Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have gone with a different surrogate to deliver their new baby -- but it ain't because they didn't like the last one ... she was simply unavailable.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... Kim and Kanye hired a new woman to carry their fourth child, a boy ... not the 20-something-year-old they used last year for baby Chicago. The reason is simple ... that lady was already pregnant with a kid of her own.

We're told KK and KW's previous surrogate -- a young, healthy, fit woman in her 20s -- just gave birth to a daughter on Christmas Eve. Considering she'd just popped Chicago out less than 12 months prior, it's clear she and her husband of 5 years got busy quick.

BTW ... Kim and Kanye's first surrogate already has two boys of her own, so this is her third child.

No word on the profile of the Kardashian-Wests' new surrogate just yet, but ya gotta think she'll be comparable to the last one ... and Kim and Kanye will likely be just as involved during the pregnancy.

As we reported ... Kim and Kanye's new baby boy is due in early May. He'll be their fourth child in addition to North, Saint and Chi.

Justin Bieber's in a singing mood ... and based on what he's singing, he's also in the mood to get some!

The Biebs was waiting with the missus, Hailey Bieber, outside the Montage Hotel in Bev Hills Wednesday night when he broke into song and dance ... inspired by Marvin Gaye.

Check out JB in the vid -- the "Sexual Healing" serenading starts off directed at Hailey, but then he pivots and belts out the lyrics for the world to hear ... before pulling in a random guy for some lovin'.

The dude rolls with it and even snags a selfie with the couple ... then Justin continues putting on a free show.

If this is how he's kicking off 2019, it's gonna be a goood year for the newlyweds.

Shareef O'Neal just revealed his heart surgery scar for the first time Wednesday ... and he's already given himself a new nickname, "Zipperboy."

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Shareef needed a heart procedure done after UCLA doctors detected an abnormality during a routine check-up.

O'Neal went under the knife on Dec. 13 ... but came out of it just fine -- and when he finally got a look at the scar this week, he was able to joke about it.

"My first time seeing my scar ..... #zipperboy."

The operation doesn't seem like it was a laughing matter though ... the scar runs from the top of his chest to halfway down to his belly button!!!

The good news ... Shaq told us just several days ago his son's doing okay -- and could be back on the basketball court in just a few months.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have another bun in the oven via surrogate, and for their fourth time around ... they'll be welcoming another baby boy to the family ... TMZ has confirmed.

Sources tell us Kim and Ye are indeed expecting a fourth child from a leftover embryo they created, which is male. We're told the baby is due in early May.

We broke the story ... Kim and Kanye hired a surrogate in 2017 to carry baby Chicago to term. She was born last January. Remember, Kim has a condition called placenta accreta, which makes another pregnancy for herself life-threatening.

Unclear if KK and KW hired the same surrogate from last time for baby no. 4, but we do know they were close with their previous surrogate and kept tabs on her throughout the pregnancy.

The new baby boy -- first reported by Us Weekly -- will join North, Saint and, of course, Chi ... upgrading their family of 5 to a whopping 6.

Congrats!!!

Kobe Bryant and his wife, Vanessa Bryant, are having another baby ... and it'll be a girl.

The couple made the announcement on their social media pages Sunday, with both parents' posts reading, "New year, new baby! Baby Mamba on the way 2019."

Vanessa added ... "Kobe and I are so happy to add another baby blessing to our family! Bianka will have a new baby sibling with and Natalia and Gianna are super excited to welcome another little baby sister to love."

As for Kobe, he wrote ... "Vanessa and I are beyond excited to announce that we are expecting another #mambacita to go along with Natalia, Gianna and Bianka #blessed #bryantbunch #daddysprincesses #love #2019."

Kobe and Vanessa already have three daughters together -- Natalia, Gianna and Bianka ... aged 15, 12 and 2, respectively. KB and VB have been married since 2001.

Gordon Ramsay's wife has somethin' cookin' ... a new baby!!!

Gordon and his brood posted a New Year's Day announcement that his wife, Tana, is pregnant ... very pregnant.

The kids -- 17-year-old Matilda, 19-year-old twins Holly and Jack, and 20-year-old Megan -- were all there for the big reveal. The famous "Hell's Kitchen" chef captioned the video, "Exciting news ! Happy new year from all the Ramsay's."

Gordon announced in 2016 that his family had a "devastating weekend," saying his then 41-year-old wife suffered a miscarriage when she was 5 months into her pregnancy.

Things look good this time around. It's unclear exactly how far along Tana is, but her baby bump is super prominent. BTW ... Gordon and Tana have been married 22 years.

If Tekashi 6ix9ine made a Christmas list this year, he must have forgotten to check it twice ... because his daughter got jack squat from her dad.

