ALL-STAR AUDIENCE

Jay-Z and Beyonce normally give folks a front row seat to a sick performance, but they switched it up Saturday after their Rose Bowl concert and became spectators themselves.

Jay & Bey were seen at an after-party thrown on the heels of their show in Pasadena, where they sold out the Rose Bowl for night 1 of 2 of their last couple performances in L.A. Their 'On The Run II' summer tour wraps in Seattle next week.

During the shindig, two break dancers were putting on their best moves in front the couple ... and they did not disappoint. Check out Beyonce's reaction -- she's definitely into it. Never hurts to impress Queen Bey ... we know she could always use more dancers.

It's a nice change of pace for Jay and Bey, who've been putting quite a run together for some very famous audience members these last few months. Some A-listers who've enjoyed their OTR II tour ... Dez Bryant and Jerry Jones, Justin Verlander and Kate Upton ... and, of course, the Obamas.

It's like Jay once said ... after the show, it's the after-party ... where we'll take in a show and break dancers are gnarly. That's how that goes, right?

Demi Lovato Smiling, Happy During Rehab Outing

Published | Updated

Demi Lovato looked relaxed and happy Sunday as she exercised her day pass from her rehab facility ... nearly 2 months to the day after her near-fatal overdose.

The "Sober" singer was seen out in public Sunday morning near the rehab facility, where she's been since relocating from her East Coast facility. She was chatting up a lady with a cute pup, coffee in hand ... and a big grin on her face. From outward appearances ... Demi looks like she's doing great.

The morning outing comes just one day before the two-month mark of her OD. We broke the story ... Demi suffered an OD July 24 at her Hollywood Hills home, where her drug dealer supplied her with "aftermarket pills" that appeared to be laced with fentanyl.

Like we told you ... Demi's been seen in town lately with Wilmer Valderrama, who has been by her side since she was hospitalized. A source connected to Demi tells us the exes have not reignited their relationship -- it's all about friendship.

Kanye West & Saint Throw 1st Pitch For Chi-Town Showdown

Published | Updated

Kanye West made the most of his Chicago homecoming week by capping it off with a visit to the mound with his son, Saint, and two tosses to kick off a crosstown classic rubber match.

Ye and Saint were assigned to throw out the first pitch(es) Sunday for game 3 of the Chicago Cubs and White Sox series at Guaranteed Rate Field. Saint pitched first (getting as far as he could) ... and his pops followed up with a throw that made it to home plate.

Just the day before, Kanye took Saint out for a boys night out at The Sugar Factory, where they appeared to be getting their nosh on. Looks like Yeezy didn't want to miss out on a mirror shot with his boy.

Kanye's been in Chicago since at least Monday, and his latest excursions come on the heels of his announcement that he's moving back to his hometown and "never leaving again." We're told he plans to move his Yeezy offices from Calabasas to Chi-Town ... but still maintain his properties in L.A.

No doubt about it ... Kanye thinks about Chicago a little more than now and then these days.

Travis Scott Mac, I Love You ... You'll Always Be My Boy

Published | Updated

Mac Miller might be gone, but he's certainly not forgotten -- especially not by Travis Scott ... who dedicated a touching moment to the fallen MC during his concert this weekend.

La Flame took a moment during his Vegas show Saturday night to freestyle a quick verse dedicated to Mac, who just died earlier this month. Travis raps ... "This is Superstar Boy / Malcolm that's my boy / Mac Miller I love you, always be my boy."

He dropped a few more bars about Mac, and then transitioned into his song with SZA, "Love Galore." The audience seemed to love the shout-out as they roared in response.

Trav and Mac never rapped on a song together, but they did both drop their newest albums -- "Astroworld" and "Swimming," respectively -- on the same date last month ... August 3. It was Mac's fifth studio album, and Travis' 3rd.

TMZ broke the story ... Mac Miller was found dead at his San Fernando Valley home, where he's believed to have overdosed. His official cause of death remains a mystery as toxicology tests are pending.

He was 26. RIP

Jennifer Lopez All Up On the Floor ... For A-List Ladies Night

JENNY TAKES A TUMBLE

Everyone tends to fall for Jennifer Lopez -- just ask A-Rod -- but this weekend was different, 'cause she was actually in Vegas falling for us ... and bouncing back gracefully.

J. Lo was performing Saturday at her Vegas residency show when somewhere in the midst of all the action, she took a spill on stage, landing on her famous booty. A very helpful fan in the front row helped her get back up ... and Jenny was right back in the swing of things.

Luckily for her, it wasn't as bad of a fall as we've seen over the past year or so -- namely, Teyana Taylor nosediving into her crowd, or that Vanilla Ice fan falling into oblivion ... or even Bushwick Bill getting taken down by Treach. This was more Kesha-esque.

Even better for J. Lo ... she had a swarm of support after the show from the likes of Jessica Alba, Dua Lipa, Becky G, Sofia Vergara and, of course, Mr. Rodriguez himself ... all of whom went backstage to show some love and pose for a photo-op.

