Kim Kardashian Celebrates Cyntoia Brown ... Granted Clemency
Kim Kardashian is making a huge difference in prison reform once again, playing a key role in helping to get clemency for Tennessee inmate Cyntoia Brown.
Cyntoia, imprisoned for 15 years for killing a man who was allegedly using her as a sex slave when she was 16, has just been granted clemency by Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam. She's set to be released on parole supervision Aug. 7.
Kim recruited her attorney -- Shawn Holley -- to help Cyntoia's clemency campaign, which started garnering tons of publicity after KK and other celebs like Rihanna, LeBron James and Snoop Dogg started bringing attention to her case.
Holley offered support, resources and called the District Attorney's Office on Cyntoia's behalf.
After being granted clemency Monday following a long legal battle, Cyntoia issued a statement saying, "I am thankful for all the support, prayers, and encouragement I have received.
I am thankful to my lawyers and their staffs, and all the others who, for the last decade have freely given their time and expertise to help me get to this day. I love all of you and will be forever grateful.
With God's help, I am committed to live the rest of my life helping others, especially young people. My hope is to help other young girls avoid ending up where I have been."
As you know, Kim went to the White House last summer to meet with President Trump and talk clemency and prison reform. She also played a major role in freeing Alice Marie Johnson and Matthew Charles ... both people she mentioned to Trump during their meeting.

Daz was originally facing 13 felony drug charges after cops say they found 117 grams of ganja, including in several cigarillo packets and a green mason jar, and a bunch of THC oil during the September bust at his home in Powder Springs -- about 20 miles outside Atlanta.
We're told prosecutors decided to pursue just the 2 charges, instead of 13.

Ex-NFL Star Jamal Anderson Drunken Arrest Video ... Bizarre and Sad
-
EXCLUSIVE
- 1.2K shares
Ex-NFL star Jamal Anderson -- the guy who created the Dirty Bird dance -- was so zonked out of his mind during a Dec. arrest, he handed cops a bag of chips when asked for his I.D.
Cops were called to a gas station in the Atlanta area to respond to a limo driver who complained that Anderson stiffed him on a $50 ride around 5 AM on Dec. 23.
When cops arrived, Anderson was a mess -- stuffing his face with a bag of potato chips.
One of the officers asked for his driver's license, Anderson reached into his pocket and presented the cop a pack of cigarettes.
When that didn't work, Anderson offered up his chips. She didn't accept that as a proper form of identification either.
Anderson denied being intoxicated, but cops say he was hammered and arrested him for public intoxication. The limo driver declined to press charges over the $50 fare.
Cops also asked Anderson how he paid for the smokes and the snacks -- and someone inside the gas station said another patron ponied up the dough for the Atlanta Falcons legend.
Anderson was placed in cuffs and hauled to a nearby police station where he continued to profess his innocence.
The 46-year-old has had tons of problems ever since his NFL career ended back in 2001 -- he's been arrested multiple times for things like cocaine, DUI and exposing himself in a gas station.
Anderson was a beast back in the day ... leading the Falcons to the Super Bowl during the 1998 season before losing to John Elway's Denver Broncos.

