Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is on the move again ... and it's a big deal.

We got RBG Monday in D.C. at Reagan National Airport and she answered the question on the minds of millions of worried Americans -- how's she doin'?

Justice Ginsburg walked slowly but steadily and with purpose as she arrived from a flight. She's flanked on all sides by security who kept a watchful eye on the woman who tilts the balance of power on the Supreme Court.

As you know, RBG missed 2 weeks of oral argument at the High Court after going under the knife for lung cancer. She's doing markedly better than January 9, when she was seen getting in her car after surgery, and since that time she's been given a clean bill of health.

She's 85, and has said as long as she can approach her job with full steam, she's not going anywhere.

Martina Navratilova Slams Trans Athletes Competing Vs. Women 'Insane' & 'Cheating'

Published | Updated

Tennis legend Martina Navratilova says she's done her research and now believes more than ever transgender athletes physiologically born as men should NOT be allowed to compete against women.

"It's insane and it's cheating," Martina says in an op-ed posted in The Sunday Times.

"I am happy to address a transgender woman in whatever form she prefers, but I would not be happy to compete against her. It would not be fair."

Martina has become passionate about the issue after an online spat with transgender cyclist Rachel McKinnon -- who won the Masters Track championship in L.A. back in October. The woman who came in 3rd place, Jennifer Wagner-Assali, said the fact McKinnon was allowed to compete against women is "not fair."

Martina initially sided with Wagner-Assali -- which led to McKinnon labeling the tennis great as "transphobic."

So, Martina says she decided to dedicate months of her life to researching the topic -- and now feels even STRONGER that trans women have an unfair advantage and shouldn't be allowed to compete against cisgender women.

"Simply reducing hormone levels -- the prescription most sports have adopted -- does not solve the problem. A man builds up muscle and bone density, as well as a greater number of oxygen-carrying red blood cells, from childhood," Martina wrote ... "Training increases the discrepancy."

"Indeed, if a male were to change gender in such a way as to eliminate any accumulated advantage, he would have to begin hormone treatment before puberty. For me, that is unthinkable."

Martina says she's up for having the tough conversations on the issue -- but feels there's a "growing tendency among transgender activists to denounce anyone who argues against them and to label them all as 'transphobes.'"

At the end of the day, Martina says all she wants is "fairness."

Redskins Prez Bruce Allen On Alex Smith 'Keeping Fingers Crossed'

Published | Updated

Washington Redskins president Bruce Allen ain't delusional about the future of his badly injured QB, Alex Smith ... telling TMZ Sports his fingers are crossed but they're not ruling out drafting a QB.

"Alex is getting better everyday and we're gonna keep our fingers crossed on how he's doing," Allen told us on Capitol Hill.

"We're going to listen to the doctors. Whatever the doctors tell us, that's what we'll do."

Of course, Smith's right leg was snapped in half in a game against the Texans on Nov. 18 ... with the QB breaking both his fibula and tibia to the point where bone poked through the skin.

After undergoing multiple major surgeries, the 34-year-old finally reappeared in public last month wearing a complex stabilizing brace around the injury.

We asked Allen if the team would be looking at drafting Kyler Murray. He smirked and told us, "I'm looking forward to meeting him at the combine along with 31 other teams."

We pushed to try and get info on the Washington draft strategy -- but Allen just smiled and told us, "We'll go with somebody, I promise you. We're gonna draft really good football players for the Redskins this year."

There's more ... Allen also told us the team is in talks with Adrian Peterson to bring back the RB for another season.

And, we also got a health update on Derrius Guice.

Dr. Oz says his inclusion in the NBA's Celebrity All-Star Game is no fluke because he's got serious game ... which he's modeled after another famous doc.

We talked to Oz about his name showing up on the home team of the celeb roster, and he says there's a perfectly good explanation for why he was tapped ... his history with the game. Oz says he played ball for his high school and even balled up a bit during his college days at Harvard.

As we reported, 2 Chainz was pissed his name was left off the roster of celebs hitting the hard court ... especially because he actually played college hoops at Alabama State.

But, from the sound of it, Dr. Oz is a natural-born athlete, and he says he'll prove it on All-Star weekend. We pushed for how exactly he'll contribute, and he told us his value might not necessarily be scoring.

Check out the clip ... he even compares himself to another famous Dr. in the game.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Dr. Oz wasn't aware of Chainz calling out the NBA for allegedly blacklisting him, but he offered some advice for how to get into the game. The rapper says he's gotten the cold shoulder ever since 2013 when someone in his camp insulted a woman at the game.

The NBA might have no love for 2 Chainz ... but he's definitely getting some from Oz here.

Published | Updated

Brandon Moore -- the man who created the viral "what are those" meme -- died after a night of ingesting a bunch of drugs, including cocaine and ecstasy ... TMZ has learned.

According to the Contra Costa County Coroner's report ... the exact cause of death was polypharmacy -- meaning he died as a result of ingesting multiple drugs. The coroner says Moore's blood tested positive for cocaine, morphine, codeine, methamphetamines and ecstasy.

What's more ... the report says Moore's wife, Noonie, told authorities he drank and possibly ingested cocaine the night before he was found dead. According to the report, there's no evidence to suggest Moore ingested the drugs with the intent to harm himself ... and lists the death as an accidental overdose.

As we reported ... Brandon's wife told us his heart stopped while he was sleeping in their Northern California home ... and now we know why.

