Dominique Moceanu is celebrating the bravery of her fellow Team USA gymnasts who helped bring Larry Nassar to justice ... years after she started sounding the alarm about abuse in the sport.

The 1996 gold medalist told us she first heard about Nassar 2 years ago, when Jamie Dantzscher confided in her. Several years earlier, Dominique had accused multiple people -- including coach Bela Karolyi -- of emotional and physical abuse, but says the convo with Jamie was the first time she'd heard of sexual abuse.

Disney star Adam Hicks made his first court appearance for his armed robbery case, and it's going to be a lot harder for him to bail out of jail.

We broke the story ... Hicks -- star of Disney productions like "Zeke and Luther" and "Lemonade Mouth" -- was arrested for committing or attempting to commit 5 armed robberies. The 25-year-old and his girlfriend, who was also busted, allegedly went on a spree Wednesday morning ... brandishing a handgun while demanding money and property from victims.

TMZ posted video, allegedly of Hicks pulling one of the robberies.

The judge raised Hicks' bail from $350k to $550k. His gf, Danni Tamburo, posted $300k bail and was released. While in court, Hicks' attorney argued the alleged victims had not ID'd him as the suspect ... so he didn't want Hicks' face shown on camera. The judge agreed.

Kimora Lee Simmons thinks the woman who just sued her ex-husband, Russell Simmons, for rape is lying.

A photog got Kimora out Thursday after Jennifer Jarosik filed a lawsuit claiming Russell propositioned her for sex in 2016 and when she refused he brutalized her by striking and pushing her and then raping her.

Kimora takes a beat before answering, but says she believes he's innocent.

Russell and Kimora were married between 1998 and 2009, although they split in 2006, and they have 2 kids together.

1/27/18 3:30 PM PT -- Suge's former lawyer, Matthew Fletcher, tells TMZ ... his actions and methods while representing Suge were "legal and routinely used by every competent attorney in the world." Regarding allegations of bribery, he says ... "There is absolutely, 100% certainly not a single witness who has ever even insinuated that I spoke with them period! And with even more certainty, there is not a single witness or person who has ever had a conversation with me in which I offered them anything to testify."

Both Fletcher and Culpepper were released from custody late Friday.

Two of Suge Knight's former attorneys are behind bars for allegedly trying to bribe witnesses in his murder case.

Attorneys Matthew Fletcher and Thaddeus Culpepper were arrested on charges of acting as accessories after the fact ... a felony.

The allegations surround Suge's murder case over an incident at Tam's burger joint in Compton. Suge ran over 2 people, killing one of them. He claims he was acting in self-defense.

Fletcher allegedly tried to pay witnesses who were at Tam's to say they saw the victims and others in possession of a gun -- a critical point in Suge's defense ... this according to documents obtained by the L.A. Times.

Culpepper allegedly tried to pay an informant to say he was present during the incident at Tam's and would testify in a way that was favorable to Suge.

Fletcher Cox says his relationship with a married woman ain't the result of some master seduction ... but just some good ol' fashioned mutual attraction between consenting adults.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Cox -- Eagles star DT -- was sued by Josh Jeffords, a North Carolina man who claimed Fletcher seduced and banged his wife Catherine ... destroying his marriage.

In N.C., that can constitute "alienation of affection" ... what Cox is being sued for.

But in docs filed by Cox's attorney, he's adamant he's no homewrecker ... saying the relationship "was not the result of seduction," but just "mutual attraction" with a woman who "knowingly and voluntarily consented to the relationship."

In fact, Cox says she never told him she was married ... and says it wouldn't matter anyway, 'cause "no genuine love or affection existed" between Catherine and her husband.

The 6'4," 310-pound Pro Bowler does admit to having explicit text conversations with the woman ... including telling her, "I want to get you pregnant."

Cox's attorney is asking the court to dismiss the case ... and make Josh Jeffords pay for his lawyers.

William Shatner had an unwanted visitor outside his home Thursday night, but when the suspicious man was confronted ... he took off at warp speed before cops could catch him.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the 'Star Trek' legend was at his San Fernando Valley home Thursday around 5 PM when an adult male wearing shorts was spotted outside peering into his house.

