Russell Wilson, Ciara Buy Colorado Mansion For $25M ... Indoor Pool & Bball Court
Russell Wilson and Ciara are officially making Denver their new home -- 'cause the Broncos QB just plunked down $25 million on a gorgeous mansion ... an all-time high for a single-family home in the area!
The 33-year-old copped the new crib -- which sits on 5.34 acres -- earlier this month in Englewood, CO ... a 24-minute drive from the Empower Field at Mile High stadium.
The 20,060 square foot estate has plenty of room for Russ, Ciara and their three children. The house features four bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a nine-car garage and a large fireplace for those cold Rocky mountain nights.

There's also a 2,590-square-foot indoor pool, game room, home theater and full basketball court.
The Wilsons bought the place (in an off-market deal) for a record-breaking $26 million -- the most expensive price tag for a single family home in the Denver area.
The previous record was a penthouse at the Four Seasons building that sold for $16M in 2020 ... and former Broncos coach Mike Shanahan's mansion which sold for $15.7M.
It's definitely an upgrade in size for the Wilson family ... their Washington home -- that just went on the market for $36 million -- was a little over 11,000 square feet.
Of course, the recent real estate moves happened due to the Seattle Seahawks trading the 9x Pro Bowler to the Broncos last month.
Welcome to Denver! Housewarming party?!

Ben Affleck & Jennifer Lopez Still Looking for Perfect Mansion ... Loving Every Minute of it!!!
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are still on the hunt for a mega-mansion to call home, but rather than getting frustrated ... they're all smiles as they tour another massive property.
This time, Ben and Jen hit up a 7-bed, 11-bath property in Bev Hills ... and the couple looked thrilled Thursday after their tour. Pretty easy to see why.
This particular not-so-humble abode was designed by real estate mogul Mohamed Hadid, the ex-husband of Yolanda Hadid and father of Gigi and Bella.
Mohamed's got quite the rep in the real estate game, having developed multiple Ritz-Carlton hotels throughout his career ... including a 292-room Ritz resort in Aspen.
The pad Ben and Jen checked out has an outdoor swan pond, a private theater, and even a ballroom, with space for 200 guests -- a sweet amenity for the former "World of Dance" judge and her fiancé.
As we reported, the couple has been looking for a new home after bailing on the one they were set to buy, for around $55 mil.
Thursday's stop is listed for a relatively paltry $32.75 million. As we showed you, they've also recently looked at a home listing for $75M.
Today's home tours are going much smoother than Wednesday's ... when they made a pitstop at Starbucks and drove over a sign in the drive-thru lane. No serious damage was done -- to the sign or their Mercedes -- but everyone had a good laugh.
For what it's worth, the latest home they toured comes with a 10-car garage ... plenty of space for Ben to park without hitting anything!

NBA baller Hassan Whiteside is letting go of his beachfront mansion -- complete with a home theater and rooftop deck -- and it comes with a $23 million price tag.
This pad is amazing -- it sits off the Biscayne Bay in sunny Miami, Florida ... and features 6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, a gorgeous backyard pool, sleek kitchen with a gigantic fish tank and floor-to-ceiling windows.
It also comes with a movie theatre, full gym for workouts, a cabana bath, private terrace and a private dock ... as well as a rooftop deck, which is perfect for watching the sunset.
The crib is listed with Joe Azar from Compass for $23 milli -- $7.3 million more than Whiteside paid back in 2016.
The 2-time NBA block leader lived in the beach-style home while he played for the Miami Heat ... before he was traded to the Blazers in 2019.
After short stints with Portland and the Sacramento Kings, Whiteside signed a one-year deal with the Jazz in 2021. He is currently a free agent.
Go ahead and dig into the couch cushions to find some extra change for this one ... 'cause this place is worth every penny.

NBA pro Iman Shumpert and his singer-songwriter wife Teyana Taylor have put their house on the market, and they're angling for a $4 million buyer.
The 5-bed, 6-bath home in Studio City, CA is loaded with cool stuff, including the obligatory pool, movie theater, and even a waterfall. And the big bonus for dog-lovin' buyers ... a custom dog house!
The master bedroom has a massive walk-in closet and a meditation balcony that overlooks the Zen-themed yard.
This isn't the first time Iman and Teyana tried to unload the house -- the couple bought the property in 2018 for just under $3M, listed it for rent and tried to sell it 2 years later for $3.695M. They took it off the market and just relisted it.
We're told they're selling because they spend most of their time on the East Coast so no need for a big place in La La Land.
Sean 'Eitan' Constine of Nourmand and Associates Beverly Hills has the listing.
Good luck, y'all!!!