The internet comedian, known as Young Busco, made a huge splash in 2015 after mocking a police officer's shoes as a joke. You'll recall, while his friend was being arrested, Brandon joked about the cop's clunky boots, saying, "What are those?"

The meme caught fire online ... and the catchphrase even appeared in "Black Panther." Michael Jordan was also jokingly asked, "What are those?" during a Q&A session at a basketball camp.

Brandon, who was a father of 9, was 31.

Donald Trump Physically Sound for the Duration of Presidency ... So Says the Doc

Published | Updated

Donald Trump is going to be in good health for the duration of his Presidency ... this according to his doctor.

Trump's doc, Sean P. Conley, just released the results of the First Patient's physical in broad strokes, and they're one for the history books. Dr. Conley says Trump "is in very good health and I anticipate he will remain so for the duration of his Presidency, and beyond."

So many questions. First, is the doctor predicting good health 2 years or 6 years into the future? Second, what if Trump keeps eating junk food and doesn't exercise? After all, good health today doesn't ensure good health a year from now.

Third, how far is "beyond?"

You may recall ... after last year's physical, Trump's then-physician Rear Adm. Ronny Jackson said the Prez was in excellent health and "might live to be 200 years old" if he improved on diet and exercise.

This whole diet and exercise thing must be highly overrated, right?

Dr. Phil Sued Phil Questioned Guest's Claim She Was a Therapist ... She Ended Up Being Committed

Published | Updated

A former guest on Dr. Phil's talk show claims her mental illness became the subject of scorn and ridicule, causing her to have a breakdown -- but sources on the show tell us she didn't present herself as mentally ill, but falsely claimed to be the therapist of another guest.

The woman, named Kaden Mahaffa, says she was on Phil's show back in February 2017, but says her boyfriend was really supposed to be the focus during a show about childhood abuse. Kaden claims she was going to be on the show purely to support him, but during a pre-interview she told producers she has x-ray vision, the ability to hear people's thoughts, and other psychic abilities.

According to the suit, when Kaden went onstage she became the focus of Dr. Phil's questions. She claims he grilled her with hostile questions about her "sanity and beliefs" -- including asking her, "Can you tell me what I'm thinking right now?"

Now, what's clear when you see the clip is Kaden claimed to be providing more than emotional support for her BF, she claimed to be his therapist. Phil did grill her, but mostly about her credentials as a therapist.

We haven't been able to independently verify whether Kaden is a certified therapist.

Kaden says, in docs obtained by TMZ, the audience laughed at her and she felt humiliated. She claims things took a very dark turn when the taping ended. According to suit, she suffered a mental breakdown backstage ... "collapsing in tears and engaging in erratic behavior" including shouting at staffers and tearing out her own hair.

She says police were called and she was involuntarily committed to a mental health facility for 5 days. After she was released, Kaden says she was suicidal and became the subject of online harassment after the episode aired.

She's suing Phil, his production company and CBS for infliction of emotional distress, fraud and negligent misrepresentation ... and seeking unspecified damages.

We reached out to Dr. Phil's show, but they said they can't comment on pending litigation. However, sources connected to production tell us Kaden signed a release that made it clear anything she said was fair game for the TV show.

As for her "erratic behavior" backstage ... we're told the show has a policy of safety first, and when Kaden started going out of control, Paramount security called cops, who determined she was a danger to herself and others. We're told that's why police made the decision to have her committed.

GRAND OPENING

Suicide prevention is a huge issue for Ronda Rousey -- both her father and grandfather took their own lives -- which is why she's so passionate about helping to open a new suicide prevention center in L.A.

The WWE superstar -- along with Melissa Rivers -- held a big event Thursday outside the building where the new Didi Hirsch Suicide Prevention Center will open on Feb. 22.

Ronda and Melissa stressed the importance of having a massive sign on the street -- to inform people struggling with suicidal thoughts that there's a place where they can go to get help.

The big message Ronda was pushing on Thursday was eliminating the stigma surrounding mental health -- so that more people feel comfortable reaching out for help.

"My message that I would give is reach out don't tough it out," Ronda told TMZ Sports.

Ronda has worked with Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services for years -- and was the recipient of the org's Erasing the Stigma Leadership Award in 2014.

Missy Elliott Sued That's My Bald Head on 'Pep Rally' Cover ... I Didn't Authorize It

Published | Updated

Missy Elliott's being sued by the author of 'Bald is Beautiful' .... who claims the rapper stole an image of her smooth dome and slapped it on the cover of her 2016 single.

Jodi Pliszka, who has alopecia, says in her lawsuit ... she never gave Missy permission to use her picture. The shot Jodi's referring to shows Missy -- on her "Pep Rally" cover -- wearing a top that has a bald woman's face and head on it.

In docs obtained by TMZ, the author and motivational speaker says she did a modeling shoot years ago, and the image on Missy's chest is from that shoot.

To the naked eye ... it certainly seems like the woman on Missy's tee bears some resemblance to Jodi -- but whether it really is her might be a question for a jury.

Jodi's suing Missy and her label, Atlantic Records, for unspecified damages. We've reached out to Missy's camp ... so far, no word back.

"Thank you @UFC for getting it taken care of! You guys are awesome!"

Unclear when Browne will return to the Octagon -- but, looks like he'll have a gnarly scar to show off whenever he does!!!
