Dina Lohan temporarily learned her lesson after getting busted for DUI last week -- She celebrated her 51st birthday Sunday night with her kids ... without guzzling a single drop of booze.

Dina, Lindsay, Cody, Ali (who's Vogue-ing out) and Michael Jr. went to ABC Kitchen in NYC, and we're told they ordered Diet Cokes, waters, Shirley Temples, and cherry sodas all night. (Dina ordered the DC.)

We're told the entire Lohan clan was in great spirits -- something they're familiar with -- and no one uttered a peep about the arrest.

As we reported, Dina was popped on Long Island Thursday after allegedly driving with a blood alcohol level of .20 (more than twice the legal limit). Happy Birthday!

Lindsay Lohan just arrived at her mom's house on Long Island -- this after Dina Lohan's arrest for an off-the-charts DWI -- and she was definitely lacking in the support department.

Lindsay showed up in a black Porsche with her sister, Ali and an unidentified guy -- flashing a ton of side-boob as she walked into the house.

Shortly after Linds showed up ... her old attorney Mark Heller walked out of Dina's pad, and announced he's representing her in the DWI.

Heller pointed out Dina is a first time DWI offender with no prior record (criminally, anyway) -- and as a result he felt she would be treated with "fairness." Translation: he's hoping for no jail time.

As we previously reported ... Dina was arrested Thursday night ... and cops say she had a BAC of 0.2 -- nearly 3 times the legal limit.

Dina's still laying low -- the only sign of her all day was in the doorway as she let a friend out. She looked ... hazy.

David Tutera's ex is pointing the finger at the "My Fair Wedding" host, claiming it's Tutera's fault they're splitting up their twins after a nasty breakup.

Ryan Jurica called in to "TMZ Live" this morning, claiming David made a unilateral decision to separate the children at birth when their 10-year relationship blew up.

Ryan and David had fraternal twins through a surrogate in July, and the births triggered a bitter custody battle. The complication stems from the fact that each man fertilized an egg from the same woman ... that was then implanted in the same surrogate, who gave birth to the two babies at the same time ... meaning Ryan is the biological dad of one child, and David of the other.

Despite David's decision, Ryan tells us he'd rather keep the kids together. He insists splitting the kids up is just a temporary measure until a final custody arrangement has been reached ... but that could take a while.

David Tutera -- the host of "My Fair Wedding" -- followed the biblical path in his split with Ryan Jurica -- he gets one of their twins, and Ryan gets one.

The two men had a 10-year domestic partnership that blew apart in January ... and it got UGLY. And there was a big complication -- they had fraternal twins through a surrogate in July, and that triggered a bitter custody battle.

Now here's the complication. Each man fertilized an egg that was then implanted in the same surrogate, who gave birth to the two babies at the same time. It appears the eggs are from the same biological mother.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... a judge has issued a temporary custody arrangement in which David gets custody of his biological child, baby girl Cielo, and Ryan gets custody of his biological child, Cedric.

We're also told the two men are getting along. It's unclear if they will each get visitation rights of each other's kid. So we gotta ask ...

Chrystal Workman continues making shocking claims in her bid to undo the court ruling that stripped her of custody of her daughter, Ariel Winter ... now she's raising strange allegations of sexual molestation.

Workman filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, in which she claims her 15-year-old daughter has accused her of "sexual abuse or sexual molestation." Workman says, "I adamantly deny these accusations."

Here's the problem ... The "Modern Family" star has never hinted at sexual molestation in her guardianship case. She has only alleged physical and emotional abuse, so it's confounding as to why Workman is denying something that was never raised in court.

It's possible Workman is inartfully referring to an allegation by Ariel's boyfriend, Cameron Palatas, who said in his deposition, "Chrystal had wanted me to sleep in Ariel's bed." Palatas was an adult at the time.

Police in Chicago have been told to haul Chief Keef's deadbeat ass to jail ... if they see him ... after the 17-year old rapper blew off a child support hearing, TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Keef was ordered to appear in court on September 5 to explain why he hasn't forked over more than $20k in child support payments to his baby mama.

Problem is ... Keef no-showed -- so the judge issued an order for his arrest, which means if cops see his ass, they can drag him right to the slammer and hold him until he pays roughly 1/5th of his child support debt.

Gia Allemand's mother believes her daughter's menstrual cycle was responsible for the extreme emotional turmoil that drove Gia to suicide last month.

Donna Micheletti -- who was on the phone with the former "Bachelor" star when she hanged herself -- described her final moments with her daughter to Dr. Phil, explaining Gia had a history of drastic mood swings around the time of her period.

Donna said, "At that point, with how she felt with her menstrual cycle, she could not see clearly ... It was like night and day. It would come out of nowhere. All of a sudden, something would click in there and she would say 'This isn't right. He doesn't love me.'"

Donna acknowledged that Gia had been upset for various reasons -- including recent fights with her boyfriend and father -- but believes the hormonal extremes are what ultimately drove Gia over the edge.

Gwyneth Paltrow might be the worst driver in all of Los Angeles (and that's saying a lot) 'cause she CUT OFF A SCHOOL BUS ON HER VESPA WITH HER KID ON THE BACKSEAT ... and it was all caught on tape.

Paltrow and husband Chris Martin were picking up their kids from an L.A. school last week on their respective Vespas ... when Paltrow (with one of her young kids on the back of her scooter) darted out into traffic ... right in front of an oncoming school bus.

