New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and his longtime girlfriend, reality TV star Sandra Lee, are calling it quits.

The Governor and Sandra released a joint statement Wednesday announcing their split, saying, "Over the recent past, we have realized that our lives have gone in different directions and our romantic relationship has turned into a deep friendship."

They continued, "We will always be family and are fully supportive of each other and dedicated to the girls. Our personal lives remain personal and there will be no further comment."

Rumors they'd ended things were swirling earlier this year after the couple put their luxurious colonial mansion on the market, but Sandra denied a breakup at the time ... saying they just didn't need that much space anymore.

"Chicago P.D." star Jason Beghe will be living close to the set as a newly single man after his divorce ... and his ex-wife will be living the good life in Malibu.

Jason and his ex, Angie Janu, have hammered out a divorce settlement ... and here's how it breaks down. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Jason gets their swanky Chicago condo, and Angie's living in their Malibu estate.

The former couple will share joint legal and physical custody of their teenage sons, Bix and Bo, though the kids will primarily live with Mom in Malibu while Dad works on his TV show in the Windy City.

When they're with their kids, Jason and Angie are barred from talking trash about the other parent, and they've got to let the boys talk on the phone with Mom or Dad at least once a day. Jason and Angie also have to do their best to be civil with one another around their kids.

The docs, filed by celebrity lawyer Samantha Spector, also lay out the cash distribution ... Jason and Angie are splitting up their bank accounts -- although there's a certain amount of money that is Jason's separate property and not subject to a split. The settlement doesn't say anything about child or spousal support.

Jason -- who plays Hank Voight on the NBC series -- filed for divorce back in December 2017 after nearly 17 years of marriage.

Kenya Moore is calling it quits with her husband, Marc Daly, after just over 2 years of marriage.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star says it's with "profound sadness" that she is divorcing Daly. She adds ... "Due to recent and ongoing circumstances, I can no longer continue in the marriage."

Kenya added, in a statement to People, her daughter, Brooklyn, is and will always be her sole focus and concern.

Daly reportedly says he made the decision to split from Kenya, but they will continue to co-parent their daughter in a loving way. He also issued a thinly-veiled legal threat, saying ... "Rumors, innuendo or false accusations only serve to hurt our family and will be addressed through counsel as the law permits."

Kenya and Marc tied the knot in a surprise ceremony in St. Lucia in June 2017. After struggling to get pregnant for months, Kenya posted an ultrasound in June 2018 to prove she was expecting at age 49. She gave birth to Brooklyn -- who she calls her "miracle baby" -- in November.

Kenya's relationship with Marc ruffled some feathers among the 'RHOA' cast and crew because of his alleged unwillingness to be part of the the show.

Well, this is one way to eliminate that issue.

Phoenix Suns stud Kelly Oubre Jr. claims his ex-girlfriend stole his two dogs after they broke up in May ... and now, he's suing her.

It's all in a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports, in which the NBA player claims he's having a miserable time breaking things off with his ex, Makena Spooner LeDuff.

Oubre says the two began dating back in mid-2017 when he was a member of the Washington Wizards ... and things were going so well, they stayed together when he was traded to Phoenix in 2018.

In fact, Oubre claims when he rented a place in Beverly Hills shortly after the deal with the Suns ... he allowed her to live there with him.

But, Oubre says things took a terrible turn when the two broke things off in May ... alleging 27-year-old Makena has been a nightmare.

In the lawsuit, Oubre claims she's refused to leave his Bev Hills spot, slashed the tires on his car, stolen some of his stuff ... and worst of all, taken his two beloved dogs.

Oubre says he got the pups -- Saint and Soul -- before he met Makena ... and claims she is now "holding them hostage" in an effort to try to get money from the NBA player.

Oubre says he tried like hell to get them back from her -- even getting the LAPD involved in August -- but says she's successfully avoided returning them to him.

Now, Oubre -- who's in the middle of a 2-year, $30 MILLION contract -- is suing her for damages.

Adele is throwing in the towel on her marriage ... because the pop singer just filed for divorce.

According to court records, Adele filed to divorce her husband, Simon Konecki, on Thursday after more than 7 years together.

The divorce filing was a long time coming for Adele ... as we previously reported, back in April she announced that she had separated from her hubby.

Adele and Simon have one child together ... and her reps previously said that she and Simon were "committed to raising their son together lovingly."

Adele and Simon kept their relationship mostly out of the spotlight since starting to date back in the summer of 2011. She gave birth to their son, Angelo, in October 2012. They tied the knot in a very secret ceremony, and she didn't confirm the union until 2017.

The last time Adele and Simon were seen in public was earlier this year in January, when they surfaced backstage at an Elton John concert at the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles. Adele and Simon arrived to the show together.

Adele's been having lots of fun without her hubby this year ... hitting up a gay bar in New York City with Jennifer Lawrence, and kicking it in L.A. for an entire weekend with Drake.

Anson Williams -- famous for playing Potsie Weber on "Happy Days" -- apparently is no longer happy with his marriage ... because he just filed for divorce.

