12:50 PM PT -- The Ravens announced they have cut Alex Collins.
Baltimore Ravens running back Alex Collins was arrested following a car crash near the team's practice facility ... TMZ Sports has confirmed.
Cops say the RB is still in custody ... but charges have yet to be filed against the 24-year-old star.
We're told Collins crashed into a tree at 6:48 AM ET Friday in the 10000 block of Dolfield Road in Owings Mill, Maryland ... a mere mile from the Ravens' Under Armour Performance Center facility.
The Ravens tell us they've spoken with police and are aware of the situation.
Collins was a stud for Baltimore after they picked him up shortly after he was cut by the Seahawks in 2017 ... rushing for 973 yards and 6 TDs in 15 games.
But, this past season, Alex battled injuries ... and was placed on IR in December before the team really made its playoff push with Lamar Jackson under center.
Still, Collins managed to rush for 411 yards and 7 TDs despite only playing in 10 games.
Collins -- a former Arkansas superstar -- was picked by Seattle in the fifth round in the 2016 NFL Draft.

NFL's Demaryius Thomas Arrested For Vehicular Assault ... In Denver Crash
12:10 PM PT -- Demaryius Thomas is addressing the accident for the first time, telling TMZ Sports ... “Over the past several days I have had time to really think. It saddens me that I caused pain to those whom I love most.”
DT's rep added ... "Demaryius is extremely remorseful for exceeding the speed limit which led to the automobile accident in Denver, February 16th. Demaryius is taking full responsibilities for his actions and ensures that nothing like this will ever happen again!"
NFL wide receiver Demaryius Thomas was arrested Wednesday night for "vehicular assault" -- in connection with a February 16 crash in Denver, authorities say.
Officials say Thomas was driving at speeds exceeding 70 MPH in a 30 MPH zone -- which not only qualifies as reckless driving, but also felony vehicular assault.
If convicted on the felony charge, Thomas faces up to 3 years in prison and a $100,000 fine.
Officials say they conducted an investigation into the crash using "information from the vehicle and preliminary speed analysis" to confirm Thomas was traveling at over 70 miles per hour.
Thomas is listed on the police report as 6'3", 230 pounds.
We've obtained DT's mug shot -- you can see Thomas suffered a left eyeball injury.
As we previously reported, the 31-year-old ex-Broncos star was driving around Denver around 12:20 AM. We spoke with witness Michael Tafoya, who said he lost control of his car, hit a curb and rolled 3 times before landing in a grassy median.
Cops and emergency personnel arrived to the scene a short time later and took over -- managing to free Thomas and his 2 passengers.
Cops say all 3 people in the car were transported to a nearby hospital to be treated for injuries. One of the passengers suffered serious bodily injuries as a result of the crash.
A witness tells TMZ Sports ... Thomas seemed to be fine other than a "hellacious knot" on his head.
Thomas played for the Broncos for nine seasons before being traded mid-way through this past year to the Texans. He's now a free agent after Houston released him earlier this month.

Syracuse basketball coach Jim Boeheim was NOT speeding on the night he hit a man (who later died) on a New York highway ... this according to officials who say it's highly unlikely Boeheim will be prosecuted.
As we previously reported, the 74-year-old coach was driving home after a game at the Carrier Dome last Wednesday night and struck a man who was standing on highway I-690. The man died as a result of his injuries.
Cops administered a field sobriety test on Boeheim but determined he was completely sober and he was NOT arrested at the time. Officials conducted a more thorough investigation to find out if Jim was driving irresponsibly that night ... but law enforcement is now saying the guy did nothing wrong.
In fact, officials say an accident reconstruction shows Boeheim was NOT speeding at the time of the crash.
Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick told the AP that unless something comes out of left field, Boeheim will not face any charges.
Officials say the victim, 51-year-old Jorge Jimenez had been in an accident before the Boeheim crash -- and was walking on the highway in an effort to get help.
Boeheim says he saw the crash scene and was trying to drive cautiously, and that's when he accidentally struck Jimenez. Boeheim claims he simply didn't see the guy.
Boeheim addressed the accident last week ... saying he's "heartbroken that a member of our community died as the result of last night’s accident."
"Juli and I extend our deepest sympathies to the Jimenez family. Out of respect for those involved, I will not be providing further comment at this time."

