Turns out, getting pulled over for speeding with an open bottle of vodka in the car -- and admitting you'd fail a drug test -- does not go over well with your boss.

At least, that's the takeaway from Jimmy Haslam's comments about Kareem Hunt -- with the Cleveland Browns owner ripping his running back over that Jan. 21 police incident.

"What he did was not acceptable. He's got to do better," Haslam said Wednesday ... "It's not good. Kareem knows he's got to do better."

FYI, Hunt is now a restricted free agent -- and after watching the clip, you gotta wonder if the Browns are just gonna cut bait with the guy considering his controversial past.

Haslam said there's still a chance they keep Hunt around for one more season -- but even if they do, he's clearly on super-thin ice.

As we previously reported, Hunt was pulled over for speeding in Rocky River, Ohio -- and during the stop, cops say they found weed and an open bottle of vodka in his ride.

In police footage, obtained by TMZ Sports, you can see the pullover was not the best look for Hunt ... who straight-up admitted he would have failed an NFL drug test at the time of the stop.

Hunt was issued a citation for speeding ... but he was NOT cited for the pot -- and was sent on his way by the officer.

Haslam was asked about the incident during a press conference announcing the team's new GM ... and his disappointment in the 24-year-old was palpable.

"We have and will continue to work closely with Kareem," Haslam said. "But he knows our expectations are higher than what he showed a week or two ago."

Gervonta Davis has been arrested for domestic violence for roughing up his ex-girlfriend at a celebrity basketball game in Florida, cops confirm.

The boxing superstar -- currently the WBA lightweight champion -- surrendered to the Coral Gables PD on Tuesday for the Feb. 1 incident.

Cops say the 25-year-old is facing one count of "simple battery domestic violence."

As we previously reported, Davis was seen grabbing and ripping his ex-girlfriend -- the mother of his child -- out of her seat during a heated altercation at the game.

The argument continued backstage.

Cops say, "As a result of an ongoing investigation after being notified through social media and the victim, on Feb. 1 2020, [Davis] was observed battering his former girlfriend whom [sic] have child together."

"[Davis] surrendered himself, to the Coral Gables Police detectives assigned to the case."

For his part, Davis put out a statement over the weekend denying striking the woman.

"I never once hit her ... yeah I was aggressive and told her come on," Davis said.

"That's the mother of my child. I would never hurt her."

Davis is a rising superstar in the boxing world -- he's Floyd Mayweather's protege and has racked up an impressive 23-0 record as a pro with victories over guys like Yuriorkis Gamboa and José Pedraza.

Davis has had a BUNCH of legal issues over the years -- he was arrested for assault back in 2017 after allegedly punching a friend. The charge was later dropped.

He was arrested again in 2018 for a street fight in Washington D.C.

The woman who called 911 on NFL star Xavien Howard claimed he abused her multiple times in the past, but he convinced her not to call police because it would hurt his career.

... and it's all in the 911 call released by officials and obtained by TMZ Sports.

Howard -- a star cornerback for the Miami Dolphins -- was arrested on Dec. 29th after allegedly roughing up his fiancee during an altercation at their Davie, FL home.

Now, in new 911 audio from that day of the incident, you can hear the woman describe a pattern of abuse.

"My fiance continues to think he can just push me, throw me into the wall without me doing nothing just because of who he is," the woman says.

"But it's kind of getting to a point, it's just like, it's getting physical."

When the operator asks what she means by "who he is" ... the woman explains, "Because he plays football."

"So every time a situation happens it's always like, 'Oh, don't do this.' Or, 'Oh, well, you'll be OK. Don't call the cops.'"

The woman added, "But it's like, OK, like him just pushing me into the mirror, grabbing my arm, grabbing me by my neck, like this is probably the last day that's going to happen."

As we previously reported, Howard was arrested after the woman -- the mother of his children -- accused him of getting violent with her after an argument in their bedroom.

The woman told cops at the time Howard had grabbed both her arms and pushed her into a mirrored glass wall in the hallway. She claims once he let her go, she fell into one of the crutches he was using after an in-season knee surgery.

In the police report, cops say they noticed "visible scratches," redness and an abrasion on the woman ... and they arrested Howard on one charge of domestic battery.

Howard appeared in court just hours later on crutches ... but bonded out on the condition that he'd have NO contact with the alleged victim.