The bus driver had to slam on the brakes to stop from plowing into the actress ... and GP scooted away as if she didn't just put a bunch of people's lives in danger.

FYI -- school buses are giant and yellow and generally pretty hard to miss ... so we can't really understand why Gwyneth didn't just wait the 2 minutes for traffic to slow down before leaving the school.

We called Gwyneth for comment -- so far, no word back.

So much for Dennis Quaid's divorce ... a judge has officially DISMISSED the case after the couple reconciled earlier this year and now they appear to be one happy family again.

We broke the story ... Dennis and Kimberly Quaid had reconciled back in March but the divorce petition was far enough along in the court system that they couldn't just withdraw it -- they had to go to a judge. So they did ... and now we've learned their wish was granted.

The couple -- which married back in 2004 -- have 2 children together -- but the kids were nowhere to be seen on Friday, when D & K grabbed their road bikes and peddled through Brentwood.

Well, good news ... she's probably gonna stay hot ... at least judging by this photo of her mother.

21-year-old Kate took a little stroll with her mom Shelley yesterday after the two lunched at super-pricey, celebrity eatery, Nello in NY.

Simon Cowell tells TMZ ... he knows he's going to be a "good dad" -- but there's just one problem, SC admits he's clueless when it comes to shopping for a kid.

Simon hit up Planet Dailies LA at The Grove yesterday in his massive Rolls-Royce -- when he told us he's "excited" about his baby with girlfriend Lauren Silverman ... saying, "I'm gonna be a good father."

But when we asked if he planned to pick up a few items for his fetus, the 53-year-old replied, ... "No. I don't know how to baby shop."

Lindsay Lohan is a big supporter of her lil' sis Ali's new modeling career ... but it was Lindsay -- and her boobs -- who stole the show yesterday at Ali's fashion show in NY.

19-year-old Ali was one of the featured runway models at the Wendy Nichol fall fashion show in SoHo ... a show that seemed to combine Lord of the Rings chic with a goth funeral.

Lindsay wasn't involved in the show -- but dressed the part anyway, sporting a low cut number that highlighted her Baggins (LOTR joke!).

NBA star Steve Nash scored a huge legal victory over his ex-wife -- blocking her from moving their kids to L.A. -- and then promptly agreed, for some strange reason, to let the fam come to Cali after all ... TMZ has learned.

As we first reported, the Los Angeles Lakers point guard has been battling his ex, Alejandra Nash, for months over her desire to move their 3 kids from Phoenix to L.A. -- in part because Steve thinks L.A. is a horrible place to raise kids. He even said so in open court.

Steve also believed Alejandra only wanted to be in L.A. because California laws could result in her getting increased child support payments.

Ultimately, the court agreed -- according to documents the judge ruled Alejandra failed to prove the move was "in the children's best interests" -- and her relocation request was "motivated, at least in part, by issues surrounding child support, which is an inappropriate basis for relocation."

Now this is where it gets weird.

Sources connected with the case , tell us Alejandra and the kids are currently living in L.A.! Further, we're told the children have already enrolled in public school in the South Bay section of L.A.

It's a huge mystery -- Nash fought tooth and nail to stop Alejandra, won the case ... and then upped and forfeited the 'W.'

Calls to Nash's attorney haven't been returned.

Melanie Griffith couldn't be happier for her daughter Dakota Johnson ... saying she's the "proudest mom ever" now that Dakota's playing a nymphomaniac sex slave in the "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie.

You'll recall, Griffith's daughter has just been cast in the role of Anastasia Steele, the protagonist in "Fifty Shades of Grey" alongside Charlie Hunnam (as Christian Grey).

If you know anything about the books, you'll know Anastasia becomes entwined in a disturbing and violent BDSM affair with Christian Grey, essentially becoming Christian's sex-addicted slave. You know, every mother's dream.

Martin Luther King Jr.'s family just got into an auto accident while leaving the rally to commemorate the 50th anniversary of his "I have a dream" speech ... TMZ has learned.

According to sources on the scene ... several of MLK Jr.'s siblings and grandchildren were on a charter bus leaving the rally when a van ran a red light ... forcing the bus driver to slam on the brakes to dodge the vehicle.

MLK's sister -- Christine King Farris -- was on the bus at the time of the accident. Earlier in the day, the 85-year-old placed a wreath on the MLK Jr. Memorial.

Farris was joined at the wreath ceremony by MLK's daughter Bernice King.

We're told Bernice was not on the bus at the time of the accident.

We're told Omarosa Manigault was on the bus with the family ... and hit her head on the seat in front of her, but she's okay.

We're told the bus driver was transported to a nearby hospital.

Omarosa tweeted after the crash -- "Yikes just got banged up a lil bit on bus- I am ok! #HitMyHead ouch"

“Breaking Bad” star RJ Mitte rang in his 21st birthday by RAGING in Vegas -- with tons of hot chicks, tons of hard booze ... and his mother???

Mitte -- who plays Walter White Jr. on the AMC show -- hit up Ghostbar at the Palms Casino Resort this weekend ... where he partied hard with his BB co-star Daniel Moncada, “True Blood” actress Lindsey Haun and Amanda Fuller from “Last Man Standing."

... and his mom was there, too!

But parental supervision didn't keep Mitte from enjoying all that Vegas had to offer -- we're told the actor downed some Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey cocktails while cake fighting with some babes.

Hopefully RJ's night of boozing ended better than that time WW2 got drunk ...