NFL's Reuben Foster Domestic Violence Charge Dropped ... Injury Photos
1:24 PM PT -- TMZ Sports has obtained the injury photos of Elissa Ennis -- the woman who claims Foster attacked her ... but apparently, the pics weren't compelling enough for charges to be pursued.
You can see a big red bruise on her cheek and red marks on her chest.
The photos were taken in the aftermath of the Nov. 24 incident -- the woman claims Foster hit her in the face while trying to take her cell phone. She called 911 and cops responded to the team hotel.
Foster's attorney tells us he believes prosecutors dropped the case because of credibility issues.
Remember, after making a claim months ago that he attacked her in February, she recanted on the stand saying she made up the allegations in a fit of anger after being dumped.
And, it got even worse when she appeared on 'GMA' and said she lied about lying on the stand.
Bottom line ... seems prosecutors realize there is no way they could prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt with an alleged victim who has repeatedly lied about the very thing for which Foster was arrested.
8:51 AM PT -- An NFL spokesperson tells TMZ Sports ... "We are monitoring all developments in the matter which continues to be under review by the league."
7:22 AM PT -- TMZ Sports spoke with Foster's attorney Eddie Suarez who tells us he believes the case was dropped due to issues with the witness' credibility.
Suarez says he believes the fact Foster's accuser has changed her story about a previous domestic violence incident multiple times was a factor in the decision to drop the case.
Reuben Foster is off the hook in his domestic violence case ... again.
TMZ Sports has obtained a court document filed on Jan. 2 which shows the State Attorney's Office in Florida has dismissed the misdemeanor charge against Foster stemming from a Nov. 24 incident with his ex-girlfriend.
Foster was scheduled to appear at an arraignment in Hillsborough County, FL on Thursday morning -- but the hearing was canceled after the notice of termination of prosecution was filed.
Unclear why prosecutors decided to drop the case against the 24-year-old linebacker -- we've got calls out to everyone.
As we previously reported ... Foster was arrested back on Nov. 24 for allegedly roughing up his ex-GF, Elissa Ennis, at the 49ers' team hotel in Tampa Bay.
EXCLUSIVE: Ex-girlfriend of NFL star Reuben Foster recounts alleged assault as she speaks out to @ABC News' @LinseyDavis. https://t.co/IQ2g78h2zS pic.twitter.com/3BWDQbJWuq
@ABC
Ennis said in an interview with "Good Morning America" on Dec. 6 the fight stemmed from her threatening to tell Foster's new GF that he paid for her flight out to Florida.
In 911 audio obtained by TMZ Sports ... Ennis says, "My ex-boyfriend just took my phone [and broke it] ... slapped me in my face and threatened me."
She later repeated, "He took my phone and broke it and slapped me in my face."
Ennis said on 'GMA' that wasn't the first time Foster had struck her ... saying he had also roughed her up on two other separate occasions -- one of which she says she lied about in court to protect the LB.
Foster had been arrested for domestic violence in Feb. 2018 and charged with several felonies for allegedly roughing up the same woman.
But, when Ennis went on the stand in that case, she told the judge she had concocted the story to get back at Foster as revenge for breaking up with her.
The judge dismissed the charges against Foster in that case.
Ennis later said she lied in court to protect Foster because she thought she loved him.
San Francisco cut Foster just hours after the incident in Tampa ... but he was later claimed on waivers by the Redskins, who vowed the LB wouldn't suit up for them until the legal process played out.
Story developing ...

The son of Cindy Crawford and Randy Gerber -- who has become a force in the modeling world -- ended the year on a bad note ... getting arrested for DUI.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops pulled Presley Gerber over Sunday at around 4 AM in Beverly Hills for speeding in his Tesla. Cops say he reeked of booze, so they gave him a field sobriety test ... which he failed.
The 19-year-old model was booked for DUI and released without bail.
In California, it doesn't matter what his blood alcohol level was ... there is zero tolerance for underage drivers who drink. A .01 will get you arrested.
If convicted, Presley will automatically have his driver's license suspended for at least 1 year.
Presley's lawyer, Scott Spindel, tells TMZ, his client has no criminal record and has never been arrested, adding, "Presley Gerber takes this very seriously and is taking the necessary steps to address the allegations."
Presley's still a teenager but he's already huge in the modeling world. He's been signed to IMG for several years now and has done campaigns for Calvin Klein, Doce & Gabbana and Paris Vogue.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Bail Me Out, Judge ... I Got Lotsa Cash and Credibility
Tekashi 6ix9ine has a plan to get out of jail ... it involves a whole lot of money and convincing the judge he'll be a good boy when he's back on the streets.
The rapper's lawyer, Lance Lazarro, tells TMZ ... he's putting a bail package together for the rapper in hopes of getting him sprung from the federal prison facility where he's being held, so he can enjoy some freedom until his trial begins in September.
We're told the plan is to ask the court to set 69's bail at $1.5 million, and Lazarro will also make the case that Tekashi's not a danger to the community ... nor is he a flight risk.
6ix9ine's lawyer says he wants to file the motion before his next scheduled court appearance in late January. If the judge rules in his favor and grants bail, the rapper can await trial from the comfort of his own home once he posts the $1.5 mil.
As we reported ... prosecutors have pics and videos linking Tekashi and his crew to at least 3 armed robberies and/or shootings in Brooklyn earlier this year.
And, despite the mounting evidence in his racketeering case, Lazarro's made it clear 69 has no interest in taking a plea deal if one is offered.
Add all this to the fact the judge has denied Tekashi's bail when he was first arraigned, and it looks like a bit of a long shot ... but you never know.

