Britney Spears just took to her Instagram to post a very animated, bizarre video where she talks about everything from fashion to fans calling the cops for deleting her Instagram.

The whole thing is just under a minute long, and Britney talks in a semi-Australian/British accent. It starts out with Britney talking about a dress she made, getting help from a friend to sew it -- but then changes things up, and she talks about a dress that was shipped to her by a company.

Britney poses and dances with the dress -- moving it toward and then away from the camera several times.

She then shifts focus to a story TMZ broke, when fans called the cops to her house for a well-being check after she deleted her Instagram, saying, "So guys, I just want you to know if I shut down my Instagram, do not call the cops."

The next cut of the video shifts, with Britney exclaiming, "Don't ever be a roller coaster!" before darting off screen and running back across before disappearing again.

It ends with Britney yelling, "Never be a roller coaster!!!"

TMZ broke the story, those closest to Britney have become very alarmed by her recent behavior, even planning an intervention to get her help for both her mental health struggles and substance abuse. That intervention was then called off by someone in her camp.

We asked Britney's attorney, Mathew Rosengart, outside the courthouse last week who it was who decided to call the intervention off ... but he was uncharacteristically silent.

Our sources tell us she's taking meds that "hype her up" and she's been "flying off the handle" at various times through the week ... one source told us, "I'm afraid she's gonna die."

Terrifying scene out at Pittsburgh Pirates' spring training practice Tuesday ... a guest of the org. suffered a medical emergency on the field -- and needed immediate attention from trainers and doctors.

The incident happened while the man was helping shag fly balls in the outfield. According to the team, he suddenly collapsed, and officials rushed to his aid right away.

Reporters at the stadium described the scary scene ... with Post-Gazette Pirates beat writer Jason Mackey saying the individual needed CPR.

Pirates players, meanwhile, took a knee and looked on from the infield as the situation unfolded.

A spokesperson for the Pirates said the man eventually became "alert and responsive" -- before he was taken to the hospital for further evaluation.

Pirates practice ultimately resumed several minutes later.

Pittsburgh manager Derek Shelton spoke to the media afterward about what happened ... and he praised his team's medical staff for doing an "unbelievable job."

Travis Barker is doing all he can to heal himself before Blink-182's upcoming tour -- he's already wearing medical hardware after suffering from a gnarly finger injury.

Travis and his wife, Kourtney Kardashian, were seen Monday walking hand-in-hand -- gently, we hope -- through the streets of WeHo. Both were slurping iced matcha drinks, so Trav seemed pretty relaxed ... not at all freaking out about his banged-up digit.

If you look closely, you can see his left hand, or at least the damaged finger, is wrapped in a brace.

As we reported ... Blink-182's drummer shared a nasty pic Sunday, showing the bone in his ring finger nearly popping out of the skin.

Travis confirmed the severity of the injury earlier today ... sharing an X-ray, and it's clear his finger is either broken or dislocated.

Of course, this comes at a bad time for TB ... as Blink is set to begin its reunion world tour in less than a month.

Britney Spears and her husband, Sam Asghari, are out and about -- grabbing dinner in public and looking like nothing is amiss ... even though her inner circle is deeply concerned about her well-being.

The singer hit up Nobu in Malibu Sunday night, riding shotgun while Sam was in the driver's seat ... her manager, Cade Hudson, sitting in the back. Brit was rocking dark shades and everyone seemed to be decked out in brown, long coats.

TMZ broke the story ... Sam and others planned an intervention with Britney earlier this month ... which insiders described as a desperate attempt to stabilize her. As we reported, the concern was over her mental health and substance abuse.

We got Britney's lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, out late last week at an L.A. courthouse and asked him who called off the intervention, but he was mum.

We know the intervention planners are furious over the cancelation ... as they feel she's in serious, even life-threatening danger. Our sources tell us she's exhibiting erratic and volatile behavior.

Things aren't lookin' up for Travis Barker -- the drummer messed up his finger for the second time in 2 weeks ... and he shared the gnarly pic for all to see.

The Blink-182 bandmate posted the injury Sunday, showing his ring finger in pretty bad shape ... with what appears to be some sort of lump, or even a bone out of place.

He captioned the disturbing digit photo, "Again" -- because he messed up the same finger earlier this month, which he also proudly shared with fans.

That time, his finger was also swollen, the patient's one-word description was simply, "F***." He told his fans he smashed his finger during rehearsals, dislocating it and tearing ligaments. Unclear if the latest bang-up is more of the same, though.

Obviously, a finger injury could be brutal for a drummer like Travis ... and he's less than a month away from the Mexico kickoff of his band's world tour.

FYI -- he's supposed to be rockin' out with the group for a year straight.

Ya can't say Trav is holding back in rehearsals, but maybe he should!!!

Tom Sizemore had a MAJOR health scare ... and now the actor is fighting for his life in the hospital.

His manager, Charles Lago, tells TMZ ... Tom was hanging out at his L.A. home around 2 AM Saturday when he suffered a brain aneurysm and collapsed into unconsciousness.

