The Apple doesn't fall far from the tree -- and in Gwyneth Paltrow's case ... we mean that literally, especially after seeing these shots of them hitting the beach for the holidays.

The actress flew down to Barbados just ahead of Christmas this week, and it seems she and her brood are enjoying a sun-kissed winter season in the Caribbean -- perfect for taking a dip, which she and the rest of the crew did ... 18-year-old Apple Martin included.

GP's one and only daughter was tagging along with mom ... and just like Gwyneth, Apple was also rocking a two-piece bikini for their splash-fest in the water.

Gotta say ... both Gwyneth and Apple look really good, from the front and the back! Definitely better than what a lot of us can say around this time of the year -- when the eggnog is flowing and the stuffed turkey is making its way around nonstop.

Now, there were other people in their group that we can't quite identify -- including an older man who was with them, but definitely wasn't GP's hubby, Brad Falchuck. It might be grandpa or something ... but in any case, it looks like a sweet vacation getaway.

Tory Lanez's father is blowing a gasket after watching his son's conviction in the Megan Thee Stallion shooting trial ... directing his anger at cops, prosecutors and even Jay-Z.

Ya gotta see the video ... Tory's father launches into an epic rant outside the courthouse where his son was hauled off to jail, railing against the justice system.

Tory's dad is obviously taking issue with the lack of physical evidence presented at trial ... and he's also no fan of Jay-Z.

It's unclear why Tory's pops is pissed at HOV ... but Meg is signed to Jay-Z's Roc Nation.

Tory's stepmom is also upset ... and his family says the case isn't over, so it sounds like they want Tory's legal team to file an appeal.

As you know ... Tory was convicted Friday of all three charges against him, and he's facing more than 22 years in prison, and we're told the Canadian may be deported.

Tory's parents were also steaming mad inside the courtroom ... they screamed and hollered, claiming the court system was evil before being escorted outside.

Memphis rapper Big Scarr died as a result of a fatal prescription pain med OD ... relatives tell TMZ.

The up-and-coming rapper's uncle, Arthur Woods, tells us Big Scarr overdosed Thursday on prescription pills at his girlfriend's house in Memphis.

Big Scarr's uncle says he did not know when his nephew got the meds ... but he says Big Scarr faced several traumatic experiences in his life, including being shot and suffering a serious car accident injury.

The rapper got his stage name from the car accident when he was 16. It left a big scar on his body when he was thrown through a windshield. In the 2020 shooting, Big Scarr was struck by a bullet that traveled up his spine, and he needed surgery to remove his appendix.

The uncle says Big Scarr also battled depression ... citing the death of the rapper's grandmother as something that he took very hard.

As we reported ... Big Scarr was pronounced dead Thursday, with law enforcement sources telling us there were no signs of foul play.

Big Scarr's uncle is remembering his 22-year-old nephew as a nice young man and a beautiful person who was very passionate about music.

WWE Hall of Famer Teddy Long says he wants to see Vince McMahon make a comeback to his former company ... admitting he has no clue why the former chairman and CEO resigned in the first place.

Long made his opinion on his ex-boss very clear in an interview on the "Sportskeeda Wrestling" podcast ...  saying he disagrees with the 77-year-old's decision to step away for good even as he faced allegations of paying multiple women "hush money" not to discuss their relationships with him.

"I don’t see where there was any reason for him to step down or go away," Long said. "I mean, that’s just my opinion because I don’t know the circumstances or all the facts about what's been going on. But I just didn’t see any reason for him to step away, and if he wants to come back, let him come back."

"He’s done this his whole entire life, and to be away, I would imagine that takes a lot from him not being able to involve himself into what he’s been involved in all his life," he added.

Of course, Long, a former professional referee and wrestling manager, is best known for his time in WWE ... where he spent nearly two decades working for and alongside Vince.

McMahon, who helped grow the WWE into the wrestling conglomerate that it is today, announced his resignation from the company in July. He previously stepped down from his executive roles while WWE's Board of Directors investigated the troubling claims made against him.

Vince's retirement sent shockwaves throughout the sports entertainment world ... but the company has continued to push forward in his absence under the guidance of his daughter, Stephanie McMahon, and her husband, Triple H, WWE's Chief Content Officer.

The bottom line ... Long wants to see Vince back in the WWE.

Todd Chrisley is soaking up every last bit of life on the outside before he goes away for a long time -- breaking bread with an unofficial family member ahead of guaranteed slop.

