Jay-Z and Beyonce dropping their surprise album the day after Nas released his, has many fans thinking the legendary Jay-Nas beef is back, but this won't be a throwback to 2001 ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Nas tell us the Queensbridge rapper isn't fuming about "Everything Is Love" being released on Saturday, and doesn't think the Carters will steal any thunder from his new album, "Nasir." We're told Nas fully appreciates the fact Jay and Bey are hip-hop royalty at this point, and actually really likes their new record.

If you don't know, and you should, Nas and Jay had a huge feud going in the late '90s and early 2000s. They went at each other in songs and interviews for years before burying the whole thing in 2005.

They've been friends ever since, and we're told Nas is more interested in "black excellence" these days ... rather than drama.

UFC champ T.J. Dillashaw agrees with Dana White ... CM Punk showed a lot of balls by getting into the Octagon -- but admits his performance was trash.

T.J. joined the guys on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs weeknights on FS1) -- where he talked about his upcoming rematch with Cody Garbrandt at UFC 227 in August.

Even though the two have had bad blood in the past, T.J. says he respects Cody and anyone else who gets in the Octagon to compete ... including CM Punk.

"Yeah, sure, he did not look good at all -- but he still went out there and did it ... respect."

Logan Paul says his beef with KSI is 100% real -- telling TMZ Sports he "hates" the YouTube star, and says he's calling his shot in their upcoming boxing match.

Logan and KSI came face-to-face during a heated news conference this past weekend -- things got physical ... and Logan is adamant the hatred ain't just to sell tickets.

"It's real beef," Paul told us on the way out of Catch in West Hollywood ... "I hate the kid."

The two will fight for real in August when they square off in Manchester -- but, for now, it's gonna be a LOT of trash talk.

"I'm fighting a sack of potatoes. KSI, you suck."

Paul says the fight isn't just a big moment for YouTube stars who want to show they're bigger than social media -- it could also be a HUGE moment for the sport of boxing.

Drake's mom, Sandi Graham, says rap beefs are for kids ... and she wants 'em dropped, stat.

We got Sandi leaving Delilah in WeHo -- rolling deep with some hotties, btw -- and we ask her about Jay-Z throwing shade. Jay and Bey dropped their new joint album, "Everything is Love," and Jay goes after Drizzy in "BOSS" for turning down his TIDAL offer and choosing Apple Music.

Jay also references the Pusha-T beef and calls out Drake for sending him a $100k invoice. All of that is kid's play ... according to Sandi, who says it's time everyone act like grown men.

Matt Barnes says the REAL reason people in the NBA don't like Tristan Thompson is because he's a fake-ass tough guy who's all talk ... no action.

Since Barnes is tight with Draymond Green -- who also hates Tristan -- we asked him where the animosity comes from ... and Barnes didn't mince words.

"A lot of people are tough on the court and then when you seem them off the court, they're not as tough as they want to be," Barnes told us.

Then, he added this shot ... "People know [Tristan's] not built like that. It's known, period."

As for Draymond ... he refused to shake Thompson's hand in Cleveland after the four-game sweep, and then said at the championship parade Tuesday, "Tristan, we ain't cut the same."

Barnes says the beef has nothing to do with the Khloe Kardashian drama ... it's solely about Tristan talkin' tough, but not backing it up.

TMZ Sports spoke with the King of the Youth at the Fortnite Pro-Am in L.A. on Tuesday ... and naturally, we had to ask which spitter was best at the uber-famous battle royale game.

While Lil Boat didn't know who should be deemed the best, he DID know Drizzy's far from earning the title ... and has some words for the dude's game.

Chad Ochocinco is more FIFA Prince than FIFA King ... 'cause Paul George OWNS the ex-NFL superstar in the video game -- so says the Thunder stud himself.

Chad -- who's dubbed himself the "FIFA King" many times over the years -- has been obsessed with the soccer game ... and is a legend in the gaming community for showing up to random people's houses to pick up the sticks.

Drake's new music video for "I'm Upset" -- with his 'Degrassi' castmates -- wasn't a clever distraction from his beef with Pusha T ... but it was a bad, and unavoidable, coincidence.

Drizzy took a ton of heat for releasing the video while fans were dying for him to respond to Push. It came off like he was using the whole 'Degrassi' reunion thing as a smoke screen for the drama.

However, sources close to production tell us they started planning for the single's release and video weeks before it was even shot.

As we reported, Pusha T released "The Story of Adidon" -- a diss track that revealed Drake has a secret son -- on Tuesday, May 29. We're told the "I'm Upset" shoot schedule was set for last weekend, before Push's track came out, and neither Drake nor his team felt it needed to change.

Drizzy revealed Wednesday night he'll release his new album, "Scorpion," on June 29 -- so, it's still possible he'll fire back then.

Brody Jenner and his bride are back in L.A. after their kick-ass destination wedding ... but they're obviously still kinda salty about Caitlyn deciding NOT to attend.

We got Brody and Mrs. Kaitlynn Carter Jenner Wednesday evening at LAX as they returned from tying the knot on an exotic Indonesian island. We asked Brody if there were any plans to send a video of their magical day to anyone (*cough, cough* Caitlyn) who might have missed the wedding.

Brody scoffed at the idea but you have to see what the missus stepped in and said -- a barely subtle jab.

