Stanley the Giraffe is standing tall and doing perfectly okay ... contrary to reports the famous exotic animal was harmed during the devastating California wildfires. But, not everyone's buying it.

A rep at Malibu Wine Safaris tells TMZ ... Stanley was moved out of his enclosure just after midnight Friday to a stable away from the fires. The move paid off big-time because the fires reached the property early Saturday morning.

Contrary to rumors ... Stanley's eyelashes were not burned.

Whitney Cummings posted a pic showing how close the fire came to Stanley's enclosure ... but we're told the fire never penetrated Stanley's safe area. BTW, a news chopper spotted Stanley Monday morning doing okay.

The comedian has spent the weekend blasting Malibu Wine Safaris, claiming it never moved Stanley out of its enclosure. In lengthy posts on Instagram, Whitney said she even found an injured pig not being looked after.

What's more ... a rep for PETA tells TMZ the org's demanding authorities investigate reports that at least some of the animals may be unaccounted for and check their condition. Lisa Lange, a senior veep with PETA, says, "It is unconscionable for any facility that keeps animals under lock and key not to have an emergency plan that allows for their immediate evacuation when one is called for."

The rep for Malibu Wine tells us the owner met with Whitney on the property and she visited the site twice to see for herself. For her part, Whitney says she's been getting conflicting information on the safari's evacuation plans. The rep tells us it followed all proper protocols.

Tekashi69's sending a shady message to Cardi B ... by hiring the 2 strip club bartenders who are gearing up to sue her.

Record label sources say he flew in Jade and Baddie Gi to appear in his music video with Nicki Minaj and Kanye West.

TMZ broke the story ... Cardi was arrested last month and charged with 2 crimes for allegedly ordering an attack on the 2 bartender sisters. Cardi had a longstanding beef with Jade because she thought Jade slept with Offset. The sisters were hurt so badly they were hospitalized. They're getting ready to sue Cardi, with the help of mega-lawyer Joe Tacopina.

Fast forward to this week ... when Jade and Baddie made themselves at home after arriving in Tinseltown ... hitting up Louis Vuitton in Beverly Hills, with Tekashi leading the way. They shut down the luxury joint as a throng of fans and paps desperately trying to get an up-close look.

Our sources say the sisters were on set of the video shoot when gunfire erupted Thursday night at a Bev Hills mansion ... bringing production to a screeching halt. We're told plans remain in place for the sisters to be part of the music vid, if it ever gets off the ground.

As we reported ... approximately 8 shots were fired and no one was hit.

"Big Brother" alum Christmas Abbott has some baby daddy issues ... because the guy she says fathered her kid is seeking a paternity test to confirm her story and, if he is, he wants joint custody.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Benjamin Bunn claims Christmas told him he was the father, and he took care of the reality TV star during her pregnancy ... but Benjamin claims Christmas has been keeping him from the child.

Benjamin claims Christmas has refused to voluntarily submit a genetic marker test, so he's seeking a paternity test to settle the matter once and for all.

Christmas gave birth last month in North Carolina, and Benjamin claims they were planning to raise the kid in Florida. But, Benjamin says Christmas abandoned their plan after she had an altercation with his side chick in Tampa, returning to N.C. with the kid, and they've gone MIA.

As we reported ... Christmas turned herself into Florida authorities this week and was booked for felony criminal mischief, after allegedly confronting Benjamin's side chick outside a Tampa gym and ramming into the woman's car.

Farrah Abraham traded a boardwalk brouhaha for a mellow day in the Maldives -- and it looks like she's enjoying her decision to hang up her boxing gloves ... kinda.

The ex-'Teen Mom' had herself a nice little beach day Saturday at the Ayada Resort on Maguhdhuvaa, one of the islands that make up the Maldives. Interestingly enough, these photos came out the same day of her would-be boxing event in Atlantic City ... where she was supposed to fight Nicole "Hoopz" Alexander in a reality TV showdown.

The fight went on without Farrah, who ended up getting replaced with "Mob Wives" star Natalie DiDonato. The boxing promoter ended up sending Farrah a cease and desist letter to keep her yap shut after she dropped out, and continued to trash it.

Farrah doesn't appear to have uttered a peep in public about the boxing match since, but that doesn't mean she's done trolling the good folks at Boom Cups, who put on the event.

Pusha T appeared to be trolling his rap rival when a "F**K DRAKE" graphic showed up during his show at Camp Flog Gnaw ... but PT says kill the messenger, figuratively speaking.