The former Pro Bowl corner has been fighting the case in court ever since -- pleading not guilty last month. There's another hearing scheduled for later this week.

Lyssa Chapman, the daughter of Dog the Bounty Hunter, has now been charged with 2 counts of harassment after her arrest in Hawaii.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, each count Lyssa is charged with relates to a different person -- one man and one woman. The woman, according to Lyssa, is her girlfriend. It's unclear what her relationship is to the man she allegedly harassed.

Both counts are misdemeanors.

As we first reported ... Lyssa was arrested in Honolulu last Thursday. At the time of the arrest, Lyssa told us cops were called because she was having a fight with her GF.

Lyssa added that when officers arrived, she put her hand up in order to stop them from entering her room. She said she plans to file a report for police misconduct against the officers for the way they arrested her. She claims a cop grabbed her by the arm.

Kodak Black is pushing for a lighter prison sentence because he thinks the judge unfairly threw the book at him.

The rapper's attorney, Bradford Cohen, tells TMZ ... they'll be filing legal docs soon appealing the 46 months he got in his federal gun case. They're looking to get several months cut off that time, and here's why.

Cohen says Kodak shouldn't have been classified as a prior convicted felon at sentencing. He says Kodak's previous guilty pleas didn't result in convictions -- because under those deals there would be NO conviction on his record ... provided he met all the terms.

It's a technicality, but nonetheless Kodak believes that error opened the door for a harsher sentence.

We broke the story ... Kodak will likely be serving out his time in a federal prison in Kentucky, and as of now, he's slated to be free again on or around Aug. 14, 2022.

If his appeal is successful though, his team believes he could be out in late 2021. Of course, this is all under the assumption Kodak can stay out of trouble behind bars ... which ain't always easy to do.

A smokin' hot model with a massive following was arrested during the Super Bowl on Sunday after she hopped over some railing, tried to go running on the field and then flashed her ass.

You can see in video of the alleged incident ... Kelly Green -- aka Kelly Kay -- was tackled by security before she could really make a scene during the Chiefs-49ers game.

But, she still managed to show the crowd her butt while cops were taking her away ... and you can see in the footage, fans were loving it.

Cops clearly didn't think the scene was funny, though ... they straight-up arrested her and charged her with misdemeanor trespass.

She was booked and forced to take a mug shot at the station.

Green, a 27-year-old with over 250,000 followers on Instagram ... was released Monday and posted a poolside video bragging about getting out.

"Young jail bait out of jail!" she said. "Fresh out the pen! Fresh out Dade County, what?!"

Green faces up to 1 year in jail if convicted on the trespass charge ... but let's get real -- she'll likely cut a deal and won't spend a minute behind bars.

Tekashi 6ix9ine plans to get the hell outta dodge once he's released from prison and bolster his security detail like no rapper ever before ... but it's going to be easier said than done.

The rapper's still months away from becoming a free man, but he's already looking toward his exit strategy ... according to sources close to him. We're told once he's out of lockup, he's bailing on Brooklyn, where he was born and raised, and hopes to live far away from NYC.

This decision is primarily based on his safety, but every move 69 makes will have to be approved by the federal probation department ... part of his sentence includes being monitored after his release.

Regardless, our sources say Tekashi will be putting security measures in place right away to keep people from knowing his location, but even if they find him ... he'll be protected by multiple bodyguards.

As for where his security team will come from, we're told the rapper only wants legit former law enforcement officers or ex-military who are licensed to carry firearms ... absolutely nobody with any sort of gang affiliation.

Ideally, we're told 6ix9ine would like to leave New York and live with family out of state ... in a home with "Fort Knox-like security."

It's unclear how he plans to bring this all together, especially since some of his former bodyguards have said no amount of money is worth it to protect Tekashi.

One more thing ... our sources say the rapper is committed to getting in the studio to complete the records in his music deal as soon as possible once he's out, but he's not planning on live performances.

The reasoning -- it wouldn't be safe for a snitch to try something like that for a long time.

We broke the story ... Tekashi's legal team thinks he could be released from prison as soon as August, so it's really not too soon to start planning his new life.

And, as we told you, that new life does not involve witness protection ... 69 doesn't want to go that route.

We reached out to his lawyer, Dawn Florio, about his post-prison plans ... she declined to comment.