2:15 PM PT -- Syracuse PD says Boeheim did exactly what he should've done after the accident by calling 911 and using his cell phone flashlight to flag oncoming drivers away from the scene.
9:14 AM PT -- Jim Boeheim issued a statement saying he's "heartbroken that a member of our community died as the result of last night’s accident."
"Juli and I extend our deepest sympathies to the Jimenez family. Out of respect for those involved, I will not be providing further comment at this time."
7:15 AM PT -- The Syracuse PD issued a statement saying, "It was revealed that the victim was an occupant in a vehicle that had lost control on the highway striking a guard rail."
"The occupants then exited the vehicle and proceeded to walk on the highway within close proximity to that vehicle."
"An oncoming vehicle noticed the disabled car and tried avoiding the vehicle which was in the middle of the road. As a result, the driver, James Boeheim 74, of Fayetteville NY struck the victim who was standing on the side of the road."
"Both drivers remained on scene and are cooperating with this investigation. Field sobriety and alco-sensor tests for both drivers were negative for any signs of impairment."
"Reconstruction of the scene will be performed and speeds cannot be determined at this time. No Uniformed Traffic Tickets have been issued at this time."
7:13 AM PT -- Boeheim is "devastated" ... according to his good friend, Adam Weitsman, who spoke with the coach Thursday morning.
WTVH reporter Michael Benny spoke with Weitsman who says Boeheim is clearly affected by the crash.
"He says the man was in the middle of the road, not along the side or anything like that," Weitsman told Benny.
Syracuse head basketball coach Jim Boeheim is cooperating with police after hitting a man with his car on Interstate 690 late Wednesday evening. The victim has died from his injuries.
Officials say Boeheim was NOT drunk and will NOT be charged with a crime.
The victim has been identified as 51-year-old Jorge Jimenez -- who was walking on the Interstate around 11:30 PM when he was struck by Boeheim's vehicle.
Cops believe Jimenez had been riding in another vehicle with other passengers -- and that vehicle had crashed before the Boeheim incident. At some point, Jimenez got out of the car and began to walk.
Cops say the 74-year-old coach underwent a field sobriety test -- and officers determined he did not show signs of intoxication. Syracuse.com reports Boeheim had a .00 blood alcohol level.
The coach is cooperating with the investigation.
Officials say the roads were ice Wednesday night -- but it's unclear if the conditions played a role in either crash.
Boeheim coached the Syracuse basketball team earlier in the evening -- leading the Orangemen to a 69-49 victory over Louisville at the Carrier Dome.
We reached out to the Syracuse Athletic Dept. for comment -- but so far, they're not saying anything.

NFL's Demaryius Thomas Crash Photos 'I Thought Those People Were Dead'
It's a miracle Demaryius Thomas wasn't killed in his car crash Saturday morning -- with a key witness telling TMZ Sports he watched DT's car flip 3 times ... and was SHOCKED when he saw the NFL star get out of the vehicle mostly unharmed.
We spoke with Michael Tafoya who happened to be driving in the Denver area around 12:20 AM when he saw the vehicle lose control, hit a curb and launch 20 feet into the air. The car then rolled 3 times before finally landing in a grassy median.
Tafoya -- who's a registered nurse -- says he ran over to the crash scene to help out and tried to get the door open to help the passengers, but it was stuck.
Cops arrived to the scene a short time later and took over -- managing to free Thomas and both of his passengers. Tafoya says officials used the Jaws of Life to help free Thomas from the car.
The ex-Broncos star and the 2 passengers are expected to be fine, according to officials -- but Tafoya tells us Thomas had a "hellacious knot" on his head.
Michael tells us the whole thing looked like a scene out of an action movie ... adding, "I thought those people were dead."
Thomas played for the Broncos for nine seasons before being traded mid-way through this past year to the Texans. He's now a free agent after Houston released him last week.
Cops say the cause of the crash is under investigation.