Kevin Spacey Lawyers Claim Alleged Sexual Assault Victim Allowed Groping for 3 Minutes
Kevin Spacey's lawyers tried to torpedo the sexual assault charge he now faces by trying to convince a judge ... a sexual assault victim does not let his assailant grope him for 3 minutes.
Spacey's lawyers went to court last week ... trying to get an order blocking prosecutors from filing charges ... on grounds of insufficient evidence.
According to the transcript -- obtained by the Boston Globe -- Spacey's lawyers argued the man -- who was 18 at the time -- did not report the incident to authorities the night it happened or even the next day. The lawyers say he wasn't interviewed in person for more than a year.
The alleged victim is the son of former Boston news anchor Heather Unruh, who publicly came forward last year, accusing Spacey of groping her son at the Club Car bar on Nantucket.
Spacey's lawyers say the alleged victim told cops he was the one who approached Spacey in the bar, eventually exchanging phone numbers with the actor. They also claim he lied about his age, saying he was 23.
The lawyers disclosed Unruh told cops he drank between 8 and 10 drinks -- beer and whiskey -- in a little over an hour and was so drunk he may have blacked out.
The lawyers' big point-- Unruh allegedly told investigators Spacey groped him for around 3 minutes, claiming he didn't move away from Spacey or tell him to stop. Attorney Alan Jackson told the judge, "That's an incredibly long time to have a strange man's hands in your pants, correct?"
The alleged victim told cops he couldn't easily move away because the bar was packed.
The alleged victim sent his girlfriend a Snapchat video during the encounter, but Spacey's attorney says all it shows is someone's hand touching another person's shirt ... but no groping.
However, according to court docs ... the GF claims the vid shows Spacey touching the front of the alleged victim's pants by his crotch.
The lawyers failed in their bid and Spacey was charged with felony indecent assault and battery.
2018
Spacey released a bizarre video a few days ago, playing the role of his former character on "House of Cards," President Frank Underwood, urging people not to prejudge the case.

Miss World 1959 Contestant Screwed Out of $1.9 Mil Home

Loretta Powell -- known for representing the U.S. in the 1959 Miss World pageant -- came home one day to find her tenant throwing her stuff out and renovating the place ... after allegedly scamming her out of the deed to her property.
The story's pretty crazy, but law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Powell -- now in her late 80s -- met a man named David Lee Jones in 2014 while getting some tests at the hospital, and soon afterward he began renting a room she had available in her L.A.-area home.
Three years later in July 2017, Loretta called police on Jones, claiming he was slowly destroying the house she built and lived in for many years ... and she didn't know how to stop him.
We're told cops questioned Jones, who claimed he owned the $1.9 million home because Loretta signed it over to him, and turns out he was right -- but allegedly because he got her to sign the paperwork after she had hip surgery in 2016 while she was doped up on morphine.
Our sources say cops arrested Jones the next day, and he was ultimately charged with theft from elder, a felony. He's also facing a charge of vandalism of property worth more than $400.
And, get this -- cops discovered Lee was a man of many names, using a handful of aliases over the years.
His trial's set to begin this week.

TMZ's obtained prison menus from across the country, and locked-up celebs are being treated to some pretty decent Christmas cuisine ... including individual Cornish game hens for both Joe and DMX.
Guys like Bill Cosby and Suge Knight aren't so lucky, but will still get their fill of meat, potatoes and dessert. As for Mystikal ... well, his meal's not so merry. Here's a breakdown of their options:
Giudice at Pennsylvania's FCI Allenwood Low prison:
- Cornish game hen or broccoli quiche, cornbread dressing, whole kernel corn, baked sweet potato, chicken gravy, cranberry sauce, salad, dinner rolls and pie.

