Ex-MLB star Milton Bradley was ordered into custody at his domestic violence arraignment in L.A. on Tuesday ... and TMZ Sports has the video.

We broke the story ... the 39-year-old former All-Star was charged with spousal battery stemming from a January incident at his L.A. home.

At the time of the incident, Bradley's wife told police he roughed her up during a heated argument and then fled from the scene before help arrived.

Bradley's wife was inside the courtroom on Tuesday for the arraignment and sat next to Milton in an apparent show of support ... along with his attorney, Nareg Gourjian.

But, Milton got no special treatment -- the judge ordered L.A. County Sheriff's Deputies to handcuff Bradley and take him into custody. Bail was at $175k -- higher than normal due to a prior domestic violence conviction.

FYI -- Bradley spent 15 months behind bars after he was convicted of beating up his previous wife.

Jared Fogle isn't taking no for an answer when it comes to suing the Prez to get out of prison ... but we get the feeling he's going to hear it again very soon.

The former Subway spokesman and convicted child pornographer is at it again, filing new legal docs in his attempt to get released from federal prison. His last request was swiftly rejected for what the judge called a glaring error -- mentioning President Trump.

According to the new docs, Fogle believes it's within his Constitutional rights to add Trump's name as a respondent -- along with the prison warden -- because Attorney General Jeff Sessions has "failed to correct a clear error" in his imprisonment ... and Trump is Sessions' boss.

We broke the story ... a judge rejected Fogle's appeal due to his bizarre inclusion of Trump, but gave him 30 days to fix it.

Conor McGregor will almost certainly cop a plea in his malicious mischief case, and the deal may include a felony ... law enforcement sources connected with the case tell TMZ.

McGregor has been charged with felony criminal mischief in addition to 3 counts of misdemeanor assault and attempted assault. Conor did $8,000 worth of damage to the tour bus when he threw a dolly at the vehicle, shattering the window and injuring 3 passengers.

Our law enforcement sources say as of now ... there's a good chance the deal offered will be felony criminal mischief. In other words, prosecutors will make the offer and Conor will have 2 choices ... accept it or go to trial.

One source in contact with Conor and familiar with the case says the UFC fighter's team is well aware ... going to trial is too risky ... a conviction is all but certain.

If Conor pleads no contest or guilty to felony criminal mischief, he could go back to court after 1 year and ask the judge to reduce the conviction to a misdemeanor, assuming he keeps his nose clean.

8:50 AM PT -- Miller was arrested by FBI agents over an Amtrak bomb threat he reported back in March.

According to the FBI docs, Miller called 911 on March 18 while he was riding an Amtrak train from D.C. to NYC ... and reported a woman with brown hair and a scarf "has a bomb in her bag." An Amtrak police officer called back Miller who added ... the woman kept checking the bag and seemed to want to get off the train and leave it behind.

The officer asked Miller if he suffered from mental illness ... which he denied, and said, "This is the first time I've ever made a call like this before. I am worried for everyone on that train. Someone has to check that lady out."

As it turns out ... Miller gave cops the wrong train number, and as a result a different train was stopped in Connecticut, evacuated and searched ... causing massive Amtrak delays. Meanwhile, Miller was on his train to NY.

According to docs, Miller was removed from the train in NYC because he was intoxicated. The train attendant said Miller had consumed 2 glasses of wine and 2 double Scotch and sodas. The attendant also reported Miller had "exchanged profanity" with a woman in the First Class car -- and he did not back up Miller's account of the woman's suspicious behavior.

The woman told police Miller was being loud and belligerent on the train, and had made a comment about her hair. She admits they had an argument.

After speaking to all parties involved, cops determined Miller had a grudge with the woman -- and made the false report about her having a bomb as a result.

In the docs, the feds say Miller's mayhem caused 926 man hours-worth of delays, not to mention disrupting several law enforcement agencies and bomb squads in Connecticut and New York.

The FBI obtained an arrest warrant which it executed Monday night when Miller flew into LaGuardia Airport.

T.J. Miller is in serious trouble with the federal government after getting busted at an NYC airport ... TMZ has learned.

We got video of the ex-"Silicon Valley" star getting hauled out of LaGuardia Airport Monday night around 10 PM. Port Authority cops and FBI agents took him into custody.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Miller was booked for providing false information or pulling a hoax with federal authorities. He'd been in Canada over the weekend doing several stand-up comedy gigs.

