Meek Mill and his legal team have been dragging the name of the judge that revoked his probation through the mud, and her new high-profile attorney, A Charles Peruto Jr., is prepared to put an end to it.

Judge Genece Brinkley is threatening to sue Meek over bogus claims that she tried to extort favors from the rapper, and Wednesday on "TMZ Live" Peruto defended his client, saying there's now a court transcript that proves they've been lying all along, and Meek's lawyer is nothing more than a "circus clown."

Peruto says Meek and co. have gone too far by trying to fight Meek's legal battle in the street instead of the court room, including having the Governor call and try to sway Brinkley's decision.

Nicole Eggert has no regrets about dragging police into her feud with Scott Baio -- and says it's a necessary part of her recovery.

Nicole was out in L.A. Wednesday morning when she revealed her experience with LAPD one day earlier. TMZ broke the story ... the former "Charles in Charge" star and her attorney, Lisa Bloom, met with detectives in the Sexual Assault Section ... and discussed her claim Baio molested her multiple times.

Baio denies the allegations, and told us Nicole's not only changed her story multiple times -- but she's playing dirty by even mentioning his kids in this whole mess.

Logan Paul is dealing in death again -- this time it's a video of himself and a dead rat ... and a taser.

In the video, posted earlier this week on his YouTube channel, Paul and a couple of friends are getting rid of a dead rat they found on an outside deck -- and he decided it would be cool to shoot the carcass with a taser.

He later zaps the rat again after they toss it in a garbage bin.

Paul's still dealing with immense backlash for posting that video of a suicide victim in Japan -- and just last week he claimed to have remorse for that stunt.

So, does this new video jibe with that?

Rep. Jackie Speier says the House of Representatives' vote Tuesday morning could totally revamp how Washington D.C. handles sexual harassment ... and insists Time's Up on Capitol Hill, too.

We got the California congresswoman on her way into the vote, and she explained exactly how politicians are finally addressing the age-old problem of sexual harassment and abuse in the Capitol.

Speier's been pushing for change since referencing an unnamed list of her peers who'd secretly settled sexual harassment suits with taxpayer money. She says this new bill makes sure this never happens again.

Steve Aoki says there's gross gender inequality in the DJ'ing world ... but he's not sure how to solve the problem.

We got the cake-throwing disc jockey Monday in Bev Hills and asked if other women -- besides Paris Hilton -- were getting a fair shot on the turntables, and Steve tells us straight-up ... they're not.

Our camera guy presses Steve on what can be done to obtain equality in the DJ world, but all he can muster in the moment is a hypothetical mandate for promoters.

He also doesn't sound too worried by the massive plunge on the stock market Monday ... just hold on, he says.

Beyonce's success is about more than the color of her skin and even if she had darker skin, she'd still be Queen Bey to everyone, according to Utah's first black Congresswoman.

Prince wouldn't be pissed at Justin Timberlake for using his image and voice during the Super Bowl halftime show, at least according to Prince's sister ... who wants JT's haters to back off.

Tyka Nelson tells TMZ ... she was pleasantly surprised by Timberlake's performance, and even enjoyed his controversial Prince tribute. She and the rest of Prince's family knew he was planning to sing, "I Would Die 4 U," but says they weren't aware he was doing the video projection.

As for the backlash -- Tyka says everyone has their own idea of what Prince would have wanted ... so, it's an impossible position for Justin.

Tyka added her brother was outspoken, but wasn't one to hold grudges ... referring to the old beef between Prince and JT's beef over "Sexy Back." As she put it, "He said what he said and kept it moving."

Of course, one of the things he said was he hated duets between living and deceased artists. He called it "demonic" ... which doesn't sound like he'd be all that forgiving.

For her part, Tyka ain't trippin' ... and neither is JT, apparently.

Republic Records honcho and 'The Four' judge Charlie Walk claims he was being extorted before an ex-employee accused him of sexual misconduct, and says he has a voicemail to prove it.

TMZ has obtained a voicemail a source close to Charlie claims was left by radio exec Tom Gilligan. The caller, who sounds drunk, offers Charlie a "deal" -- resign from 'The Four' and Republic and "nobody will ever say anything." He claimed Walk hired hookers, and 3 women were ready to go public as part of the #MeToo movement.

Gilligan tells us he doesn't recall leaving a voicemail for Walk, but does acknowledge he was drunk and upset with him around the same time. He claims Charlie had ignored his request to set up a meet-and-greet with Jon Bon Jovi.

