Morgan Wallen's ex-fiancée, Katie Smith, who he shares a child with, is lucky to be alive after a scary car crash left her with extensive injuries to her face.

Smith took to Instagram to share a photo from the gnarly crash that happened in Nashville Wednesday night. You can see the SUV Katie says she was driving totally smashed up, after she says a semi ran a red light and slammed into the vehicle.

Katie shared images of her injuries, the right side of her face totally bruised and swollen, she says her vehicle spun around several times ... and she's having a hard time walking as well.

It's unclear how if the driver of the semi suffered serious injuries, but it appears Smith's passengers -- she tagged TikToker  Caden Mcguire in the wreckage pic -- also made it out with minor injuries.

Interventionist Ken Seeley is urging all the folks in Britney Spears' inner circle to get on the same page and get her some help ... saying if she continues to spiral, it could cost her her life.

The "Intervention" star joined "TMZ Live" Wednesday and, like many folks, he shared some major concern for Britney after someone in her world called off the planned intervention for her.

Ken tells us the key to pulling off a successful intervention is a united front from all the folks involved. He says if one person isn't on board, the whole thing crumbles ... and that's exactly what happened in Brit's situation.

Remember ... TMZ broke the story, those closest to BS wanted her to get help -- for mental health struggles and substance abuse -- but someone pulled the plug. Her lawyer Mathew Rosengart was mum about the failed plan when we asked what went wrong.

As we reported, some fans and folks close to Brit have become increasingly alarmed by her erratic behavior ... like her Tuesday post speaking in an Aussie accent while running around yelling, "Never be a rollercoaster!"

Britney Spears just took to her Instagram to post a very animated, bizarre video where she talks about everything from fashion to fans calling the cops for deleting her Instagram.

The whole thing is just under a minute long, and Britney talks in a semi-Australian/British accent. It starts out with Britney talking about a dress she made, getting help from a friend to sew it -- but then changes things up, and she talks about a dress that was shipped to her by a company.

Britney poses and dances with the dress -- moving it toward and then away from the camera several times.

She then shifts focus to a story TMZ broke, when fans called the cops to her house for a well-being check after she deleted her Instagram, saying, "So guys, I just want you to know if I shut down my Instagram, do not call the cops."

The next cut of the video shifts, with Britney exclaiming, "Don't ever be a roller coaster!" before darting off screen and running back across before disappearing again.

It ends with Britney yelling, "Never be a roller coaster!!!"

TMZ broke the story, those closest to Britney have become very alarmed by her recent behavior, even planning an intervention to get her help for both her mental health struggles and substance abuse. That intervention was then called off by someone in her camp.

We asked Britney's attorney, Mathew Rosengart, outside the courthouse last week who it was who decided to call the intervention off ... but he was uncharacteristically silent.

Our sources tell us she's taking meds that "hype her up" and she's been "flying off the handle" at various times through the week ... one source told us, "I'm afraid she's gonna die."

Travis Barker is doing all he can to heal himself before Blink-182's upcoming tour -- he's already wearing medical hardware after suffering from a gnarly finger injury.

Travis and his wife, Kourtney Kardashian, were seen Monday walking hand-in-hand -- gently, we hope -- through the streets of WeHo. Both were slurping iced matcha drinks, so Trav seemed pretty relaxed ... not at all freaking out about his banged-up digit.

If you look closely, you can see his left hand, or at least the damaged finger, is wrapped in a brace.

As we reported ... Blink-182's drummer shared a nasty pic Sunday, showing the bone in his ring finger nearly popping out of the skin.

Travis confirmed the severity of the injury earlier today ... sharing an X-ray, and it's clear his finger is either broken or dislocated.

Of course, this comes at a bad time for TB ... as Blink is set to begin its reunion world tour in less than a month.

Britney Spears and her husband, Sam Asghari, are out and about -- grabbing dinner in public and looking like nothing is amiss ... even though her inner circle is deeply concerned about her well-being.

The singer hit up Nobu in Malibu Sunday night, riding shotgun while Sam was in the driver's seat ... her manager, Cade Hudson, sitting in the back. Brit was rocking dark shades and everyone seemed to be decked out in brown, long coats.