Russell Wilson Lists Washington Mansion For $36 Mil ... After Broncos Trade
Russell Wilson doesn't have much of a need for his mansion in Washington these days ... so the former Seahawks star threw the home up for sale -- for $36 MILLION!!!
The quarterback and his wife, Ciara, just put the Bellevue place on the market ... a few weeks after he was officially sent from Seattle to the Denver Broncos.
The price tag is steep -- but it sure seems worth it to us ... the home features 11,104 square foot with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
The home has a chef's kitchen, a game room, a movie theatre, a full gym, a sports court ... and it sits on almost two acres of private beaches and gardens on Lake Washington's shoreline.
And, get this -- the place is so big, it also has an elevator!
There's more ... the mansion comes with a treehouse, an indoor playroom, and even a recording studio right in the crib.
The Wilsons' estate was listed with Carmen Gayton of Windermere Real Estate this week.
The impending sale comes just one month after Seattle traded the 9-time Pro Bowler to the Denver Broncos. Wilson -- who won one Super Bowl in his Seahawks career -- had been quarterbacking for Seattle since 2012.

Kanye West House He Bought Next Door To Kim's on Ice ... Remodel Seems Stalled
-
Exclusive
Kanye West is either having second thoughts on moving or he's taking a long time to decide exactly what he wants to do with the property he bought next to Kim Kardashian's Hidden Hills estate.
You'll remember, Ye bought the modest crib back in December because he wanted to be closer to his kids as he and Kim navigated their divorce and their future as co-parents. Truth be told, at the time he bought the house, he was trying to reconcile with Kim.
We scoured the building records for Hidden Hills and Kanye has taken out no construction permits. He was planning on gutting the house, which needed tons of work. But there's no evidence he or his construction team are pulling permits to do work on the property.
Of course, Kanye's already deep into renovations on a beach home in Malibu he paid nearly $60 million for ... so it's not like Kanye isn't into home renovation. Now it's possible Kanye is working with an architect on plans and they haven't submitted them to the city, but neighbors tell us they haven't seen any activity at the home.
Kanye wanted the fixer-upper because it's a stone's throw from the family house Kanye built after purchasing it together in 2014. As we reported, Kim bought the house from him for $23 mil, and Ye wanted the other home so he could be near the kids. Fact is ... Malibu isn't that far, so it wouldn't be a hassle to shuttle the kids back and forth from Malibu to Hidden Hills.
It seems tensions have subsided somewhat between Kanye and Kim, although Kim has said they are not really communicating these days. That would make for an awkward next-door-neighbor situation, for sure.

J Lo and Ben Back on the House Hunt!!!
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck bailed on the house they were set to buy, but they are not deterred, because the newly-engaged couple hit the road today looking at more insanely expensive estates.
J Lo and Ben checked out a home owned by the ex-wife of famed restaurateur Mr. Chow. The home is massive -- 30,000 square feet -- in super exclusive Holmby Hills, an enclave of Bev Hills. Price tag -- $65 million. The house has 9 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. It's loaded with art, including 400-year-old Moorish columns.
They also checked out another property nearby, in Holmby as well. It's not officially on the market now but we're told the seller wants $75 million. The house is slightly smaller -- only 27,816 square feet. Smaller, but it'll do.
TMZ broke the story ... Ben and Jen went into escrow on a massive, Bel-Air estate for around $55 million. That house was 20,000, with 10 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms ... big enough for the blended fam and more. It was loaded with a movie theater, gym, etc. etc. They decided it wasn't for them and walked away from the deal.
Now that they're engaged, it seems they're making a full-court press to find a new family home.
Happy house hunting!!!

Ben Affleck & Jennifer Lopez Deal Falls Through $55M Bel-Air Estate Won't Be Home Sweet Home

It's back to the mega-mansion drawing board for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez ... we've learned they'll no longer be moving into a $55 million estate in Bel-Air.
Sources close to the seller tell us ... the deal fell out of escrow. Unclear exactly what triggered the collapse, but a buyer is always able to pull out during an inspection period ... so Ben and Jen pretty clearly decided there was something they didn't like about the pad.
Nonetheless, the newly-engaged couple was back on the hunt for homes over the weekend -- checking out estates in Beverly Hills and Bel-Air -- valued at $64 million and $72 million.
Of course, it's now crunch time to find the perfect family home. J Lo revealed over the weekend she and Ben were engaged ... showing off a massive green diamond ring while exclaiming "you're perfect."
TMZ was the first to point out Ben may have popped the question when Jennifer was spotted out furniture shopping with her daughter Emme and wearing a giant rock. She tried to hide the diamond once she and Emme left the store ... but it was pretty easy to spot.
No word yet on new offers they've put in on homes ... but one thing's for sure, it ain't gonna be cheap.

