its way to Citizens Bank Park for Monday night's matchup ... and when it passed by a group of Philadelphia backers, JV decided to give the finger.

The fans loved it ... with one person even saying, "That was great!!"

But, once Justin got off the bus, he gave a thumbs up before doubling down on the gesture -- giving the bird once again with a big smile on his face.

"Hey, that's for you!!" Verlander said.

The fans erupted in laughter ... and it's clear the whole interaction was all in good fun.

Kanye West was very clearly agitated on social media over the weekend, but his anger was also apparent at his son's soccer game, getting into a heated exchange with another parent.

We've obtained video taken Saturday while Saint played soccer. You can see Kim Kardashian sitting in a lawn chair and surrounded by security while an animated Kanye stands about 30 feet away. It's unclear exactly what he's upset about, but you see Kanye waving his arms in frustration.

From there, another woman -- who is a family friend -- approaches Ye, appears to say something to him and then he storms off.

A witness tells us Kanye came back a few minutes later, seemingly after he had cooled off, and watched the rest of the game without incident.

As we've told you, Kim and Kanye aren't talking -- and that appears to remain true in the video from the weekend. It was a few weeks ago at North's basketball game when Ye showed up wearing a "White Lives Matter" shirt ... we're told Kim didn't interact with Kanye at all during the game.

Quavo apparently isn't done rehashing his past relationship with Saweetie ... using their old elevator fight to create a new visual for a music video.

The 2 active Migos -- Quavo and Takeoff -- dropped the video Monday for their song "Messy" ... and they're dredging up the incident where the then-couple went at each other inside an elevator at LAX.

In the music video, Quavo is solo as he acts out his reimagined elevator scenario. While there's no female companion with him, there is an orange Call of Duty box ... just like the one Saweetie snatched from him during their 2021 altercation.

Quavo co-directed the video with DAPS -- he's clearly in control of the vision ... which refuels the fire from the songs lyrics where he raps, "I said, 'Caresha Please' ’cause she too messy/Bitch f****d my dog behind my back, but I ain’t stressin’/You wanted the gang, you should’ve just said it, we would’ve blessed it."

As we told you at the time, investigators decided not to pursue charges based on insufficient evidence to make a substantial case.

In the court of hip hop law ... Saweetie might want to drop a diss track or something because Quavo has been relentless.

The Donda Academy basketball team continues to pay for Kanye West's actions -- the squad will no longer be playing in a tournament at Morehouse College due to his recent antics.

The Donda Doves were originally scheduled to play against The Skill Factory in Atlanta on Nov. 6 ... but given the controversy surrounding West, the host decided to pull the plug on the whole thing.

A spokesperson for Morehouse says the school "cannot condone, in perception or implication, the recent divisive and unproductive statements by Ye, formerly known as Kanye West."

Of course, Morehouse's decision isn't going to sit well with Celtics star Jaylen Brown, who has publicly advocated against Donda hoops players being affected due to Kanye's words.

Brown -- who parted ways with Donda Sports agency last week -- recently said that he will sponsor any event willing to host the team.

"This can’t negatively impact these student-athletes," Brown said. "We all must ensure they complete their senior yr both academically & athletically."

Although Donda's men's basketball team hasn't officially been scrapped ... it seems imminent since they have little to no games scheduled, and organized practices have been limited.

Twitter is now on a rollercoaster ride, courtesy of its new owner Elon Musk ... and technology columnist Kevin Roose says the ride could lead to a whole new app within a matter of days.

Kevin joined "TMZ Live" to forecast the bird app's future on the heels of a wild weekend brought on by Musk himself -- his retweeting an unsubstantiated Paul Pelosi conspiracy theory is raising major concerns about how much misinformation he's going to allow.

Political consequences aside, Roose says there could be a lot of financial fallout from Elon's early moves.

He believes Elon's Pelosi tweet signals there will be a constant tug-of-war between Twitter being a free speech forum ... and one that regulates misinformation and hate speech -- and that battle will impact advertising revenue.

Kevin notes ... advertisers generally don't love placement next to toxic content, and after dropping $44 billion for the platform, Elon needs it thrive as a biz.

As for Twitter's employees ... Kevin says big-time layoffs are expected this week, and Elon's already booted all of Twitter's previous executives and board members.

Dawn Lyn -- a former child star on the TV show "My Three Sons" -- is fighting for her life after undergoing brain surgery and falling into a coma ... this according to her former costars.

Word of Lyn's condition first cropped up on social media through posts from people like Stanley Livingston and Tina Cole ... who starred opposite her back in the '60s and '70s when their sitcom was on the air.

Livingston wrote, "Just found out my little TV Sis', DAWN LYN (Dodie), is in a COMA and fighting for her life. She had surgery recently to remove a brain tumor. Please pray for her to have a swift and full recovery. I took Dawn out to lunch a couple of months ago. We had a great time reminiscing about our MTS days. Dawn is one of the nicest human beings I have ever known. Thoughts and prayers also go out to her husband, John, at this time. This is devastating news!" Stanley played Dawn's TV brother, "Chip" Douglas.

Cole addressed it as well, saying ... "My heartfelt prayers go out to my "My Three Sons" sweet "lil' sis", Dawn Lyn (Dodie) and her husband John. Dawn is fighting for her life after undergoing brain surgery."

She adds, "I'm in touch with John and I will keep you all updated. Please keep her in your prayers as well."

Lyn's real-life blood brother, Leif Garrett tells TMZ ... "My sister, Dawn, never wanted anyone to know about the surgery. Since it has been leaked on social media, I would really appreciate everyone’s understanding that it has already been a difficult time having lost both of our parents and a cousin recently."