Boosie Badazz can stop sweating it out in GA -- he's avoiding any jail time in his drug case.

The Louisiana rapper pled guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana. In exchange, prosecutors dropped charges of possession of a controlled substance and failure to maintain lane ... this according to docs from the Coweta County D.A.'s Office.

It's a sweet deal for Boosie, who gets 6 months probation and a $1,000 fine ... but no time behind bars. The judge has already signed off on the deal.

It could have been a lot more serious. As we reported. Boosie was busted last April after cops pulled him over in his Dodge Charger for swerving lanes and almost hitting another car. During the stop, cops found weed, a gun and more than $20k in cash.

Boosie was never booked for the gun -- it's likely he was licensed to have it.

He'd previously served 5 years in Louisiana for drug charges, and could have been hit with a year in a Georgia jail if convicted on all charges.

Jesse Jane ended up in handcuffs after beating the hell out of her boyfriend following a night of drinking ... at least according to cops, who arrested the porn star for domestic violence.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the famous porn star was arrested early Wednesday in Moore, OK on suspicion of domestic violence after she allegedly punched her boyfriend in the face and bit off a chunk of his hand.

According to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ, officers responded to a call for a domestic disturbance and when they showed up to the residence, Jesse and her BF were in the driveway, and he couldn't open his bloody left eye and there was a bite mark on his left hand.

The report says the boyfriend told cops he and Jesse were drinking the night before, and he woke up to Jesse throwing his medication in the trash -- she claims it was steroids -- so he confronted her, and she became upset and attacked.

According to cops, Jesse told officers her boyfriend picked her up by the neck and threw her into a wall, but the report says police did not observe any injuries on the adult film star's body other than a small spot of dried blood on her forehead.

Jesse was arrested and hauled off to Cleveland County Jail, where she was booked on a domestic violence charge. She's since been released.

It's not the first time Jesse's been in trouble with cops in Oklahoma ... back in 2018, she was busted for public intoxication following a college football game.

Lyssa Chapman, daughter of Dog the Bounty Hunter, was busted in Hawaii for alleged harassment ... and she didn't go quietly, according to cops.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Lyssa was arrested in Honolulu Thursday night and booked for harassment and resisting arrest. She's already bailed out for $600.

It's unclear who she allegedly harassed, but her most recent tweet from before the arrest is interesting ...

As we've reported ... the Chapman family is going through some turmoil right now. Just months after the death of Dog's wife, Beth, he proposed to her best friend and maid of honor at their wedding, Moon Angell, on "The Dr. Oz Show."

Our sources say Dog and Beth's kids are hurt and pissed off, and even though the proposal hasn't led to an engagement ... they don't support what's going on and don't believe their mom would either.

Lyssa, specifically, fired off a couple vague tweets after news broke of Dog proposing to Moon ... seemingly trying to keep her cool about the situation.

Apparently, she couldn't do the same when she was getting arrested.

Here's MTV's "Floribama Shore" star Nilsa Prowant flying off the handle and smashing a car window to pieces during a drunken arrest ... and ya gotta see the damage!!!

The wild video picks up with Nilsa giving revelers the middle finger and spewing profanities as she climbs into the back of a taxi cab after a night of partying in St. Petersburg.

Nilsa's talking to cops after flashing onlookers in public, and you hear an officer standing outside the taxi tell her she's free to go if she calms down.

All of a sudden, Nilsa becomes belligerent ... she starts pounding the rear driver's side window with her fists, and when she starts kicking the glass, it shatters!!!

After the glass flies everywhere, sirens wail and police swarm, with cops ordering Nilsa to get out of the car before leading her away in a pair of handcuffs.

We broke the story ... Nilsa was arrested and booked for disorderly conduct and exposure of sexual organs.

The arrest is real bad news for Nilsa, but great for her producers -- who got some killer content for the episode airing tonight at 8/7c on MTV.

Shaun Weiss -- famous for playing Goldberg in "The Mighty Ducks" -- was just arrested again ... another chapter in a tragic downward spiral.

Police in Marysville, CA say Weiss was busted for residential burglary and being under the influence of methamphetamine Sunday around 7 AM.

Cops say they responded to a call for a burglary in progress and when they arrived on the scene, found Weiss ransacking a car in the home's garage.