Sean Penn's interview with El Chapo could be key to the prosecution's case against the drug lord, but only a select few parts.

The U.S. Attorney's Office filed a motion asking the judge to let them cherry-pick portions of the 2015 recorded interview with Chapo, included in Penn's Rolling Stone article. The prosecutors aren't giving away which parts they want to use just yet, but they are crystal clear about what they want excluded from the trial.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, they say the parts where Chapo talks about his upbringing, and his family relationship should not be admitted in the trial. Prosecutors say it could evoke sympathy for the accused murderer.

The feds also think Chapo made several false statements in the video which they want excluded, such as denying he was part of a cartel ... or claiming he never initiated any violence.

As for the Rolling Stone article itself -- they want all of that excluded as evidence because they say it's filled with prejudicial statements ... such as Penn calling Chapo a "Robin Hood-like figure" and the true "president of Mexico."

Ex-"Basketball Wives" star Jennifer Williams says she's fighting for her own safety and not a reality TV show storyline or ratings by taking her ex, Tim Norton, to court.

We got Jennifer leaving the courthouse in downtown L.A. Monday where she and Tim are seeking permanent restraining orders from one another. He alleges she slashed his tires, but Jennifer says he's the one that's been stalking her.

Judge Judy is celebrating another judge's ruling that she absolutely deserves every penny of her $47 million salary, and says it's a victory for all women's salaries ... even if ya don't make 8-figures.

We got Judy Monday afternoon in Bev Hills, and congratulated her on the legal victory over a talent agent who claimed the enormous salary CBS pays her, screws him out of profits. A judge shot that down, saying she's worth the dough.

As usual, Judy cut through all the legalese and summed up the case as a lesson for society: Don't question a woman's paycheck, unless you're gonna scrutinize a man's too!

Floyd Mayweather had a heavy security presence at a Waffle House in Atlanta hours before someone opened fire on his entourage ... and TMZ Sports has the video.

Witnesses tell us ... Floyd hit up the Waffle House around 10 PM on Sunday -- before hosting a party at a nearby nightclub. It was on his way back from the club when someone ambushed Floyd's 3-car caravan and opened fire, striking one of his bodyguards.

But it was all gravy at the Waffle House -- with Floyd turning up at the jukebox inside the restaurant while his security team kept an eye out for danger.

In fact, as Floyd dances away ... you can see bodyguard Greg La Rosa keeping Floyd's area safe.

Cops are still looking for the shooter and a motive as to why someone would want to attack Floyd's crew.

Porn star Nikki Benz is suing porn studio Brazzers for a sexual assault she claims to have suffered at the hands of a director.

Benz first went public with the allegation in 2016, claiming Tony T. had choked her and stomped her head while shooting a XXX scene. In a new lawsuit, Nikki adds much more graphic detail about the alleged violence ... claiming she was hit so hard in the face, head and breasts she ended up bleeding.

She also describes what sounds like waterboarding. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Nikki's mouth was gagged with her own underwear and "water was poured down her throat causing her to choke."

After the scene, Nikki claims Tony threatened to withhold her salary if she didn't record an "exit interview" in which she stated she would shoot with him again in the future. In the suit, she says she initially told them no way, and only changed her tune due to the threat.

Benz, a 2016 inductee to the AVN Hall of Fame, is suing Tony, Brazzers, and her co-star, Ramon Nomar.

Michael Cohen is firing back at Stormy Daniels with legal docs asking a judge to 86 her defamation lawsuit against him, citing the time-worn adage, "Truth is a defense."

Stormy is suing Cohen for the comment he made responding to her claim she had sex with Trump and Cohen paid her $130k as hush money. Stormy's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, said the payment is proof of the sex act.

Cohen responded, "Just because something isn't true doesn't mean that it can't cause you harm or damage. I will always protect Mr. Trump."

Stormy claims Cohen's comment strongly implies she's a liar, and that's why she's suing him for defamation.

Cohen says in legal docs, Stormy repeatedly denied there was any sexual liaison before changing her tune. He says there's only one way to look at it ... she was either lying then or lying now.

