Kendall Jenner's down in Miami Beach, chilling on a yacht, soaking up the sun and hitting up parties, but she's still thinking about being someone else ... or so her reading list would suggest.

Kendall hopped on a yacht Friday -- the SS Groot to be exact -- and slipped into a tiny, burnt orange bikini. She's been in Miami all week for Art Basel, so of course, she still looked uber-fashionable by rocking a slick green jacket too.

As for her choice in literature -- she's reading "Tonight I'm Someone Else" by Chelsea Hodson, a collection of essays described as a thoughtful, passionate account of a woman's life experiences.

Kendall Jenner got another uninvited guest overnight -- an intruder who tried to use President Trump's potential impeachment as a cover story ... right before he got busted.

The man scaled a neighborhood fence near Kendall's Hollywood Hills home just before midnight, and made his way to her property ... according to our law enforcement sources. He didn't get far after that ... we're told Kendall's security hopped on the guy once he got to her driveway, and held him until LAPD arrived to arrest him.

Our sources say the suspect, 27-year-old Richard Eggers, told police he was just going door to door collecting signatures to impeach Trump.

Turns out Kendall's security was on the lookout for this guy, because this wasn't their first rodeo with him. We're told the suspect popped up at Kendall's place back in September ... when her team spotted him on security cameras, but he bolted before they could nab him.

Well, he tried twice, but didn't get away this time. Cops booked him for misdemeanor trespassing.

It's unclear if Kendall was home at the time. If she was, we're told she never came outside during the commotion.

This is becoming a scarily common occurrence at Kendall's pad. She's had multiple intruders at her homes -- most notably, John Ford ... a Canadian citizen who scaled a hill to gain access to her property last year.

ICE eventually tracked him down in New Mexico and deported him.

Caitlyn Jenner saying she hasn't talked to Khloe Kardashian in several years was a claim that completely blindsided Khloe.

Sources connected to the situation tell TMZ ... Khloe is genuinely confused by Caitlyn's recent claim they haven't talked in "five, six years" and their current relationship is sour. We're told Khloe refutes that notion on several fronts -- starting with the numbers.

You'll recall ... she told her castmates on the British reality show "I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!" she hadn't "really talked" to Khloe in a long time since coming out.

Caitlyn publicly came out as transgender in 2015 -- and we're told the Kardashian side of her family found out only shortly before then. So, the five or six-year claim just doesn't add up.

What's more ... our sources tell us Khloe was completely supportive of Caitlyn's transition at the time, and things only got bitter between them when Caitlyn took shots at Kris in her memoir -- something we're told none of the Kardashian sisters appreciated.

Khloe was also there for Caitlyn when she accepted her ESPY award and the two have been nothing but pleasant at family holiday parties and birthdays.

However, we're told Khloe feels things have gotten better between them, and she rejects the notion they're still beefing. Take, for example, Caitlyn's recent 70th birthday.

While Khloe wasn't there, she did have a legit excuse -- she was working -- and even sent a bouquet of roses as a gift. We're told she texted Caitlyn as well to wish her a happy bday.

Bottom line ... there's no bad blood from Khloe's side, she loves Caitlyn, and our sources say she's confused by Caitlyn's accusation there's tension.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott surfaced together over the holiday weekend, but people thinking this means they're back together again might be sadly mistaken.

The former couple -- whom we've been told recently took a break -- were spotted out at the Agua Caliente Casino Friday in Palm Springs, where video of Kylie and Travis walking around together popped up online ... and sent people right out of their minds.

Eyewitnesses have said while they were near one another the whole time -- reportedly hitting at least one table, grabbing drinks, chatting and otherwise perusing the grounds -- there were no clear signs of PDA between 'em. Other Kardashians showed up too -- the whole gang's in town enjoying the Thanksgiving weekend at grandma Kris' house.

