Young Dolph 911 Call Panic, Confusion After Hollywood Shooting
An employee inside the shoe store Young Dolph sought refuge in frantically called 911 while the rapper bled out behind a counter.
Dolph was rushed to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds last week after someone shot at the rapper in broad daylight, hitting him several times -- including once in the buttocks -- on a busy street corner in Hollywood.
The store employee made the emergency call from a back office in the store where he says he and several customers hid after hearing shots.
Dolph's been in the hospital ever since the shooting and underwent surgery.
Dolph broke his silence for the first time since the shooting by tweeting several dolphin emojis Saturday followed by a simple message that read "Its DOLPH!"

Joseline Hernandez, Stevie J Judge Orders Don't Trash Talk Each Other!!!
Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J have been ordered to stop trash-talking each other immediately ... thing is, they've been ordered to refrain from trash-talking for the last 2 years.
In new docs, obtained by TMZ the "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" stars -- who are in the middle of a custody war -- were admonished by a judge to stop "doing any act injuring, maltreating, vilifying, threatening, molesting, or harassing" each other or their kid.
Turns out this isn't the first time a judge made such an order in their never-ending legal case. The same order was issued more than 2 years ago and apparently it expired but the hard feelings didn't.
The order also blocks them from moving their 9-month-old daughter out of Georgia for anything longer than 2 weeks.
What's unclear ... whether Joseline just filed the old order with the court, or whether the judge re-issued it.

Fabricio exploded during the lunch -- shouting insults and threatened to backhand Ferguson during (what was supposed to be) a routine media event.
After the incident, Werdum said he felt disrespected by Ferguson -- and claimed the fighter had a "dark energy" about him.
Ferguson told TMZ Sports it was Werdum who was "rude" -- and if he really wants a piece, he'll gladly beat his ass in front of everyone.

Yo Gotti Person of Interest In Young Dolph Shooting
Yo Gotti is on the LAPD's radar as a person of interest in the shooting of Young Dolph ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us Gotti and Young Dolph were both staying at the Loews Hotel in Hollywood Tuesday when their crews got into some sort of disagreement. We're told just a short time later, shots were fired outside the hotel.
Our sources say witnesses at the scene told officers Gotti was involved.
It's certainly not the first time the two have been connected in beef ... back in February Blac Youngsta -- who is signed with Yo Gotti -- was accused of shooting over a hundred bullets at Dolph's SUV in Charlotte. Youngsta eventually turned himself in.

Kathy Griffin My Neighbor's Out for Revenge ... I Need Protection!!!
Kathy Griffin's neighbor war is so intense now, she's run to court to get protection from him -- but fears some serious consequences for doing so.
According to court docs, Kathy filed for a restraining order against Jeffrey Mezger ... the neighbor who went off on her and her bf, just over a week ago, with an expletive laced rant. Mezger shouted from his backyard on Sept. 16 over to Kathy and her boyfriend, Randy Bick.
Mezger was recorded saying, "Hey Randy, go f**k yourself ... you're stuck with a f**king bald dy** who Donald Trump kind of put the heat on. Now you're calling the cops? F**k you and f**k Kathy." Randy had apparently called police earlier to make a noise complaint.
In the docs, Kathy admits she's had several issues with Mezger over the last year -- including him allegedly throwing garbage in her yard, and blaring Johnny Cash tunes in the direction of Kathy's home. Good taste in music aside ... Kathy's fed up with the annoyances.
Kathy says she's worried Mezger will retaliate in a violent manner once he finds out she filed for court ordered protection. Still, she was granted the restraining order, and it requires Mezger to stay 100 yards away from Kathy and Randy.

Donald Trump Giving Robert Kraft the Bird on TV?!!
Donald Trump is no master of subtlety ... 'cause it DEFINITELY looks like he just gave New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft the finger on national television.
President Trump: Kneeling during national anthem is “very disrespectful to our flag and to our country” https://t.co/1JP68WuPUM
@MSNBC
A reporter asked Trump Sunday what he made of his friend, Kraft, releasing a statement that was -- in no shortage of words -- clearly anti-Trump, at least in this case. Trump said he thinks Kraft's ideas are disrespectful to the country ... then wiped his brow with his middle finger.
Kraft released a statement Sunday saying he was "deeply disappointed" by the tone of Trump's comments earlier this week -- ya know, how owners should fire the "sons of bitches" who kneel in protest, and that fans should boycott the NFL if players keep doing it.
Trump also said he hadn't been tuning in to the actual games Sunday ... even though he was tweeting about NFL-National Anthem related matters all day.