The reality TV star was spotted Wednesday grabbing lunch in Nashville with his daughter Savannah's ex-fiancé, Nic Kerdiles ... in what appeared to be just a two-man outing between them ... no other Chrisleys in sight. They dined at a place called Green Hills Grille.

Eyewitnesses tell us they were talking a lot, leaning in close as they chatted in deep, serious conversation.

Makes sense ... there's a lot of heaviness hovering over the family right now -- especially with Todd and his wife, Julie. He's staring at a 12-year sentence ... Julie's facing 7 years.

So, yeah ... nothing to really be cheerful about in the Chrisley household -- but at least Todd seems to be trying to get out and enjoy what's left of his fleeting freedom.

As for the grub ... Todd and Nic ordered a spinach and artichoke dip appetizer -- and each got rib rolls for their main course. Even more evidence TC is counting his days ... Lord knows he won't be eating that well in the joint.

Lottie Moss, Kate's little sister, isn't defending herself on the subject of nepotism -- she's embracing it!

Lottie Moss has no time for social media haters who latched onto articles in Vulture and the NYMag about "nepo babies." Lottie, who herself is now a successful model, shot back with a simple thought ... life isn't fair.

She says "I'm so sick of people blaming nepotism for why they aren't rich and famous or successful - obviously it's not fair that people who come from famous families are getting the leg up because of that but guess what? Life isn't fair — if you put your mind to something you can accomplish anything! So instead of being negative about other peoples success go and try and create your own!"

Of course, she was dragged for daring to state the obvious.

One user wrote, "If you weren't Kate Moss' sister you'd be working the makeup counter at Debenhams. Please instruct your agent/publicist to vet your tweets in the future before you press send."

It's interesting ... Lottie has now deleted her Twitter account.

Just last week, she reflected on her career on IG ... saying she understands she came from a "very privileged position," but added her sister didn't give her a leg up.

Aaron Paul and his family have a new official surname -- the same one he's been going by, professionally at least, for years now.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Aaron's name change petition with the courts has been approved ... as have the ones submitted on behalf of his wife, Lauren, and their son Casper -- who'll now go by Ryden.

AP's kid, at first, was known as Casper Emerson Paul ... but now that a judge has signed off, his legal name is Ryden Caspian Paul. For her part, Lauren simply wanted to adopt her husband's stage surname -- which the court also granted.

In other words, everyone got what they wanted ... and there's new monikers to go around. As many know, Aaron's birth surname was Sturtevant -- but he apparently didn't like it anymore, and has been using Paul since before even his "Breaking Bad" days.

Mason and Reign Disick were riding high at Mason's bar mitzvah, with partygoers hoisting the famous brothers up towards the heavens ... and new footage from the blowout party shows the epic moment!

Ya gotta see the video ... Mason and his younger brother are in the middle of a huge mob of people, with sparklers going off and Mason's bar mitzvah cake being carted over to him when suddenly he rises up ... hoisted on people's shoulders. FYI ... Jewish tradition is to hoist the bar mitzvah boy up on a chair, but hey ... lifting them outright is ok, too.

While it was Mason's bar mitzvah, he shares a birthday with Reign ... so they both got hoisted in the air ... even though Reign's still a few years away from becoming a man in the Jewish culture.

As you see, proud papa Scott Disick is beaming from the sidelines.

Scott rented out Offsunset lounge, a Hollywood hotspot on the Sunset Strip, for the bash.

There were 200 people at the party, including 100 of Mason and Reign's friends. Like any good bar mitzvah, the kids were on the dance floor all night partying with a disc jockey.

Meanwhile, our sources say the parents had a great time watching their kids dance ... all the Kardashians were there, but notable absences included Corey Gamble, Travis Scott, Travis Barker and Kanye West.

Scott's fingerprints were all over Mason's bar mitzvah ... the lettering on the cake and banners hung around the party mirrored the clothing brand Chrome Hearts ... duds Scott likes to wear around town.

Romeo Miller is proverbially snapping the olive branch his dad Master P offered in half … with yet another round of receipts that paint his dad like a money-loving overlord!!!

In a scathing clap back, Romeo accused Master P of never paying any earnings from the family “Rap Snacks” brand … claiming to have blindly supported the company for 15+ years for a payoff that didn’t come.

Romeo also went DEEP into his time capsule to respond to P on Monday … digging up his preteen 106 & Park interview promoting the Rap Snacks with original hosts Free & AJ (ahem: Jermaine Dupri).

