Looks like the feud between 2 of the baddest chicks on the planet has fizzled out -- 'cause Laila Ali is wishing Ronda Rousey "all the best" in WWE.

For real.

We got Laila at an event for her new 'Food for Life' book out in NYC ... and the former unified boxing champ did the unthinkable -- she gave her UFC rival PROPS for pursuing a new career.

"I think it's cool ... she can wrestle!" Ali told TMZ Sports.

Remember ... Laila famously criticized Ronda after she lost to Holly Holm -- and that's after they went back and forth for months, saying they'd smash each other in boxing.

Guess co-founder Paul Marciano is so confident there's been no misconduct by him against Kate Upton ... he's urging her to take him to court to set the record straight.

Marciano tells TMZ ... he's shocked by Upton's accusations of sexual harassment and can't figure out what she claims to have against him. He says he won't apologize because he's done nothing wrong.

Marciano insists he's never touched Upton, and has never even been alone with her. He adds ... "If she has a claim, there's one place to tell the truth and that’s in court or to the police."

The Guess honcho says there could be some bad blood with Kate ... he says after she became a superstar by way of 5 campaigns with the brand, she began showing up to set after late nights "looking terrible." Marciano claims the company decided to cut ties with her ... and he suggests this might be her motivation.

Stormy Daniels is going to war -- a vagina war -- with Wendy Williams, and she's willing to put it ALL on the line ... TMZ has learned.

Stormy caught wind of Wendy's show Wednesday when the host called her washed up, messy -- and the coup de grace -- "all worn out down below." Now, Stormy's firing back, telling TMZ ... "My vagina is a well trained beautiful athlete that would not have the longest running contract in porn history if she were ugly."

The porn star -- who now swears she did NOT bang Donald Trump -- says she'd be happy to show Wendy what she's working with, whenever Wendy wants.

All jokes aside ... Stormy's upset about the attack on her lady parts, and says she's considering a defamation lawsuit.

Lorde is now the second nominee out of 5 for Album of the Year who won't be performing at the 'Grammys' Sunday, and it's all because the offer she got from producers was a slap in the face ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Lorde tell us ... the singer decided not to play after a heated back and forth with the Grammys about her involvement in the show. We're told Lorde wanted to perform one of her songs from her nominated album, but she was only offered the option to sing as part of a Tom Petty tribute ... during the late rocker's tune, "American Girl."

The 2 sides couldn't come to an agreement ... so Lorde pulled the plug on performing altogether and we're told she won't be on the Red Carpet either.

It's interesting -- our sources say the other 4 nominees, all men, got offers to perform their own tracks solo, and while Jay-Z declined ... the other 3 nominees -- Bruno Mars, Childish Gambino and Kendrick Lamar -- are all slated to perform.

Taryn Manning got a sweet deal on her SAG Awards outfit -- but she's pissed off, and wants a piece of the stylist who dared to deck her out in a ... wait for it ... $200 dress!

Taryn was still fuming about the gown Wednesday at LAX. Our photog tried to congratulate the 'OITNB' star on scoring the ensemble that most critics loved ... for the look and the price.

Well, talk about different perspectives. You gotta see what happened when we tried to give her props. Taryn's happy everyone else can go buy her dress -- Adrianna Papell at Macy's and Bloomingdales, btw -- but strongly believes she deserves better.

Megyn Kelly lashed out at Jane Fonda Monday, essentially calling her a traitor who has no business lecturing her, or anyone else, on what qualifies as offensive.

Kelly was reacting to Fonda's blistering criticism of her for asking about Fonda's plastic surgery on one of Kelly's earlier shows. Fonda felt it was inappropriate and silly.

Kelly just exploded with her own criticism, saying Jane told just about anyone who would listen that she had work done.

And then Megyn called Jane out for her comments during the Vietnam war, which earned her the nickname, "Hanoi Jane."

Roger Stone wants Donald Trump to let the American people legally toke, like he promised in the campaign -- and if Jeff Sessions is standing in the way ... smoke him out.

We got President Trump's former adviser in NYC, and he had a hot take on pot and Sessions' decision this month to reverse a hands-off approach on legalized marijuana.

Can't say we expected this -- but Stone firmly believes Trump must fulfill his pledge and allow the states to handle their weed biz ... sans any pestering from the feds.

Like he says ... Trump could lose big on this issue if Sessions keeps "f***ing it up." Stone says Jeff's gotta go.

Kim Kardashian went straight for Lamar Odom's jugular after he dissed Khloe Kardashian ... making fun of him for visiting brothels.

