Adele isn't wasting any time getting out on the town and living her ultimate single life ... partying at Drake's birthday party with a hot new look.

The 31-year-old -- who filed for divorce from her husband last month -- was spotted in a black dress, striking a pose outside the Hollywood bash Wednesday. Drake had his party at Goya Studios ... and attendees included Snoop Dogg, Kylie Jenner and French Montana.

Adele and her hubby of 7 years, Simon Konecki, announced their split back in April but said they'd work together to lovingly raise their son together.

It wasn't until September when Adele filed divorce docs in L.A. ... the two kept their relationship mostly out of the spotlight since starting to date back in the summer of 2011. She gave birth to their son, Angelo, in October 2012. They tied the knot in a very secret ceremony, and she didn't confirm the union until 2017.

It's no surprise Adele had an invite to Drake's party, the two have a bit of a history. Adele attended a Drake show last year and raved about it. Drake replied, mentioning if he knew Adele was in the crowd, he would have been "SHOOK."

The two also spent a night together in L.A. earlier this year, hitting up a deli and a local bowling alley.

Kim Kardashian just entered the last year of her 30s and as a gift ... her husband, Kanye, got her something she seems to appreciate more than any one material item.

The middle Kardashian sister hit the big 3-9 Monday, and to celebrate ... it appears she kept it relatively low-key with her closest loved ones -- including Ye and the kids. She posted a few videos of what she described as a "home cooked meal" from Carousel Restaurant ... which cooks up Middle Eastern cuisine. KK and co. also had a beignet truck pay 'em a visit.

The biggest revelation came a bit later in the night though, when Kim posted a photo of a letter she'd received ... which said a million-dollar donation had been made in her name.

Kim says Kanye gave the money to her fave charities -- which focus on prison reform, which she's obviously passionate about -- and got the kids in on it too. The charities included Cut 50, Buried Alive Project, Equal Justice Initiative and the Anti-Recidivism Coalition.

The idea of a donation as a gift may seem a little Costanza-ish -- remember "Festivus?" -- but these orgs are very much real ... and a million bucks goes a long way toward the cause.

She sure has come a long way, huh? Happy birthday!!!

Judge Judy's birthday wish list was a little steep for her husband, but she says he did his best -- and, let's be real ... she can easily buy anything she wants, anyway.

We got JJ and her hubs, fellow jurist Jerry Sheindlin, Monday at the Montage in Bev Hills and wished her a happy birthday ... and she dished on what he got her.

It seems Jerry came up a bit short on the brand new Aston Martin she requested, but ya gotta see his pretty hilarious explanation for getting her the next best thing.

Speaking of gifts, our photog gave Judge Judy a birthday card and a lifetime pass to take a TMZ Celebrity Tour. We won't hold our breath, though, sounds like she's a little too busy to take advantage anytime soon.

Judy's now 77, but she's still signed on to do her show for a couple more years and like she tells us ... retirement's not really her jam.

Snoop Dogg enjoyed some very special flowers for his birthday -- a customized bouquet enhanced with 4 dozen joints!!! Take that, baby's breath.

Snoop celebrated his 48th bday Sunday, and the folks who know him best surprised him with one of the things he loves most on this Earth ... WEED!!!

Check out this ganja gift ... it's a flower arrangement with 48 pre-rolled joints filled with the stickiest of the icky ... one for each of Snoop's trips around the sun.

We're told half the joints are filled with Indica and the other half with Sativa ... and the bouquet also includes 4 small weed clones and 8 tall clones, in addition to the normal plants. We know what you're thinking: Next Mother's Day is gonna be lit!

No word what kinda birthday cake Snoop had, but we guarantee it tasted really good!!!

If half of Hollywood's elite were in Rhode Island this weekend for Jennifer Lawrence's wedding, then the other half was almost certainly at Andrew Watt's birthday party in L.A.

TONS of celebs were out in force Saturday night to attend the musician/producer's 29th born day at an exclusive house party in Benedict Canyon, where it basically became a parade of star power for the young and famous as folks made their way home one after another.

Justin and Hailey Bieber were there, as was Camila Cabello (sans Shawn Mendes), Jared Leto, Miguel, Diplo, Brooklyn Beckham, Josie Canseco, Kaia Gerber, Kelly Osbourne, Travis Barker, Luka Sabbat, Jasmine Tookes and lots of other whipper-ish snappers.