As Romeo sees it, P’s recent apologetic video is nothing but a gaslight attempt to gain public favor and thanked Rap Snacks execs for doing square business with him.

He's also under the impression his father is suffering from mental illness but we think they'll need a doc to be sure. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Earlier today, Master P told TMZ Hip Hop he was dropping the mic on feuding with Romeo and focusing on underprivileged kids … because helping the ungrateful is a waste of his time.

Master P is deading the feud with his oldest son, Romeo Miller … and apologizing for his role in their family fallout playing out on social media over the weekend.

In a passionate explanation, Master P told Romeo he was still grieving over the death of his daughter Tytyana Miller, and that his daily grind and hustle were part of his therapy.

Although he says he's trying to end the bitterness between them ... P still scolded his son for claiming he wasn't paid properly as a child rap star, and for not following his grind and hustle example!!!

Romeo had accused his pops of being "addicted" to social media, and doubled down on that with a poem he wrote titled, "The Tree of Trauma" ... where he dragged his daddy a bit more.

P signed off his PSA vowing to end the back-and-forth and tells TMZ Hip Hop every family deals with drama but he is focusing on giving back to less fortunate kids all season with toy drives through his MoneYatti brand!!!

Amar'e Stoudemire was arrested this weekend for domestic violence -- this after he allegedly beat his teenage daughter.

The ex-NBA star was booked early Sunday morning in Miami on one count of misdemeanor battery and one count of domestic violence. He posed for this mug shot on the way in -- but as of late Sunday morning, he appears to have been released from custody.

According to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ, Stoudemire is alleged to have struck one of his teen daughters -- one is 17 and another is 14 -- across the face at least twice ... once with a closed fist, which was described by the girl as a punch, and another being a slap.

The report states that his daughter was left bloodied from the hits, and goes on to say the alleged victim described him as continuing to strike her body after the blows to her face.

The reason he allegedly snapped ... per cops, Amar'e described disciplining her after she responded with "attitude" to her grandma (Amar'e's mother) when she called for her at his house, which caused Amar'e to confront his kid ... and allegedly dole out a "whooping."

The daughter is reported to have contacted her mother, Alexis, with photos of her alleged injuries -- which spurred the 911 call and subsequent arrest. Sounds like Alexis came to pick up the rest of their 3 kids and left with them all as well when police took Amar'e away.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle reportedly want a sit-down with the Royal Family to air out unsettled grievances, in hopes of an apology -- this after not feeling satisfied post-Netflix.

According to The Sunday Times, a source close to the Sussexes says Harry and Meg would very much like a meeting with senior members of the monarchy -- presumably, King Charles, and Prince William -- to tackle issues they just laid out in their series, "Harry & Meghan."

The reason they wanna hash it out once and for all ... this source, cited by The Times, claims they feel short-changed in the accountability department. Namely, they assert the Royals never addressed their problems head-on, nor did they ever own up to anything.

In light of Buckingham Palace moving mountains to make things right with Ngozi Fulani -- who was recently at the center of a race-related scandal at the hands of a high-ranking Royal official -- this source says H and M feel they're owed the same type of courtesy.

There's also the issue of Charles' coronation in May, which The Times says Harry and Meghan are expected to attend -- although, it's unclear by whom. They cite a senior Royal source who says, "If they want to get in touch with the King, they know where he lives."

Apparently, Harry and Megan would like to reach some sort of reconciliation before then ... but it's sounding like an icy one-way street and the feeling isn't mutual. Not only is Charles reportedly taking an aloof approach to the whole thing, but The Times also claims they've been told Will has no plans to speak to his brother for the time being.

The vow of silence is also one that the Royal institution as a whole is planning to maintain now that the Netflix series is over. Despite claims that palace aides and/or staff might've gone out of their way to plant stories about Meghan -- not to mention allegations of racism aimed at their son, Archie -- it seems the Royals are staying out of the mud on this one.

None of the Royals have responded to anything discussed in the special ... they've simply been carrying on with their duties heading into the holidays. If this report is to be believed about Harry and Meghan's wishes, things might come to a head sooner than later.

Britney Spears' dad, Jamie Spears, is spilling his guts for the first time about the conservatorship and his role in it ... defending the legal apparatus by calling it necessary.

Jamie spoke to the Daily Mail, explaining that he feels like he saved Britney's life and career by putting her in a conservatorship all those years ago ... noting that, for a time, it was working pretty well for her -- getting her back on track music/performing-wise.