Kim replied to a tweet Thursday in which Lamar was quoted from his interview on BET's "Mancave" that read ... "I knew my marriage to Khloe was over 'when she was on her second or third NBA player.'"

Safe to say, Kim wasn't having it ... she responded ... "Or second or third brothel."

Lamar has been known to visit brothels in the past, most famously when he OD'd at one in Nevada a few years back. Khloe has dated NBA star James Harden, and is currently preggo with Tristan Thompson's kid.

No love lost here, apparently.

It ain't too often you see off-court action like Rockets vs. Clippers ... but Jermaine O'Neal says when he balled, some players would make it a point to meet in the locker room.

"We've had a couple guys in the past that will make it known that if you camera talkers then we'll see you in the back," O'Neal told TMZ Sports. "Things a little bit different now."

Jermaine -- who was in the infamous "Malice at the Palace" brawl -- says players still gotta be careful what they say, and more importantly, WHO they say it to ... but clearly thinks his era was tougher.

UFC champ Tyron Woodley recently told Joe Rogan he doesn't really like fighting, "I'm just good at it."

Yeah, that's not true. He LOVES it.

Especially when he's smashing dudes out of consciousness.

Woodley clarified his comments on "The Hollywood Beatdown" ... waxing poetically about why there's no better feeling in the world than knocking an opponent out cold.

Darren Criss gave us a peek into the serial killer he's playing in tonight's premiere of 'Gianni Versace: American Crime Story' ... and it sounds like he gave his murderous character some humanity.

Darren was leaving the AOL building in New York City Tuesday, when our photog asked about his portrayal of Andrew Cunanan, who murdered 5 people including Versace before committing suicide.

The actor gave us a hint as to how he's playing him, which probably will not sit well with the members of the Versace family, who have vowed to boycott the series. The family has called the show a "work of fiction."

Fact is ... there's a huge buzz over Ryan Murphy's latest series, which premieres Wednesday on FX.

Danielle Bregoli is saying "Hi Bich" to Iggy Azalea -- calling her an "old hoe" that's "washed."

The "Cash Me Outside" girl slams Iggy in a remix of her hit song, now featuring YBN Nahmir, Rich the Kid and Asian Doll -- a snippet of which has been obtained by TMZ.

In one of Danielle's verses, she goes in on Iggy by saying ... "Bitch don't compare me to Iggy // That old hoe is washed, And I'm lit // Wouldn't pay her to wash up my whip."

It sounds like Bhad Bhabie -- Danielle's rap persona -- has been likened to the Aussie MC ... and BB doesn't like it. The only similarity, really, is that they're both white female rappers.

Danielle Bregoli's laughing off DJ Suede's claim her 15 minutes of fame are up, and tells us ... Suede needs to check his own watch.

Danielle and her mom hit Catch LA Sunday night, and we asked her about the legal battle with Suede. TMZ broke the story ... Danielle's mom is suing him, claiming he screwed them on the "Cash Me Outside" remix he produced.

Danielle had a two-word rebuttal for Suede, and yes ... one of those words started with 'F.'

While we had her, Danielle also weighed in on how to properly blow your dough when you're a young celeb. Cash some wisdom ... outside.

Michael Blackson's taking his feud with Kevin Hart to another level ... by doubling down on jokes about Kevin's height and how he cheated on his pregnant wife.

The comedian skewered Hart during a portion of his stand-up set at The Wilbur Theatre in Boston Friday night, calling him a "midget with a regular ni**a's head" and a "punk bitch" ... among other insults.

Blackson also rips Kevin for essentially snitching on himself during his whole sex tape/extortion scandal.

Here's the backstory -- Blackson and Hart used to be friends, but Kevin took issue with Michael using his cheating fiasco as fodder for his comedy ... so he called him out during a 'Breakfast Club' interview by referring to Mike as "the Instagram model that just shows her ass and is looking for love."

Blackson took issue with that and vowed to keep blasting Hart, saying ... "when I'm done with you u will commit suicide by jumping off the curb you short f*ck."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West had a casual night out Friday at the hottest restaurant in L.A.

K & K hit up Craig's in West Hollywood and they were characteristically un-chatty, EXCEPT on the way out.

Our photog asked Kim if she and Kanye would go to Paris Hilton's wedding. You'll recall, we got video of Paris a week ago saying it was a no-brainer -- she was inviting Kim to her wedding. They've had an up-and-down relationship over the years, but things have smoothed out.