The reason Kylie and Travis didn't look romantic? It's possible it's because they simply haven't been lately. It's unclear what the current status of their relationship is, but based on everything we're seeing and hearing about this outing ... it appears to be more of the same routine they've been on for about a month or so now.

As we've reported ... KJ and TS are co-parenting baby Stormi, which means they see each other and hang out pretty often. In fact, Kylie even flew herself and the kid out to Houston a couple weeks ago to support Travis at his Astroworld event.

And yes, with the holidays fast approaching, we were told they'd be spending even more time together. So, this certainly seems to be that ... but it might also be the beginning of a true reconciliation.

Caitlyn Jenner says there absolutely is a rift between Khloe Kardashian and her -- and she claims it's been that way ever since going public about her transition.

Caitlyn revealed the beef on the Australian reality show, "I'm a Celebrity...Get Me out of Here!" She contrasted her son Brandon's reaction -- one of pride -- to her transition ... with Khloe's.

As Caitlyn put it, "Khloe for some reason was pissed off about something through this whole process." She added she and Khloe "really haven't talked" in 5 or 6 years. Caitlyn publicly came out in June 2015. It's unclear exactly when she told family members.

As TMZ first reported, Khloe was not at Caitlyn's 70th birthday celebration last month. At the time, Kardashian sources said there was no beef, and Khloe only missed the dinner party because she was shooting a commercial that day. The rest of her daughters -- Kim, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie -- were all there.

Further, we were told Khloe had personally called Caitlyn to say she wouldn't be at the bday bash -- but she sent a huge bouquet of pink and white roses.

Caitlyn posed with flowers and posted it with the caption, "So blessed to have so much love in my life from family and friends."

Kim Kardashian West is confident her SKIMS Solutionwear brand will revolutionize its industry ... and customer response has indicated it's on pace to become Kim's billion-dollar brand.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us Kim's massive restock release on Wednesday was actually more successful than the initial launch ... netting millions in just minutes. We're told that over a million people were on the wait list for the restock, and that almost instantly ... the most popular sizes and styles sold out.

Like we said, nearly the entire new batch of SKIMS left the digital shelves like hot cakes, and Kim issued an apology to those who were once again left empty-handed.

We're being told part of the reason it takes a while to get more SKIMS products out to the world is because Kim and co. produce their own fabric that is exclusive to the line -- which is why SKIMS-wear is so unique and somewhat difficult to churn out at the rate people want it.

Kim's cosmetic and perfume collections have also generated a massive response this year, and  SKIMS has been so successful, there's been a push for a male line.

Our sources say there's plenty more to come from SKIMS -- Kim also released body tape -- and they'll continue to introduce new products.

If SKIMS does hit the billion-dollar mark, she'll join some very familiar company. Kanye's Yeezy brand with ADIDAS is valued at over a billion ... and Kylie was named the youngest self-made billionaire by Forbes earlier this year. Kylie also just sold 51% of her cosmetics brand for $600 million.

The beauty company that bought Kylie Jenner out of her majority stake took a huge hit on Wall Street in what was a bad week for top beauty brands across the board.

Coty shares are plummeting in the wake of the world's youngest billionaire's decision to sell her 51 percent stake in Kylie Cosmetics to the conglomerate. After trading closed this week, Coty stocks were down significantly to $11.53, the lowest they've been in a month.

While the loss is tough, Coty wasn't the only major beauty brand to take a hit this week. In fact, 3 of the 4 top cosmetic stocks (Coty included) took significant losses.

It's interesting ... Coty shares did pretty well Monday, moving up slightly to $12.22 after announcing they bought Kylie's majority stake for $600 million, but that trend didn't last.

After a brief initial surge, the share price kept trending down, finishing each day this week at a lower figure. Overall, Coty stock is down roughly 5.5 percent since Kylie cashed out.

Many analysts expected a surge after Coty snapped up Kylie -- but they got this one flat wrong.

Shareholders might be hurting, but Kylie's another $600 mil in the black.

