VEGAS HAS ITS PERKS

How do the Oakland Raiders players feel about the possible (likely) move to Vegas?

They're stoked about the FORTUNE they'll save on state income tax!!

We spoke with Raiders linebacker Malcom Smith (the MVP of Super Bowl XLVIII) who says a bunch of players are already talking about financial implications of a move to Nevada.

FYI, California has the highest state income tax ... Nevada has the lowest!

Plus, as Smith points out ... cost of living is WAYYYY cheaper in Vegas than in the Bay Area.

As for concerns about Vegas temptations, Smith says it ain't a problem for the home team ... it's the visitors who should be worried.

Donald Trump Inaugural Committee Eats a Million On Show Gone Awry

Published | Updated

Donald Trump's campaign committee just blew a fortune on an act that was supposed to perform for free, but ended up costing millions.

It all started out as a favor to Trump, courtesy of Vegas mogul Steve Wynn. The Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas has a house act -- ShowStoppers, which performs Broadway songs and old hits.

Wynn flew the group out to D.C. for a performance at Tuesday's Chairman's Global Dinner. Wynn donated a million dollars to the Inaugural Committee to cover all the costs, or so he thought.

Turns out there are all sorts of huge production expenses ... all tolled, the bill came to over $2 million. It sounds crazy, but our Inaugural Committee sources say the Committee had to pay the additional costs, which was over a million.

It's ironic ... Trump passed on a Hall of Fame Rock & Roll band because they demanded a million bucks.

THE CLUB IS LIT!

Future and Big Bank Black blazed their own party trail for a friend's birthday -- including a pit stop to rage with a busload of hot chicks -- but predictably ... it ended at the strip club.

The rappers were celebrating big record exec Ricardo's bday in Atlanta Wednesday night. They hit up STK steakhouse, shut it down for a private dinner, and dropped around $37k.

We're told the 3 amigos moved on to Gold Room nightclub -- open just for them -- and bussed in around 20 beautiful women to party. They spent $10k apiece in 2 1/2 hours.

Finally ... they left those hot chicks and met up with a new group at Platinum strip club, throwing down more than $15k for 30 minutes of entertainment.

So, if you're keeping track ... that's around $82k for Ricardo's birthday. Judging by the pics -- it was worth it.

Johnny Manziel Denies Charging Fans For Selfies 'Dumbest Thing I've Heard'

Published | Updated

Johnny Manziel is refuting reports that he's planning to charge fans $50 to take selfies at the Super Bowl ... saying it's "the dumbest thing I've ever heard."

Promo flyers circulated social media last week detailing Johnny's appearance at several Stadium Signature stores in Texas during Super Bowl week ... offering autographs for $99 and selfies for $50.

The Heisman trophy winner went to Twitter Thursday morning claiming the reports of makin' money off the snapshots are totally false ... and he's just looking to give back to his fans.

"Just had this brought to to my attention. I'm not charging a penny for a damn 'selfie' at the super bowl," Johnny tweeted.

"I'm doing this signing for the people (especially Texans) who have stuck with me through all the mistakes I've made these past years #tru"

As for the $99 charge per autograph, Johnny didn't confirm or deny that.

Lisa Vanderpump Torn About Promoting 'A Dog's Purpose' ... But Has a Solution

Published | Updated

Lisa Vanderpump's excitement about promoting "A Dog's Purpose" was crushed when she saw the disturbing video of a terrified German Shepherd on the movie's set.

We caught Lisa in Bev Hills, hours after TMZ first posted the footage of Hercules ... one of the dogs starring in the upcoming movie. She was clearly heartsick over what she saw -- particularly because of her commercial for the flick, and her extensive work with the Vanderpump Dog Foundation.

Sources close to the network tell TMZ ... Bravo honchos are mulling over whether to pull the ad Lisa shot, but regardless of what they do -- she's made a decision about the payday she got for doing it.

Amber Heard When $7 Mil Ain't Yours Count Your Pennies ... To 99

Amber Heard is the thriftiest millionaire on the planet.

Amber was snapped leaving a 99 cents store in L.A. Wednesday, and she certainly looks like she looks content with whatever bargains she's got in her purse.

In fairness, even though she got $7 mil from Johnny Depp in her divorce settlement, she's said the money's going to charity, so she's still a girl on a budget.

Meanwhile, Johnny was off winning awards and winning hearts by opening up about his divorce.

Alanis Morissette Manager Pleads Guilty to Stealing $4.8 Mil

Published | Updated

Turns out Alanis Morissette wasn't the only one with a hand in her pocket -- her former business manager admits to ripping her off for millions, and has now copped a plea with federal prosecutors.

Jonathan Schwartz pled guilty to 2 felonies connected to an embezzlement scheme that fleeced Alanis of $4.8 million. According to the feds ... Schwartz, who has also managed Beyonce and Mariah, admits to jacking the cash from the singer over 4 years. He says he also took about $1.7 mil from other clients.