Sources close to the rapper's family tell TMZ ... his baby mama, Sara, and their 3-year-old girl, Saraiyah, have not heard a peep from him since he's been locked up on federal racketeering charges, and that includes Christmas Day.

We're told while 69 managed to gift his girlfriend Jade a brand new G-Wagon while he's behind bars -- which she proudly flaunted on Instagram -- but he didn't deliver anything to Saraiyah for the holidays.

Our sources say 6ix9ine hasn't exactly been a present father to Saraiyah, despite the image he's tried to project online ... so the absence of gifts isn't a big surprise.

It's interesting ... 69 was present for his girl's 3rd birthday party in October -- just hours after he dodged jail time in his child sex case -- and looked happy to be hanging with his family.

There's a bright side, though -- we're told despite Saraiyah being forgotten by her father, she got a lot of nice Xmas presents from the rest of her family ... and has plenty of love and support.

Michael Fishman, famous for playing Roseanne Barr's TV son, says one of the big reasons he and his estranged wife chose separation over divorce is simple -- he'd like to keep her on his health insurance plan as long as possible.

The 'Conners' star tells TMZ ... "Among the reasons for not getting a regular divorce is the shared desire to keep Jenny [Briner] covered by my health insurance, and allow to slowly unfold our 20 years together in a way mutually beneficial for our family, particularly on behalf of our children."

TMZ broke the story ... Jenny filed docs Thursday for legal separation after more than 19 years of marriage. Michael told us the decision to split was an amicable one ... adding he, Jenny and their 2 kids actually went to the courthouse together and afterward had a family dinner.

Kanye West just launched another attack on Drake ... this time railing on him for following Kim Kardashian on Instagram.

Kanye just posted, then deleted, this ... "I  never knew till this morning that Drake followed my wife on Instagram back in September." But, that wasn't it ... he went on, "I had to bring this up because it's the most f-ked up thing of all and I just saw it this morning."

Kanye and Drake have been at war recently. As you know, Kanye and Kim accused Drake of making physical threats to their family.

As for why Kanye's so pissed off today ... you'll recall, a lot of people thought Drake was insinuating he had slept with Kim after she was with Kanye. The song that triggered all of this ... "In My Feelings," where Drake talks about Kiki -- that's Kim's nickname.

Drake didn't ramp things down with "SICKO MODE," where he took shots at Kanye.

In Saturday's posts, Kanye added, "Imagine having a problem with somebody and they follow your wife on Instagram. We truly wish this man the best and pray that he will find the same happiness that we have.  Love everyone."

Daniel Cormier is proving why he's the champ in AND out the Octagon -- the UFC star footed a $300 dinner bill for a woman who's battling Stage 4 cancer.

Pete Guzman and his mom, Rosario, were eating dinner at Sapporo Japanese restaurant in Monterey, CA on Thursday when in walks his favorite MMA fighter, Daniel Cormier.

Cormier was with his own family -- and, as fate would have it, they were seated with Pete and Rosario at the hibachi table.

Pete tells TMZ Sports ... Cormier and his fam couldn't have been nicer people. They had a great conversation and even posed for pics afterward.

And, since it was Rosario's birthday, the Cormiers busted out their singing voices for a rendition of "Happy Birthday."

When the time came to pay the check, the wait staff told Pete and Rosario their bill had already been covered ... by the reigning UFC heavyweight champion of the world!

"My mom was loving every second of it," Pete tells us.

Oh, and get this ... Pete says Cormier didn't know Rosario was battling stage 4 cancer (she never mentioned it at the table). But, the gesture provided so much happiness during this difficult time.

To top it all off ... Cormier even gave Rosario a handwritten birthday wish and autograph!!

C'mon ... even Jon Jones has to give Cormier props for this one!!!!

Former Miss USA Tara Conner had no idea the ravaging Malibu fire would turn her into a hell of a wedding planner ... 'cause the natural disaster forced her to plan it again from scratch with only 24 hours to spare.

We're told Tara and Eli James got married on November 11 ... just 3 days after the Woolsey fire barreled down the hills and scorched nearly 100k acres, destroyed more than 1,500 structures and displaced nearly 300k people.

Tara and Eli were supposed to get married in Malibu that weekend but with mandatory evacuations in order, the fire literally growing by the minute and threatening their venue ... Tara says they abandoned EVERYTHING that was prearranged for the shindig, and came up with a whole new setup in Burbank ... at the home of her maid of honor's mother.

Tara -- crowned Miss USA in 2006 -- put family members on flower detail while a friend built an altar in the living room. Tara's father, John, gave her away and her sober mentor, Eric Proctor, officiated the ceremony. 50 guests cheered her and the groom on.

