Anthony Scaramucci believes it was Gisele who stopped Tom Brady from joining the Patriots on their Super Bowl trip to Donald Trump's White House ... strongly insinuating the supermodel didn't want Tom around Ivanka Trump.

The Mooch -- Trump's former White House communications director -- guest hosted "TMZ Live" Monday -- when we asked straight-up about the alleged rift between the POTUS and the GOAT.

A.S. says he didn't have direct knowledge of the situation -- but strongly suggested Gisele shut Brady down ... saying, "I think she's possessive of him and probably didn't want him there."

Mooch suggests Gisele may have been jealous of Ivanka Trump -- saying he thinks Brady and Ivanka may have dated at one point in the past.

In fact, back in 2004 ... Donald praised Tom as a great guy who would make a "great combination" with Ivanka.

Despite the Moochsinuation, a source connected to the Trump family tells us, "While they have known each other for years, this is not true."

Kevin Hart isn't missing a beat when it comes to making money ... extortion plot, be damned.

In fact, Kevin was all smiles Monday morning on the set of "Night School," which is currently shooting in Clayton, Georgia. His face didn't show any tension about the fact someone tried to get up to 8 figures from him to keep a video of him allegedly cheating under wraps.

Mel B's being accused of harassing another potential witness in her divorce war with Stephen Belafonte ... and this time the woman claims Mel wants her to lie about rape.

TMZ has confirmed ... a 22-year-old Swedish student allegedly had threesomes with Mel B and Belafonte and made sex tapes -- just like with their former nanny, Lorraine Gilles.

The student claims she got a surprise call from Mel and, according to the Daily Mail, Mel told her ... "Your sex tape is already out there and your name is already out there and you have to be in court in about 2 or 3 weeks."

Mel allegedly told her it's the law for her to appear in court, and insinuated she wanted the student to testify that Belafonte raped her in the sex tape. She claims Mel said ... "I know about the sex act and that you were crying and saying 'no' and I want you to be in court for that."

The Swedish student denied Belafonte raped her. Our sources say Mel then became angry and tried to badger her into saying he did.

Kendall Jenner and Blake Griffin just took a major step in their dating life -- 'cause nothing says "we're together" like dinner and a movie ... and a 2,475 mile trip.

Lil Wayne's manager, Cortez Bryant, says the only thing Lil Wayne is addicted to is work, and brushed off an early retirement, despite Sunday's hospitalization for seizures.

We got Cortez at LAX Wednesday and he told us Weezy has no plans to slow down. Doctors have sidelined him for 2 weeks, but Cortez says Wayne will be back.

As for what caused the recent episode, Cortez didn't blame it on lean, but did offer an explanation.

Wayne's been spotted double-cupping at shows throughout the year, but seemed fine the night before he was taken to the hospital.

Jamie Foxx knows silence is golden when it comes to talking about Katie Holmes ... but he still wants everyone to know they're all good as a couple.

Jamie was in Malibu Wednesday morning when a photog asked him all about Katie and their very first PDA on the beach. TMZ posted the first pics ... showing them strolling on Monday -- and, as we reported ... the relationship has been the worst-kept secret for years.

John Legend is changing -- or at least elaborating -- his story about that casting call for fat Donald Trump supporters, and he's definitely connected to it ... sorta.

We got John Tuesday at LAX, the day after he shot a music video featuring Black Lives Matter protesters -- which seemed to be related to the story TMZ broke about a casting call for "preferably out of shape" Trump supporters. The listing said it was for a John Legend production.

While John initially said he had nothing to do with that casting ... he's telling a different story here. Turns out the not-so-thin Trump supporters -- shooting on Friday -- WILL be connected to one of his songs. Hmm ...

Still a bit mysterious, but it's clear from his Monday shoot ... John's embracing the whole political thing. He even has a politician's way with words at times.

Rachel Lindsay's runner-up on "The Bachelorette" won't say for sure if he's next to hand out roses for love -- but he's giving us strong signals he might be.

Pastor Joel Osteen says his church was unfairly criticized for locking its doors to Hurricane Harvey evacuees.

The man who leads the Lakewood Church in Houston says the doors were always open, despite the video TMZ posted which was shot Monday ... showing the church was accessible yet the doors were locked.

Osteen says it was a confusing time and says if people were turned away it may have been the fault of a security company.

At any rate, the doors are now open, Osteen says the church is in it for the long haul and hundreds of people are now calling his place of worship a temporary home.

Rae Sremmurd finds rumors of their breakup amusing in a fake news sort of way ... because they've been hard at work on their new album.

We got Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi at LAX debunking the buzz going around, saying they'd be stupid to call it quits when they're at the top of their game.

Seven weeks at number one, 40 dates on the road ... Rae Sremmurd should be burnt out but sounds like that's not the case. In fact, "SremmLife 3" might be out sooner than the breakup rumors disappear.

Conor McGregor beating Floyd Mayweather would be the biggest upset EVER ... this according to the man responsible for the most shocking upset in boxing history.

We talked to Buster Douglas with MayMac about to go down ... and he told us that Conor taking out Floyd would be waaay crazier than him KO'ing Mike Tyson back in 1990.

"I think his odds are a lot more tougher than mine," Buster told TMZ Sports.

"Conor is no boxer ... he has no boxing skills."

Buster says Conor's only shot is hitting Floyd with a "Hail Mary punch" -- but he expects Floyd to flat-out dominate.

FYI, Douglas was a 42-to-1 underdog when he knocked Tyson out.

Right now, Conor's about a 4-to-1 dog ... but over 90 PERCENT of bets are being put on him to upset.

Usher wants one of those pesky herpes lawsuits tossed out, because the woman suing him has no proof he gave her anything ... TMZ has learned.

The singer has responded to the $20 million lawsuit filed by a Georgia woman who claims he gave her genital herpes back in April.

In Usher's legal docs, obtained by TMZ, he notes her lawsuit says nothing about whether she had been tested prior to their alleged sexual encounter. He says, "A previous sexual partner very well may have already infected her."

And, Usher says, she could have contracted the STD after their alleged encounter.

And he takes another shot, saying she assumed the risk of getting herpes by having "casual, unprotected sexual intercourse and/or oral sex."

It's interesting ... Usher did not attack the lawsuit by saying he couldn't have given her herpes.

One more thing ... Usher's lawyer grouses the woman is suing under a pseudonym, claiming there's no cause for her to secretly file her lawsuit.

He's asking the judge to throw out her lawsuit.