TMZ broke the story ... Brody was deeply hurt Caitlyn wasn't gonna attend, instead choosing to attend a benefit in Vienna.

Logan Paul and KSI are ripping a page from Mayweather vs. McGregor and holding a massive news conference at the L.A. Coliseum for their full-contact beatdown ... and it's all going down this weekend!

As we previously reported, the two social media stars have agreed to fight each other on August 25 in Manchester, England ... and there's talk it could bring in more viewers than Conor vs. Floyd.

Besides Logan and KSI, both of their younger brothers -- Jake Paul and Deji -- will also be participating in the presser ... since they're also fighting each other that night.

Logan is taking the fight VERY seriously -- he's been training like a maniac and beating the hell out of his sparring partners.

KSI has trained up at Floyd Mayweather's gym in Vegas ... and already has one boxing victory under his belt.

Tekashi69 is adding more fuel to the fire in his war with fellow rapper Chief Keef, this time by taking Keef's baby mama, Slim Danger, out on a $75k shopping spree at Gucci for her birthday.

Tekashi posted a clip at the Gucci store in NYC with stacks in his hand and Slim, who calls out Keef as a deadbeat dad in the clip. "If you don't know how to take care of your girl, n***as gonna take care of her for you," 6ix9ine chimes in. He later copped a feel too.

We're told the two happened to run into one another while Slim was in town to celebrate her bday. She's cool with Tekashi's Tr3way family, so Tekashi took her shopping to celebrate.

Slim made off with a fanny pack, sunglasses, wallet, and a dress ... totaling more than $75k. Unclear if she got to keep the giant 69 chain around her neck.

As we previously reported ... the two rappers have ongoing beef that's been going back and forth on social media, and doesn't look like Tekashi's squashing it anytime soon.

Tekashi69 isn't trying to hide it, he's got a major sweet tooth when it comes to his upcoming tour, but he also feels the need for more beef ... with Chief Keef.

We got a hold of 6ix9ine's list of demands for his European tour, which kicks off this week. While there's the usual fried chicken and meat tray requests, the rapper also has to have a copy of Chief Keef's CD, "Bang 3, Pt. 2" in all his dressing rooms.

That particular Keef record peaked at 78 in 2015, so we're guessing Tekashi only wants it around to troll his rival. Or maybe to play Frisbee.

They've had heated exchanges on social media recently, and Keef was shot at in NYC earlier this month. The bullet missed, and while many suspected Tekashi's crew was involved ... 6ix9ine flat-out denied it on "TMZ Live."

As for the sweet stuff, Tekashi wants 69 (clever) bags of Skittles at each stop, as well as ...

Swizz Beatz wasn't kidding when he said his beat battle with Timbaland was "to be continued" -- the hip-hop icons are planning a tour.

The mega producers joined us on "TMZ Live" to talk about the stage battle they had Sunday night at Hot 97's Summer Jam concert -- and they revealed it was NOT a one-off. In fact, Swizz said it was so good, turning it into a full-fledged tour -- with superstar guests -- just makes too much sense.

ICYMI ... about a year ago, Timbaland accepted Swizz's challenge to a beat battle and when it finally went down Sunday, the crowd went nuts. Swizz said onstage, "This is to be continued. I ain't finished with the ass-whopping and I guess he ain't [either]."

Wondering if Mike Tyson still hates Don King? The answer's yes. How much? A lot ... 'cause the legendary boxer straight-up chucked his drink at the promoter Saturday night!!

It all went down at the Boxing Hall Of Fame Induction Weekend in Canastota, NY ... when King tried to give Tyson a friendly tap on the shoulder ... and Mike returned the gesture with some water to his face!!

Tyson's explanation for it was pretty simple the following day -- WE AIN'T FRIENDS!!

"He talked in there like he was my friend and that was just bullcrap," Tyson said.

"He really did me in."

Remember, Iron Mike and Don have had beef for a long time ... with Tyson at one point suing him for $100 MILLION alleging Don cheated him out of a TON of money when he used to promote Mike's fights.

Kanye West took us all for a crazy ride ... and brilliantly created that bizarre media firestorm as part of a diabolical plot to promote his new album -- so says Tyron Woodley.

The UFC champ had always been skeptical about Kanye's outbursts -- including the one during "TMZ Live" -- and had been adamant Yeezy was putting on an erratic front to grab headlines.

And after listening to Kanye's new album ... Tyron says he is CERTAIN he's right -- because he thinks it is the work of a pure genius.

Woodley spells the whole thing out in this week's "The Hollywood Beatdown With Tyron Woodley" -- where he also blasts hecklers and finally addresses UFC contender Colby Covington ... threatening to beat his ass.

Maury Povich just extended a red carpet invite to Drake to come on his show, take a paternity test and prove once and for all if he's got a kid.

We got Maury at LAX Thursday, and to say he's eager to have Drake come on his show and take a DNA test that proves his paternity would be an understatement.

Maury says he's offered his expertise to other rappers in the past, most recently a lie detector test to Cardi B and Offset who went through a rough patch shortly before she announced she's pregnant.

It's actually not a bad call for Drake. Many feel Drizzy took the L by staying silent after Pusha T allegedly beat him to the punch and hinted he had a son with porn star Sophie Brussaux on his diss track, "The Story of Adidon."