TMZ broke the story ... Sam and others planned an intervention with Britney earlier this month ... which insiders described as a desperate attempt to stabilize her. As we reported, the concern was over her mental health and substance abuse.

We got Britney's lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, out late last week at an L.A. courthouse and asked him who called off the intervention, but he was mum.

We know the intervention planners are furious over the cancelation ... as they feel she's in serious, even life-threatening danger. Our sources tell us she's exhibiting erratic and volatile behavior.

Things aren't lookin' up for Travis Barker -- the drummer messed up his finger for the second time in 2 weeks ... and he shared the gnarly pic for all to see.

The Blink-182 bandmate posted the injury Sunday, showing his ring finger in pretty bad shape ... with what appears to be some sort of lump, or even a bone out of place.

He captioned the disturbing digit photo, "Again" -- because he messed up the same finger earlier this month, which he also proudly shared with fans.

That time, his finger was also swollen, the patient's one-word description was simply, "F***." He told his fans he smashed his finger during rehearsals, dislocating it and tearing ligaments. Unclear if the latest bang-up is more of the same, though.

Obviously, a finger injury could be brutal for a drummer like Travis ... and he's less than a month away from the Mexico kickoff of his band's world tour.

FYI -- he's supposed to be rockin' out with the group for a year straight.

Ya can't say Trav is holding back in rehearsals, but maybe he should!!!

Someone possibly up to no good must've thought John Mayer's home was a wonderland ... because cops rushed there after his security team spotted a trespasser.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... police hit up John's L.A. area home last month after someone was caught on camera roaming the property. Sources say they got out of the camera's range and then just disappeared.

Cops searched on foot and even with a police helicopter but turned up empty-handed.

Police didn't search inside the house -- John's private security told them no alarm was triggered, and they assured cops the house was safe.

No arrests have been made. BTW, John wasn't home at the time of the incident.

Rihanna's pops found out about his soon-to-be grandkid same as everyone else -- while watchin' her Super Bowl halftime show ... and he's hoping, once again, for 2 X chromosomes.

Ronald Fenty tells TMZ ... he's over the moon about his daughter and A$AP Rocky's new kiddo, and with 4 grandsons already, he's hoping RiRi can shake things up with a girl.

He says he's excited at the prospect of having a granddaughter ... face it, he had great luck in that department with his famous daughter.

Ronald tells us Rihanna got him tickets to the big game, without telling him she's eating for 2 -- so he was insanely surprised when he spotted the bump from the stands ... telling his partner, "Oh my god! My baby girl looks pregnant!"

As we reported, Ronald was crossing his fingers for a girl this time last year when it was first revealed Rihanna was pregnant ... saying he had a feeling they wouldn't stop at just 1.

Ronald says he hasn't been involved with RiRi and A$AP's son's life yet ... referring to her super busy schedule and his living in Barbados.

Kyle Jacobs seemed upbeat and happy in his last social media post -- giving no hint whatsoever he would take his own life just one day later.

The husband of American Idol alum, Kellie Pickler posted a message to Instagram Thursday celebrating the success of country music star Lee Brice's fifth album, "Hey World." Jacobs produced the album and played guitar on it.

Jacobs wrote, "Platinum?! SWEEEET!!! An amazing crew of incredibly talented peeps put this one together."

He continued, "Deeply honored to be a creative part of it…Thank you Jesus!!!"

TMZ broke the story ... the next day, Jacobs died by suicide after shooting himself inside the home he shared with Pickler in Nashville, Tennessee.

Nashville PD said Pickler got worried when she awoke and couldn't find Jacobs. She and an assistant searched and came upon an upstairs bedroom door, which they couldn't open. After they called 911, police gained entry and discovered Jacobs' body inside.

Kellie Pickler's Nashville home is the center of a tragic crime scene, as a man has shot and killed himself on the property.

A rep for The Nashville Police Department tells us they got a call to Pickler's home Friday afternoon for an apparent suicide after a male shot himself.

