Alex Trebek -- the awesome host of "Jeopardy" -- sees similarities between "Jeopardy" James Holzhauer and the effort to beat pancreatic cancer ... both have amassed money way beyond expectations.

Trebek, who was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer 2 months ago, was the keynote speaker Saturday morning at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network walk at the L.A. Zoo.

Alex mentioned a previous speaker named Angie, a 22-year cancer survivor. The best host in the biz modestly noted his fight is only 62-days long, but if he ties Angie, he'll be the ripe old age of 100!!!

In case you don't know, Alex is one of the most charitable people in Hollywood ... google it and you'll be super impressed. He's undergoing chemo and openly talks of his struggle and the depression associated with it, but he wasn't about to miss this event.

He was mum on seemingly unbeatable "Jeopardy" champ James Holzhauer, whose 22-day earnings total nearly $1.7 million and is poised to beat Ken Jennings' record. Except to compare James' feat to that of the cancer fundraising efforts.

Alex is an amazing man and we are rooting for him in a big way!!!

Kaley Cuoco is moving on, not just from "The Big Bang Theory" ... she's also unloading her awesome estate.

Our real estate sources say she's just listed her $6.9 million home in the super-exclusive Mulholland Park estates in Tarzana.

As for Kaley's 7 bedroom home, listed by Keller Williams agent Stephanie Vitacco, it's 8,000 square feet, customized to the 9's, has a library, an amazing outdoor entertaining area, and a pretty awesome backyard with a pool.

'Big Bang' -- pretty much the most popular comedy during its run -- is wrapping after 12 seasons. The show wraps May 16. Kaley, who plays Penny, says, "It's broken my heart. I am so sad that it's ending. For the record, I would have done 20 more years."

Aretha Franklin's home is up for sale and there's a buyer on the hook -- but her estate doesn't have permission to seal the deal ... yet.

According to new legal docs, the Queen of Soul's estate is looking to liquidate her assets and eliminate expenses after her passing ... which means unloading her properties in the Detroit area.

Aretha's main residence was a condo in the north suburbs, and the estate says it has plans locked down to sell it to someone for $325,000. If the judge signs off on it, the sale can proceed. A court hearing is scheduled for later this month.

As we reported ... when Aretha died in August she left behind some debts -- including a massive tax bill -- and her estate has been working to resolve any remaining issues.

According to the new docs ... the estate still has a $100k debt and owes $5.2 million in taxes ... but she had millions invested in property which will help settle the tab.

11:11 PM PT -- An industry source tells us Kim actually pulls in $1 Million per Instagram post ... and it's likely her legal team will re-file the docs with an adjustment.

Kim Kardashian just filed legal docs revealing just how incredibly powerful and influential she is ... and that power and influence translates into insane cash.

Kim is embroiled in a lawsuit against Missguided USA clothing company, a fast fashion brand. She claims the company used her image to hawk its wares. The company apparently didn't respond to her claims, and she's now going in for a default judgment for $5 mil.

That's not why we're telling you about this. In the docs, Kim justifies the $5 mil by explaining her capacity to make big money. She says she gets between $300,000 and $500,000 FOR A SINGLE INSTAGRAM POST!!!

And, get this ... in the docs, she says she frequently turns down offers for that kind of money because she doesn't want to be associated with the brands.

As for the lawsuit, Kim says her brand is being damaged by Missguided USA associating itself with her.

Vince McMahon, listen up ... Rick Neuheisel is offering advice to the XFL in the wake of the AAF's colossal collapse -- "Start with enough money!!!"

"At the end of the day, you gotta have enough financing," the former Arizona Hotshots' head coach says.

Of course, the AAF just folded a few weeks ago ... and Neuheisel tells us it pretty much boils down to they just didn't have enough cash to keep it going.

So, when we asked for his message to McMahon's XFL -- which is set to kick off in 2020 -- he told us his advice is simple ... be sure to have enough green to start!!!

