Diplo had one hell of a night in Vegas ... with a lot of famous friends in the mix.

The DJ capped off an action-packed Thursday in Sin City by DJing a show at Wynn's Encore Beach Club ... which served as the official after-party of the 2019 Billboard Music Awards.

Among the celebs who joined him onstage was Halsey -- who also performed at the BBMAs -- and she rocked a couple of her hits live, "Closer" and "Bad at Love." She told the crowd she was going big or going home ... and they ate it up.

Speaking of going big, Diplo's late-night set came after he attended the awards show at the Grand Garden Arena and then made his way over to the Little White Wedding Chapel ... to be one of the select few guests at Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's surprise wedding.

As we reported ... the couple got married by Reverend Elvis after the Jonas Bros performed just hours earlier at the BBMAs. Diplo captured the ceremony on his Instagram Live.

Even Travis Scott's birthday shindigs know how to get into SICKO MODE ... where else ya gonna find a party with a Hennessy Slurpee machine and tattoo station?!

The rapper celebrated turning 28 on Tuesday night at Universal Studios where Kylie Jenner hosted a gas station-themed birthday party. Kendall, Kim, Kanye and a bunch of others turned up ... as Travis looked in awe walking into a room decorated to look exactly like a gas station all about him.

The coolest part ... definitely the Hennessy Slurpee machine. There was also a Nike booth and Travis' Jordan 1s were hanging all over the party. Travis and Kylie were all lovey-dovey before and after inking their bodies. You gotta check out the vid ... it was truly an epic party.

After the bash ... the crowd made their way over to Bootsy Bellows in WeHo where tons of other celebs came out. Quavo, 21 Savage, G-Eazy and NFL star Todd Gurley were among the attendees.

Woodstock 50's investor pulled the plug on the festival cause the company was fearful of financial disaster.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Amplifi Live -- the investment arm of Dentsu Aegis Network -- pulled out after it got word capacity for the concert venue shrunk by 50% -- from 150,000 to 75,000. The reason for the change -- Watkins Glen city officials said a big chunk of the land needed to be used as campgrounds to accommodate concertgoers.

We're told Amplifi Live needed a minimum of 100,000 attendees to make a go of it, so the company pulled the plug.

It's kind of weird ... no one seemed to factor in that there aren't a whole lot of hotels or Airbnb's in the small New York town with a population of around 2,000.

Woodstock organizers scrambled to score a mass gathering permit several weeks ago, to no avail.

After Amplifi pulled out, Lang told us he wasn't throwing in the towel, hoping to snag another investor. But, he just ran into even more problems, because we're told the festival's production company, Superfly, will no longer be involved.

We reached out to Lang and his attorney, Marc Kasowitz, got back to us ... saying, "Woodstock 50 is proceeding with the planning and production of the festival. Dentsu has no legal right or ability to cancel it. All stakeholders, including the entertainers, should proceed with the understanding that the event will take place as planned and if they have any questions, they should reach out directly."

10:15 AM PT -- The Riverside County Health Department says its labs and STD programs have not seen any spike in herpes cases during Stagecoach or Coachella.

To clarify ... HerpAlert was NOT saying its surge of cases -- 114 at Stagecoach and 250 at Coachella -- were all for new patients. Some of that data includes old patients just seeking prescriptions.

There was a surprise guest riding through Stagecoach this weekend ... herpes.

According to big wigs at HerpAlert -- an online diagnosis and treatment website for the STD -- there's been another spike in people looking to get treated for herpes in the areas surrounding the festival grounds, but it's not quite as bad as the outbreak during Coachella.

HerpAlert's been helping folks out for over 2 years, with doctors issuing prescriptions to pharmacies after people upload photos of their junk for doctors to review. The turnaround time is super quick ... we're talking just 2 hours.

We're told HerpAlert noticed a surge in people seeking prescriptions for herpes during Stagecoach. Over the weekend, there were 114 cases reported in Palm Desert, Coachella Valley and Indio ... which is about half of the nearly 250 cases reported in the same areas during Coachella Weekend 1.

It's still a massive spike ... because HerpAlert tells us they typically handle 12 cases a day in SoCal.

Bottom line ... if you got down at Stagecoach, you might want to giddy-up to your local clinic.

Pharrell Williams and Usher were really rollin' last week ... and brought along family and friends for the ride as they skated into a star-studded music festival weekend.

The 2 co-hosted a private party at the Haygood Roller Skating Center in Virginia Beach Thursday night in anticipation of Pharell's first ever Something in the Water fest in his hometown.

The event was attended by just over 100 people, including Pharell's parents and relatives, Pusha T, Fergie, D.R.A.M., Young Money Yawn, Bruce Smith, Aaron Rouse, Dallas Austin and Pernell "Sweet Pea" Whitaker ... and Usher even hit the rink to make sure everyone was having fun.

Haygood was gifted a parting souvenir for holding the bash -- a roller skate signed by the big names in attendance.

