The 44-year-old ex-NFL star showed off his washboard stomach during a family beach trip to Miami this week ... and yeah, we're super impressed!!

He also tossed around the football while wading into the water and looked pretty good ... if you like 6'5", 230-pound quarterbacks with a laser-rocket arm.

The 2-time Super Bowl champ was never really known for his imposing physique during his playing days -- but it's pretty obvious he's still knocking out some crunches every now and then, despite being retired for the past 5 years.

Chicken parm ... it's not on the diet anymore?!

Manning hung up his cleats after the 2015 season -- when he led the Denver Broncos to victory over the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl 50.

Next stop, Canton ... because Manning is finally eligible to be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Class of 2021.

The first-ever albino all-white shark was reeled in by a deep-sea fisherman, who did what he had to do before letting it go back in the wild ... snap an awesome pic!!!

Jason Gillespie of England was fishing with some friends last week off Britain near the Isle of Wight when he caught the 3-foot tope shark ... an entirely white one due to leucism, a condition where the skin loses all of its pigmentation.

Jason said ... "I've been fishing for 30 years and I've never seen one like that."

Though he says he normally would release a tope shark right away because they are a protected species, he knew this one was special ... so he had to bring it on board for a few photos before releasing it back in the sea.

Jason says they released it quickly though, and it was fine.

He adds ... "What're the chances? I have no idea. It's the fish of a lifetime, one in a million."

Though it's believed Jason's the only person to get proof of catching an albino shark, he says he's heard of another fisherman in Wales who caught one years ago ... but much smaller.

Kourtney Kardashian gets knocked down, but she gets up again ... and again and again and again ... that's how her surf lesson went in Malibu.

Kourtney paddled out looking to ride some waves in Malibu Sunday, and with the help of a surfing instructor and never-give-up attitude ... she had a great time wiping out over and over and over.

You can see Kourtney's clearly a beginner, but she finally stood up on the board and wouldn't let her struggles wipe a huge smile off her face.

The Oscar-nominated actress celebrated her 50th birthday with a trip to Cabo San Lucas ... beaming with tons of pride showing off her bikini bod. It's pretty clear Taraji's been hitting the gym. That much is clear based on her Instagram captions ... she hashtagged some of them like this -- #BAWDY, #hardasswork and #ImAddictedtotheworkout. Gains, baby.

JLo and A-Rod are leaving Malibu, at least for now, because we've learned they just sold their beach house.

The house is right on the sand, smack dab in one of the best areas of the 'Bu. They sold the house for $6,775,000.

The house is 4,400 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. When they bought it in January 2019, they did some renovations. We believe they initially planned to live in the house, but they had a change of heart and decided to sell.

They bought the property for $6.6 mil so they pretty much broke even. It wasn't long after they bought it when we got photos of JLo outside the home with "Fixer Upper" star Joanna Gaines. Gaines was allegedly brought on to help renovate the home and get it ready to sell.

Rapper Lil Mosey has learned his lesson ... at least when it comes to surfing.

The "Pull Up" rapper doesn't seem to have a single ounce of worry as he took surfing lessons while in the middle of a very serious gun case. Surfing instructor Alex Hoffman tells TMZ ... the rapper and some friends took lessons in Malibu earlier this week.

We're told his lesson lasted nearly 2 hours ... first a tutorial on the sand where Alex taught him how to position himself on the board, paddle and then pop up on his feet. Armed with the basics, he hit the waves -- and even though he ate it, we're told Mosey did pretty well during the training sesh.

This, of course, is one helluva juxtaposition considering he's in the middle of a serious gun case. TMZ broke the story ... the 18-year-old was busted in Burbank last month after cops found 3 loaded 9mm semi-automatic pistols in the Escalade he was riding in with 3 other people.

A woman went flying into the air when a boat exploded in Italy ... and ya gotta see the video.

The blast happened recently in the Italian port of Ponza, an island in the middle of the Tyrrhenian Sea, with the boat bursting into flames while it was getting refueled.

As you can see, the woman hands the fuel hose over to a gas station attendant moments before the explosion, which catapults her off the stern, into the air ... and eventually crashing down into the water.

The attendant was also thrown by the blast and had to hop into the water to avoid flames. Another man and woman aboard the boat had to leap to safety as the vessel kept burning.

It's pretty incredible ... Italian newspaper La Repubblica says everyone escaped without serious injuries -- just bruises for the 2 people on board.

Turns out those baby sharks aren't nearly as fun-loving as that song suggests -- you gotta see how this one locked onto a beachgoer's arm ... even AFTER he got out of the water!!!

This crazy video comes from Florida's Jensen Beach, where a guy was swimming Sunday when a baby shark attacked him in the water.

As you can see ... the lil oceanic beast -- possibly a nurse shark -- latched on and wouldn't release its jaws, forcing the guy to just hold it calmly to avoid further injury.

You can hear a witness say that if the guy can flip the shark upside down it would disorient it and make it let go, but every time he moves the shark clamps harder.

So instead, according to the guy who posted the vid, the man was taken to the hospital to remove the shark ... and he's okay.

Every week is Shark Week for the United States Coast Guard ... a shark was stalking a ton of swimmers in the ocean, and a hail of bullets saved the day!!!

Check out this video from the Coast Guard Cutter Kimball deployed near Hawaii ... there are 40 crew members swimming just off the boat when all of a sudden a massive shark surfaces and swim towards the swimmers.

Petty Officer 1st Class Samuel Cintron springs into action ... the maritime enforcement specialist -- pretty sweet job title -- takes aim and fires several rounds at the shark, which the Coast Guard says was between 6 and 8 feet long!

It's pretty wild ... the bullets hit the water scarily close to the swimmers, as they scramble to avoid the shark and swim back to safety on the boat.

The scene is straight outta "Jaws" and it comes with a happy ending ... all 40 crew members safely cleared the water and the shark appeared uninjured as it swam back into the depths.

This time they did NOT need a bigger boat ... thanks to the Coast Guard.