As for if Neuheisel thinks the league can succeed once it does that -- the ex-UCLA coach says he thinks there's certainly a place for a pro league in the NFL's offseason.

"I think there's room and need for spring football," Rick says ... "There's a gap between college and NFL and it allows players to show they're capable."

John Singleton's mother, Shelia Ward, has filed her son's last will and testament, and according to the document, obtained by TMZ, his 26-year-old daughter, Justice Singleton, the oldest child, gets his estate, which is reportedly valued at $3.8 million.

John wrote the will in 1993 when he only had one child -- Justice. He has since had 6 other children.

Under California law, the 6 children born after the will was signed may have rights, because they were not specifically excluded from the will. If the 6 kids didn't get anything from John, under California law, they could make a strong case the $3.8 million should be divided into 7 equal parts ... in other words, each child would get 1/7th.

We assume the $3.8 million is not the full extent of his assets. He may well have a trust that disposes of other assets that are not included in the will. His full estate is reportedly valued at $35 million. BTW, if the other 6 children are provided for in the trust, they would probably lose their right to collect anything under the will.

According to the docs, John's personal property is valued at $2.5 million. His real property is valued just shy of $1.3 million. Again, this does not include any assets that may be handled separately in a trust.

The document provides Shelia will get custody of the minor children, of which there are 2. Fact is ... if the biological mothers of the children have taken custody, this provision is almost certainly irrelevant.

By the way, Justice's address is the same as Shelia's, so it would appear they're close.

As we reported, Shelia and another of John's daughters, Cleopatra, were fighting while he lay in a coma after his stroke. Shelia filed legal docs asking a judge to appoint her temporary conservator so she could handle John's business affairs, and Cleopatra claimed Shelia was fleecing the estate to deny his children any money.

TMZ broke the story, John suffered a stroke last month after he had checked himself into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. for a leg problem. His mom says John suffered from hypertension for years, and that is what likely triggered the stroke.

Hayden Panettiere's boyfriend got hauled off to jail after their night out on the town turned violent at home ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the situation tell us ... the "Nashville" star and her BF, Brian Hickerson, were out drinking together in Hollywood Wednesday night before heading back to their pad. We're told the couple had an argument that turned physical and, at some point, cops were called ... it's unclear by whom.

Police showed up around 2 AM Thursday, and our sources say they noticed redness and marks on Hayden's body. After interviewing both of them, we're told they determined Hickerson allegedly started the fight, and arrested him.

Law enforcement sources tell us he was booked for felony domestic violence. He was released later Thursday after posting a $50k bond.

This isn't the first time Hickerson has been involved in a domestic dispute, but last time it was with his father.

We broke the story ... Brian and his dad, David, got into an altercation at a home in South Carolina in October. According to the police report, cops responded to a call for assault and battery, and when they showed up Hayden answered the door in an apparent drunk and frantic state.

About a month later, Hayden and Brian were spotted at a Hollywood hot spot ... and he caused a scene with a faux proposal.

The couple's been dating since sometime last summer, presumably around the time Hickerson "saved" Panettiere from swarming paparazzi.

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas exchanged ring pops as wedding bands when they got hitched in Vegas ... and now the wrapper from Sophie's sweet bling is up for auction.

Jesse Grice, the Reverend Elvis who officiated the wedding, tells TMZ he found the wrapper from Sophie's ring pop and he's already posted it on eBay, and the bidding starts at ... a whopping 10 bucks!

The eBay listing is hilarious ... the description reads, "Joe Jonas ORIGINAL AUTHENTIC REAL WEDDING RING WRAPPER used by him in Las Vegas." We think it's decent condition too ... based on this -- "wrapper is in very good but slightly used wrapper on foil like material."

Jesse tells us he'll take whatever he can get for the one-of-a-kind piece of Sophie and Joe memorabilia ... but he's holding out hope the bidding reaches $1,000.

As you know ... Joe and Sophie tied the knot at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Vegas Wednesday night after the Billboard Music Awards. Nick and Kevin Jonas were Joe's groomsmen, Diplo and Khalid were celeb witnesses and country duo Dan + Shay sang Sophie down the aisle.