Rosie O'Donnell flipped out when she moved to California ... selling her first purchase in the Golden State only 4 months after buying the place.
Rosie just sold a modern farmhouse in Los Angeles for $4.9 million ... flipping it after scooping it up back in December for $4.6 million.
Our sources tell us Rosie didn't view the place as an investment property when she bought it ... so it's unclear why she decided to flip the estate.
The place is 4,1000 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms ... and the master suite features 2 walk-in closets, vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace.
The home has 10-foot ceilings and a Kosher Chef's Kitchen decked out with a Caesarstone island and a walk-in pantry. The backyard is dotted with olive trees, rose bushes, lavender plants and a built-in BBQ dining area.
It truly is a modern farmhouse ... built in 2019, the property also comes with a built-in Tesla charger. Elon Musk approves.
Rosie bought the place shortly after selling her longtime home in New Jersey ... and it will be interesting to see if she stays in L.A. or goes back East, where she's lived most of her life.
Alexandra Flynn of MS Property Partners at Keller Williams Beverly Hills had the listing.

Jennifer Lopez Ditched Green Engagement Ring Right Before Announcement
Jennifer Lopez tried throwing folks off the engagement scent hours before announcing she's going to marry Ben Affleck ... because she lost the huge rock while out with her fiancé.
Bennifer were out and about Friday checking in on some commercial real estate in L.A. they may, perhaps, be in the market for -- which isn't all that crazy, especially since they just snapped up a massive estate together ... and are now going to be man and wife.
As you can see, the love birds were showing off PDA as they perused what's been described to us as an empty office studio housed in a warehouse of some sort. While they were outside, Jen had her arms wrapped around Ben's waist .. and THAT finger was exposed.
Clearly, there's no ring there ... unlike from just a few days earlier, when she was spotted doing furniture shopping with the emerald green diamond perched nicely on her digit.
Jen wasn't hiding the fact she'd ditched the hardware either ... even inside, you can see there was no ring in sight. So yeah, it would appear she wanted to keep it low-key before going public later that very same evening -- at which point, the cat was outta the bag.
Jen told the world through a video message on her website On the JLo -- where she posted a video of her apparently receiving the ring from Ben and tearing up. It's a beaut -- and she even threw her old ode to BA 'Dear Ben' as the overlaying track played in the background.
The way JLo announced her engagement with ‘Dear Ben’ playing in the background! I can’t 🥰 pic.twitter.com/nOzbDvqCWG
— El Broide (@ElBroide) April 9, 2022 @ElBroide
As the quick clip fades out, you can hear the opening lines of the song -- "You're Perfect" -- which itself is kinda perf ... in that it can refer to both Ben and the diamond as well.
So, now that everyone knows they're due to get hitched (again) -- the question is ... will Jen wear the ring out in public all day, every day??? Considering how head over heels they are for one another, our guess would be yes. And why the heck not ... it's real purrrty, after all.
Once again ... congrats, you two!!!

Betty White Estate Finds Buyer For $8 Million Carmel Beach House
-
Exclusive
Betty White's beachfront treasure is going to make someone new very happy -- her estate has a buyer for the Carmel, CA home.
The house is a gorgeous 3,621 square feet on Cali's scenic Monterey peninsula, and it features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with views of the local beaches from almost every room.
Betty and her husband Allen Ludden bought the plot of land back in 1978 for $170K, and completed construction on the home in 1981 -- sadly, just a few days before Allen died from stomach cancer. Betty reportedly wanted to live her final days at this home, but instead had to live in L.A. where at-home care was more accessible.
A blooming garden in the backyard overlooks the ocean, and a wide terrace gives homeowners the perfect view at any point in the day. The listing for the home was pretty on the mark with the phrase, "Here, paradise is yours."
The surrounding area features an assortment of walking trails, and steps out the back gate lead directly to the sand.
The estate accepted an offer this week, but the sale is still pending. Nicole Truszkowski and Zak Freedman of Sotheby’s International Realty held the listing.
As you know, Betty passed away from a stroke just a few weeks before her 100th birthday. It was recently announced her estate is going up for auction -- with over 1,500 of her personal items and memorabilia going on the block in September.