He says, "Not everybody's going to agree with me. It's been one hell of a time. But I love my daughter with all my heart and soul. Where would Britney be right now without that conservatorship? And I don't know if she'd be alive. I don't."

JS also says the conservatorship allowed Britney to have a relationship with her children -- Jayden and Sean -- adding ... "For protecting her, and also protecting the kids, conservatorship was a great tool. Without it, I don't think she would have got the kids back."

Jamie also says he himself deeply misses Sean and Jayden, touching on a falling-out in recent years following an altercation where he was alleged to have gotten physical with one of them. In the wake of that, it seems things are still touchy -- although, Jamie says he's back in touch with their dad, Kevin Federline, and that he's hopeful for a reunion one day.

Of his family as a whole, Jamie says ... "The family's a mess. All we can do is keep praying." Another somewhat shocking claim he makes -- that it was he and Kevin who actually raised the boys together, which is why not being with them hurts so much.

Back to the conservatorship ... he once again sticks by his decision to start one for Britney, saying it allowed her to have a semblance of a normal life again, and pulled her out of financial ruin. Despite a lot of allegations that have been made by both Britney, her lawyer and her legion of #FreeBritney fans ... Jamie says no one really knows the truth.

He says, "I don't mind taking that beating because I know it's not true, and because I don't want to start something else. For my daughter to end up going further down the hole than she had been." He didn't address specific claims of Britney's -- including the notion that she was being spied on at one point, not to mention allegedly being overly-medicated/isolated.

On the issue of a reconciliation, Jamie made it seem like he was closer to coming together with Kevin and the boys before Britney -- he's not on speaking terms with her ... although, the report says he is living with or near her younger sister, Jamie Lynn, in Louisiana.

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky are finally ready to show their child off to the world -- introducing him with a pretty scenic background ... waves crashing on the California coast.

The couple was on hand for a photo shoot Friday afternoon in Malibu, where they were wearing matching black outfits and cozied up next to the shore with a camera crew and production team on standby. Of course, there was one other guest ... their 7-month-old son.

We'd identify him properly, but nobody knows his name yet. In any case, he was there being cradled by Papa Bear while mom got glammed up -- and you can see the kid's face.

Naturally, he's super cute ... and this revelation comes after RiRi posted a close-up video of her baby in the car -- and there, too, he's adorable. Sounds like she felt it was time to give up a glimpse of him publicly ... as we know, she's said she wanted to keep things private.

While this outing certainly looked like it could've been an official family gig ... there are moments here where it seems like only Rihanna is getting photographed. Maybe it was Bring Your Baby To Work Day, and Rocky was on dad duty. Guess we'll find out soon enough.

As we reported ... Rihanna gave birth on May 13. It's her and A$AP's first child together.

Camille Grammer's mother, Maureen Wilson Donatacci, has died ... TMZ has learned.

Reps for the 'RHOBH' star tell us Maureen passed away Saturday morning at her New Jersey home while surrounded by family. We're told she succumbed to a long battle with cancer that she fought through courageously.

Both Camille and Maureen have been afflicted with genetic cancers, and each of them have been champions of the cause over the past decade. Maureen was diagnosed with several types of cancer throughout her life -- including ovarian, colon and most recently, bladder.

Maureen was incredibly important to Camille -- as the reality star would often throw up throwback photos of her mom for Mother's Day and other holidays to honor her.

Camille's mother also appeared in a handful of 'Real Housewives' episodes ... including during Camille's Hawaiian wedding to her David Meyer. The fact Maureen was able to make it at all was clearly special to her daughter ... and Mama Bear even got some camera time.

We're told funeral arrangements for Maureen are pending. She's survived by her two children, as well as her grandchildren.

Maureen was 75.

Stephen "tWitch" Boss mom is thanking family and friends for their prayers and love after her son's shocking death.

Connie Boss Alexander expressed her gratitude on social media, saying ... "Family and friends, thank you for all the love, prayers and encouragement. Please know I see all the messages, texts, posts and the phone calls."

In the Instagram story, it's clear tWitch's death has been difficult on his mother, she says ... "I can't use words right now. Please know I will reach out when I can. Please continue to keep us in prayer."

Later on, tWitch's mom ends with a heartfelt note to her late son ... "Stephen Laurel, your mother loves you to eternity and beyond."

TMZ broke the story ... the popular DJ and TV host was found dead Tuesday inside an Encino motel, the result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He left a suicide note, alluding to challenges he's faced in the past.
