Britney Spears Gets Restraining Order ... Against Ex-Manager
5/8 11:47 AM PT -- A judge just granted the restraining order ... Lutfi must stay 200 yards away from the singer and her family and must not make any disparaging statements about Spears.
In court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Lutfi claims he hasn't made any direct contact with Britney since 2009. However, he says he recently contacted Lynne through phone calls and "non-confrontational" texts. Lutfi also says he offered Lynne financial assistance if she decided she wanted to challenge the conservatorship in court, but insists he wasn't trying to bribe her.
In the docs, Lutfi says Britney disparaged him by making negative comments about him in a recent Instagram video.
Britney Spears' mental health is at risk and it's all because her ex-manager, Sam Lutfi -- with whom she has a dark past -- is harassing her, her parents, and stirring up her fans ... this according to new legal docs.
Britney's requesting protection from Lutfi -- she filed for a restraining order against him Tuesday in L.A. County Superior Court. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Lutfi's been firing off texts to Britney's mother, Lynne Spears, and posting "disparaging and threatening comments" on social media -- which include calling for the public to "raise hell" to free Britney.
Translation: He's the one instigating followers of the #freebritney movement.
In docs, Brit's lawyers say Lutfi sent Lynne a text last week, calling her out for not getting involved in Britney's conservatorship and decisions about the singer's mental health treatment. In a completely bizarre move, they claim Lutfi offered Lynne $1,000 to "disrupt and take over" the conservatorship. Lynne refused the money.
Lutfi has also threatened to release "trunks" of old personal items of Brit's from when he was her manager in the early 2000s ... according to the docs. The Spears family has long blamed Lutfi for taking Brit down the bad path that ended with her 2008 mental breakdown.
Brit's lawyers say Lutfi's recent activity has a negative effect on her. As they put it, his "vigilante action, bribes and release of private information" is a clear attempt to derail the actions of the conservatorship.
They say the restraining order is needed to "prevent future harm and further psychological trauma."
If granted, Lutfi would have to stay 200 yards away from Britney, Lynne and Jamie Spears ... as well Brit's kids, her boyfriend and her sister. Also, he would be banned from all contact -- by phone, text or email -- with them.

R. Kelly Ponies Up $62k in Back Child Support
R. Kelly avoided another trip to the slammer ... by ponying up ALL of the back child support he owed to his ex-wife, Drea Kelly.
The disgraced singer appeared in court Wednesday in Cook County and forked over $62k. He currently is supposed to pay just over $20k per month to Drea. Wednesday's payment covers March, April and May.
Kelly's Crisis Manager, Darrell Johnson, tells TMZ that after paying the principal balance of the child support, his client has also put June, July, and August payments in an escrow account, and he "now looks forward to clearing his name in and being cleared of all charges in the near future."
However, during Wednesday's child support hearing ... Kelly was informed he still owes Drea $32k in interest on child support.
Additionally, Drea is now requesting he cover educational expenses for their 21-year-old daughter, Joann ... who goes by Buku Abi. Kelly's attorney asked the court for proof that she's enrolled.
As we reported ... Kelly was sprung from jail back in March after a benefactor covered his $161,633 tab for back child support. After he was released, Kelly went back to court to ask the judge to lower the $20k amount, claiming he could no longer afford it.
That hearing was scheduled for Wednesday but in the meantime ... he's still on the hook for $20k+ per month.
Problem was ... Kelly fell behind AGAIN on child support payments.
As we first reported ... Kelly stopped writing checks after claiming his ex trashed him to their kids ... the move that ultimately landed him in Cook County jail.
Kelly later booked a 1-hour nightclub gig in Illinois last month that earned him $22k -- which Drea was totally cool with for obvious reasons -- but as it turned out, he never forked over the dough to get square with her.
Of course, child support's only ONE of Kelly's worries these days as he waits to stand trial on 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse involving underage girls.