Audrina Patridge Husband Claims Her Dad was Physically Threatening
Audrina Patridge's estranged husband just responded to her allegations in court docs, denying that he installed 5 cameras in their home in a fit of rage and in fact he says her dad became ominous and physically threatening.
Corey Bohan says in new docs, there were 2 existing cameras in the house and she knew all about them. Bohan says Audrina and her dad barged in through the garage door while he was there and made it clear ... they would not set a time for her to come get her belongings. He says they texted him only 15 minutes before showing up, and that wasn't enough time to arrange for the pickup.
He's also complaining the restraining order hearing was set on the very day he was supposed to have visitation with his daughter -- whom he hadn't seen in 2 weeks.
TMZ broke the story ... Audrina filed for divorce Wednesday and got a restraining order against Corey, which she says he violated just 1 day after it was granted. She says he called her a "f***ing c**t" and planted the cameras.
In divorce docs, Audrina said the violence started in August when they argued over accusations he was cheating. She also said Corey had threatened suicide in July when she was out of town on a business trip. There were other incidents in September -- he told her she's "f**ked up" because of her childhood -- which led to cops and child services getting involved.
Audrina said the breaking point came last weekend when Corey, an Australian BMX rider, followed her onstage at a beauty event and demanded to know where their daughter, Kirra, was and said he was going to take her.
Corey and Audrina got married in November 2016.

Jay-Z, Kanye West Plan Summit to Bury Hatchet In Latest Feud
Kanye West and Jay-Z will be meeting face-to-face soon to squash their latest beef, and if they smoke the peace pipe it will end a lawsuit that looms over their multi-million dollar Tidal dispute.
Sources close to Yeezy and Hova with direct knowledge of the situation tell us, their lawyers have been trying to settle a $3.5 million dispute Kanye has with Tidal. As we reported, Kanye had fired off a letter to Tidal stating his contract with them was over because Tidal didn't live up to his end of the bargain. Specifically, Kanye says he didn't get advances and bonuses that totaled $3.5 mil.
We're told Kanye and Jay have not agreed to settle, and the reason became apparent to everyone. The impasse had nothing to do with their business dispute -- $3.5 mil is peanuts to both of them. They couldn't settle because they each harbor animosity toward the other.
Jay was enraged when Kanye attacked Beyonce at his concert last Fall. Kanye felt Jay should have cut him a break because that was the time he was melting down and just a few weeks after the concert, he was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold.
As one source put it, "The Generals [Kanye and Jay] have to meet face-to-face. When that happens, the resolving the money dispute is a piece of cake."
We're told Kanye is up for the meeting and Jay is also inclined to meet. It shouldn't be hard. Now that Jay and Bey live in a Bel-Air mansion, they are literally down the street from Kanye and Kim.
We're told the meeting should go down soon, and once it does their Tidal dispute will quickly end.

Elsie Hewitt claims in the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, on July 4th, she went to pick up things from his house and she realized he was extremely drunk. Anthony Scaramucci: Gisele Blocked Tom from White House ... Jealousy Over Ivanka?
Anthony Scaramucci believes it was Gisele who stopped Tom Brady from joining the Patriots on their Super Bowl trip to Donald Trump's White House ... strongly insinuating the supermodel didn't want Tom around Ivanka Trump.
The Mooch -- Trump's former White House communications director -- guest hosted "TMZ Live" Monday -- when we asked straight-up about the alleged rift between the POTUS and the GOAT.
A.S. says he didn't have direct knowledge of the situation -- but strongly suggested Gisele shut Brady down ... saying, "I think she's possessive of him and probably didn't want him there."
Mooch suggests Gisele may have been jealous of Ivanka Trump -- saying he thinks Brady and Ivanka may have dated at one point in the past.
In fact, back in 2004 ... Donald praised Tom as a great guy who would make a "great combination" with Ivanka.
Despite the Moochsinuation, a source connected to the Trump family tells us, "While they have known each other for years, this is not true."
For the record, Tom claimed the reason he missed the White House visit was to spend time with his ailing mother.

Sean Spicer Crashes Emmys to Mock Trump
Sean Spicer seems to have fully turned on Donald Trump ... 'cause he just made a cameo at the Emmys to dog his former boss alongside Stephen Colbert.
Colbert, who's hosting this year, was going in on the Prez at the start of the show Sunday when he eventually cracked a joke about the size of the audience, saying it was impossible to know how big it was without some help. That's when he intro'd Spicer, who came onstage with his signature podium.
Spicer came out suited and booted and did a callback to one of his first press conferences under Trump, saying ... "This will be the largest audience to witness an Emmys, period! Both in person and around the world." Colbert quipped ... "Wow, that really soothes my ego."
The audience roared at the surprise visit from the former White House Press Secretary, who resigned earlier this year.

Blac Chyna to Rob Kardashian It'll Take 7 Figure$ To Settle Revenge Porn Case
Blac Chyna may be settling her custody war with Rob Kardashian ... but she's not done with him in court.
Sources close to BC tell TMZ ... Chyna did NOT settle her beef with Rob over his revenge porn meltdown .... when he plastered nude pics of her all over social media.
Chyna is determined to get her pound of flesh from Rob, in the form of 7 figures. She's still fuming over losing a couple of weight-loss endorsements, she says because the pics made it apparent she's had plastic surgery and the companies want au naturel.
Our Chyna sources say she has a meeting with Rob's team -- presumably with her lawyer Lisa Bloom -- and a big fat check needs to be passed across the table or she'll see him in court.
TMZ broke the story, Chyna will get $20k a month from Rob in child support.
Stay tuned.