Lago says someone found Tom and quickly called 911. EMS units responded and took him to a local hospital, where he was listed in critical condition in the intensive care unit.

At this point, Tom is in a "bad way," Lago says, and his chances for a full recovery seem uncertain.

Of course, Tom has had a litany of problems over the years with drug abuse and run-ins with the law. He has been arrested for DUI, domestic violence and possession of a controlled substance.

But, he's also been a successful actor who has appeared in some of Hollywood's most popular films, such as "Saving Private Ryan," "Black Hawk Down," "Natural Born Killers" and "Heat."

Richard Gere is recovering in Mexico this weekend after he caught a case of pneumonia -- this while vacationing with his family -- but the good news is ... he's gonna be alright.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the actor is down near Nuevo Vallarta this week -- where he's celebrating the 40th birthday of his wife, Alejandra Silva, with their kids. Alejandra posted a photo Thursday showing her and the kiddos walking toward a beach.

We're told that, before the trip, Richard developed a bad cough ... and it continued while he was there as well. Our sources say it got so bad, he had to check himself into a hospital ... where we're told he was diagnosed with pneumonia and treated in an overnight stay. Unclear what day he went in, but we're told it was during his vacay -- which is ongoing.

Fortunately, he was out the following day ... and we're told Richard was given antibiotics to help keep the illness at bay. For now, our sources say he seems to be doing much better.

Interestingly, Alejandra herself alluded to a sickness that apparently continued to dog Richard. In the IG post from Thursday ... she said the whole family had been ill for 3 weeks.

However, her IG Story post from Saturday seems to confirm what we're hearing about RG's condition -- namely, that he's okay. You can see her, Richard and one of their kids walking ... and she notes it's another beach day for them. Richard is seen wearing a mask.

Former President Jimmy Carter has apparently been in and out of the hospital of late -- pertaining to a number of ailments and injuries -- but now ... he's entering hospice care.

A statement issued by the Carter Center reads in part, "After a series of short hospital stays, former U.S. President Jimmy Carter today decided to spend his remaining time at home with his family and receive hospice care instead of additional medical intervention."

It adds, "He has the full support of his family and his medical team. The Carter family asks for privacy during this time and is grateful for the concern shown by his many admirers." It's unclear what Carter's recent hospital stays are related to -- but it's sad news nonetheless.

The obvious implication is that Carter is on his last legs, and may well pass away soon -- that's usually what entering hospice care means ... so, naturally, the well-wishes and salutes to his legacy are pouring in all over social media right now.

In 2019, Carter suffered a hard fall that left him rattled and in need of stitches. At the time, he also received surgery to relieve pressure in his brain, the result of internal bleeding from that same fall. Carter also beat skin cancer, which he'd been diagnosed with in 2015.

Carter, who's now 98 years old, served as the 39th President, beating incumbent Gerald Ford. He served one term and was succeeded by Ronald Reagan.

An incredible clip of Bruce Willis has come back to light after his recent dementia diagnosis ... one where he says there's nothing in this world that can keep him down.

The video comes from his 2018 Comedy Central roast ... hilariously digging at everything that's "attacked him" over the years -- from terrorists to male pattern baldness and divorce lawyers, but nothing's stopped him because he's "Bruce f***ing Willis."

He also settled the score on whether "Die Hard" is a Christmas movie -- thank God.

It's a fantastic speech ... one his adoring fans started sharing on social media shortly after his daughter Rumer broke the news his aphasia has progressed to frontotemporal dementia ... commonly known as FTD.

As we reported, she said the diagnosis was a painful one, but called it "a relief" for the family to finally have some sort of answer ... adding "challenges with communication are just one symptom of the disease Bruce faces."

Bruce's other daughter Scout shared her feelings Thursday night after the news broke -- saying she's "emotionally tired and a bit overwhelmed," but thankful for everyone who has shown support.

The "Naked And Afraid" contestant who burned the tip of his penis on hot coals has a very positive health update ... especially if you're his wife!

Sam Mouzer, a survivalist featured on the Discovery series, tells TMZ ... his penis is fully working again after his grueling -- and super cringe to watch -- medical emergency.

TMZ broke the story ... Sam's burning moment was captured as he filmed his episode for the new season -- an ember popped from the campfire, scorched his family pride and prompted him to scream out in pain.

Sam tells us he and fellow contestant, Lilly, were getting peppered with hot coals that fateful night in New Mexico ... and it was only a matter of time before one landed in the wrong spot.

Bullseye!!! He says it actually felt like putting out a cigarette on bare skin.

Sam says the pain was sudden and sharp, then the discomfort deepened and his penis started throbbing. Heard enough?

The good news ... Sam's back home in the United Kingdom after surviving 21 days in the Wild West, and he's having sex with his wife again. He also says the wound didn't get infected, so he's got a special 'thank you' for the show's medical staff.