Ezekiel Elliott Paying for Murdered Football Star's Funeral
Ezekiel Elliott is covering funeral expenses for an 8th grade football star who was shot and killed by a stray bullet last weekend while leaving a party in St. Louis, sources confirm to TMZ Sports.
14-year-old Jaylon McKenzie was at a house party following a school dance late Saturday night when a fight broke out involving other people.
As McKenzie and others walked outside to leave the home, he was struck by a stray bullet and died at a nearby hospital a short time later, according to the Illinois State Police.
McKenzie was a rising star on the field, dominating as a running back, WR and defensive back. He reportedly had scholarship offers from the University of Missouri and University of Illinois.
He was also spotlighted by Sports Illustrated when he was 13 as a teen athlete to watch.
So, when Ezekiel Elliott -- who grew up in St. Louis -- heard about his passing, we're told the NFL star felt compelled to help McKenzie's family by paying for the funeral costs.
McKenzie's mother, Sukeena Gunner, spoke with the Belleville News-Democrat about Zeke helping out.
"For him to reach out to me was unbelievable," Gunner said ... "Jaylon loved Ezekiel Elliott. He talked about him all the time."
"Just for him to reach out to me and help me in this difficult time leaves me speechless."

9:05 AM PT -- If you're the betting type, and the type who loves a long shot ... you might have just cashed in big time. Ladbrokes, an online betting site, had Archie odds set at 100/1. Congrats if you just came up.
And the Palace wants to make it clear ... his name is Archie, NOT Archibald.
BTW ... the middle name of Harrison is quite fitting. The root of the name is Henry's son, and Henry is Harry's actual birth name. So, there ya go.
8:42 AM PT -- Welp, it's official. Baby Sussex is now Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.
What a mouthful.
All of Queen Elizabeth's descendants take the family name Mountbatten-Windsor -- which is a combination of the Queen's official last name, and Prince Phillips' surname.
The long wait to see the royal baby is over ... but the wait to learn his name continues.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry made an appearance outside of Windsor Palace with their newborn son and the royal couple was all smiles as they introduced their baby to the world.
When asked how the baby has been, Meghan told reporters, "He has the sweetest temperament. He's really calm."
"I wonder who he gets that from," Prince Harry responded with a smile as he cradled "Baby Sussex" in his arms. Meghan called them her "two best guys in the world."
The couple plans to bring the baby to meet the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh this afternoon.

In the days leading up to the big reveal, oddsmakers in the UK were taking bets on what names the couple might choose ... with Spencer a strong favorite. Spencer was the maiden name of Princess Diana, Harry's mother.
Other names heavily favored included the more traditional Alexander, James, Arthur and Philip.
Oddsmakers were uncertain if the couple would go with a traditional name ... or buck tradition and go their own way as they have in other ways. For now ... everyone waits. As we reported ... Meghan gave birth at 5:26 AM Monday, London time to a healthy baby boy weighing in at 7 lbs. 3 oz.
Harry announced the happy news, telling the media he was thrilled and in awe over what women go through during childbirth. He said they were still thinking about the name even though they had some extra time, and also ... he couldn't stop smiling.
Kensington Palace revealed in October 2018 that Harry and Megs were expecting ... just about 5 months after their star-studded wedding ceremony.
The couple's kiddo is 7th in line to the throne, right behind his father.

Britney Spears In Dire Shape ... According to Mom
Britney Spears is in dire straits and a judge needs to protect her ... this according to Lynne Spears, who's acting quickly to make sure her own lawyer can argue her cause.
Lynne has filed new court docs, asking a judge to let her attorney appear at a court hearing Friday in Britney's conservatorship case. At the hearing, Lynne will ask the judge to order Britney's dad to include her in her daughter's treatment plan.
Jamie Spears is Britney's conservator and we know there is an extreme conflict between the 2 parents. Lynne is not asking to become a co-conservator with Jamie ... but she clearly has beef with him over the way Britney is being managed.
Lynne's lawyer says it is in Britney's best interest for her to have a voice in the situation.
As we reported, Britney is not doing well after her 30-day stay at a mental health facility. As we told you, her meds stopped working and doctors have been unable to find the right combination of drugs. As one source said, "Britney is making bad decisions and it's a problem."
Jamie has been trying to provide structure and discipline, and we're told the conflict is that he believes Lynne is way too permissive and just wants Britney to like her.