Rob and Blac Chyna Settle Custody War Abuse Allegations Dropped ... for a Price
Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have settled their custody war, TMZ has learned, and Rob paid a heavy price to get her to drop her domestic violence allegations.
Sources familiar with the situation tell us, Rob and Chyna have agreed to joint custody of 10-month-old Dream. We're told under the deal, Rob gets a skosh more than 50% custody.
Now the money. We're told Rob drew the line during negotiations at $10k a month for child support, but she wanted north of $50k. There was some horse-trading, we're told, and Rob agreed to double his offer and pay Chyna $20k a month, and she agreed in return to drop her domestic violence allegations.
You'll recall, Chyna got a restraining order against Rob after claiming he allegedly beat her up and threatened to kill himself.
As for the $20k a month, we're told a chunk of that will go directly to nannies. We're told Rob is concerned about Chyna's parenting. Sources say she left Dream at home this weekend while she left to party, and he wants to make sure there are enough nannies to protect the kid.
And, Rob has agreed to pay Chyna's legal bill, which is not chump change.

Mel B Under Criminal Investigation For Witness Tampering
Mel B has been accused of intimidating a witness who was prepared to testify against her in her bitter divorce war with Stephen Belafonte, and police have opened a felony investigation.
Rapper Siya, who starred in "Sisterhood of Hip Hop," filed a police report Monday, claiming Mel B sent her texts last Saturday threatening her if Siya dared testify against her ... this according to law enforcement sources.
Our sources say Siya showed police the text messages and a felony witness intimidation case was opened.
We're told Siya was prepared to contradict Mel B and testify Belafonte never physically abused his wife. Siya claims she was a close friend of both Mel B and Belafonte. Sources connected with Mel B dispute that, saying Mel B only met Siya a couple of times.
We're told in addition to disputing Mel B's claims of abuse, Siya is prepared to testify Mel B frequently used illegal drugs. She's also prepared to testify about the 3-ways between Mel B, Belafonte and their nanny, Lorraine Gilles. Siya claims Mel B was the one who called the shots in the 3-ways.
Sources connected to Mel B are calling BS on Siya's allegation of witness intimidation.

Charles Oakley Blasts James Dolan, Knicks In Scathing New Lawsuit
Charles Oakley tears into the NY Knicks as the "laughingstock" of the NBA -- and rips owner James Dolan as an incompetent, insecure liar in a brand new lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports.
Oak is suing Dolan and the Knicks over that infamous Feb. 2017 incident when Oakley was forcibly removed from Madison Square Garden and arrested following an altercation with security.
In his suit, filed in federal court in NY, Oakley says Dolan had it out for him from the moment he took over the team because Charles refused to "kiss the ring."
"Dolan constantly disrespected Mr. Oakley, refusing to make eye contact or shake his hand during meetings, denying the type of fan appreciation nights given to much less popular and successful members of the Knicks."
The coup de grace ... Oakley says Dolan made him buy his own tickets to Knicks games while routinely treating other retired players to free courtside seats.
Oakley says things came to a head on Feb. 8 ... when Dolan ordered security to remove him from the building and a physical altercation ensued. Oakley says Dolan then ran a smear campaign, falsely accusing him of being an alcoholic who was drunk at the Garden.
In fact, Oakley points to an ESPN Radio interview in which Dolan said Charles "may have a problem with alcohol" and then claimed Oak was verbally abusive to MSG staff.
Oakley says he was neither intoxicated nor otherwise behaving inappropriately that night.
Oakley is suing for defamation, assault, battery, false imprisonment and more. Oakley does not specify how much money he's seeking.
We spoke with Oak's attorney, Douglas Wigdor, who tells us, "While the facts of the complaint speak for themselves, Mr. Oakley filed this lawsuit out of principle and his desire to hold Mr. Dolan accountable for his actions which I can assure you that our Firm is committed to doing on his behalf."
A rep for the Knicks tells us, "this is a frivolous lawsuit and nothing more than another attempt by Mr. Oakley to garner attention. We will deal with this accordingly."

Paul Pierce Olive Branch to Ray Allen ... 'Let's Bury the Hatchet'
Here's Paul Piece and Ray Allen proving not even a homewrecker named LeBron James can stand in the way of true brotherhood, with the two ex-Celtics officially squashing the beef after a pretty nasty breakup.
Allen had been on the outs with his old C's running mates (Pierce, Kevin Garnett and Rajon Rondo) ever since he bolted Boston in 2012 to sign with the hated rival Miami Heat ... and LeBron.
The feud had gotten pretty nasty (and pretty public) -- but when the two came face-to-face at a celebrity game in China, it was all love.
"Time to get the band back together," Pierce said in a post on Instagram ... "No matter what happen we all formed a special bond that can never b broken #onceacelticalwaysaceltic."
He tagged Rondo and KG in the post and added the hashtag, "#burythehatchet."
Pierce, KG, Rondo and some other teammates opened up about the feud back in May -- with Pierce saying he was hurt that Allen left the squad without ever calling him to talk about it.
So, friends again???