Although the message was left about a month before Tristan Coopersmith went public with allegations against Walk -- Gilligan insists he has nothing to do with her or an extortion plot. As we reported ... Walk pulled out of 'The Four' finale, airing this week.

Brace yourselves, Beyhive ... Beyonce's father says the Beyhive might not even exist if his daughter was darker skinned than she is.

Mathew Knowles went off about race in the music biz, saying "When it comes to Black females, who are the people who get their music played on pop radio? Mariah Carey, Rihanna, the female rapper Nicki Minaj, my kids."

Mathew spoke to Ebony about his new book, "Racism From The Eyes Of A Child" ... and admitted he even thought Tina Knowles was white when they first met.

His statement about Beyonce might hit her fans as controversial, but does he have a point -- particularly when it comes to current music?

Guess Jeans co-founder Paul Marciano says Kate Upton is lying when she says he sexually harassed her, adding she's about to make a false claim he groped her.

Marciano gave TMZ a statement, responding to Upton's tweet that he used his position "to sexually and emotionally harass women."

Marciano says, "Ms. Upton provided no details ... She leveled this malicious and false accusation only hours before a gala event at our headquarters in Los Angeles unveiling a new Guess campaign. Ms. Upton told TMZ that 'I'm excited to tell my whole story.'"

He goes on ... "I am told that she has been working with others for some time to defame me and will claim that I groped her among other things."

Marciano's response ... "This accusation is false. I have never touched Kate Upton. I have never been alone with Kate Upton. I have never acted inappropriately towards her."

Sources connected to Marciano tell us he believes Upton is lashing out because Guess ended its relationship with her after a disastrous photo shoot.

Anthony Scaramucci WENT OFF on Republican big wig David Frum, calling him a liar, and that's just for starters.

We got The Mooch at Craig's Friday night after he shot an episode of Bill Maher's show, where Frum suggested Scaramucci was involved in a shady business deal.

You gotta listen to the clip. Scaramucci says Frum suffers from Trump Derangement Syndrome and then expresses sympathy for Frum's wife and children.

The funny thing ... Bill Maher was totally bored by the confrontation during the show.

Nicole Eggert is imploring Scott Baio to be a good father to his daughter ... and, in her eyes, that means confessing he had sex with Nicole when she was a minor.

Eggert was out for a walk in L.A. Friday morning when she went for the jugular with her former "Charles in Charge" co-star. She also says she hasn't filed a report yet, but she has an appointment to talk to cops.

She goes on to hint she might not be the only person from the show who has beef with Baio.

Treach says Tupac's rape accuser is only coming forward now to repeat her more than 2-decade-old allegations because she's trying to use the #MeToo movement to gain some fame.

The Naughty by Nature rapper tells us everyone heard Ayanna Jackson's story when Tupac went to trial and eventually prison in 1995. Treach, who was tight with 'Pac, believes Jackson is digging up the old story as part of what he calls, "the new hustle" -- promoting some upcoming project.

He clarified, he's not condoning rape, and clearly believes his friend did NOT commit one.

So much for a warm welcome for Alex Smith in Washington ...

Redskins stud defensive back D.J. Swearinger is PISSED about the blockbuster trade that sent a young defensive star to the Chiefs in exchange for the Pro Bowl QB ... calling the deal "bullsh*t."

ICYMI -- Washington sent Kendall Fuller (arguably one of the best young corners on the team) and a draft pick to the Chiefs in exchange for the 33-year-old QB.

D.J. bashed the deal in a series of tweets this morning ... calling out his team for taking a step back:

"Never Saw Any Bulls**t Like This In My Life!! Idc who i rub wrong because you never sat in a meeting nor put in work with my dawg!!"

Terrell Owens is clearly still pissed about the way things went down at the end of his career in San Francisco ... because he just threw some Hall of Fame shade at the 49ers.

T.O. touched down in Minneapolis for the Super Bowl festivities when we asked if he thought he would finally get the votes to be enshrined in Canton this year.

Owens insists he doesn't give A DAMN about the Hall of Fame -- but if he DID get inducted, he would show no love to 9ers ... the team that launched his career.

Yeah, we know our question about picking a team to be enshrined with is more of a baseball thing -- but you get the point.

Of course, things ended nasty between Owens and the 49ers when a contract dispute erupted in the final year of his deal. He ended up leaving and signing a $49 million contract with the Eagles.

Despite all the drama, T.O.'s old 49ers QB Jeff Garcia tells TMZ Sports he strongly believes Owens belongs in the Hall.