Tara tells TMZ ... "This experience proved that everything works out, no matter what, and has taught me to look for those blessings in disguise. It was perfect."

12:30 PM PT -- According to the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Michael and Jennifer want joint physical and legal custody of their 16-year-old daughter. It appears they'll work out dividing their assets privately including a couple vehicles and several bank accounts.

8:38 AM PT -- Michael tells us the decision to split with Jennifer was an amicable one and they went to court to file the docs together. They've been in the process of splitting amicably since June 2017 but that was delayed when production on "Roseanne" abruptly stopped.

Michael played D.J. Conner as a child actor on "Roseanne" from 1988-97, and reprised the role for this year's reboot.

We got him back in October outside NBC Studios in NYC where we asked him about Barr's departure from the show, and he called continuing the program without her "bittersweet."

As you know, Roseanne's character was killed off the show by an opioid overdose during the season premiere. Ratings for the reboot's second premiere were significantly less than the first ... (10.8 million vs. 18.2 million).

Chris Brown claims he ain't no Michael Jackson -- meaning, he doesn't own a monkey (or a chimp!) ... and claims allegations he illegally harbored an adorable simian are pure apesh*t.

We broke the story ... the L.A. City Attorney is charging CB with 2 counts of having a restricted species without a permit claiming he kept a capuchin monkey named Fiji at his L.A. home back in 2017.

The allegations are serious, Brown could face up to 6 months in jail if convicted.

The supposed smoking gun is a video of Brown's daughter Royalty playing with Fiji in Dec. 2017 -- but sources close to Breezy tell us prosecutors got it all wrong.

Brown is adamant the video was NOT taken at his L.A. home -- it was shot in Vegas ... where the monkey lived with a relative who was the REAL owner.

Authorities ain't buyin' the excuse noting the animal was taken into custody in Los Angeles.

But, we're told Brown claims his relative happened to be in town with Fiji that particular week -- and it's all just a bad coincidence that makes Chris seem guilty.

He's due in court on February 6 where he'll plead his case to the judge. Stay tuned ...

Oh, and as for Fiji ... we're told she's been in protective custody and she's doing just fine.

Safaree brings a lot more to his relationships than his famous anaconda, he's also a gentleman ... because he went out of his way to get permission from Erica Mena's mom and son before his elaborate Christmas Eve proposal.

A rep for Safaree, KD McNair, tells TMZ ... Safaree made it his mission to first ask Erica's family for their blessing, reaching out to them weeks before popping the question.

Safaree and Erica started dating this year, but their engagement wasn't a spur-of-the-moment thing ... we've learned the 'Love & Hip Hop' stars first met when Erica was 17. We're told Erica's mom and son were 100% down with the proposal ... they've loved Safaree ever since he starred alongside Erica in VH1's "Scared Famous."

Safaree also wanted his mom to sign off, because she's been highly critical of the women he dates. Fortunately for him and Erica, Mom's a big fan of hers.

A gentleman who's been blessed downstairs ... sounds like Safaree is quite the catch. Way to go, Erica.

Actor Forest Whitaker is ending his marriage with wife Keisha Nash Whitaker after more than 20 years of matrimony.

Whitaker filed docs Thursday in Los Angeles to call it quits. The two got married in 1996 and have 3 adult daughters together. It's currently unknown what led to the split.

Whitaker cites irreconcilable differences in his divorce petition. There are no minor children, so no custody issues. He's also asking the court to terminate any spousal support ... but this is done a lot when there's already an overriding property agreement in place.

Forest and Keisha met on the set of "Blown Away" in 1994 and started dating shortly after ... they had their wedding in Jamaica.

In an interview with Ebony a few years ago, Keisha said of Forest, “I had seen him in ‘A Rage in Harlem,'" and “Right away, I thought Forest had a gentle soul and a nice spirit.”

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth got a marriage license days before tying the knot ... TMZ has learned.

Miley and Liam got their license in Williamson County, Tennessee on December 18 ... 5 days before they got hitched at Miley's home outside of Nashville.

Miley and Liam were super secret in the lead-up to the wedding Sunday night, but they made it clear from videos and pics they got hitched.

Liam's brother -- Chris and Luke -- were on hand. Miley's mom, Tish, dad, Billy Ray along with Miley's sisters, Noah and Brandi, were also on hand.

One of the pics -- showing Miley in her wedding dress and Liam in a tux with white shoes -- bears the caption, "10 years later ..." That lines up with the first time they met, on the set of the Nicholas Sparks movie, "The Last Song."

The party was relaxed and fun ... you see the Hemsworth bros doing celebratory shots, with "Mr" and Mrs" balloons in the background.