According to court records, Anson filed for divorce from his wife, Jackie Williams, Wednesday after 30 years of marriage. It's unclear what led to the split.

Anson and Jackie tied the knot back way back in 1988, and they have 5 children together.

It's the second divorce for Anson ... he was previously married to Lorrie Mahaffey for 8 years from 1978 to 1986, before breaking things off.

Anson rose to fame on "Happy Days" playing Potsie, the gullible singer ... and for his role he was nominated for the Golden Globe award for best supporting actor.

He later became a big time TV director, working on huge shows like "Melrose Place," "Beverly Hills, 90210," "Sabrina the Teenage Witch," and "Lizzie McGuire."

Sarah Palin's husband is pulling the plug on their marriage -- he has filed for divorce after more than 30 years together.

Todd Palin filed the docs last Friday in Alaska's Anchorage Superior Court, where he asked a judge to dissolve his marriage due to "incompatibility of temperament between the parties such that they find it impossible to live together as husband and wife."

That's a mouthful to essentially say, "irreconcilable differences." Todd's filing asked for joint legal custody of their only remaining minor child, their son Trig, who is 11. The couple has 4 other children together.

Property and shared assets, however, will have to be divvied up down the road ... according to Todd's docs.

Sarah -- who was elected Governor of Alaska for 3 years in 2006 and a one-time VP hopeful alongside Sen. John McCain -- is reportedly worth around $12 million. That's on top of whatever Todd's worth.

Hannah B wishes Tyler Cameron and Gigi Hadid well ... is what we'd say if we actually believed she meant it.

The former 'Bachelorette' was out and about Friday in WeHo, rehearsing for "Dancing with the Stars," when the photog asked her what she thought of Tyler and Gigi hooking up. Check out her answer -- not so much the words, but the inflection and expressions.

As you know ... Tyler was the runner-up on the show, but HB had some serious buyers remorse after finding out Jed Wyatt was apparently double-dealing, seeing a chick right up until the filming. She seemed to want Tyler back, but hey, when Gigi calls ...

Tyler and Gigi are going strong ... she even brought him to the Netherlands for her grandma's funeral.

Aaron Carter is no longer getting court-ordered protection from his ex-girlfriend ... and her attorneys say he blew off a court hearing because he knew his allegations were false!!!

The singer failed to show up in court Tuesday for a hearing to make his temporary restraining order against Lina Valentina permanent and as a result, the TRO has been dismissed.

We broke the story ... Aaron got a TRO against his ex after claiming she threatened to stab him with a knife. He also alleged she physically abused him during their relationship and carried a blade.

Lina and her attorney, Michael Malak, were at Tuesday's hearing, but Aaron was not, and they say he's full of it. Malak says Lina does NOT carry a knife and never threatened Aaron.

Sources close to Aaron tell TMZ ... he didn't plan on following up with the restraining order because he's just over it and wants to move on with his life. We're told Aaron still stands by his allegations in the TRO.

Lina wants to move on too, and her attorney says she's hopeful Aaron will "get the help he needs."

We're guessing Aaron might have a bone to pick with that, because as he continues stockpiling firearms ... Aaron insists his mental stability is just fine.

Andy Richter and his actress wife are a done deal ... officially ... he just filed for divorce.

Andy filed for divorce from Sarah Thyre Thursday ... according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Best known as Conan O'Brien's sidekick on all three of his late night shows, Andy got hitched to Sarah way back in the day in 1996 ... and the former couple had two kids together, an 18-year-old son, William, and a 13-year-old daughter, Mercy.

Andy and Sarah called it quits earlier this year in April after over two decades of marriage ... with Andy saying their "marriage has reached its completion."

The split was pretty amicable ... Andy and Sarah said they would "always maintain a loving friendship and parenting partnership."

Andy and Sarah first met in 1991, during the production of "The Real Live Brady Bunch" ... and over the years they both appeared alongside one another on Comedy Central's "Upright Citizens Brigade" as well as "Late Night with Conan O'Brien."

Gypsy Rose Blanchard is axing her plans for a prison wedding ceremony -- the convicted murderer is breaking things off with her fiance.

Gypsy, who is serving a 10-year prison sentence for the second-degree murder of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, called off her engagement to Ken ... her pen pal-turned BF. A family source tells TMZ ... the couple mutually agreed to break up less than a month ago. They had posed for this pic with Gypsy's father and stepmother just a couple months ago -- and planned to tie the knot in January.

You'll recall ... Gypsy's former boyfriend, Nick Godejohn, admitted to murdering her mother back in 2015 to help Gypsy escape Dee Dee's clutches.

As you know ... Gypsy's mother infamously forced her daughter to pretend to be disabled for years, even tying her up in bed and holding her hostage. Dee Dee suffered from Munchausen by proxy -- a mental disorder where a parent fabricates illnesses in their child for sympathy or attention.

Gypsy's highly disturbing upbringing was the subject of the HBO documentary, "Mommy Dead and Dearest," in 2017. More recently, Hulu turned her story into the scripted series "The Act."

Miley Cyrus just performed her new single -- which mirrors her recent split with Liam Hemsworth -- at the VMAs ... and it was super emotional.