Push was performing at Tyler, the Creator's music fest Saturday in L.A. when the huge white flashing sign popped up in the background. The 'Daytona' MC didn't acknowledge it right away, but when the crowd started chanting "F**k Drake," he admitted he heard them.

He didn't tell the crowd to cut it out but rather went on with the show as if nothing had happened. He later addressed the presumed shot at Drizzy though, saying that a tech guy had screwed with his screens and that dissing someone with a graphic isn't his style.

Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. is calling for another fight with Canelo Alvarez -- telling TMZ Sports he would knock his ass out ... if they fought at 168 pounds this time!

Remember, Julio and Canelo faced off in May 2017 at 164 pounds -- and Canelo dominated -- ultimately winning by unanimous decision after tuning up Julio for 12 straight rounds.

But, Julio says the weight was a huge factor -- and says if Canelo has the cajones to move up in weight, it won't end well for him.

"Canelo rematch at 168 ... I want to knock him out at my weight."

Julio is also calling out Floyd Mayweather -- saying he's 100% confident he can beat T.B.E. too!

One last thing ... when we asked if he considered Floyd the greatest boxer of all time, he shot that down -- saying Muhammad Ali and his father, Julio Cesar Chavez, get the #1 and #2 spots.

R&B singer Keke Wyatt is spinning a web of lies, playing the victim role when she's anything but ... according to her ex-husband, and he's gearing up to sue her for defamation.

Michael Ford is firing back at his ex-wife, calling her a fibber for telling the world he walked out on their marriage while she was 8 months pregnant and their other child was fighting cancer ... and he thinks her story is so outrageous, it's actually funny.

Imagine finding out your estranged spouse put your house up for sale without telling you, and if not for a friend's phone call ... you'd never know it -- well that's exactly what happened to Danielle Staub.

Sources tell TMZ ... the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star found out about the listing first thing Thursday morning when a friend called her. We're told Marty Caffrey, Danielle's estranged husband, is listing their NJ mansion for over $2 million.

We're told Danielle started crying when she got the news. That's totally understandable because Danielle currently lives there with her youngest daughter! We're told she called Marty to hear it from the horse's mouth, and then called her lawyer to see if she can block the sale.

Danielle and Marty are going through a messy divorce, but they've been sharing the mansion since the split. Yes, it's 7,500 square feet, but it's still uncomfortable. We're told Danielle feels like she has to close her doors.

The brick colonial was built in 1950 and boasts 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and 10-foot ceilings. Great buy for someone, but meanwhile ... Danielle's screwed. Her rep tells us, “This is yet another example of the blatant disrespect and emotional abuse she has endured in this relationship.”

Worth noting, Marty and Danielle only got married back in May. Now suddenly, the 'Real Housewife' is gonna be an ex-wife ... with NO house.

Chief Keef still doesn't want to utter Tekashi69's name after the rainbow-haired MC was linked to a shooting involving Keef -- but he's more than happy to talk symphonies.

We got CK Wednesday on Rodeo Drive, where he appeared to be hitting the strip for some retail therapy. Our guy complimented his fashion choices, but when we tried to ask about 6ix9ine ... Keef quickly warned us off that topic.

He told us point-blank, he doesn't give a f**k about Tekashi, and added we're barking up the wrong tree by asking him about the dude.

Remember, police are still investigating Tekashi after one of his known associates was found to be tailing Keef, leading up to someone opening fire on him in NYC.

But, the Chi-town rapper was happy to talk strings and woodwinds!

While holding strong on his silence policy regarding Tekashi ... he happily opened up about his recent collab with the Drill Symphony on his hit song, "Love Sosa." No doubt, it was a huge left turn for him, musically speaking, but he told us he's down to jam with 'em again.

It was just a matter of time but 50 Cent is now mocking Floyd Mayweather for pulling out of the New Year's Eve fight with Tenshin Nasukawa he had just announced on Sunday.

"Ok cool they tricked him," 50 said ... "Was trying to kick him in the head and sh*t. He fell for it because its time to get some money."

Remember, Floyd pulled out on Wednesday, saying he never agreed to an official bout -- just a 3 round exhibition -- and only participated in the press conference because he didn't want to "create a disturbance."

But, 50 implied that Floyd only took the fight because he ain't as wealthy as he leads on -- saying, "The money low."

50 then mocked Floyd for the way the head of "The Money Team" handled this deal from the beginning.

"The biggest fighter in the world don't announce a fight with out a contract. He did a press conference ... now he saying there was no deal. LOL."

50 has since deleted the IG post ... but he's just saying what everyone else is thinking -- how does the most powerful athlete on the planet get duped in such a massive and embarrassing way??