Britney Spears May Be Using Mother ... To Gain Freedom During Dark Period
Britney Spears is in bad shape -- her meds aren't working right and she's not nearly fully recovered from her relapse that landed her in a mental health facility -- and now to make matters worse, we're told she's "playing" her mom to give her more freedom to make decisions.
As we reported, Britney's mom, Lynne Spears, is going to court Friday ... asking the judge who presides over her conservatorship to force Brit's conservator, Jamie Spears, to download her on the medical decisions he's making.
Lynne has never been part of the conservatorship. She used to be extremely close to Britney, but when Britney and Justin Timberlake broke up back in 2002, the singer cut her mom out of her life. Their relationship has been spotty ever since ... we're told Lynne hadn't seen Britney for around a year.
We're told Lynne is upset over reports that Jamie had Britney committed to the mental facility and forced drugs on her -- both not true. Jamie's conservatorship doesn't give him that power. But, Lynne has heard the "Free Britney" chant and has now made her move.
Our sources say Jamie is alarmed Britney is using Lynne to get more freedom, during a period where her judgment is extremely bad. She's not allowed to drive with her phone -- security stopped her after she was caught texting and driving a week ago. Security takes her phone when she takes the wheel. By the way ... Britney doesn't have a smartphone -- only a flip phone -- because of what she might do if she has access to the internet.
Britney wants more freedom, and we're told she is using Lynne to get her way. There has been a long-standing conflict between Lynne and Jamie. We're told Lynne is deferential to Britney, while Jamie is walking a tightrope ... trying to give Britney freedom, but understanding too much freedom can trigger the type of episode that almost killed Britney in 2008.
Our sources say Jamie has confided in friends if Britney goes off the rails she could lose custody of her kids ... and quickly.
The showdown is set for Friday in court when Lynne will ask a judge for access to medical info. She's staying with Britney and we're told it's possible Britney will show up for the hearing.

John Singleton Will Was Outdated ... Kids Gearing Up for Fight
John Singleton's will is lacking a critical component that is wreaking havoc on his family ... and now his 7 children are all embroiled in conflict over their father's estate.
We've learned the children have lawyered up over John's estate, which is reportedly worth around $35 million. John's mom, Shelia Ward, filed his will in probate court last Friday, leaving all of his property to Justice, his firstborn.
Here are the major problems. The will was drafted in 1993 when Justice was John's only child. John left everything in his will to Justice.
Singleton had a total of 7 kids at the time of his death. The will never accounted for the additional 6 children. Under California law, unless the unborn children were specifically disinherited in the will when John signed it, they may have a legal claim to a portion of his estate. And, no such clause exists in the will.
Shelia is the executor of John's will, and when she filed her legal docs she listed his assets at around $3.8 mil. That means more than $31 million is unaccounted for. Most likely, John created a trust with assets that don't have to go through probate court. In other words, it's all taken care of outside the will.
We don't know who gets what in the trust ... because trust documents don't have to be filed in probate court. But, that is clearly the bulk of John's estate.
We know at least one of John's kids is furious at Shelia because while he was in a coma, 21-year-old Cleopatra accused Shelia of trying to cut all of John's kids out of his estate.
In addition to challenging the will, the kids could file a separate lawsuit if they have beef over the trust or whatever John created to dispose of the $31 mil. A legal fight may not just pit grandma against grandkids ... it could also pit some of the kids against the others.

Layzie Bone Layzie, You ARE the Father!!! DNA Does NOT Lie
Unless Layzie Bone can prove a DNA test with 99.9999999% accuracy is wrong, he IS the father of another child ... TMZ has learned.
We broke the story ... the Bone Thugs-N-Harmony rapper -- real name Steven Howse -- was involved in a paternity case in Michigan with the baby's mother, Shateira Marketa Childress. She claimed he was the father of her child, Sevyn, and turns out ... she was right.
According to the test report ... DNA samples were collected from the trio in April, and Layzie's been determined to be the biological father with almost 100 percent certainty.
As we told you, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is looking to establish Layzie as the father in order to determine how much he'll have to fork over in child support.
The rapper was involved in another paternity suit in 2013 with a different woman, and he was found to be the father that time as well. Layzie -- who apparently ain't all that lazy -- also has 3 other kids with his wife of many years.
We reached out to him ... so far, no word back.