Jennifer Lopez Engaged to Ben Affleck?! Rockin' Diamond Ring
-
Exclusive
- 1.8K shares
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck may have officially cemented their future together -- cause she is wearing a diamond ring on THAT finger -- and something she did with the diamond is raising more suspicion.
J Lo and her daughter, Emme, were out furniture shopping Monday, possibly for their new $55 million home, and if you take a closer look, there's definitely a diamond on the singer's left ring finger.
Interestingly enough, J Lo seems to pick up on the fact there's a photog, because on her way out of the store, she appears to flip the ring, hiding the diamond side in her palm.
If it's legit, the engagement would come on the heels of another big step in Ben and Jen's relationship ... the $55 mil mansion they just went in on together.
As we've previously reported, the massive 10-bedroom, 17-bathroom estate sits in the ritzy Bel-Air area of Los Angeles ... and J Lo and Ben are gearing up to blend their families together and make it their home.
BTW, it wouldn't be the first time the two got engaged to each other, Ben popped the question 18 years ago ... but they called things off before any wedding.
It's interesting, the pair were boo'd up at the premiere of "Marry Me," starring J Lo, back in February ... so, they may have been dropping hints, after all.

'Selling Sunset' Chelsea Lazkani We Need More Black Women As Realtors ... Hope I'm Role Model!!!

Chelsea Lazkani says she wanted to be the first Black realtor on "Selling Sunset" because she doesn't see enough women who look like her selling luxury homes in Los Angeles.
We got the newest cast member from the hit Netflix show outside The Oppenheim Group in WeHo ... and asked her about being the only Black woman in a predominantly white cast.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Chelsea says she wanted to join the show to be a role model for other Black women, whom she says are underrepresented in luxury real estate in L.A. She's comfortable being the trailblazer and hopes to encourage others to make the industry more diverse.
Folks could do a lot worse than Chelsea in the role model department ... she's worked successfully in real estate for 5 years.
The way Chelsea sees it ... it only takes one person to get their foot in the door and show others they can be successful in a world where not everyone looks like them.
Fun fact, they don't talk about it on the show, but there is one person of color -- Amanza Smith is half black.
Check out the clip ... sounds like Jason Oppenheim made a great hire with Chelsea.

- 49.1K shares
Mark Wahlberg is getting out of Beverly Hills -- his massive estate there just hit the market ... and he is going to turn a HUGE profit considering what he first paid for it way back when.
The actor has listed his BH compound -- which includes a main mega-mansion with 12 bedrooms and 20 baths, plus a separate guest house -- for a whopping $87.5 million ... he first bought the land in 2009 for $8.25 mil and spent years building the home.
Overall, it's 30,500 square feet of living space ... covered in European limestone.
No matter what amount Mark settles for, he's obviously coming up big in the black ... we're talking tens of millions of dollars based on nothing but good old-fashioned real estate appreciation. Not bad!
As for the property itself ... it's literally Los Angeles luxury defined. It's got a full-blown library/study room, a waterfall pool, a grotto, tennis court, basketball court, a private spa, a 5,000-bottle wine cellar, a fully-equipped gym, a movie screening room -- and even separate quarters for any hired help, plus a media entry space!
There are other amenities that you should see for yourself ... seriously, this place rocks.
Like we said ... Mark's been soaking in this palace for well over a decade. Now, he seems ready to move -- because it's for sale and up for grabs. Whoever the new owner will be is someone that's gotta have deep pockets ... because this purchase is no walk in the park.
The house is listed by mega-realtor Kurt Rappaport.

Christina Haack is a married woman once again -- and she's making sure things are up to date in her professional life as well, switching out her real estate license ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected to the couple tell us ... the HGTV star and her now-hubby, Joshua Hall, tied the knot in California sometime over the last 6 months -- although it's not clear exactly when. In any case ... they've kept it low-key, and plan to do the same in celebration.
We're told Christina and Josh will host an intimate ceremony with close friends and family in the near future to mark their nuptials -- but like we said, it's a done deal, legally.
We've also obtained Christina's real estate license which was recently tweaked to unveil her new surname ... now, she goes by Christina Hall.
The license also references some of her old legal names, including Christina Meursinge Haack and Christina Meursinge El Moussa. There's weirdly no mention of Ant Anstead -- her most recent ex-hubby.
Of course, her freshly-minted hubby, Josh, is a big-time real estate agent ... kinda perfect for house-flipping. The couple first went public last summer ... and he popped the question shortly thereafter, as seen in since-deleted photos.
Their relationship has surely moved at a whirlwind pace -- and with that in mind ... it might not be all that surprising that they've already done the deed and become man and wife.
Congrats!!!