However, he's not pleading to the embezzlement -- instead the feds got him on wire fraud and filing a false tax return ... for the money he stole. He had been facing up to 23 years in federal lockup, but is now hoping the judge will provide leniency.

TMZ broke the story -- Alanis sued Schwartz last year for the theft. According to court records, she reached a settlement with him in June 2016.

Donald Trump Cuts Rock Legends from Inauguration To Save Cash for Charity

Published | Updated

Donald Trump shut down negotiations to get a huge rock band at one of his Inaugural balls ... in order to cut costs and potentially save tens of millions for charity.

Inauguration sources tell us the Committee was close to landing a legendary group -- one that's in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame -- but when the President-elect found out they wanted more than $1 million for the gig he pulled the plug. We're told Trump implored the rockers to reduce their appearance fee -- but when they refused he told the Inaugural Committee to move on to other artists.

Mind you, there's plenty of dough. The Committee's reportedly received more than $90 million in donations, but we're told Trump instructed all involved to keep expenses in the low millions because whatever is left over is going to charity.

As we reported ... the Liberty Ball and Freedom Ball will now feature soul legend Sam Moore, as well as Grammy nominee Travis Greene. While organizers are tight-lipped about naming all the acts, our sources say you can expect an eclectic lineup -- ranging from dance to country to gospel -- and everyone's doing it for free or a greatly reduced rate.

We're told planners had only 2 directives: make it diverse and do it on the cheap.

Donald Trump I Already Took My Oath for Prez ... Did It Before I Even Won!

Published | Updated

Donald Trump will be repeating himself when he takes his presidential oath this week, because he already did it ... long ago.

Trump slapped his autograph on a faux Presidential Oath of Office doc -- with the full text -- back in November of 2015 during a rally in Worcester, MA. We're told a supporter wrote it up and had him sign.

He was all smiles when he signed it ... seeming pretty confident it would all come to pass.

The gag document is now hitting the auction block with the help of Moments in Time.

Starting bid is $3,500, but the auction house is banking on 6 times that amount.

'Hollyweed' Sign Prankster Makes $68k Off Merch In 24 Hours

The guy who put the 420 twist on the Hollywood sign is now seeing a different kind of green by charging an arm and a leg for merch inspired by his prank.

As we previously reported, Zach Fernandez, who goes by the tag "Jesushands," turned himself into LAPD last week for making the iconic Hollywood sign read "Hollyweed." Sunday night he launched an online shop and within the first 24 hours it's already made about $68k!!!

There are only 5 items, but they don't come cheap. Average cost for a "Hollyweed" sweatshirt is about $150, while a t-shirt costs $100. Zach's also selling 100 signed and numbered photos of his handiwork ... at $1k a pop.

Zach's rep tells us he's also receiving 4-figure offers to speak at art events.

As for what he'll do with the money, we're guessing some of it will help with legal fees.

Blac Chyna Time to Pay, She Owes Us Millions! Alleged Managers Claim

Published | Updated

Blac Chyna's going radio silent on 2 men who claim she stiffed them for millions after they helped make her the celebrity she is today.

Jason Alston and Lincoln Hayes of Infinite Grind Multimedia say they signed Blac Chyna back in June 2007 to a 10-year contract which made them her managers. They claim the deal called for her to fork over 50% of her earnings during that period.

The men claim they discovered her when she was stripping in D.C. and helped her score covers on Black Men and Straight Stuntin magazines. This was all before she hit it big and got in with the Kardashians -- but under the deal they're still her managers, and they want their cut.

Alston and Hayes claim she owes them at least $3 mil in unpaid fees -- they can't pinpoint the exact amount because they believe she's made deals without them. They're threatening to sue if she doesn't pay up by June.

We reached out to Blac Chyna, but she had no comment.

Dana White could not be clearer ... Floyd Mayweather has stupid written on his forehead for dismissing his $25 million offer to fight Conor McGregor.

Dana thinks Floyd should be grateful to him for offering him enough to pay Uncle Sam and Pristine Jewelers.

What's more ... the UFC honcho thinks its ridiculous that Floyd is under the delusion he's worth more than Conor.

We got Floyd out earlier Friday, and he scoffed at Dana's offer.

Cesar Millan Home Burglarized They Came in Through the Bathroom Window!!

Published | Updated

Cesar Millan got bit where it really hurts when someone broke into his house and made off with a ton of jewelry.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the break-in happened Thursday night at Cesar's home in Studio City, CA. We're told the burglar or burglars entered through an unlocked bathroom window -- and left with several hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of bling.

Sources close to the 'Dog Whisperer' say he had been in Asia on business for several weeks, but the good news is his security cameras were working. Cops say surveillance footage captured the heist in progress ... and will be critical to identifying any culprits.

No animals were harmed in this crime -- this home isn't the one where Cesar has his training facility.

A rep for Cesar tells us the Millan family requests privacy while they work with the police department to conduct a thorough investigation.