Adam Levine was there too, BTW -- he performed on stage, alongside the Foo Fighters' Taylor Hawkins and Chad Smith and Josh Klinghoffer of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Andrew performed as well ... rocking out on the guitar, and having a ball doing it.

During the show ... Adam belted out Prince's "Purple Rain," with the birthday boy himself helping out as well. Safe to say, the live entertainment was second to none.

Oh, and Lori Loughlin's daughter, Olivia Jade, showed up with her boyfriend -- which is ... interesting. Felicity Huffman's off in prison -- where her mom may very well end up by the end of her trial -- and OJ's out doing her thing. Keepin' that same energy, we see.

Anyway, it was definitely a hodgepodge of A-listers -- but it looks like everyone was having a good time. And, it was quite the opposite from the elegant affair across the country.

Cardi B isn't kidding when she raps about liking diamonds, stunting, shining and million dollar deals -- enter Offset with her whopping 20-carat birthday gift, which IS worth over SEVEN FIGURES!!!

The Migos rapper reached out to Pristine Jewelers in NYC about 9 months ago -- and owner  Avi Davidov tells us Offset made it clear he was looking to score something incredibly special for Cardi's 27th birthday.

We're told Offset already had an idea in his mind -- a heart-shaped diamond surrounded by smaller hearts. The center stone is a brilliant 20 carats. The diamond ring's been dubbed the Titanic Diamond for its size and similarity to the Heart of the Ocean rock from the movie. It's complemented by a band of smaller diamonds that total 25 carats.

We're told Avi literally hand-delivered the rings on a silver platter last weekend. As we reported ... Cardi was damn near knocked off her heels when she saw the stunning rings.

Cardi B celebrated her 27th birthday with enough ice to sink the Titanic.

Offset did not disappoint ... first a huge dinner spread which featured lobster, a seafood tower, steak, truffle mac 'n cheese and lots more. Rose petals were scattered about the room for a romantic touch.

Then the blinding present is unveiled ... Cardi's hubby presented her with a gigantic diamond ring, appropriately called the Titanic Diamond. It was crafted by NYC-based Pristine Jewelers.

That wasn't all ... Cardi also got a giant pendant with a picture of her daughter, Kulture, in the middle, courtesy of her pal, Layton Greene.

Kulture was also blinged out, with more than 100 carats of diamonds in necklaces and bracelets.

But, wait, there's more. Cardi scored some Birkin bags to add to her collection -- she now has 10. There was even a cake in the shape of a Birkin bag. After the party Cardi showed off her Birkin bags in all different colors saying, "taste the rainbow."

Before the shindig, Offset posted a video with some of the couple's memorable moments, writing, “MY BEST FRIEND THE LOVE OF MY LIFE, MY GUARDIAN ANGEL, KK’s MOM, THIS DAY IS YOUR SPECIAL DAY I LOVE YOU, HAPPY BDAY!!NOT JUST ME AND FAMILY BUT THE WORLD LOVES YOU.”

Simon Cowell appeared to have a wonderful time at his 60th birthday dinner, but nothing like the joy of a superfan -- a woman who shook off a crappy day at work to celebrate her hero.

The "America's Got Talent" judge was feeling the love from the paparazzi Monday night after celebrating his milestone birthday at Nobu Malibu, and then he made a woman's night -- hell, maybe her entire year ... with a handshake and a side hug.

Simon's warm exchange with the woman is also hilariously awkward ... especially when she offers up some troubling employment news right away.

Cardi B is a master multitasker -- flying down to the Dominican Republic for some Merengue dancing with her fam ... all before a big show she's got in Texas a few hours from now.

The rapper was down in the D.R. Saturday -- Cardi's part Dominican herself, BTW -- with her sister, Hennessy, and some pals while they visited family and stuck around for a big get-together later in the night ... her grandmother's 80th birthday party, no less.

Heather could NOT have looked happier Friday celebrating her daughter Ava's 22nd birthday in WeHo at Fig and Olive. Coming along for the ride -- Chris Heisse, Heather's ex, though it appears they're back on despite a tumultuous history.

Ava wasn't riding third wheel ... the birthday girl appeared to also have a date. Regardless of their troubled history ... seems they all had a great time hanging for a little fam-bam sesh.