As for Pharrell's festival ... it got off to a rough start when the first day was canceled due to weather, but kicked into high gear Saturday night with guest appearances during his set by Jay Z, Diddy, Snoop Dogg, Missy Elliott, Busta Rhymes, Timbaland, Charlie Wilson and Tyler, the Creator.

Usher and Pusha performed as well, of course ... and fans are already pumped for next year's fest.

5:57 PM PT -- It sounds like Woodstock is not dead yet ... because promoter Michael Lang's team just issued the following statement doubling down on their plans to make the festival happen and seek new investors.

"We are committed to ensuring that the 50th Anniversary of Woodstock is marked with a festival deserving of its iconic name and place in American history and culture. Although our financial partner is withdrawing, we will of course be continuing with the planning of the festival and intend to bring on new partners."

"We would like to acknowledge the State of New York and Schuyler County for all of their hard work and support. The bottom line is, there is going to be a Woodstock 50th Anniversary Festival, as there must be, and it's going to be a blast.”

Woodstock 50 is officially scrapped ... at least according to the people putting up the money to produce the iconic music festival's anniversary.

Honchos at Dentsu Aegis Network -- the festival's main investor -- dropped the hammer Monday, saying, it doesn't "believe the production of the festival can be executed as an event worthy of the Woodstock Brand name while also ensuring the health and safety of the artists, partners and attendees."

Sounds like they were afraid Woodstock 50 would become Fyre Fest 2019.

Tickets for Woodstock 50 were supposed to go on sale last week, but never did. Organizers said they were trying to iron out logistics while waiting to hear back from the New York State Department of Health after applying for a mass gathering permit.

As we reported ... the massive music and arts event was supposed to feature huge names like Jay-Z, Chance the Rapper, Imagine Dragons, Carlos Santana, Dead & Company and Halsey. We know at least some of the artists have NOT been informed the show's off.

Worth noting ... the promoter, Michael Lang, does not agree Woodstock 50 is sunk. He tells us Dentsu's announcement was a "complete surprise," but adds ... they're not giving up on the festival yet.

Yodel Kid's absence at Stagecoach this weekend was a huge bummer ... but he's got a fix to cure your blues ... 'cause TMZ's learned he's gearing up for a massive fall tour!!!

12-year-old Mason Ramsey -- the boy who became famous after yodeling at a Walmart in Illinois -- will announce next week a 30-date fall tour set to kick off October 3. We're told his yodeling will echo across all major markets ... including NYC, Nashville, Philly and L.A.

Mason's about to wrap up his 11-date How's Your Girl and How's Your Family tour, which he launched back in March. His final show went down Saturday in Milwaukee and he's been killing it everywhere. Check out the clip ... Mason surfed the crowd on an inflatable horse earlier last week in Ohio ... and the crowd ate it up.

Mason's enjoyed incredible success since video of him yodeling Hank Williams' "Lovesick Blues" in 2018 at a Harrisburg, IL Walmart blew up. It led to an appearance on 'Ellen' and gigs at Coachella and Stagecoach ... where he actually upstaged Florida Georgia Line. Mason's truly a global superstar ... his single, "Famous," has racked up nearly 40 MILLION streams on Spotify.

In short ... the kid's legit and clearly, he's in hot demand.

Mystikal is stepping back into the limelight after being released from prison ... taking the stage for his first big performance after spending 18 months behind bars on rape charges.

The rapper made a surprise appearance Saturday night at Funk Fest in Orlando in his first major gig since getting out of prison ... and the crowd went wild, welcoming him back with open arms!

Mystikal got a special introduction from Doug E. Fresh ... and then launched into his throwback hits, performing "Move B*tch" and "Shake Ya A**" in front of thousands of screaming fans.

It's a triumphant return to the spotlight for Mystikal ... Funk Fest is a huge two-day festival, with headlining performances from T.I., Erykah Badu, Jeezy and Plies.

We broke the story ... Mystikal was released from a Louisiana prison back in February once he was finally able to scrape together $3 million for his bond. The money came from an advance for a new recording deal, plus fund raised by Mystikal's friends and family.

Mystikal snapped a pic with his lawyers on his way out and said he was thankful for the opportunity to get back to being a father and working on his music.

Katherine Schwarzenegger enjoyed the company of a very special guest at her huge blowout bridal shower ... Oprah!!!

Oprah rolled up to Katherine's lavish bridal shower Saturday, with a giant gift box in hand and a huge smile on her face ... and the Big O was easily the biggest celeb there.

Katherine's mother, Maria Shriver, hosted the party at her private estate ... and it was a pretty good looking crowd, because Katherine's super hot celeb friends, model Abby Champion and TV personality Whitney Port, also showed up to support the bride-to-be.

Oprah and Maria have been friends for decades, ever since they worked on a show together back in the 70s.

It's kinda interesting ... Arnold Schwarzenegger and Chris Pratt also rolled through, meaning Katherine's dad and fiance were at her bridal shower too.

Arnold's having a crazy busy weekend ... he was a proud papa Saturday morning at his son, Joseph Baena's college graduation in Malibu.

Even on baby no. 4, Kim Kardashian's still finding ways to make baby showers unique -- and SUPER zen -- by loading up her GFs on CBD everything, baby!!!