T.I. and Tiny have zero interest in filming "Family & Hustle" without one of their own ... so they've shut down production following a bad car crash involving the rapper's sister.
Sources close to production tell TMZ ... T.I. and Tiny halted production Wednesday after learning the rapper's sister, Precious Harris, got in a serious car accident in Atlanta earlier that morning.
It's unclear what led to the car crash but here's what we know ... sources say Precious hit a pole, which triggered an asthma attack. The 66-year-old -- who often appears on the show -- was taken to a hospital where she's now in ICU. Her exact condition is unknown.
We're told Tip and Tiny were devastated and decided it was best not to move forward until Precious pulled through. T.I.'s incredibly close to his sister and so is Tiny.
For Precious' 66th birthday bash last May, Tiny gave her a shout-out and said, "I hope you know how much u mean to me. Always been my road dawg. Love u much! Hope you enjoyed your day!!"

Demaryius Thomas Flips Car in Denver Crash ... Suffers Minor Injuries
Demaryius Thomas -- who was just cut days ago by the Houston Texans following his Achilles injury -- has been hospitalized with minor injuries after a single-car crash in which he was the driver.
According to the Denver PD ... the NFL wide receiver lost control of the vehicle in the downtown area a little after midnight, causing it to roll and come to a stop in the grassy median.
Cops say, 2 men, including Thomas, and a woman were found inside the vehicle and all 3 were transported to the hospital. Demaryius was ID'd as the driver.
Thomas and the other guy suffered minor injuries and are expected to be treated and released, but the woman's injuries are possibly more serious. They do not appear to be life-threatening, though.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
Demaryius is a 5-time Pro Bowler who spent his entire career in Denver until he was traded to Houston in the middle of last season. The Texans released him earlier this week, so he's now a free agent.

Missouri Highway Crash Scary Pile-up Caught on Video ... 1 Dead, Several Injured

The chaos went down on I-70 outside of Kansas City Friday. The massive pile-up was reportedly a chain-reaction effect caused by a single crash around 11:30 AM ... but grew out of control as cars and trucks approached but couldn't stop because of the icy conditions.
A man in the video can be heard frantically yelling, "There's nothing we can do!" and telling another passenger it's best to stay in the truck.
One person was reportedly killed in the wreck and several others were injured.

Meek Mill An Uber Rolled into My Rolls!!!

Meek Mill had an expensive Saturday night after his Rolls-Royce Phantom got nailed in a crash with an Uber.
Meek was rolling up to Delilah in WeHo at around 1:30 AM Sunday, riding shotgun when the Rolls pulled up to the curb. We're told it was moving forward slowly as the black SUV was in reverse and the cars hit. It's gonna be an expensive proposition ... a fender replacement on a $450,000 whip costs a fortune.
Someone called the cops, info was exchanged and no one was ticketed.
Here's the funny part ... the Uber driver didn't have a clue who Meek was.
And, speaking of Meek ... we asked about 21 Savage because there are parallels between Meek's case and 21 ... but mum was the world.

Prince Philip Riding Shotgun and Wearing Seat Belt ... Tells Accident Victim He's Sorry
Prince Philip was being driven around town Saturday, and he finally buckled up ... and he also tried explaining away his car crash.
The Duke of Edinburgh was seen being driven through the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk. The Duke had attended a post-shoot lunch with HRH The Queen and guests.
Philip also sent a letter to the woman who broke her wrist in the car accident earlier this month. Philip says in the letter he's sorry for the crash and blames it on blinding sun that obscured his view of the road.
Philip makes it clear he's traveled that road many times without incident. The subtext seems to be he's still capable of driving safely, even at 97.
He also explains why he left the scene without tending to the injured woman. He says, "As a crowd was beginning to gather, I was advised to return to Sandringham House by a local Police Officer. I have since learned that you suffered a broken arm. I am deeply sorry about this injury."

