Deven Davis -- wife of Korn singer Jonathan Davis -- died from the combined effects of 5 different types of drugs ... TMZ has learned.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ .... an autopsy revealed Deven had cocaine, heroin, clonazepam (a sedative used to treat seizures or anxiety), topiramate (nerve pain medication) and fluoxetine (used to treat depression) in her system when she died.

The docs say she was found dead in Bakersfield, California ... and her cause of death has been ruled accidental.

We broke the story ... Deven died in August around the same time Jonathan filed a request for a domestic violence restraining order against his estranged wife, claiming she had major drug issues. Deven had been living in a sober home, but went AWOL about a week before her death.

The Korn frontman later revealed she had been sick for nearly a decade ... and blamed mental illness and addiction for her death.

The 2 were married in 2004, but Jonathan filed for divorce from her in 2016. They had 2 sons together.

Kanye West and President Trump's agenda for their Thursday sitdown will include signing new legislation that could potentially put more money in Kanye's pocket.

POTUS is scheduled to sign the Music Modernization Act while Ye is at the White House. The bill -- which the House and Senate have already passed -- updates licensing and royalties to artists, songwriters and producers for music played on streaming services.

Kanye and Recording Academy Prez Neil Portnow will be present for the ceremonial signing of the bill.

As we told you, Ye was already scheduled to be at the White House for a separate lunch meeting with Trump ... where they'll reportedly talk gang violence in Chicago, prison reform and manufacturing jobs.

Now that we know, he'll be front and center to see Trump sign the bill -- we're hoping Kanye's got a remix up his sleeve. Just sayin' ...

The Dawg Pound turned into the D.O. DOUBLE G. Pound on Wednesday ... 'cause Snoop Dogg was in attendance to watch Baker Mayfield and Co. at Cleveland Browns practice!!

Just one tiny issue here -- Snoop is a MASSIVE Pittsburgh Steelers fan ... and the Steelers have a rivalry with the Browns that goes back decades.

But, It didn't seem awkward when the rap legend hit up Browns practice in Berea ... dappin' up all the players and coaches as the team preps for the L.A. Chargers this weekend.

So ... is Snoop trading in his Black & Gold for the Orange & Brown?? Head coach Hue Jackson says he's been friends with the Doggfather for a while ... and took a friendly jab at him for being MIA for the past 2 years.

Hey, it's been a while since the Browns have had even a sliver of success. Let them have their clout.

Dave East is gonna get REALLY HIGH to get over the Yankees loss -- telling TMZ Sports it's gonna take some good grass to move on from the NY "L."

We got the rapper -- who's a Yanks diehard -- just hours after the Pinstripes fell in the ALDS ... and that's when he revealed the perfect East strategy for how to cope with the defeat.

"Some good weed," he says.

Dave's from New York City ... so the loss reallllly sucks for him -- but he tells us he's still ride-or-die with Aaron Judge and the boys no matter what.

In fact ... the "Perfect" spitter tells us he's rooting for anyone that plays the Sox from now on.

"I'm against the Red Sox, man."

Camila Cabello's breakup with Fifth Harmony might be 2 years old, but it was fresh on the minds of people at The American Music Awards, who treated them like warring relatives at a wedding ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us three members of Fifth Harmony (current and former) attended the AMAs Tuesday night -- Camila, Lauren Jauregui and Normani. You didn't see them anywhere near each other though, and that was no accident.

We're told Camila was placed in the front row next to Taylor Swift, and the other 2 women were in totally different sections of the Microsoft Theater ... 'cause they weren't even within shouting distance of each other. Camila obviously had the best seat as she was nominated for multiple awards.

Our sources say there's been some leftover bad blood between these three in particular in the wake of Camila leaving the group in late 2016. There were conflicting accounts on how exactly her exit was handled -- Camila says she gave plenty notice, but 5H says she ghosted.

We're sure Camila's feud with her ex-group mates was the last thing on her mind -- she ended up walking away with 4 wins total ... New Artist of the Year, Collaboration of the Year, Video of the Year, and Favorite Pop/Rock Song.

Fifth Harmony wasn't nominated.

10/11 -- A rep for Scooter's company fired back, "Not only are these statements factual but there is documentation to back everything up as fact. We have no interest in Troy Carter's history of games or slander. We as a company just want to recover the millions of dollars owed to us by Troy Carter which he has repeatedly promised to pay but never has." The statement goes on ... "Blanket statements to protect his image are absurd at the juncture."

2:52 PM PT -- Troy's representation tells TMZ ... "This is yet another litigation tactic by Ithaca. These claims are not accurate both legally and factually."

Scooter Braun's company claims Lady Gaga's former manager has been hiding millions of dollars he got from Gaga over a bitter parting of the ways ... money the company says is rightfully theirs.

Scooter's company has sued music manager Troy Carter, claiming it gave him millions of dollars in a business deal. The docs say Carter promised he'd pay back the company back when Troy settled a mega-lawsuit with an artist, who fired him without giving him all the money he was owed.

According to new legal docs filed by Scooter's company, Troy scored $10.8 million in his settlement -- which we know was with Gaga.

Troy paid Scooter's company more than $3 million and admits he owes more, but the question is how much. Scooter's company says Troy still owes him more than $14.5 million, but the company agreed to accept $10 mil to make it go away and still hasn't gotten it.

According to the new legal docs, Carter hasn't fully paid -- despite numerous broken promises that the money was on the way -- but Troy was still able to shell out $730k for a painting. Troy allegedly deliberately overpaid on the painting so Scooter's company couldn't get its hands on the money. Short story ... the company thinks it's just revenge.

Scooter's company is now asking the judge for an order prohibiting Troy from draining his bank account until the debt is paid.