We're told someone by Shatner's residence went to ask the guy what he was up to, at which point he began pacing back and forth ... and then bolted.

Our sources say a 911 call was made and cops showed up within 5 minutes to search for the prowler, but he was long gone. Police spoke with the OG Captain Kirk to make sure everything was fine at his place, which it was.

We're told cops have upped patrols in the area and are still looking for the guy.

Joel Taylor's death is officially off the FBI's plate -- for now at least ... TMZ has learned.

Carlos Osorio -- a spokesman for the FBI's San Juan Division -- tells TMZ the feds have been pulled off the "Storm Chasers" star's case, and it's been passed back to local authorities.

Osorio says FBI members conducted a preliminary investigation on the cruise ship Taylor died on this week, and concluded his death was not the result of a violent crime. That, coupled with other factors he wouldn't elaborate on, made U.S. officials determine the case was no longer in the FBI's jurisdiction.

Here's the catch -- if it's determined Taylor's death is linked to murder ... we're told the feds could reopen the investigation. That doesn't seem likely -- Taylor's death appears to be tied to a drug OD.

As we reported ... Taylor was so out of it after consuming what we're told was GHB that he was rendered unconscious on the dance floor and had to be carried to his room. Passengers told us drug us was rampant on the cruise ship as passengers partied.

No arrests have been made, and local police in San Juan are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding Taylor's demise.

The NFL Network is firing back at the former wardrobe stylist who claimed she was sexually harassed by on-air talent like Marshall Faulk and Donovan McNabb ... saying she approved of the inappropriate behavior.

NFL Enterprises -- which runs the football network -- filed its response to Jami Cantor's lawsuit on January 18 ... denying all of her claims and asking the court to throw it out.

As we previously reported ... Cantor made several claims of sexual harassment from 2006 until she was fired in 2016. She alleges Faulk pulled out his genitals in front of her and asked invasive questions.

Cantor also claims McNabb sent texts to her asking if "she was a squirter" and telling her she "looked like the kind of girl that squirted when getting f***ed," ... and accused Warren Sapp of urinating in front of her.

Ike Taylor, Eric Davis and Heath Evans were also named in the suit.

The response claims Jami "approved, consented to, authorized, and/or ratified" all of the misconduct ... translation -- she was cool with it.

The response also claims the network properly addressed any concerns that may have been raised by Cantor during her time with the company.

Pablo Escobar's girlfriend is suing a production company for a Netflix show, claiming it's based on her memoir about her love life with the drug kingpin.

Virginia Vallejo just filed suit against Caracol American Productions over the series, "Pablo Escobar: El Patron del Mal" -- alleging producers for the show stole specific stories from her 2007 memoir, "Amando a Pablo, Odiando a Escobar." That's "Loving Pablo, Hating Escobar" ... for the gringos.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Vallejo -- a former journalist -- says she was in negotiations with Caracol, but they never struck a deal to use her work. According to the suit, Caracol went ahead and lifted scenes and narratives from her book.

For instance, she says the scene of her getting an excessive amount of flowers from Pablo is a direct rip from her book.

She also says they changed her name in the show, but it's not clever. As she points out ... Regina Parejo blatantly rhymes with Virginia Vallejo.

Jesse Williams didn't violate a custody order by letting his kids hang out with a woman his kids call "Mama C" ... because she's not his girlfriend, according to sources close to Jesse.

We broke the story ... Williams' ex, Aryn Drake-Lee, claims he violated their custody agreement by introducing their 2 kids to his new gf ... Ciarra Pardo ... well, at least Aryn thinks she's a gf.

According to our sources ... Jesse and Ciarra, a visual artist, have known each other for a very long time, but are not a couple and don't ever hook up. In fact, we're told Ciarra's been a pal since the kids were born, and Aryn knows her.

The two were recently on a trip together, joined by other friends, to Brazil.