Prince Philip eBay User Tries Selling Crash Parts ... Gets Yanked $85k Later
A local Brit tried his darndest to hawk debris left behind from Prince Philip's car crash last week -- and got pretty close to the finish line before eBay pulled the plug.
An eBay user known as morbius777 put the listing up sometime over the weekend and advertised it as "Prince Philip Car Crash Parts." The items for auction included three plastic parts from the car wreck, and what looks like a bunch of broken glass that the user apparently picked up off the side of the road, where Philip crashed on Thursday.
morbius777 also claimed that some of the debris "may even have Phil's DNA on it, if you wanted to clone him or something." Prior to eBay yanking the listing on Tuesday, bids had gone as high as £65,900 ... which is a little more than $85,000 with 5 days left.
The user claimed in his post description that the proceeds would've gone to cancer research efforts in the U.K., but eBay wasn't having it. They pulled the post, citing a policy of theirs that'd been violated.
An eBay spokesperson reportedly said, "This listing has been removed in line with our policy relating to the sale of any item that seeks to profit from human suffering or tragedy."
As we reported ... police are investigating the crash and will take any "appropriate action" by the time they're finished. One of the people who was injured in the other car claims police have been ignoring her and that her injuries were seriously downplayed.
Cops refute her assertion that some sort of cover-up is happening, saying they've treated this like any other car crash investigation and will take her statement Tuesday.

Prince Philip Car Crash Victim Suggests Cover-Up Police Push Back
-
Exclusive Details

9:20 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources in the U.K. tell TMZ that Emma Fairweather's suggestion that she's been ignored by police investigating the crash or that there's some sort of cover-up happening is simply not true. We're told the Norfolk Police are treating this collision as they would any other, and the fact Prince Philip was involved bears no weight in how cops have handled things. Our sources say the only thing that's unique about this case is that a family liaison officer was assigned to Emma, due to its high-profile nature.
Interestingly enough, Emma claims the liaison officer who was assigned to her promptly resigned ... allegedly because she was asking too many questions and was difficult to deal with. Our law enforcement sources dispute that characterization, saying Norfolk Police reached out several times over the weekend to answer any lingering questions she had, and that she never called back.
Regarding the investigation, we're told that it's ongoing and that any "appropriate action" necessary will be taken by the time it's over.
A Norfolk Police spokesperson tells us that officers plan to take Emma's statement on Tuesday, adding that arrangements to do so were made last Friday.
The woman who was hurt in a crash involving Prince Philipsays she was told to shut her yap and also claims the gravity of her injuries have been seriously downplayed by what she suggests is a cover-up effort by police on behalf of the Royals.
In an interview with the Mirror, Emma Fairweather says she was told by authorities not to speak to anyone following the accident and to expect a call from the Palace ... presumably from Philip or the Queen herself to offer an apology, well-wishes or ... something.
She claims that personal call never came, and instead ... a police family liaison officer phoned, passing on some vague message from the Royals.
Emma also claims the family liaison officer would call to check in on her in the aftermath of the accident ... adding that shortly after speaking with the officer, a report came out detailing her status, which she says mischaracterized her well-being just 'cause she'd been discharged.
Emma -- who was a passenger in the vehicle that Philip hit -- suffered a broken wrist in the accident on Thursday, and says at one point she was circling the possibility of surgery.
None of that was reflected in the reports that came out though, which she doesn't seem too pleased with. Adding insult to injury ... Philip was back behind the wheel over the weekend, without a seat belt, no less.
Police say they issued a warning to Philip after photos of him driving without a seat belt went around the web.

Prince Philip Contacts Accident Victims ... Gets New SUV Delivery
10:05 AM PT -- Prince Phillip went to a hospital on Friday to get an additional check-up, on a doctor's advice ... according to the Palace. They described it as a "precautionary" visit, and say it confirmed he suffered no injuries whatsoever. Miraculous.
Also, we're told the Prince reached out to the 2 women who were injured in the other vehicle, and "well wishes" were exchanged.
So British.
Queen Elizabeth's husband, Prince Philip, is STILL hell-bent on driving himself because he already has a brand new SUV ... less than 24 hours after flipping his last Land Rover.
The Duke of Edinburgh got his new ride delivered Friday to the Royal family's Sandringham Estate. Looks like he got the same model -- a Land Rover Freelander -- as the one he wrecked a day earlier, not far from Sandringham.
Philip was behind the wheel Thursday when he collided with a Kia, flipping his Land Rover on its side.
The other car had a 9-month-old inside, but fortunately the baby was unharmed. The driver and her passenger suffered some cuts and a broken wrist.
The shocker, of course, is that 97-YEAR-OLD Philip somehow walked away uninjured.
With the new delivery, it seems like Prince William's and Prince Harry's granddad isn't ready to give up his keys just yet. However, one of Philip's friends told People the Prince would stop driving, reluctantly, if he's advised to do so.
Drive at your own risk, U.K. residents.