Miley took the stage Monday night rocking a skin-tight black dress, singing her heart out as she performed her latest track, "Slide Away," which makes some not-so-subtle references to her breakup with the Australian actor.

It was a stirring performance, filmed in black-and-white ... and Miley got the crowd off its feet inside the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey where the awards show is going down.

Miley dropped the single earlier this month, only a few days after announcing her split with Liam ... and the lyrics seem to reflect the real-life struggles of their failed relationship, including drug and alcohol references.

We broke the story ... sources close to Miley told us she desperately tried to save their marriage, but she became tired of Liam's partying. His side says the drug and alcohol accusations are only a cover for Miley's recent outrageous public behavior.

Miley and Liam have a long history together ... they were together on and off for a decade, and tied the knot back in December, hosting family and friends at a wedding celebration inside their Nashville home. But, the good times didn't last.

As we first reported ... Liam just filed for divorce from Miley, and she gets to keep their pets.

One of the former stars from "Shahs of Sunset" is being knocked down a few pegs in the hierarchy, 'cause her husband wants a divorce.

Lilly Ghalichi's husband, entrepreneur Dara Mir, just filed court docs, seeking a divorce from his wife of just 2 years. They got in May of 2017, and Lilly put up an intricately-made video of their traditional Persian wedding on YouTube.

She wrote of her nuptials at the time ... "I wanted to share something special with you guys, so I decided to share my wedding video. It was the most incredible day of my life, I wish I could marry my husband a million more times."

Lilly went on to say of her husband and matrimony, "I hope you guys enjoy our video, and I hope you all have your fairy tale wedding one day." This didn't age well, did it?

Anyway, Lilly and Dara have at least one kid together, so custody might be something they need hash out further down the road. Presumably, they also have some shared assets and/or property that'll have to be divvied up as well.

Lilly appeared on 'Shahs' for two seasons between 2012 and 2014. She had an on-again, off-again relationship with a guy named Ali, from whom she clearly moved on after her time on the show.

Back to the drawing board.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth didn't have any kids together, but they DID share tons of pets ... and now that they're divorcing, Miley's keeping all of the animals under her roof.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... Miley will keep her menagerie of pets -- 7 dogs, 2 horses, 2 mini horses, 3 cats and a pig.

Fact is ... if Liam wanted to put up a fight, he could in California because there's a new law that allows judges to determine which party is best suited to keep the pets. The judge puts a lot of weight on who cares for the animals. Judges even have the power to award joint custody of household pets.

In this case, however, it's no contest. Miley's the one who gave almost all of the animals a home in the first place -- mainly through adoption -- and she's certainly passionate about them. However, it was Liam -- while Miley was out of town -- who saved the animals during last year's wildfires in Malibu, which destroyed their home. Miley praised Liam's heroics on Howard Stern.

We're told Liam won't contest animal custody ... Miley gets the critters.

As we first reported ... Liam filed for divorce from Miley this week, but it sounds like the divorce will be easy breezy. We've learned they have a prenup that keeps all their stuff separate, so there won't be any bickering over property.

Hopefully, Kaitlynn Carter is an animal lover too.

Miley Cyrus says she never cheated on Liam Hemsworth and wrecked her marriage ... and says she's got nothing to hide.

Miley just went on a long Twitter rant saying she's accepted a life of being open with everyone ... but she refuses to be labeled a liar and cheater and own up to "a crime I haven't committed."

That "crime," of course, relates to her hooking up with Kaitlynn Carter while still being married to Liam. Cyrus says ... "I refuse to admit that my marriage ended because of cheating."

Miley says, "Once Liam & I reconciled,I meant it, & I was committed. There are NO secrets to uncover here. I’ve learned from every experience in my life. I’m not perfect, I don’t want to be, it’s boring. I’ve grown up in front of you, but the bottom line is, I HAVE GROWN UP.

She adds ... "Liam and I have been together for a decade. I've said it before & it remains true, I love Liam and always will."

Miley's long post also includes a list of mistakes and an admission of cheating ... when she was younger. She lists off several of her most controversial moments, including drug use and swinging on a wrecking ball naked.

But, the gist of it is -- despite what everyone thinks -- her cheating was not the reason for her split with Hemsworth ... and she's grown up and made a decision to leave that life behind.

Rachael Harris -- famous for playing the super bitchy fiance in "The Hangover" -- is calling it quits on her real-life marriage ... she just filed for divorce.

The actress filed docs to divorce Christian Hebel on Wednesday after over four years of marriage. The couple has two young children together, 3-year-old Henry and 1-year-old Otto.

It's not clear what led to the split.

Rachael and Christian tied the knot back in May 2015, and a bunch of celebs went to their wedding ... including Kelly Ripa and Neil Patrick Harris. They got married at New York City Hall.

The timing of the filing is interesting ... just 5 days ago she canceled a scheduled appearance for a convention for the TV show, "Lucifer," on which she is a main character, citing personal reasons.

Rachael has tons of acting credits ... including the 2010 flick "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" and a long-standing role on "Suits." Christian is a violinist on Broadway.