It's not yet been revealed who the man is, but we know Pickler and her husband, Kyle Jacobs, live at the address.

Pickler placed 6th on Season 5 of "American Idol" back in 2006 ... but went on to have a fairly successful country career of her own. She currently hosts SiriusXM's "The Highway" radio show throughout the week.

Billie Eilish's L.A. home became the center of some very unnecessary police action thanks to a prankster who sounded a false alarm that the singer may be in trouble.

Several Glendale PD squad cars and officers ascended on the home Wednesday afternoon. Law enforcement sources tell us they got a call to check on Billie's well-being. We're told when cops got to the home, they made contact with members of Billie's team and determined everything was A-OK ... so it appears someone made a prank call.

While the call Wednesday was a false alarm, Billie and her family recently had a serious issue at the house where she grew up and where her parents still live.

TMZ broke the story -- Billie got a 5-year restraining order against Christopher Anderson after he allegedly broke into the family home last month, professing his love for the singer. The restraining order also protects her mom, dad and brother, Finneas.

As we've reported ... Billie is just another in a string of celebs who have fallen victim to these pesky calls.

If Bruce Springsteen's guitar tech needed a refresher on who "The Boss" is, he got it ... in the form of a flying guitar that ended up striking him right in the head!!!

Now, no one's suggesting Bruce did this on purpose, but it can't make much of a difference to the stage hand's noggin after Bruce and the E. Street Band's Feb. 3 show at Atlanta's State Farm Arena.

As the band was wrapping up a tune, Bruce turned to toss his eclectic guitar to his guitar tech, Kevin Buell ... but instead of it landing in his hands -- as it has hundreds of times -- Bruce's axe hit Kevin in the head, and took him down to the ground.

Looks like Kevin just fumbled the bag this time, and Springsteen was totally surprised as he quickly went over to check on him, but he'd already exited backstage.

Bruce joked on the mic, "One man down!!!"

No word on how Kevin's doing, but we're guessing "I'm On Fire" was playing in his pounding head for a few days.

Priscilla Presley's alleged friendship with Bam Margera appears short-lived, she's ripping the "Jackass" star for claiming she gave him one of Elvis' rings and robes ... telling us Bam made the whole thing up.

Priscilla tells TMZ ... Bam has betrayed not only her, but also her son Navarone Garcia, by falsely claiming she gifted him a couple of Elvis' personal items and filming in their home without her consent.

It's a stark rebuttal to what Bam told us earlier this month ... when he claimed Priscilla gave him a robe and a ring that once belonged to Elvis. Bam said he was going to pass the robe along to his dad, who is a big Elvis fan, and give the ring to Yelawolf, who Bam considers the new king of Rock 'n' Roll.

Remember ... the friendship seemingly popped up out of nowhere last week, when Bam posted pictures and videos of him hanging out with Priscilla.

Bam made it seem like he and Priscilla were buddies, but she says that statement couldn't be further from the truth. Instead, Priscilla tells us Navarone asked her to have a "new friend" come over for a visit, but she had no idea it was Bam "or that later he would choose to post photos and false stories."

Priscilla says Bam, "came over, talked non-stop about his new ventures and personal struggles and asked for a photo with me for his father, who is a big fan."

She continues ... "Unbeknownst to us at the time, Bam chose to circulate those photos accompanied by false information and storytelling. After what Bam has chosen to do, my son and I want no further communication with him. I consider him a dishonest and unstable individual. I had no idea who he was or that he was filming in my home without my consent."

What's more, Priscilla's camp says the robe did not belong to Elvis and the ring is actually one of Bam's.

Priscilla adds ... "At no time during the visit did I give him anything of Elvis'. I still have everything he ever touched. I would never disrespect Elvis who was the love of my life by giving away anything that belonged to him. I have always protected them for the fans. Elvis belonged to all of you and I cherish my life with him too much to ever squander anything."

As you know, Bam's been accused of falling off the wagon in his sobriety battle ... and Priscilla tells us she hopes Bam "gets the help he needs and does what is right."