CBS got some 'splainin' to do ... as far as the legendary studio made famous by Lucille Ball is concerned.

Charles Hensley says he applied for the "Desilu" trademark in 2016 in order to relaunch Desilu Studios as a "technology-focused film and television studio." Hensley says he was granted the trademark this year, and says CBS did not oppose his application.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Hensley says he reached out to Lucie Arnaz -- daughter of Lucy and Desi Arnaz -- to see if she would be on board for the relaunch. He claims CBS, which originally aired "I Love Lucy" back in the day -- derailed his negotiations by telling Arnaz to stop dealing with Desilu.

According to the suit, CBS is already using the Desilu trademark on other productions, which Hensley thinks compete with his plans for the studio.

4:00 PM -- The President calls the raid a "total witch hunt" and an "attack on what we all stand for."

President Trump's attorney was raided by the FBI Monday ... and the operation was put in motion by none other than Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

We've confirmed federal agents swooped into Michael Cohen's NYC office with a search warrant, and seized thousands of documents related to Mueller's Russia investigation. They also reportedly grabbed records of Cohen's $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels.

Cohen's attorney says the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York got the search warrant based on a referral from Mueller.

The seized docs include communications between Cohen and President Trump ... according to the NY Times, which first reported the raid.

Donnell Rawlings says going topless to protest Bill Cosby during his sexual assault retrial probably ain't the best idea ... considering the charges against him.

We got Donnell Monday at LAX just a few hours after an ex-'Cosby Show' actress rushed at Cosby as he was heading into court for opening arguments in his retrial.

Donnell thinks future protesters might want to use a different, more fully-clothed approach -- unless they want to risk piquing Cosby's interest ... for the wrong reasons.

As for Cosby's claim he's legally blind, and therefore couldn't get a good look at the bare-chested protester ... Donnell is suspicious.

Turns out, he's conveniently used the "sudden blindness" excuse himself as a way to get out of sticky situations, and he thinks Cosby might be doing the same.

Director James Toback is in the clear after the L.A. County District Attorney rejected all 5 cases involving allegations of sexual misconduct ... TMZ has learned.

Toback was accused by dozens of women of sexual misdeeds, ranging from sexual harassment to sexual assault. They claimed he promised them movie roles and then engaged in classic casting couch behavior after taking women back to hotel rooms, movie trailers, even a public park.

The D.A. has rejected 5 cases that were submitted by police, concluding most were outside the statute of limitations.

12:07 PM PT -- We've obtained the declination, and it says Brandon allegedly told Tommy, "Get up old man and fight me" before punching Tommy out cold. The doc says Brandon allegedly then said, "Look at you, motherf*****, you are knocked-out." Tommy's GF then called 911.

Tommy Lee is first and foremost a dad, and that may be why he chose not to cooperate with the criminal investigation targeting his son ... so the L.A. County D.A. has officially rejected the case.

As TMZ reported, Tommy Lee's 21-year-old son, Brandon, coldcocked his dad during an argument last month. Tommy had gone on social media trashing ex-wife Pam Anderson for reliving his domestic violence case during an interview.

Brandon went ballistic, barging into Tommy's bedroom and knocking him out with a sucker punch to the mouth. Brandon told cops he believed Tommy was about to strike him so he punched in self-defense.

Cops launched a battery investigation, but Tommy had a change of heart and wouldn't cooperate. One possible reason ... TMZ got Brandon out after the fight and he talked about how much he loved his dad.

The Rams player who was arrested for driving around with a loaded handgun that was allegedly stolen has struck a plea deal with prosecutors ... and he'll be on thin ice for the next 3 years.

Ethan Westbrooks -- a defensive tackle who played in all 16 games in 2017 -- was arrested back in September after he was pulled over in Kern County, CA for speeding and cops found the gun in the car.

Officials had previously said the gun -- which had been reported stolen in 2009 -- was loaded with 13 rounds of ammo. He was initially booked with 5 felonies including carrying a loaded firearm and possessing a high-capacity magazine.

But now, court records show Westbrooks made a deal in which he agreed to plead no contest to misdemeanor carrying a loaded firearm ... and in exchange, the rest of the charges were dropped.

27-year-old Westbrooks has been sentenced to 1 day in jail -- and got credit for time served, so he ain't going back.