Kim admitted during Saturday's event ... she was "freaking out" because she and Kanye West are expecting their newest baby's arrival -- by surrogate -- within a couple weeks. So, since she needed to chill out, Kim thought, "What better way to celebrate than to have a little CBD?"

As they say ... the crowd went wild. Guests -- including Paris Hilton -- got to concoct their own CBD-infused body oils and bath salts ... before chilling out with a sound bath.

Joseph Baena just graduated from college ... and his old man is beaming with pride.

Arnold Schwarzenegger shared the news Saturday along with a happy photo of the 2, saying ... "Congratulations Joseph! Four years of hard work studying business at Pepperdine and today is your big day!"

He added ... "You have earned all of the celebration and I’m so proud of you. I love you!"

Arnold and Joseph have been tight the past several years -- even working out together -- but as far we know, Arnold's kids with Maria Shriver -- Katherine, Christopher, Christina and Patrick -- have never had a relationship with him.

Doesn't look like any of them were at the graduation either ... but that's not going to spoil the moment for father and son.

Idris Elba had an impressive encore to his Coachella performance ... he got hitched!!!

Idris married model Sabrina Dhowre in Morocco. They've been engaged for a year and a few months and sealed the deal Friday in Morocco.

The wedding was super elaborate. They said their "I do's" at the Ksar Char-Bagh hotel in Marrakesh. The nuptials followed a lavish rehearsal dinner Thursday night.

The celebration had all the trappings ... even fire dancers.

It's not over yet. There's a big white party to celebrate Idris and Sabrina on Saturday night.

The actor has a 17-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son. As for his new wife, Idris says the attraction is more than skin deep ... "She makes me laugh and we share common goals. She makes me happy. She makes me celebrate my successes and when I'm not too sure about stuff she makes me think."

We're told the site has seen a massive surge in folks seeking prescriptions for herpes since Day 1 at Coachella. A whopping 1,105 cases have been reported in Indio, Palm Desert and Coachella Valley -- and also L.A., Orange and San Diego counties where most of the concertgoers live.

HerpAlert tells us they typically handle 12 cases a day in Southern Cali ... but during the first 2 days of Coachella, the site serviced almost 250 patients!!! The biggest previous spike was during Oscars weekend 2018, when they got a mere 60 cases a day.

Dan Bilzerian is catching major heat for feeding a Kodiak bear at a house party ... and because PETA would never literally feed Dan to the wolves, they're going after him with a team of lawyers.

If you were too high on Saturday to notice all the videos coming out of Dan's 4/20 bash in Los Angeles, he posted clips of himself hand-feeding munchies to an enormous bear.

PETA is livid at Dan's stunt and now the organization is ratting him and Steve Martin's Working Wildlife -- which allegedly provided the bear -- out to California authorities. PETA fired off letters Wednesday to the CA Department of Fish and Wildlife and L.A. Department of Animal Services.

In the complaints, obtained by TMZ, PETA claims Dan and Martin did not have the required permit for this type of display, because city regulations expressly prohibit keeping bears in a place where they pose a risk to the public.

PETA also claims that because the bear was not contained in an escape-proof enclosure and because Martin did not maintain a safe distance between the bear and the party-goers, Martin should be stripped of his permits and fined.

Dan tells us PETA has him all wrong because he loves animals, and, while he appreciates people trying to stand up for animals, he says PETA just wants "to do the typical internet bandwagon on whatever is popular and come after me for feeding what seemed to be a very healthy happy bear, that was rescued at a young age."

Dan ended with a final thought for PETA, "They can suck my d**k.”

Machine Gun Kelly knows what time it is ... and not only because Pete Davidson and comedian John Mulaney got him a Rolex for his 29th birthday.

We got MGK and Pete leaving TAO Monday night in L.A. where they were celebrating with friends. Kelly and Pete were toking cigs and posing for pics when our guy asked Kelly what he got for his birthday.

Justin Bieber jumped the gun at Coachella when he said an album was coming soon ... 'cause TMZ's learned it's actually gonna be about another year before a full set of new tunes is ready.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... the Biebs got caught up in the moment when he said "album coming soon" after wrapping up his Sunday night surprise performance with Ariana Grande. Yes, he has been working on new music, but that tease for a new album immediately cranked up fan anticipation.

Great marketing, for sure, on JB's part -- and while he HAS recorded a few songs already ... we're told he's still working on creating a new sound.

Of course, the bottom line is he actually IS recording ... and doing so when everything's coming up Justin. We're told he feels very centered, and he's excited about getting back in the studio grind.

Remember ... Bieber hasn't released a solo of his own for more than 3 years -- his "Purpose" album dropped way back in November 2015. He told the Coachella crowd he hadn't performed in like 2 years and seemed to have thoroughly enjoyed, his words, getting his groove back.

He was also recently featured in Lil Dicky's new single "Earth" -- the one where he plays a baboon. It was Justin's first collab since "No Brainer" was released last July.

Goes without saying ... Justin's new album is already highly anticipated.