Ryan McKenna is learning life comes at you fast ... 5 years ago he was cheesing with Justin Timberlake in a viral Super Bowl moment at age 13, and on the eve of this year's big game cops say he was drunk and fighting with friends in a California Pizza Kitchen.

Ryan, famous for snapping a selfie with Justin on live TV in front of 113.7 million viewers during the Super Bowl 52 halftime show, had another eventful Super Bowl weekend ... only this time, we've learned he ended up in jail on a felony charge.

According to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ, cops were called to a shopping center in Naples, FL on Saturday night for a report of a man who was drunk and hitting his friend inside a CPK.

When police arrived, officers say a 15-year-old boy told them he was friends with Ryan but they had gotten into an argument that escalated to the point where 18-year-old Ryan stood up and aggressively pushed their table and started yelling obscenities at the boy's girlfriend.

Cops say they were talking to the 15-year-old when Ryan interrupted and started arguing with the boy. Police say Ryan was asked to step away but he kept arguing with the boy until cops got Ryan to calm down, step away and wait.

Police say shopping center security asked to have Ryan escorted off the property ... and while explaining the process to Ryan, cops say his behavior turned aggressive ... waving his arms, yelling and trying to approach the 15-year-old boy.

Cops say they put their hands on Ryan's chest to stop him from confronting the kid, but Ryan continued yelling and grabbed the officers' hands and removed them from his chest.

Police say that's when they tried to place Ryan in handcuffs and detain him ... officers claim he resisted, so they took him to the ground, where they say he continued resisting until finally putting his hands behind his back and getting cuffed.

Cops say Ryan was hauled off to Naples Jail Center and booked for felony battery on a law enforcement officer and two misdemeanors -- resisting arrest and obstruction of an officer.

Garth Brooks is joining a growing number of music superstars using their voices to sound off on the prices fans are forced to pay to see their favorite acts.

The country music legend is scheduled to speak on a panel in Los Angeles next week joined by Madison Square Garden Entertainment's James Dolan, former Assistant Attorney General for the DOJ, Makan Delrahim and moderated by music biz mogul, Irving Azoff.

The event will be the 34th annual Pollstar Live! conference discussion panel, which will go down February 22 at 9:45 AM PT at the Beverly Hilton in L.A.

As for what will be discussed, we're told Azoff, Brooks and team will talk ticket scalpers, how to score tickets to events without getting ripped off, the resale market and how outside hands have really soured the market for fans.

The Pollstar Live! conference won't just discuss ticketing though, there's also a convo between Mumford and Son's Ben Lovett, and Brian Teasley as well as a panel to celebrate 50 Years of Live Hip-Hop with Doug E. Fresh, DJ Quik & Big Daddy Kane.

It'll be held from February 21 until February 23.

As we reported, Taylor Swift fans sounded the alarms when tickets went on sale for her Eras Tour ... waiting for hours to score seats to the show and either getting shut out or hammered with crazy prices.

The Grammys wanted to honor Janet Jackson in a big way last weekend, but TMZ has learned those talks fizzled after discussions on how to address the way CBS treated Jackson after her infamous Super Bowl Halftime performance.

Sources connected to The Grammys tell us ... the Grammys wanted to bestow Janet with a Global Impact Award, but there was a snag. Recording Academy honchos wanted Janet to attend a pre-Grammy event with the Black Music Collective days before the main event to accept the award, but her schedule wouldn't allow it.

From there, we're told discussions pivoted to a way Janet could receive the honor during the actual broadcast, but that presented another problem ... CBS never made amends with Janet for making her persona non grata after the wardrobe malfunction.

It was Super Bowl XXXVIII, broadcast on CBS, when Justin Timberlake ripped Janet's top, revealing her breast. The network received a ton of flack over the incident, and CBS CEO  Les Moonves pulled Janet's invite to the Grammys that year.

Our sources say Janet's team and Grammy organizers began talking about ways CBS could either apologize or figure out a way to acknowledge how she was treated by the network, but things just got too complicated and talks ended.

Since Janet couldn't attend the Black Music Collective event, she didn't get the Global Impact Award. She also did not attend the Grammys ... fact is she hasn't been there in years.
