For the first time in his life, Tekashi69 came face-to-face with his family members in Mexico ... and greeted them with warm hugs and cold hard cash.

Tekashi's down in Mexico before he jets off to Europe for the remainder of his tour. The rapper made a quick stop to visit his aunt and uncle, who he says he's only spoken with over the phone. Tekashi's mother left Mexico before he was born and ended up in NYC.

Tekashi and his relatives are clearly emotional ... embracing and exchanging some friendly words. His aunt also gives 6ix9ine a tour of her home. Her famous nephew didn't leave her empty-handed.

He counted out what appears to be several thousand dollars, and handed it to her. Not a bad parting gift.

2:05 PM PT -- According to witness reports, the Queen of Soul has changed outfits yet again for day 3 of her memorial tour. Today, day 3 has her ensconced in a rose-gold custom knit suit with pink beaded lace.

Day 1 showed Aretha in a tea-length red dress made of lace, with matching leather high heels. Day 2 she was reportedly dressed in a powder blue dress and matching shoes.

Aretha Franklin's casket is going on display at an entirely new location -- which has more of a personal connection than before -- ahead of what's set to be an epic memorial concert.

The Queen of Soul was moved to her late father's former house of worship -- where it all started for Aretha -- at the New Bethel Baptist Church in Detroit, as she's set to lie in repose for more public viewing before a star-studded lineup takes the stage in her honor tonight.

As you can see, lines were still forming around the block to catch a glimpse of Aretha and say final goodbyes to the music icon. We imagine it'll be an open-casket viewing, just like it was at the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History.

As we reported ... 22 acts are set to perform later Thursday in a memorial concert for Aretha, where folks like the Four Tops, Johnny Gill, Ron Isley and others are on the bill. Another concert's taking place Friday at her funeral, with acts like Ariana Grande and Stevie Wonder.

Aretha died earlier this month from pancreatic cancer. She was 76.

Goop teamed with Crate & Barrel for the line of sofas, glassware, rugs, pillows and a lot of other stuff husbands will nod approvingly about when wives ask for their opinions.

Cardi B's not coming back to work unless someone's ready to break the bank ... it's the only way she'll entertain the idea of leaving her kid.

Sources close to the rapper tell TMZ ... Cardi wants $300k to get back onstage, and it's gonna be on her terms -- no discounts. Fact is ... we're told she's getting offers in the $500k range, so she won't be hurting for work.

We're told not only does the moola have to be right, the location can't be in Timbuktu. She wants the shows to be close to home. Reason's simple ... she's obsessed with her baby girl, Kulture Kiari Cephus.

Cardi's made it crystal clear ... no small club gigs 'cause the "Bodak Yellow" rapper is all grown up -- and the market agrees. She commanded $100k a show at Coachella in April while she was pregnant ... and with her popularity rising, so has her paycheck. Cardi's return to the stage has turned into highly anticipated news. Remember, Cardi had to bail on Bruno Mars' upcoming tour, saying she needed more time to recover mentally and physically after giving birth to Kulture. As she put it, she "underestimated this whole mommy thing." For Bruno's part, he was cool ... signing a bunch of other stars to his 24K Magic Tour.

Cardi opened the VMAs earlier this month, and came away huge with 3 awards. She celebrated with a little Mickey D's, and then put Nicki Minaj on notice ... dissing her as she rapped onstage during an NYC after-party.

Michael Jackson's posthumous 60th birthday celebration brought 2 of his children front and center onstage.

Paris and Prince were there Wednesday night to honor and celebrate their late father's birthday at the Michael Jackson Diamond Birthday Celebration at Mandalay Bay in Vegas.

Paris looked stunning in a purple gown while rocking some MJ-themed sneakers. Prince wore a red jacket that looks similar to the one Michael famously wore in the late '90s. Style, man.

Tito and Jackie were also at the star-studded event ... along with Ashlee Simpson, Evan Ross, Blake Griffin, Gabrielle Union, Angela Bassett, Vanessa Hudgens and Usher, who was profoundly influenced by MJ's music and dancing. Usher performed ... as did Cirque du Soleil with its "Michael Jackson ONE" number.