R&B singer Keke Wyatt is bouncing back from her epic meltdown ... she's got a new husband she knows will support her through thick and thin, and one of her children just kicked cancer's ass!

Keke, who once starred on "R&B Divas: Atlanta," is in a way better place now, telling us her new hubby is way better than the man who divorced her when she was pregnant and had another child fighting cancer at the same time.

Keke and Zachariah Darring tied the knot last month in Indianapolis, and Keke tells us he's got her back forever, unlike her ex, Michael Ford, who she bashes as "toxic" and full of himself.

It's a total 180 for Keke since the last time we saw her ... when she was drowning in tears after Michael told her he was leaving her when she was 8 months pregnant.

3:20 PM PT -- A grand jury has now indicted Shottie on 2 felonies -- an attempt to commit the crime of assault in the first degree, and assault in the second degree.

9:34 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Shottie has been charged with gang assault -- which is a felony -- and weapon possession for allegedly hitting a guy in the head with a chair.

Tekashi 6ix9ine's Brooklyn crew just got a little smaller, 'cause one of the dudes who allegedly helped spark a shooting last weekend just turned himself in to cops ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Tekashi's manager, Shottie, surrendered to the NYPD Wednesday. Witnesses say he allegedly escalated a violent confrontation between 6ix9ine's NYC entourage and his label head's security.

We broke the story ... gunfire erupted when Tekashi's Tr3yway crew was denied access to a restaurant where Tekashi was set to meet with West Coast music exec Elliot Grainge. Two of Elliot's bodyguards turned Tekashi's entire crew away, which blew up when some of them stuck around and allegedly instigated a brawl ... that ended with someone being shot.

We're told cops believe Shottie was one of three of Tekashi's guys who got violent and allegedly struck the bodyguards with a chair. Eyewitnesses also told cops he uttered an ominous threat, allegedly saying ... "I'm going to violate you both with gunshots."

At some point, we're told one of Elliot's bodyguards saw someone in Tekashi's camp reach for something in their waistband, which prompted him to fire his weapon.

An unidentified member of Tekashi's crew was struck in the gut, and Shottie bolted from the scene while two other Tekashi-linked guys were arrested. Shottie's attorney previously told us his client had no involvement in any crime, and promised the charges would be dropped.

Laura Ingraham is rubbing it in Taylor Swift's face after the candidate the singer backed for the United States Senate lost his race in Tennessee.

Laura shaded Taylor on Twitter, telling her to #shakeitoff after Rep. Marsha Blackburn beat out former Gov. Phil Bredesen to win an important Senate seat for the GOP.

As we reported ... Taylor got political for the first time, going to bat for Bredesen and saying she could not in her right conscience vote for Blackburn, who's been seen at rallies in support of President Trump.

Seems Laura was waiting to ambush Taylor on social media ... the FOX News host fired off the snarky Tweet minutes after the network called the election in Blackburn's favor.

Neither Drita D'Avanzo nor Nicole "Hoopz" Alexander will get to be in the ring with Farrah Abraham for a celebrity boxing match ... but that didn't stop the duo from laying a serious smackdown on the ex-"Teen Mom" star.

We spoke to Drita ... who says Farrah backed out of a charity boxing match at the last minute because she was straight-up scared. As you know ... Farrah quit claiming she got screwed out of her deal.

Alas, that won't be the case ... and the ex-"Mob Wives" star thinks it was less about her (remember, there's no love lost between them) and more about Hoopz' skills in the ring.

Hoopz is also trashing Farrah after she threw in the towel ... saying this is typical Farrah crying wolf. Hoopz even has a word to describe her behavior ... making it crystal clear how she feels about Farrah.

Vic Mensa would be wise to remain out of the public eye until he does a full mea culpa for dissing XXXTentacion at the BET Awards ... so says one of the late rapper's best buds.

We got Ski Mask the Slump God Monday night leaving LAX and he took aim at Vic for calling out XXX's domestic abuse allegations during his BET freestyle ... with the dude's mother in the crowd. The move caught tons of backlash, and Ski Mask says rightfully so.

He even takes it a step further, saying Vic should probably duck Ski Mask and the rest of XXX's friends until he issues a proper apology to the slain MC's mom.

Vic has already dropped a new song addressing the controversy, which he interestingly called "Empathy." It might be too little, too late for Ski Mask and co. though.

As they put it ... until that real apology comes, keep hiding. Also ... check out Ski Mask's defense of XXX allegedly confessing to beating his girlfriend on tape, and how he reconciles that with what Vic did. Hint ... he's a little biased.