DeAndre Hopkins Oprah Should Play My Mom In Movie ... She'd Be Perfect!!!
DeAndre Hopkins' mom is getting a movie made about her inspirational life ... and now, the Houston Texans superstar is giving TMZ Sports his perfect fit for her role -- Oprah!
If ya missed it ... Sabrina Greenlee is set to be the subject of a new Hollywood picture -- 'cause her story is amazing.
Back in 2002, she was ambushed by a woman who threw a dangerous mixture of drain cleaner and Clorox bleach at her face ... which blinded her immediately.
The attack nearly killed her -- and sent her into deep depression afterward -- but she battled back to be an awesome mother and an active community leader.
So, when we got her famous son, DeAndre, out in Bev Hills this past weekend ... we had to ask, who should play Momma in the flick??
DeAndre first threw out Issa Rae ... but then said Oprah would be a GREAT fit, telling us, "My mom's older, so Oprah would be dope."
Of course, the decision won't be up to the football star ... he tells us BRON Studios will be the ones making the call there.
But, DeAndre is stoked for the new movie and his mom regardless, telling us, "Man, it's awesome."

Britney Spears Mom in Conflict with Dad ... Over Singer's Treatment
Britney Spears' mother has just filed legal docs asking the judge in her conservatorship case to clue her in on her daughter's medical treatment, and we've learned this is the latest move in what has become a conflict over the singer's condition.
Our Britney sources say, Lynne Spears has become upset with Britney's condition, which landed her in a mental health facility over the last month, and believes she is not getting the appropriate treatment. Jamie Spears has been Britney's conservator for more than 11 years, and is widely credited for literally saving Britney's life when she was in serious danger of dying back in 2008.
We're told Lynne read reports about Britney being held against her will and pumped with drugs she didn't want ... both, by the way, demonstrably untrue because the conservatorship does not give Jamie that power.
According to our sources, Lynne, who is best friends with the wife of Louisiana's Governor, got the help of the Governor's family to find a lawyer ... it is unclear if the lawyer who is now representing Lynne was the one recommended. But, it looks like Lynne believes some of the stories she's read and is now angling for a voice in her daughter's treatment.
Lynne is not asking to become a co-conservator, but she wants to know what's going on. Our sources say Lynne is currently in L.A. and is staying with Britney.
Fact is ... Britney is out of the facility but not doing great. She still has significant mental health issues and her meds are a work in progress.
The court hearing is Friday.

Jenelle Evans' Ex Called 911 After Eason Shot Dog ... Where's My Son?
Jenelle Evans' ex-fiance and second baby daddy called 911 not long after David Eason fatally shot her dog ... and it's crystal clear he was worried sick about his son's safety.
TMZ's obtained the 911 call and you can hear Nathan Griffith request cops do a welfare check because he'd just heard that Eason shot and killed Jenelle's French bulldog, Nugget. Nathan and Jenelle have a 4-year-old son named Kaiser ... who he believed was in the house at the time Nugget was killed.
Nathan said Jenelle had left the house after the shooting and gone to a friend's house -- but he was also concerned for her safety. He was speaking to someone in the room with him, and said if Jenelle goes back to the house -- where Eason was -- "somebody is going to die."
As we reported, Eason killed the dog with a shotgun after it nipped at the couple's 2-year-old daughter, Ensley. Eason also slammed Nugget against the back deck ... before firing the fatal shot.
Based on the call ... it sounds like Griffith, who still appears on "Teen Mom 2," was in touch with MTV producers and getting info from them about the shooting.