Joe and Sophie's nuptials were good for biz ... Jesse tells us the chapel's already seen an influx of tourists coming to take pics.

Rick Fox tells TMZ Sports he's not 100% certain about leaving his wildly successful Esports franchise -- saying he'd stick with Team Echo Fox if they sever ties with a racist investor.

Earlier this week, Team Echo Fox confirmed a minority investor in the Esports franchise used racist language both verbally and in emails. Rick Fox claims he was personally subjected to the racist language.

There were reports Fox -- who founded (and is the face of) Team Echo Fox was leaving the franchise because of that investor.

But, when we spoke with Fox in L.A., the ex-NBA star told us his relationship with T.E.F. could be salvaged ... if the franchise 86s the racist investor from the business.

"I am not looking to go anywhere, but I will not stay in business with a racist," Fox says ... "I just won't."

Fox praised his other business partners, investors, sponsors and players -- but he's drawn a clear line in the sand and now it's up to the T.E.F. to decide what to do.

The issue for Echo Fox ... as Rick points out, the racist investor has rights too.

"The unfortunate thing is being a racist in America is not illegal, unfortunately. He has his own economic interests and his own rights. So, no one is going to trample on his rights."

The stakes are high for Fox -- he's spent years and tons of his own money building Echo Fox into a major force in the Esports world. He's not just a name attached to the team, he's been in the trenches from the beginning helping to build T.E.F. from the ground up.

Post Malone has another reason to make you say "wow" ... he's getting into the marijuana business, with his very own weed venture set to officially launch on his birthday!!!

Sources close to the Post tell TMZ ... he's launching a chronic company he's dubbed Shaboink, and it's specializing in a line of flower, pre-roll joints and vaporizers.

The company debuted at the annual cannabis trade show, Hall of Flowers, at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds in Santa Rosa, CA ... but we're told Shaboink products will officially roll out in dispensaries across the state on July 4, Post's 24th bday.

Post's biz will produce THC and CBD products, as well as some dank accessories. Y'know ... rolling papers, grinders, hats and stickers. Hemper manufactured the packaging and pre-rolled cones for the brand.

As for the name Shaboink ... we're told it's a word Posts been saying for years. It's also a slang term for "the act of two people fornicating in a wild spontaneous fashion." We're guessing Post likes to shaboink with a side of sativa.

David Eason doesn't just abuse and kill helpless animals -- he's also allegedly abused his baby mama and fell way behind on child support payments ... and if he hasn't paid by today he could end up in jail.

Eason is currently under criminal investigation for animal cruelty. As we reported, earlier this week he savagely beat and then shot his French Bulldog which barely nipped at his 2-year-old daughter's face. The nip was so minor it didn't draw blood or even puncture the skin. We're told David repeatedly slammed the dog on the back porch before taking it to the backyard and killing it with a shotgun.

But, his troubles don't end there. Eason briefly dated a woman named Olivia Leedham in 2013 and the two had a son together. Leedham went to court, claiming Eason shoved her when she was 8 months pregnant and left her in the middle of the road at night when she was 7 months pregnant.

The two have been in a nasty custody battle for years ... and we've learned he's fallen thousands of dollars behind in child support. His deadline for paying it is today, and if he hasn't anted up he could end up in jail.

Animal Control officers were unable to talk with Eason during their visit Thursday because the family's pit bull was on his front porch and "No Trespassing" signs were posted on the property. Animal Control officers didn't feel it was safe to enter so they asked the Sheriff's Department to figure out the next move.

Usher's put that $20 million herpes lawsuit with Laura Helm behind him -- the case has been dismissed again, but this time it looks like they reached a settlement.

According to court docs, Laura filed to dismiss her suit earlier this week because she and Usher have "reached an amicable resolution." As to how much that resolution cost Usher -- neither side will say.