Troubled NFL player Aldon Smith says he's clean and thankful to have made it to 30 ... reflecting on his troubled past in a post on his birthday.

Smith -- who has been in and out of the league and struggled with drug and legal problems -- provided a rare update for his fans on Wednesday ... saying, "I’m thankful to have made it another year."

He added ... "Grateful to be Happy, Loved, Sober and Supported. #godisgood"

It's a big deal for Aldon if he's sober -- he's had several DUI arrests and has been suspended multiple times by the league.

Aldon checked himself into alcohol rehab in March 2018 -- after his former fiancee told us she feared for his life -- but was arrested for DUI this past June.

Deshaun Watson's 24th year is off to an ICY start ... 'cause the NFL superstar got a one-of-a-kind $25k chain for his birthday!!

The Pro Bowl QB had a birthday bash at Bisou restaurant in Houston on Monday ... celebrating with his Texans buddies, DeAndre Hopkins, Andre Johnson, Will Fuller, Carlos Watkins and Nick Martin.

Celeb jeweler Iceman Nick was also present for the party ... and he didn't come empty-handed -- gifting Watson with a custom DW4 chain!!

We're told the piece is worth $25k and made with 14k gold and 12 carats of VS1 diamonds ... and Nick was able to whip it together in just 2 days!!

The whole party was lit ... it even included live snake dancing and a bunch of tequila.

The pop star turned 27 this week ... but there wasn't a crazy Vegas bender -- instead, Nick's wife Priyanka Chopra set up a touch football game at Soldier Field in Chicago.

Nick says Priyanka set the whole thing up as a surprise -- organizing for more than 20 of his closest friends to hit the field in custom "NJ" jerseys. The game was dubbed "The JonasBowl" with the jumbotron reading, "Happy Birthday Nick!"

Among the people who showed ... Nick's brothers Joe and Kevin -- along with former Chicago Bears player Spice Adams.

Nick posted about the game ... saying, "I’ve been lucky enough to celebrate my 27th birthday over the past couple of days with family, friends, and fans in Chicago and St. Paul."

"My beautiful wife surprised me with a touch football game with some of my closest friends and family on the one and only Soldier Field in Chicago (!!!) followed by a few hours of Topgolf, and then a party where pizza, tequila, cake, and cigars were involved."

"The next day we played a sold out show in St. Paul where so many of you brought birthday signs and sang me Happy Birthday on stage."

2 Chainz rang in his 42nd birthday on an ominous night -- which was immediately canceled out with better vibes after what Diddy gave him as a gift ... sparkly new booze!!!

The Atlanta-based MC was hosting a birthday bash Saturday night at The Gallery at Ravine in his hometown, which was decked out in the "Friday the 13th" theme ... honoring both the movie and the fact that it actually was FT13 in real life. To make things even creepier, a full moon was out too.

Aaron Paul went all out celebrating 40 years of life ... living it up for two weeks at a posh beachside resort in the Dominican Republic with his wife and Bryan Cranston!!!

The "Breaking Bad" star rang in the big 4-0 in the DR ... and he spared no expense, staying in a suite at The Ani Resort that goes for $25,000 a night. Aaron shacked up for 12 nights, dropping $300k just for his lodging!!!

Blowout birthday parties are kinda Aaron's thing ... when his wife turned 30 back in 2016, Aaron rented out a massive private villa in Thailand just for the 2 of them.

The singer made one helluva an arrival on Nikki Beach in St. Tropez. She's there with her man Alex Rodriguez, who BTW should forever be known as the man who scored the biggest come-up in the history of mankind after locking down the Bronx goddess.

Anyway ... the couple's there to celebrate Magic Johnson's 60th birthday bash. The who's-who of crowds is there ... from Magic's family to Samuel L. Jackson and Cedric the Entertainer to Anthony Anderson and Chris Tucker.

Magic's birthday was actually on August 14. At that point, Magic had already been a couple of weeks into his million-bucks-per-week vacation. Unclear why he pushed his bday bash until now ... but when you're ballin' like Magic, no excuse is needed.

And, just like he did with Showtime ... Magic held court at his shindig, grabbing the mic and leading the way. The all-white themed party crowded around the pool and a great time was had by all.