Kim Kardashian followed up her visit with Rodney Reed by coming face-to-face with his brother ... and then introducing him to the biggest stars in Houston.

The death row inmate's brother, Rodrick Reed, tells TMZ he got to meet Kim, Kanye and even Joel Osteen on Sunday at the Lakewood Church -- where Ye held a "Jesus Is King" performance that night with his choir.

Rodrick says he was brought backstage during Sunday's events and discussed his brother's case with Joel and the Wests. We're told Kanye said he still plans to visit Rodney, but needs to work out the legal kinks to make it happen.

Rodney even got a shout-out from Kanye while he addressed the Lakewood congregation of more than 45,000 -- and, of course, Kim visited with him Friday in prison. Remember, she was with Rodney when word came in the Governor had granted a stay of execution.

Rodney was set to be executed Wednesday, but now the courts are gonna hear his case again -- so, he could be vindicated after 20 years in prison.

His brother, Rodrick, told us he and Kim talked about how she became so passionate about Rodney's case, and she told him it was a Dr. Phil special that turned her on to it.

Kylie Jenner is no control freak when it comes to her cosmetics empire -- not anymore, anyway ... since she just sold off the majority of the $1.2 billion company that made her a mogul.

The world's youngest billionaire unloaded 51 percent of Kylie Cosmetics to Coty -- the conglomerate behind Clairol, CoverGirl and Max Factor to name a few. Kylie reportedly got $600 mil for the sale, which gives Coty the reins, financially ... but the youngest Jenner isn't out of the biz altogether.

In a joint statement, Coty said Kylie would continue leading all creative efforts and "communications initiatives." Translation: They're gonna milk her massive social media empire of 270 million followers for all it's worth.

Sounds like Coty just plans to take what Kylie started and expand it into a global brand. Kylie says she's "excited to partner with Coty to continue to reach even more fans of Kylie Cosmetics and Kylie Skin around the world."

She added, "This partnership will allow me and my team to stay focused on the creation and development of each product while building the brand into an international beauty powerhouse."

In other words ... cha-ching, cha-ching, cha-ching!!!

Kim Kardashian West says an overwhelming sense of relief and hope filled the room when Rodney Reed learned his execution had been delayed ... and she could "feel his soul" as he got emotional about it -- she could feel it, because she was there.

Kim told Jenna Bush Hager on "Today" about visiting with the death row inmate last week as he was just days away from his scheduled execution for a 1996 murder conviction -- a crime she believes he did not commit.

She was sitting with Reed when he got word that the highest court in Texas has issued a stay of execution and remanded the case back to the trial court for further consideration, and Kim says it was extremely emotional ... Rodney let out a "Praise Jesus."

Kim was also asked about getting involved in the Reed case and how she came to the decision to tweet at Texas Governor Greg Abbott about it ... she says it's a strategic process, and she does her homework.

She adds that she's extremely proud of the bipartisan support for Rodney's cause, and explains why she turned her focus to prison reform in the first place. Hint -- it starts with her own family.

Kim also responds to the victim's family's belief that Reed is indeed guilty ... she says she's sympathetic, but still wants to make sure all the evidence is released.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West took Saint and North to The Galleria in Houston TX, and they gave shoppers a show.

Kim, North and Saint hit the ice skating rink and did a respectable job as gawkers looked on. We don't see Kanye near the rink, although it's a good guess he was watching.

The brood spent about an hour and a half in the mall, as Houston police and mall security ran interference.

Kanye was happy to sign autographs as they left.

They're all in town for Joel Osteen's Sunday Service at the Lakewood Church. TMZ broke the story ... Kanye will appear at Osteen's 11 AM service, walk up to the pulpit and have a half-hour conversation with Joel about his freshly formed commitment to God.

There will be an evening service as well. Kanye is bringing his choir -- we're told around 120 strong -- and the 45,000 seat venue is expected to be overflowing with fans. Tickets are being distributed through Ticketmaster for free, but they're already having problems with scalpers.