We reached out to attorneys for both sides, and they would only repeat that word ... "amicable." The dismissal was filed with prejudice ... meaning it can't be refiled, and that's typically done when there's been a financial settlement.

You'll recall, Helm sued the singer back in 2017 ... claiming he had exposed her to the virus when they had unprotected sex. She initially sued for $10 million, then upped it to $20 mil for emotional harm and punitive damages.

A routine jewelry shopping spree turned into high drama for Floyd Mayweather on Thursday -- when things got heated with a store owner over a VERY expensive stone and cops were called, TMZ Sports has learned.

We're told Floyd was shopping at the Diamond Club fine jewelry shop inside the Seybold Building when Mayweather zeroed in a stone.

Our sources tell us ... a verbal altercation broke out between Mayweather and the shop owner -- and things got so intense, someone inside the shop called police.

By the time cops arrived, we're told Mayweather had already left the shop.

We reached out to Mayweather and the shop owner -- but everyone is being VERY tight-lipped about the situation.

We also contacted Miami PD -- and a rep would only confirm that cops responded to the shop regarding an issue involving a "high profile celebrity" ... but wouldn't get into specifics.

Unclear if cops are investigating or if the matter is considered closed.

Remember, Mayweather spends MILLIONS of dollars at jewelry stores all over the world -- so you'd think Floyd showing up at your shop would be like hitting the lottery.

But, that's clearly not what happened here.

Kodak Black's trying hard to get back in karma's good graces ... by doling out cash for kids in need.

We're told the rapper heard about a teen's quest to get a notebook in the hands of all 7,600 students in the Cleburne Independent School District in Texas. 14-year-old Paige Cook had a successful first campaign last year ... collecting 40k pencils.

Paige's mom, Angel, tells TMZ ... her daughter upped her game this year with the notebooks AND 60k pencils. But, with such an ambitious goal, it was clear she was gonna need some help. Enter, Kodak.

Bradford Cohen, Kodak's attorney, tells us the rapper picked up the tab -- a cool $12,500 -- for the notebooks. The items will benefit a school district where a majority of its students come from low-income communities.

Kodak's no stranger to taking on a good cause ... he's played Santa before and donated cash for early childhood education. At the time, he said he was focused on making a positive impact.

Nipsey Hussle's team is putting the kibosh on the late rapper's memorial ... because people trying to pay their respects were being hounded by bootleggers and grifters trying to make a buck off his death.

Sources close to the slain Crenshaw rapper tell TMZ ... the memorial outside his Marathon Clothing store is going away, principally because it was becoming a chaotic scene where hustlers roamed the street, turning what was supposed to be a solemn tribute into a circus.

As you know ... Nipsey was gunned down in the parking lot outside his store, and the lot was transformed into a makeshift memorial, with fans leaving flowers, pictures, notes, trinkets and loads of candles.

But, that's all over now.

Here's what the wild scene outside Nipsey's shuttered store looked like ... people selling bootleg t-shirts with Nipsey's image, others demanding money for a tour of the neighborhood, and some even charging fans just to walk through the area where Nipsey was shot. The memorial became so busy, food trucks started parking outside.

Sources close to Nipsey tell us the whole thing reeked of disrespect ... and they felt like he was not being properly honored, so they're closing up shop.

We've seen this kind of thing before ... scalpers tried charging astronomical prices for free tickets to Nipsey's celebration of life, and people who went to the service tried selling the free programs for huge profits on eBay.

Good news -- TMZ Sports has some betting advice straight from the mouth of the greatest racehorse trainer of all time ... Bob Baffert.

Yeah, it may be from a clip we shot back in June ... but when it comes to horseracing, Baffert seems to be WAY ahead of the crowd.

So, when we saw him last year after his horse Justified won the Triple Crown (his 2nd Triple Crown horse in 4 years) ... we asked if there was a horse we should be looking at in 2019.

He delivered a name ... and now that very horse is racing in the Kentucky Derby on Saturday!!!

Oh, and the horse Bob named is currently getting 6-1 odds ...