Fabolous is facing 4 felony charges related to his alleged assault on Emily B, the mother of his 2 children ... TMZ has learned.

A grand jury in New Jersey indicted the rapper last week on 1 count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, 2 counts of threatening to kill and 1 count of possession of a weapon ... a pair of scissors.

Fabolous brandished the scissors in a video TMZ first posted back in March. The video shows him raging out at Emily and her father in the driveway of their Englewood, NJ home. During that altercation, he also threatened to kill her and other members of her family.

We broke the story ... Emily claims Fabolous repeatedly punched her in the face and knocked out her front teeth. According to the indictment, that went down on March 7 ... 3 weeks before the blowup in the driveway.

All 4 charges are for third-degree crimes in NJ. Each charge can bring up to 5 years in prison.

It's worth noting, Emily and Fab are still together. They've attended events together as a couple in recent months, and gone on family vacations.

Jim Jones is officially facing a handful of felony drug and firearm charges for his June arrest in Georgia after a police chase ... TMZ has learned.

The rapper's been hit with 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance and 2 counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony -- so 5 felony charges total ... according to new legal docs.

Jones has also been charged with a 6th count of possession of marijuana, less than an ounce ... which is a misdemeanor.

We broke the story ... Jones was busted on June 20 in Coweta County when a car he was a passenger in led cops on a chase. When it finally stopped, cops searched the vehicle and found marijuana, oxycodone, Percocet, vape cartridges and 2 loaded pistols.

Neither Jones nor the 3 others in the car, including the driver, admitted possession of the items ... so they were all arrested.

Jones' arraignment on the charges is scheduled for later this month. If convicted on all charges, he faces up to decades in prison.

Ringo Starr found a silver lining in NOT being one of the OG Beatles when we asked him about Paul McCartney and John Lennon's hands-on bonding sessions.

We got the drumming legend at LAX and brought up Paul's recurring dreams about John and George Harrison -- which he revealed in a recent interview. Ringo's not bothered by it, and laughingly told us why he's constantly on Paul's mind.

Then we gently waded into Beatles' masturbation history. You'll recall Paul didn't mention Ringo in the bizarre tale of group self-pleasure.

Just watch, because the reaction from Ringo and his wife, Barbara Bach, is hilarious.

Good luck getting anywhere near Cardi B after she has a huge night at an award show -- she was rolling real DEEP as she and Offset hit the club in L.A. to celebrate her American Music Awards victories.

They rolled into Murano in West Hollywood around 1:15 AM, and there were at least a dozen people surrounding the couple. Some were bodyguards, some were just friends but the point is ... it was totally impossible to get anywhere near Cardi as they entered and left.

You could hear some disappointed fans yelling as they walked into the club.

The reason for the small army? We're guessing they're not taking any chances with scuffles after the NYC strip club incident and, of course, the infamous Nicki Minaj shoe-throwing caper.

For what it's worth ... Cardi took home 3 AMAs for Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Artist, Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Song and Favorite Soul/R&B Song.

Congrats! From afar.

Music and fashion are all about expression, and the 2018 American Music Awards provided some great shots of celebs making statements with colorful ensembles, sparkling dresses and flashy outfits.

Some of the stars who shined extra bright Tuesday night ... Cardi B and Offset, Taylor Swift, Post Malone, Jennifer Lopez and A-Rod, G-Eazy and Halsey ... and lots of other pairs and groups who shared in the harmony.

The biggest story of the night, though, was T-Swift's political spin on her record-breaking acceptance speech.

Danielle Bregoli is about to become the new face of Snapchat ... and this time, she doesn't have to pay to slap her image all over the place!

We've learned Bhad Bhabie signed a deal to create a 12-episode docuseries on the social media app ... it's called "Bringing Up Bhabie" and it's set to premiere later this year.

We're told Danielle is one of the most popular celebs on the platform ... and shooting begins this month with a focus on her personal life and music career.

Lil Xan was out of control Monday at a mall food court ... yelling, screaming and lashing out at someone.

We're not exactly sure what set Lil Xan off ... but we're told the rapper started arguing with another customer after he ordered Taco Bell at Circle Centre Mall in Indianapolis.

As Xan hurled insults, his entourage held him back and they eventually left the scene.

Despite threats to call the cops, they didn't show.

Aretha Franklin was honored at the 2018 American Music Awards with a star-studded performance of the Queen of Soul's timeless gospel classics ... with Gladys Knight leading the way.

Gladys, a friend of the late singer, started the tribute with a beautiful rendition of "Amazing Grace" ... bringing the audience to its feet one last time at the end of the 3-hour award show.

Gladys introduced Donnie McClurkin, and he energized the room by singing "Climbing Higher Mountains."

A gospel choir came onstage for CeCe Winans' performance of "Mary Don't You Weep" ... and people were dancing in the aisles by the time Ledisi launched into "How I Got Over."

The memorial performance ended with gospel duo Mary Mary singing a traditional gospel, "Old Landmark."

Aretha died August 16 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. She was 76.

Taylor Swift didn't shy away from her newfound passion for politics during an acceptance speech at the 2018 American Music Awards ... pleading for people to hit the voting booths next month for the midterm elections.

Taylor saved her political pitch for her final acceptance speech ... reminding everyone that people decide who wins AMAs, and who wins political offices.

Tay didn't say who to vote for this time ... because she's already made clear she's voting for Democrats running for U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives in her home state of Tennessee.

Taylor clearly didn't care about Donald Trump's message ... 'cause the Prez already told her to stay out of politics. Looks like the bad blood is still going.

Bella Hadid is getting wishes for a happy 22nd birthday ... and passionate kisses from The Weeknd.

Bella and The Weeknd have been inseparable since reigniting their romance earlier this year, and it appears they're more in love than ever.