Two things we've learned here -- it pays to have your ladies nearby after a slight mishap. It also pays to be stage side if Jen ever needs your assistance. Don't wash that hand, bro.

Drake Serious Illness Triggered Concert Cancellations

Published | Updated

Drake was seriously ill this week ... something his team didn't want out, but now the man himself is acknowledging it.

Drake canceled 2 Miami concerts Friday and Saturday at the American Airlines Arena. We were told Friday there was an issue with production, but that's clearly not the case.

Drake just went public, saying "I got so ill so fast I had never experienced anything like that in my life."

It seems Drake was actually hospitalized by what he said ... "Thank you to the two doctors and nurse that helped me with round the clock care." It's possible, of course, he was treated at a hotel, but with 2 doctors and a nurse ... sounds pretty serious.

He then expresses gratitude to the man upstairs, saying, "Thank you God for allowing me to recover and continue."

GETTIN' DOWN

Serena Williams dropped it low during a taping for an upcoming episode of "Lip Sync Battle."

The tennis star shakes and grooves to Beyonce's hit single, "Sorry," off her Lemonade album.

In case you didn't know ... Serena was also in the music video for "Sorry."

Serena Williams is coming off a tough month after losing to Naomi Osaka at the US Open ... a match laced in controversy after Serena was docked a game after getting into it with the ump. Then an Australian paper, The Herald Sun, published a racist cartoon of Serena.

Interesting song choice ... Serena could be telling us how she feels about the whole US Open thing.

Drake Best View in the Six ... From My New Ballin' Basement!!!

Published | Updated

Drake loves to sit courtside at basketball games and now he's bringing that action to his brand new Toronto mansion with a near-NBA-sized basketball court ... in the basement!

Drake's under-construction pad will be lavish even by his standards because it's got a 15,000 square foot basement. The 6 God's plan for that level alone? Spa surrounded by 2 saunas and a massage room ... pool WITH a hot tub ... and snack lounge suspended ABOVE the b-ball court.

That's a check, check, check and check ... according to Drizzy's building permits filed with the city.

STARTED FROM THE BOTTOM

Above ground, it's just as sweet. He's gonna have a rooftop terrace with another hot tub, a sprawling outdoor swimming area flanked by bars and massive projection screens. Translation: Best. House. Party. Ever.

Of course, he'll also have the standards: wine and champagne bar, home theater, recording studio and award ROOM (when a shelf alone won't cut it).

Architect Ferris Rafauli designed the mansion, and it's in the same uber-exclusive neighborhood where Prince once owned a home.

RZA Defends NFL Over Maroon 5 Pick ... Adam Levine Is Dope!!

ADAM'S FOR THE CULTURE

Here's something you don't hear rappers say a lot lately ... CUT THE NFL A BREAK!!!

RZA -- the leader of the Wu-Tang Clan -- says he doesn't think the NFL deserves all the crap it's been getting for booking Maroon 5 for the Super Bowl halftime show.

And, the reason? He really digs Adam Levine!!

Remember, the game will be played in Atlanta -- home of stars like Outkast, T.I. and Migos. The guys from Maroon 5 are from L.A., and some people are pissed about that.

But, not RZA -- who says Adam is everything that's RIGHT about music ... he's talented, progressive and embraces hip-hop. He even points out Adam has a song with Future.

In fact, RZA says he wouldn't be surprised if Adam brought out a special guest like Drake!

Wanna see Wu-Tang perform at the Super Bowl?

Well, that's not gonna happen -- but RZA says the guys would definitely be down to perform a halftime show for the NY Jets or the NY Giants -- all they have to do is ask!!

Wu-Tang's for the children!!!!!!

Cardi B, Nicki Minaj Take Their Feud on the Road ... Both in Milan

Published | Updated

Cardi B has just flown thousands of miles and landed in Milan where a possible re-match with her mortal enemy, Nicki Minaj, could happen ... TMZ has learned.

Cardi showed up in Milan for Fashion Week. Nicki arrived 3 days ago.

Cardi and her team have not announced her arrival, although she certainly dropped hints by posting a pic of a gift basket that has Italy written all over it.

It's certainly interesting ... everyone knows what happened earlier this month at the Harper's Bazaar party during New York Fashion Week, where Cardi tried to attack Nicki and threw a shoe at her. Cardi's the one who ended up injured with a giant lump on her head as she hobbled out of the party on one shoe.

It's unclear if Nicki knew Cardi would show.

We're told so far Cardi and Nicki have not interacted, but we're on the lookout.

Pete Davidson, Ariana Grande Ominous Sign ... Matching Tattoos

Published | Updated

Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande are doomed ... because they got matching tattoos.

The tattoo reads, "mille tendresse" -- which translated means "a thousand tendernesses." It's actually from "Breakfast at Tiffany's," when Audrey Hepburn's character blurts out, "Bless you, darling Fred. Please forgive the other night. You were an angel about the whole thing. Mille tendresse."

Here's the thing ... it was actually Pete who made the tattoo matching, because Ariana got hers back in 2014. Both tats are on the back of their necks.