Jenelle Evans' Husband David Push to Remove Him From the House Targeted By Child Protective Services
David Eason has killed their family dog and people close to the family are worried sick he poses a danger to Jenelle Evans, the 3 kids in the house and the other family pets, and they have now made their move with Child Protective Services ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected to Jenelle and David tell TMZ, some have already called CPS and others will call as early as later Monday, asking the agency to remove David from the family home.
They are worried for 2-year-old Ensley, 4-year-old Kaiser and David's 11-year-old daughter, Maryssa. They are also deeply concerned about Jenelle's pit bull, Jax. As we reported, David has already shot the dog with a BB gun for chasing animals on the property.
We're told the local Sheriff and people associated with Jenelle and David are frustrated because -- without Jenelle's cooperation -- they are unable to file criminal charges against him.
We've learned the Plan B is Child Protective Services. They want the agency to remove David from the home, on grounds he's a danger to everyone living there. The end game is to get David mental health help ... in particular anger management.
The complication -- David has "No Trespassing" signs on the property, and up to now law enforcement has been concerned over entering. They're afraid the pit bull could attack them -- in addition to getting shot by David. But, we're told the pit bull is harmless. Still, David's a real concern.

USC Women's Rowing Ad ... Taking Major Jab at Lori's Daughters???
-
EXCLUSIVE
Someone at USC wants you to think that Lori Loughlin and her daughters were NOT a one-off, but actually the status quo in that ya need NO experience for the women's rowing team.
A laminated poster promoting the D1 ladies crew team is literally hanging in the women's locker room inside USC's Lyon Rec Center right now, which has a pretty eyebrow-raising slogan ... "Join USC's Women's Rowing ... No experience? No problem."
There's even an email to contact the official asst. coach for questions, and the USC women's rowing social media handle is attached as well. Hmm ... interesting.
As you know ... Lori and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, have both been indicted and charged for allegedly paying hundreds of thousands in bribes to get their daughters -- Olivia Jade and Isabella -- into USC via the crew team ... even though they weren't rowers.
For the record ... Lori and Mossimo have pled not guilty to the initial conspiracy charges, as well as the additional money laundering charges that were filed when they didn't follow Felicity Huffman's lead in copping a plea.
Either way -- it would appear this poster is an elaborate joke that someone went to some lengths to pull off, assuming it is, in fact, fake. We only say that because it looks pretty damn real ... and it's eerily similar to an official recruiting ad the rowing team ran in 2018.
Want to become a Division I athlete? Look into joining our Trojan Rowing Family! #FightOn pic.twitter.com/zr5oRbzDLD
@USCWomensRowing
So, here's the thing .... we'd like to give USC the benefit of the doubt and assume this is a fake, 'cause if it wasn't ... it'd be incredibly tone-deaf and, frankly, dumb all things considered.
Just in case though, we've reached out to USC for official comment to see if they green-lit this. So far, no word back.

Jenelle Evans' Husband I Need Help ... Anger Issues Made Me Kill Family Dog
Jenelle Evans husband is now admitting what seems obvious after brutalizing and shooting his family dog -- that he has dangerous anger issues, but he's ready to get help keeping his temper in check.
Sources close to David Eason say the former reality star is on the hunt for a program or therapist to administer anger management. We're told he knows his temper has become a massive strain on his marriage.
It's not just about impressing Jenelle, though. On the heels of killing their French bulldog, Nugget ... we're told Eason truly understands his anger could be a danger to his loved ones.
TMZ broke the story ... Eason is under investigation for animal cruelty after pummeling, and then shooting Nugget -- all after the dog barely nipped at their 2-year-old daughter.
While the investigation is ongoing, a law enforcement source tells us Eason could catch a break if he can prove he feared the dog could become aggressive again. There's a section under animal cruelty laws in North Carolina that states a pet owner can kill an animal lawfully for "the purposes of protecting the public, other animals, property or the public health."
As for Eason's temper ... it was on full display Friday in a Wilmington, NC courthouse when he threatened a reporter attempting to ask him about the dog case. Eason was in court to pay back child support to an ex-girlfriend. Sources tell us he had to pawn some personal items last minute to come up with the $5,187.
Jenelle hasn't said much since announcing Nugget's death, but has said ending her marriage to Eason is definitely a possibility.