During the arrest, cops say Weiss displayed symptoms of being under the influence of meth and told officers he did not live in the home and the car wasn't his. Weiss was booked into Yuba County Jail, and his bail has been set at $52,500.

You'll recall ... Weiss posed for a sad mug shot back in August 2018 when he was arrested for public intoxication, also in Northern California. He spent a few hours in the drunk tank and was released but not cited.

As we've reported, Weiss has been stuck in a downward spiral in recent years ... he was busted for petty theft in 2017 before being busted for meth possession days after his release from jail. He checked into a rehab facility after his drunken bust, and then was busted in December 2018 for shoplifting.

The graffiti artist dubbed "Penis Man" could be facing hard time after a SWAT team took him down in Phoenix ... potentially ending a looooong string of vandalism. Yes, crime size matters.

Cops in Tempe, AZ say 38-year-old Dustin Shomer is behind the "Penis Man" spree -- the words have been tagged all over Arizona State dorms, local businesses, municipal buildings and even the famous "A" landmark above the campus ... dating back to November.

Shomer was arrested last weekend, and charged with 16 counts of aggravated criminal damage, 8 counts of criminal damage and 1 count of criminal trespass in the first degree.

The suspect says he was taken in a pretty ballsy raid -- 25 heavily armed SWAT officers swarming his apartment complex before arresting him at gunpoint.

However, the alleged "Penis Man" says he's getting the shaft ... because he claims he's just a copycat, and the REAL "Penis Man" is still at large.

He told the Phoenix New Times, "I'm not the original. There are hundreds of copycats with very distinctively different handwriting."

Translation: Cops grabbed the wrong penis, man.

NHL legend Ed Belfour -- who won a Stanley Cup with the Dallas Stars in 1999 -- was arrested after allegedly trying to fight a hotel bar manager Tuesday morning.

54-year-old Belfour -- one of the best goalies of all time -- was at the Kentucky Grand Hotel when someone alerted cops about a drunk and disorderly person.

According to the arrest citation, obtained by the Bowling Green Daily News, Belfour allegedly tried fighting the manager of the hotel's bar, smashed a glass window and pulled a curtain rod off the wall.

When cops arrived at the scene, Belfour was lying on the floor holding the curtain rod ... and had slurred speech, blood-shot eyes, and trouble keeping his balance ... according to the citation.

Belfour was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and public intoxication ... and booked at Warren County Regional Jail, where he posed -- smiling from ear to ear -- for his mug shot.

Allen Iverson reportedly had $500,000 worth of jewelry stolen from a Philadelphia hotel on Monday ... and now, cops say they're searching for the scumbag who took the bling.

Philly police say at around 10:30 AM, officers responded to the Sofitel Hotel in downtown Philadelphia after a man allegedly jacked a backpack with the ice in it from the lobby.

Police would NOT confirm the victim was Iverson ... but according to NBC10, the bag and the jewels DID belong to the NBA legend.

Cops say the suspect is a black male in his early 20s ... claiming he's 6 feet tall with a "thin build." They say he was last seen wearing a dark jacket, red shirt, dark pants and black and white sneakers.

44-year-old Iverson has been retired from the NBA since 2010 ... and reportedly made over $200 MILLION in his career.

He's been known to still frequent Philadelphia and 76ers games often ... and was last spotted at the Wells Fargo Center for the Sixers' game against the Lakers on Saturday.

Former WCW wrestler Van Hammer was arrested and charged with DUI ... after he allegedly hit a 5-year-old boy with his car in Florida Sunday afternoon.

Boynton Beach police say Hammer -- real name Mark Hildreth -- was driving 58 MPH in a 35-zone and drunk when he hit the young boy, who was riding a bike with training wheels.

According to the report, the boy flew on to the top of Hildreth's car hood and suffered possible internal injuries.

The boy was taken to a nearby hospital, where he remains in stable condition, the Palm Beach Post reports.

A handcuffed Hildreth appeared before a judge on Monday morning ... and he was officially charged with first-degree felony hit and run and DUI.

During his court appearance, officials point out 2 previous DUI arrests on Hildreth's record.

Hildreth's bail was set at $125k with an option for house arrest ... and was ordered to stay away from drugs, alcohol and weapons.

Van Hammer had stints in the WCW in the '90s and early '00s ... before officially retiring from the ring in 2009.