Leif also says, "Please just keep my sister in your thoughts and prayers and respect our family’s privacy. Thank you."

WWE superstar Carmella says after spending 12 hours in an emergency room on Saturday, she sadly suffered a miscarriage.

The 35-year-old announced the news on her Instagram page Monday morning ... calling it all "devastating."

The wrestler -- real name Leah Van Dale -- says she began feeling "sharp pains on my left side" over the weekend, and went to the hospital. Following a battery of tests, she learned she had an ectopic pregnancy, and would lose her baby.

"The reason I’m sharing all of this is because in the moment it feels so isolating," Carmella said in a caption on a photograph of her in a hospital bed. "Why doesn’t anyone ever talk about this?"

"For anyone dealing with ANY type of pregnancy loss," she added, "I want you to know your feelings and emotions are valid, there is NOTHING wrong with you and you are not alone. ❤️."

Tragically, Carmella revealed this is the second time she's had to experience this -- announcing in her post that she had previously suffered a miscarriage in September.

The man that broke into Nancy Pelosi's home and attacked her husband Paul is now facing criminal charges ... after telling police he was there to break her kneecaps ... this according to the newly filed criminal complaint.

Charges were filed Monday against 42-year-old David DePape ... and according to court docs, he was attempting to kidnap the House Speaker -- bringing zip ties, tape and rope with him to their San Francisco home.

When DePape arrived, the docs say he asked Paul to see his wife, but was informed she wasn't there ... DePape then said he'd sit and wait for her.

He allegedly said he was going to hold her hostage and talk to her -- claiming in a police interview if she was honest with him, he'd let her go ... but if she lied, he'd break her kneecaps.

He told authorities, by breaking the Speaker's kneecaps, she'd have to be wheeled into Congress, which would show other members there were "consequences to actions."

DePape now faces 2 charges ... assaulting an immediate family member of a U.S. official, and attempted kidnapping of a U.S. Official. San Francisco prosecutors will reportedly also charge DePape in the next few days, and authorities have talked about attempted murder, as well as other charges.

As we reported, Paul was violently attacked inside his SF home last week ... after DePape forced his way inside through a back door.

D.L. Hughley's got some strong words for Kanye West, and believes the only thing preventing Kanye from being in a conservatorship is his gender.

D.L. told his truth at LAX Monday, he thinks Kanye's gone off the rails, and believes his actions alone should be enough reason to put him in a conservatorship. The actor points out Britney Spears and Wendy Williams, saying if a woman was making the same claims as Kanye, she'd be put under court-ordered protection.

D.L. says he doesn't understand why Ye would compare himself to George Floyd or Emmett Till -- both things KW posted about over the weekend on Instagram, before getting silenced on the platform once again.

Kanye took to Parler, claiming he got a 30-day ban from IG after posting a text exchange between him and Russell Simmons ... one where he said he wants to "get the Jewish business people to make the contracts fair, or die trying."

FYI -- a spokesperson for Meta tells us they deleted content from Ye's account for violating their policies and put a restriction on his account. Restrictions can be placed when users repeatedly break the rules on the platform ... which can include an inability to post, comment and even send DMs.

Four Michigan State football players have been suspended for their roles in a disturbing postgame brawl with a Michigan player ... and now, cops say they're investigating it all.

Several Spartans were seen attacking Wolverines defensive back Ja'Den McBurrows inside a tunnel at Michigan Stadium following a 29-7 loss -- pushing, kicking and punching the guy before ultimately letting him head into his team's locker room.

The scene was unnerving, the Michigan player appeared to be defenseless -- as the MSU athletes whaled on him for several seconds.

After reviewing it all, MSU coach Mel Tucker announced Sunday that four of his players who were involved in the ugly moment -- cornerback Khary Crump, linebacker Tank Brown, defensive end Zion Young, and safety Angelo Grose -- have been suspended indefinitely.

He said more punishment could be handed down as well ... particularly after other MSU players were seen in more video appearing to strike a different Michigan player postgame.

The University of Michigan Police Department said in a statement Saturday night it's launched an investigation into it all as well.

"Situations like these," a UMPD spokesperson said, "and the safety of the community, are taken very seriously."

As for the Wolverines, head coach Jim Harbaugh said following the game he believed two of his players had been "assaulted" -- and he urged authorities and officials to investigate it all thoroughly.

Michigan plays next against Rutgers on Saturday. MSU, meanwhile, will take the field against No. 17-ranked Illinois on Saturday as well.

Horrifying moment during Bronny James' high school basketball game over the weekend ... LeBron James' eldest son was rushed off the court after fans in the arena feared someone had a gun.

Bronny's Sierra Canyon boys basketball team was taking on DeMatha as part of a big showcase event in D.C. on Saturday night ... when suddenly, near the end of the game, chaos broke out in the stands.

Several fans in attendance reportedly got into an altercation -- and, at one point, some thought a gun had been pulled.

When word of the potential weapon got down to those on the court, coaches and players -- including Bronny -- took off in panic.

Fortunately, cops tell TMZ Sports that when they got to the scene, they did a "thorough search" and "did not locate a firearm."

"There were no injuries," a police spokesperson added.

The two teams did not come out to finish the game "out of an abundance of caution," DeMatha head coach Mike G. Jones III tells us.

Bronny was clearly shaken up by it all ... saying in a statement on his social media page after the game, "high schoolers can't even hoop in peace now a days."

The two teams did not play on Sunday following the incident.