1:48 PM PT -- A rep for Weinstein tells us, "Mr. Weinstein categorically denies these claims and his lawyers will respond in the appropriate legal forum with evidence proving they are untrue. The evidence will show these claims for money are in the realm of a science fiction movie."

Harvey Weinstein is being sued by a woman who claims a variety of terrible things, including that Weinstein allegedly forced her to take dictation while he was naked.

Sandeep Rehal claims in a new lawsuit she started working for Weinstein as his personal assistant in 2013. She says among other things, he made her get him clean underwear, and when she would sit in his SUV with him he would rub between her thighs.

She says he would press himself against her while they walked and would use sexist and profane language, including calling her a c*** and a p***y.

She says on numerous occasions he said, "What's wrong Sandeep, is the tampon up too far today?"

Rehal says Weinstein would often brag about his power, saying, "I am Harvey Weinstein and you are at Weinstein University. I decide whether or not you graduate."

She also says she would facilitate his sexual liaisons, maintaining a list of available women and manage his stock of Caverject shots for erectile dysfunction.

And there's this ... Rehal says she had to clean up semen on Weinstein's office couch and pick up used condoms on a regular basis.

She's suing both Weinstein, The Weinstein Co. and Bob Weinstein for unspecified damages.

FSU QB Deondre Francois was worried his ex-GF was going to wreck all his stuff -- including 2 flat screen TVs -- according to the 911 call obtained by TMZ Sports.

Cops responded to an incident at Francois' apartment earlier this week. Francois claims his GF became enraged and started breaking things at his apartment before she tried to hit him.

Francois' GF told a different story ... saying the FSU QB flew into a jealous rage, knocked down a door and threw her to the ground.

In the 911 call made by DF, he tells Tallahassee PD that his girl is "tearin' up everything in my house."

Francois tells the operator the girl threatened to call cops and say he physically hurt her ... "She's trying to say I was domestic violent. But my best friend is sitting right here. He just seen her trying to take everything down."

"I just want someone to come get her please."

H-Town's Solomon "Shazam" Conner just got arrested, and it should teach him an important lesson -- if you're gonna knock boots, you better pay for the kids you might end up having.

Conner was busted Wednesday in Texas for failure to pay child support ... according to court docs. It's his second arrest for this. He and his twin brother founded the R&B group H-Town back in the '90s.

It's unclear how much Conner allegedly owes this time around -- but when he was arrested in 2015 for back child support, he'd racked up a $170k tab.

Floyd Mayweather Sr. adamantly denies attacking a woman after the Gennady Golovkin-Canelo Alvarez fight ... pleading not guilty to a battery charge in a Las Vegas court.

In case you missed it ... cops say Sr., 65, got into a heated confrontation outside T-Mobile Arena after the fight. They say Sr. grabbed the woman before punching her in the leg.

Sr. was charged with battery and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Floyd turned himself Tuesday ... and the warrant was canceled. On Thursday, Sr.'s attorney appeared before a Vegas judge ... and pled not guilty on Mayweather's behalf.

As we previously reported, FM Sr.'s rep told us he's totally innocent ... and never laid a hand on the alleged victim.

Katy Perry can breathe a sigh of relief -- the 37-year-old man who said he'd "do whatever it takes" to be with the singer is getting booted from the country ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Pawel Jurski from Poland was arrested in Miami last month after trying to bum-rush the stage at Katy's concert. Cops determined he'd been to at least 6 of Katy's shows over 20 days, and tried to contact her at each show.

Jurski was found guilty of felony aggravated stalking, misdemeanor loitering and resisting arrest ... according to prosecutors in Miami-Dade County.

Natalie Mendoza says she forgives Harvey Weinstein for his alleged sexual assault on her.

We got the Australian actress Wednesday at LAX and asked if she'd forgiven him for what she claims he did to her during a 2002 script meeting -- allegedly lunging at her and groping her, before she threatened to punch him if he didn't lay off.

Surprisingly, she does -- and her explanation is interesting. Sounds like she thinks society is partially to blame for Harvey's misdeeds, and the only way forward is through forgiveness.