Kim Kardashian West isn't just lobbying to set a death row inmate free ... she met with him face-to-face with the clock ticking to try to figure out a plan.

We broke the story ... Kim's desperately trying to stay the execution of Rodney Reed -- which was originally scheduled for November 20 -- because she and many others believe there is substantial evidence to exonerate him of the murder he was convicted of more than 20 years ago.

Lucky for both Kim and Rodney, on Friday the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals issued the stay of execution -- recommending a 120-day reprieve.

Our sources say Kim -- who traveled to Texas with Kanye for his upcoming performance at Joel Osteen's church -- was granted special permission by authorities to meet with Reed Friday.

We're told she wanted the chance to speak with him in person, hear his story and hash out a last-ditch effort to save his life. As we told you, she's publicly pleaded for Governor Greg Abbott to stop the execution.

Rodney is on death row in Livingston, TX for the 1996 murder of Stacey Stites -- where cops initially said he'd raped, assaulted and strangled her to death. Reed has claimed the 2 had a consensual affair, but he's maintained his innocence of killing her for over 20 years now.

Just recently, a former inmate claimed to know the real murderer -- the guy alleges Stites' own fiance confessed to him while behind bars that he killed her for sleeping around.

Kim Kardashian West and her sisters loaded up with millions of dollars worth of jewelry for the launch of their new fragrance line -- and they also loaded up on extra muscle for protection.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney recently had a shoot for their brand new KKW Diamonds line -- just in time for the holidays -- and our sources tell us they had 3 armed security guards on hand at all times.

We're told the guards helped transport the diamond earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings to and from the set ... and stood to watch the entire time.

Our sources say the jewelry was borrowed from designer Lorraine Schwartz ... so she obviously had a vested interest in protecting the merch too.

The 'Diamonds' promos raised some eyebrows because -- as you know -- Kim doesn't flaunt expensive jewelry anymore ... ever since she was the victim of the armed robbery in Paris.

She still only wears fake or replica jewelry, with the exception of red carpet events and shoots like this. When she does wear the real stuff, she's clearly not taking chances.

The man who showed up at Kylie Jenner's house demanding to see her is going to be spending a lot of time in the big house -- he just got sentenced to a year behind bars.

The L.A. County Superior Court clerk tells TMZ ... Brandon Sevilla Martinez pled no contest to one misdemeanor count of trespass by driving on private property, and one felony count of bringing contraband into jail -- a glass pipe he had when he got busted.

Martinez will serve his sentence in L.A. County Jail.

TMZ broke the story ... Kylie got a temporary restraining order against Martinez last month after reporting he walked up her driveway and aggressively knocked on her door asking to see her. A security guard escorted him off the property and he was arrested.

We're told Martinez also got 3 years probation, and he has to stay at least 100 yards away from all parts of Hidden Hills -- the neighborhood where Kylie lives.

It's been a family affair this weekend in Houston -- Travis, Kylie and Stormi are together for Daddy's music festival -- just like old times, except they're not a couple anymore.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ it's important for Travis to have Stormi with him for his second-annual Astroworld Festival ... and he wanted the event to be a bonding experience. She was at the Festival last year.

We're told while Kylie and Travis remain friends, and parenting partners, they're not back together. Kylie's made the trip to Houston too ... but only to show her support and to make things as comfortable as possible for Stormi.

Travis holds the festival in Houston because that's where he grew up, and any trip home is a chance for Stormi to bond with her dad's side of the family ... so there will be plenty of that too. We don't know if they'll all be staying under the same roof.

You'll remember ... Travis busted his knee 3 weeks ago during a show in New York. Surgery was on the table so he could heal quicker. He had appointments with surgeons, but we don't know if he followed through and went under the knife. Travis had to cancel his show in Vegas last weekend because of the injury.

He's clearly in good enough shape to perform. Then again, there's a spare throne -- once used by the likes of Axl Rose and Dave Grohl -- so Travis could easily inherit the crown.