6:17 AM PT -- Cops say there was a 9-month-old in the vehicle Prince Philip hit, but it was unharmed.
12:25 PM PT -- Police tell TMZ ... Prince Philip and the driver of the other vehicle were both given breathalyzer tests. Police say that's standard ops, but imagine being the officer asking Queen Elizabeth's husband to blow.
Both of them passed with flying colors, btw.
We're told the other driver suffered minor cuts, and her passenger has an arm injury. They were treated and released ... from Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Queen Elizabeth's husband, Prince Philip, just dodged a huge bullet, because he survived a car crash in England ... and the 97-year-old Duke of Edinburgh was behind the wheel!
Buckingham Palace tells TMZ ... the Duke of Edinburgh was seen by a doctor as a precaution and the doc confirmed Philip was not injured.
The two-vehicle collision happened Thursday afternoon near the Sandringham Estate, the private home of Queen Elizabeth. Police reportedly responded to the scene just after 3 PM and assisted two people with minor injuries, but miraculously Philip was unharmed.
As you can see, the crash left an SUV on its side ... and that's the one Philip was driving!
Philip, granddad to Prince William and Prince Harry, married Elizabeth in 1947, five years before she became Queen. Philip was dubbed Prince of the U.K. back in 1957.
At 97, Philip is the oldest ever male British Royal. After surviving Thursday's car crash, seems Philip still has his good luck.

Michael Blackson Jesus Took the Wheel ... And Some Guy Smashed My Rolls!!!
Michael Blackson probably should've been irate about a drunk driver smashing into his car -- but he was more flabbergasted than anything ... and we get why.
The comic was having a great Monday night at the Improv in WeHo -- he did a set with Dave Chappelle, so what could go wrong? Try your Rolls-Royce getting jacked up in a 3-car wreck!!
Michael tells us he got the news while onstage with Chappelle, and when he got outside -- it was a messed up scene, to say the least. A Maserati lost its front wheel, that wheel smashed into a Jeep Wrangler ... while the Maserati kept going long enough to smash into Mike's whip.
MB called it a miracle -- a bad one -- that the guy on just 3 wheels managed to keep rolling long enough to hit his Rolls. You really gotta see his reaction.
As for the driver, we got vid of cops giving him a breathalyzer. Law enforcement sources tell us the guy allegedly pinballed down the street, hitting several cars -- and was arrested for DUI.
Typical Blackson, though, he found a way to laugh about it. Gotta love a good Flintstones joke!

Lil Scrappy Friend Struggling to Recover From Horrific FL Car Wreck
Lil Scrappy's friend, Ca$ino Roulette, still suffers from mental trauma 7 months after their horrific car accident, and he's still battling to bounce back from painful abdominal surgeries.
Ca$ino tells TMZ ... he's going through PTSD from the June wreck, reliving the wreck in nightmares. You'll recall, Scrappy was behind the wheel when he fell asleep, swerved off the road and smashed into a utility pole.
Scrappy broke a foot, but Ca$ino suffered broken ribs, a concussion, bruised lungs, liver and kidneys and a ruptured large intestine.
6/3/18
Doctors had to go back into his stomach when he contracted an infection one month after the wreck ... which prolonged his recovery period.
He says he still has trouble breathing, can't run and can barely lift more than 20 pounds.
Lil Scrappy blamed exhaustion and cops investigating the crash closed the case.
Ca$ino tells us he's just now able to get back to work but as we've reported, he's got no beef with Scrappy. They're still friends, and Ca$ino says he's just thankful to have survived an accident that might've killed most people.