Tons of MJ memorabilia was also on display at the event. BTW ... that cube Prince is holding -- it's a humanitarian award they accepted on their father's behalf from the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation.

When the shindig ended ... it moved over to the DAYLIGHT Beach Club for an after-party.

Janet Jackson kicked off Michael's birthday right Wednesday. As TMZ first reported ... Janet did an homage to MJ's "Remember the Time" music video, and it was awesome.

Wednesday's performance is helping raise funds for one of Harry's charities, Sentebale, which does life-changing work for youth affected by HIV and AIDS in Africa.

Meghan, Harry and Lin-Manuel were guests of honor.

It's the first time Meghan and Harry have seen "Hamilton" as a married couple. They saw it during a date night in February, and Meghan also saw the show in NYC with Priyanka Chopra.

Janet Jackson clearly remembers when she fell in love with Michael Jackson's "Remember the Time" music video -- TMZ got a peek at a vid featuring the singer to celebrate MJ on his 60th birthday.

Janet teamed up with Kwaylon Rogers -- aka @BlameItOnKway to his 3.6 million IG followers -- to shoot this 1-minute, 11-second clip. Janet plays the queen passing judgment on dancers ... just like Iman did in MJ's 1992 video.

The project came about after Kway and Janet met at the Billboard Awards earlier this year. They hit it off and, soon after, Kway pitched the idea of reimagining Michael's hit video and releasing it Wednesday ... the day he would've turned 60.

Sources close to Kway tell us the group rehearsed -- with Diamond Batiste behind the camera -- for a day and shot the video the next day to Janet's liking. As you should know, MJ's "Remember the Time" video -- costarring Eddie Murphy and Magic Johnson -- was hailed as a masterpiece.

Kway and King Bach play the dancers desperate for Janet's approval in her tip of the hat to Michael -- which also features her new song, "Made for Now."

It's a great tribute on a milestone day for MJ's family, friends and fans.

TMZ broke the story ... Michael died in June 2009 after going into cardiac arrest at his Holmby Hills home. Paramedics on scene and staffers at UCLA Medical Center were unable to resuscitate him.

Michael's doctor, Conrad Murray, was ultimately found guilty of involuntary manslaughter. Murray still believes he did not play a significant role in Michael's homicide.

The wrestling power couple appeared on "TMZ Live" and explained how Maryse didn't want to give up her career after having a kid -- and worked like a beast to get her body back in shape.

The stars of USA's "Miz & Mrs." are a real-life couple who got married back in 2014 and had their first child, daughter Monroe, in March.

For Maryse, who's been wrestling in WWE for 12 years, the decision was easy -- she considers herself a working woman and needed to find a way to balance her career and being a mom.

Second time's the charm?

There's nothing like your first trip to Disneyland -- the rides, the Mickey ears, the smell of fresh churros -- and Jimmy Kimmel and his son soaked it all up for little Billy's first day in the Magic Kingdom.

Jimmy and his wife Molly took their kids, Billy and Jane down to Anaheim and it had to be a pretty moving day for the fam. Remember, 1-year-old Billy was born with a heart condition that required lifesaving open-heart surgery.

The Kimmels hopped between both parks -- Disneyland and California Adventure -- hitting the carousel, water rides, and also enjoying one GIANT lollipop.

John McCain -- a former Vietnam prisoner of war, 6-term U.S. Senator from Arizona and 2008 GOP Presidential nominee who battled an aggressive form of brain cancer in the latter part of his storied career -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

According to a statement from McCain's office, he died Saturday at 4:28 PM, adding ... "With the Senator when he passed were his wife Cindy and their family. At his death, he had served the United States of America faithfully for sixty years.”

The news comes not long after McCain made the decision to stop medical treatment after a year-long battle with brain cancer. As we reported ... McCain's family said age was a factor in John's decision to cease treatment. Fact is ... he had surpassed expectations for survival.