The 'Real Housewives of NJ' star is doing time for fraud and will be deported back to his native Italy when he's released in March.
DMX at West Virginia's Gilmer prison:
- Cornish game hen, deli sandwich, PB&J sandwich and chips. Inmates also get a $50 bump in commissary funds for December to use on chocolates, cookies and peanut cluster bars.

TMZ Sports has obtained footage of the moments cops captured ex-NFL wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham during a raid on a Missouri home Wednesday night.
In the footage, you can see several members of the Springfield PD's Special Response Team announcing their presence and getting ready to serve a search warrant on the home.
Cops say they spotted the former Philadelphia Eagles player trying to flee out of a window -- but they were able to catch him and take him into custody.
Officials say officers found 1 pound of marijuana in Green-Beckham's backpack along with several vials of THC oil.
Once inside the home, cops say they found 7 more pounds of weed -- but arrested another man in connection with that.
You can see cops walking Green-Beckham out of the home and escorting him into a waiting cop car.
FYI, 25-year-old DGB is listed at 6'5" and 215 pounds ... so, it's pretty easy to spot him in the video.
He was later taken to a nearby police station where he was booked and posed for a mug shot.
Green-Beckham had a TON of potential as a football player -- which is why he was selected by the Tennessee Titans in the 2nd round of the 2015 NFL Draft ... but off the field issues torpedoed his career.

Tekashi69 Freaks Out After Music Video Shooting Tell Cops I'm Not Here!!!
Tekashi69 was scared outta his mind after a shooting on the set of his music video ... but it had nothing to do with getting hit by bullets and everything to do with legal ramifications.
TMZ's obtained footage taken moments after 2 gunmen opened fire on the Beverly Hills mansion last November where Tekashi and Kanye West were set to film a music video. It's hard to see, but pay close attention to what you hear -- Tekashi desperately wanting to leave ... fearing his mere presence at the scene would put his then-newfound freedom in serious jeopardy.
You hear cops explain they found a 9mm and rifle rounds in the alley. They also explain how the house was intentionally targeted before saying they need to ID everyone. That's when you hear Tekashi -- sitting inside an SUV -- say, "ID me? I can't ... I'm on probation ... tell [the cops] I'm not here."
Tekashi's handler is also heard assuring Tekashi, word will NOT get out he was there. Remember ... the shooting went down just 2 weeks AFTER the rapper caught a huge break, when he was sentenced to 4 years probation in his child sex case.
As part of the deal, Tekashi was ordered to avoid all gang activity. The shooting, coupled with Tekashi at the scene, was a terrible look.
As it turned out, Tekashi's real problems started 9 days after the shooting ... when he was arrested by the feds on racketeering charges. He now faces life in prison.

Dorial Green-Beckham Ex-NFL WR Arrested ... Felony Drug Possession
7:55 AM PT -- Cops tell TMZ Sports ... they were called to a residence around 8:30 PM and when they arrived, Green-Beckham was attempting to flee through a window.
Cops eventually captured him and found 1 pound of weed in his backpack along with several vials of THC oil, officials say.
When cops searched the residence, they found 7 more pounds of marijuana -- but believe that belonged to another man.
Ex-NFL wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham was arrested on a felony drug possession charge in Missouri on Wednesday, TMZ Sports has learned.
Details surrounding the arrest are unclear (we're working on it) but we know the 25-year-old was also hit with a resisting arrest charge.
Green-Beckham was hauled to a police station in Springfield where he was booked and locked up. As of this post, he's still behind bars.
It's just the latest legal issue for a guy who had potential to be a huge NFL star. As we previously reported, Dorial was arrested for DWI last year while picking up a friend who had just been busted for drunk driving.
Green-Beckham was one of the top high school WRs ever -- but never reached his potential in college or the NFL due to off-the-field issues.
He was drafted by the Titans in the 2nd round of the 2015 Draft but didn't last there long. The Eagles picked him up in 2016 and he played 1 season -- racking up 36 catches for 392 yards and 2 TDs.
The Eagles released him before the 2017 season.