BTW ... that's not the only tat that binds the engaged couple. Davidson showed off a new tattoo this week of a baby pig he and Ariana adopted.

NBA Youngboy Goes Nuts and Fights Fan At Concert

Published | Updated

Rapper NBA Youngboy got so pissed off at a "fan" he beat the crap of him.

Youngboy had just finished performing Friday night at The National in Richmond, Virginia when he jumped off the stage and beelined it toward a fan.

The fan apparently did something -- we don't know what -- to enrage the rapper. After hopping off stage, Youngboy threw the first punch.

The rapper's friend came in for an assist but that didn't seem necessary, because the fan was getting pummeled.

The crowd seemed shocked but didn't take sides. Security rushed in and broke it up.

Cops were called, but no one was arrested.

'AGT' Finalist Arrested for Domestic Violence ... Video in Cuffs

Published | Updated

2:35 PM PT -- We've obtained video of Ketterer in custody outside of the hotel he was arrested at talking with an officer.

Michael Ketterer -- who finished in 5th place on this season's "America's Got Talent" -- has been arrested for felony domestic violence.

Ketterer was taken into custody Thursday afternoon by the LAPD in Hollywood. Law enforcement sources tell us ... he got into a fight with his wife, and when cops showed up they noticed she had a visible red mark.

We're told he was cuffed and booked for a felony because of the injury. Ketterer was released after posting $50k bail.

Michael tells us ... the arrest was a big "misunderstanding." He admits he and his wife got into an argument in their hotel room and cops were called, but she told them she didn't want to press charges. Ketterer says they arrested him anyway, telling him the law's the law.

Law enforcement sources tell us, the case will be downgraded to a misdemeanor because the injury was so minor. We're told the case will be referred to the L.A. City Attorney.

The 5th place finisher on season 13 of 'AGT' made headlines when Simon Cowell hit the Golden Buzzer during his audition, which advanced him right to the live shows. He later moved Cowell to tears during his quarterfinals performance ... after revealing his wife and daughter almost died during childbirth.

Earth, Wind & Fire Do You Remember? Watch Us Sing 'September'

Published | Updated

It's the day made famous by Earth, Wind & Fire ... and only TMZ has video of band members Verdine White and Ralph Johnson singing an a cappella version of their epic, feel-good song.

We got Verdine and Ralph at LAX ... and they wasted no time blessing us with an abbreviated rendition of "September." It'll make you feel good.

It's the 40th anniversary of the timeless classic ... and Verdine and Ralph sound like they've still got it.

Yeah, the original version is great ... but there's nothing like live music.

Verdine and Ralph tell us why they circle this date on their calendar every year ... and what party holiday they're reminded of every September 21.

We also get the answer to the long-standing question ... what happened to water?

Happy Earth, Wind & Fire Day, everyone!

Lil Wayne Don't Blame Me 'Cause 'Carter V' Hasn't Dropped!!!

Published | Updated

Lil Wayne's highly anticipated 'Carter V' album is nowhere to be found on the day TONS of listeners expected to hear it ... and salivating fans have no one to blame but themselves.

A source close to Weezy's camp tells TMZ ... the hype surrounding September 21 as the release date for 'Carter V' was all generated by pure speculation that somehow morphed into conspiracies. Fact is ... all Young Money did was tease the cover and NEVER once mentioned an album release date.

The hype started after Floyd Mayweather posted the album cover on Instagram earlier this month and captioned it "[Goat emoji] #21." That led everyone to believe the album was dropping at midnight on September 21. But when midnight came and went ... fans were left scratching their heads, especially after Floyd deleted the post. James Harden followed suit with "#13" and also deleted it.

Making matters even more confusing -- Michael Vick and Kobe Bryant on Friday posted the same album cover on IG but captioned it "#7" and "#8," respectively. In retrospect, they were just posting the cover along with their jersey numbers. Wayne's daughter, Reginae, also posted the album cover on IG but her caption simply had "#C5."

Point is ... Wayne said zilch about Sept. 21. The wait continues ...

John Salley Nick Cannon Broke The Rules ... Kanye Was Right

THAT'S A TECHNICAL FOUL

John Salley has a clear side in the Kanye West vs. Nick Cannon feud ... telling TMZ Sports West was 100% within his rights to send shots at Cannon for talking about Kim Kardashian West.

Ye fired off on Nick Thursday ... saying NC has no right mentioning Kim's name in interviews, and talking about her body ... even though Nick and Kim dated back in the day.

Cannon fired back, saying he's NEVER disrespected Kim but has answered questions about her honestly, and will continue to do so.

We got Salley leaving Catch in L.A. and asked him which side of the fence he falls on ... and he said it all goes back to a rule he learned during his NBA playing career.

"Everything was open except wives and fiancees."

Salley goes on to say Kanye is "kinda right" to be pissed at Nick Cannon, and that he thinks West's warning shot is enough that no one will talk about Kim Kardashian in a sexually objectifying way again.

Okay, John.