The decorated politician's family said they are "immensely grateful for the support and kindness of all his caregivers over the last year, and for the continuing outpouring of concern and affection from John's many friends and associates, and the many thousands of people who are keeping him in their prayers."

McCain was diagnosed with glioblastoma back in July 2017 ... the same type of cancer that took the life of Senator Ted Kennedy back in 2009. McCain took some time off to fight the disease but continued chairing the influential Senate Armed Services Committee.

Most notably, he returned just a week after his brain cancer diagnosis to cast the deciding vote that killed President Trump's attempt to repeal Obamacare. The vote came as a huge surprise, to say the least, and added another wrinkle to the testy relationship he had with Trump. McCain said he did NOT want Trump attending his funeral.

McCain was a respected leader in the Senate, despite being labeled a maverick ... someone who broke from Republican ranks when he felt principle was more important than party.

Trump mocked McCain during his presidential campaign for being a prisoner of war ... saying he liked war heroes who were not captured. McCain -- a Naval Academy graduate who took tremendous pride in his "maverick" label -- was captured in October 1967 after his bomber was hit by a missile.

The force of the ejection was so violent, McCain broke his right leg and both arms. McCain was held in a prison camp where he said he was beaten every 2 or 3 hours by guards over the course of several days.

McCain was finally released on March 14, 1973 but the effects of the crash and torture were evident in his everyday life from that day forward ... with a visible limp when he walked and his inability to raise either arm above his shoulders.

McCain -- born on on August 29, 1936 in the Panama Canal -- served in the Navy until 1981 and quickly dove into politics. He was elected to Congress in 1982 and the Senate in 1986.

McCain ran twice for President. He lost to then-Texas governor George W. Bush in the 2000 primaries but won the Republican nomination back in 2008 ... with Sarah Palin as his running mate. The pair ultimately lost to Barack Obama and Joe Biden. McCain later said he regretted picking Palin.

McCain is survived by Cindy, his wife of 38 years, and his 5 children -- Meghan, John, James, Bridget and Sidney.

He was 81. RIP

A super slim Christian Bale and his family got their amusement park on ... but nobody was more amused than the woman who finally saw her "love" in real life.

Christian, his wife and kids were getting off the Storybook Land Canal Boats at Disneyland Friday when a fangirl spotted "The Dark Knight" actor and had a mini freakout ... see, it really is the happiest place on Earth.

As we reported ... Bale's back in thin body form, which we saw last month when he was on vacay with his family in Italy.

His current look is a far cry from how he looked last year ... when he bulked up and buzzed his hair to channel Dick Cheney for the upcoming biopic "Backseat." Pretty drastic transformation ... but we all know it's kind of Christian's thing.

And, we have a feeling no matter how he looks ... his Disneyland fan would still love him.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have settled their divorce case and the final settlement will be filed with the court after Ben gets out of rehab ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ, Ben and Jen have reached a property settlement, which was complicated and time-consuming because of the fortune that needed to be divided. We've learned the couple did NOT have a prenup, so all of their earnings during their 12-year marriage went into one pot.

As for custody ... we've learned they agreed to joint custody of their 3 children. What's a little unusual ... the settlement does not say how much custodial time Ben and Jen each get. We're told they have gotten along great co-parenting the kids, and feel it's better to shift custody back and forth depending on work schedules rather than abide by a rigid formula.

The wild card in all of this ... Ben's drinking. Our sources say Ben has fallen off the wagon for the last 18 months ... sometimes regaining sobriety only to slip again. It's obviously an issue because when Ben isn't sober it could put the children at risk when he's with them. It's something Ben and Jen have been dealing with for months.

The settlement is complete, but it hasn't been signed because of sobriety issues. However, we're told when Ben is out of rehab and back on his feet it will be signed, sealed and delivered to the judge, and then the divorce will become final.

As for reconciliation ... we're told absolutely not, and it's been that way for a long, long time.