Sam says he did come home with a little souvenir ... a very small blemish on the tip, which he refers to as his "Naked And Afraid" tattoo. Sounds like lots of contestants have them, he was just unlucky enough to get his in a very delicate area.

Bruce Willis' original diagnosis of aphasia has progressed, according to his family members ... who say the latest word from doctors is that he has frontotemporal dementia.

His daughter Rumer Willis posted that update and a statement from the family ... telling fans Bruce has now been diagnosed with a common cause of dementia, which is known as FTD.

The family says "Since we announced Bruce’s diagnosis of aphasia in spring 2022, Bruce’s condition has progressed and we now have a more specific diagnosis: frontotemporal dementia (known as FTD). Unfortunately, challenges with communication are just one symptom of the disease Bruce faces. While this is painful, it is a relief to finally have a clear diagnosis."

There are currently no treatments for FTD.

As we reported, Rumer initially revealed last year that aphasia would severely impact his ability to communicate, and, as a result, he would have to end his acting career.

Aphasia impacts the ability to comprehend words and/or speak. It can be caused by strokes, tumors or other brain damage, but it's not clear what led to his initial diagnosis.

Billie Eilish's L.A. home became the center of some very unnecessary police action thanks to a prankster who sounded a false alarm that the singer may be in trouble.

Several Glendale PD squad cars and officers ascended on the home Wednesday afternoon. Law enforcement sources tell us they got a call to check on Billie's well-being. We're told when cops got to the home, they made contact with members of Billie's team and determined everything was A-OK ... so it appears someone made a prank call.

While the call Wednesday was a false alarm, Billie and her family recently had a serious issue at the house where she grew up and where her parents still live.

TMZ broke the story -- Billie got a 5-year restraining order against Christopher Anderson after he allegedly broke into the family home last month, professing his love for the singer. The restraining order also protects her mom, dad and brother, Finneas.

As we've reported ... Billie is just another in a string of celebs who have fallen victim to these pesky calls.

If Bruce Springsteen's guitar tech needed a refresher on who "The Boss" is, he got it ... in the form of a flying guitar that ended up striking him right in the head!!!

Now, no one's suggesting Bruce did this on purpose, but it can't make much of a difference to the stage hand's noggin after Bruce and the E. Street Band's Feb. 3 show at Atlanta's State Farm Arena.

As the band was wrapping up a tune, Bruce turned to toss his eclectic guitar to his guitar tech, Kevin Buell ... but instead of it landing in his hands -- as it has hundreds of times -- Bruce's axe hit Kevin in the head, and took him down to the ground.

Looks like Kevin just fumbled the bag this time, and Springsteen was totally surprised as he quickly went over to check on him, but he'd already exited backstage.

Bruce joked on the mic, "One man down!!!"

No word on how Kevin's doing, but we're guessing "I'm On Fire" was playing in his pounding head for a few days.

Jillian Michaels is not a fan of the latest weight loss trend -- celebs and millions of non-celebs using diabetes meds to slim down -- and she says actual data proves it's just not worth the risk.

The fitness guru joined "TMZ Live" Wednesday and shared concerns about the diabetes drug Semaglutide -- sold as brands like Wegovy and Ozempic -- which got FDA approval in 2021 for "chronic weight management" in adults with weight-related health conditions.

Jillian tells us the injectable drug has significant side effects ranging from typical to severe ... including thyroid cancer, kidney issues and pancreatitis.

Set aside, for just a moment, the fact the diet craze  -- which folks like Chelsea Handler, Elon Musk and Michael Rubin have copped to joining -- is making it harder for diabetes patients to fill potentially lifesaving prescriptions.

But, JM says the drugs don't actually help folks achieve significant weight loss goals. She adds, the real kicker is one study shows some users regained nearly 70% of the weight they'd lost by taking the drug.

Ultimately, Jillian says you can reach achieve much more effective, long-lasting weight loss by getting active and making better dietary choices.

Damar Hamlin is breaking his silence on his controversial Super Bowl jacket ... saying he never meant to offend anybody by wearing it -- and calling it simply "abstract art."

Hamlin rocked the coat -- which featured a crucifix with an altered Jesus head on it -- to the Chiefs vs. Eagles game at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz. -- and a day later, Adrian Peterson ripped him for it.

The future Hall of Famer called it blasphemous and disrespectful. He said he later spoke to Hamlin to explain his opinion.

The 24-year-old Buffalo Bills safety finally opened up about the situation on his Twitter page Wednesday afternoon ... saying he had absolutely no intent to disrespect anybody with outfit choice.

"After talking with my parents I understand how my coat could have offended some people," Hamlin wrote.

"It was never my intentions to hurt or disrespect anyone, the coat is abstract art to me. It says Eternal which I am Eternally thankful to my Savior!"

He added, "My beliefs and Relationship with God is not tied to symbolic images."

The NFL player, who's still on the mend after going into cardiac arrest during a "Monday Night Football" game last month, then promised to learn from it all.

Stanley Wilson Jr. -- a former Detroit Lions cornerback and the son of ex-Bengals running back Stanley Wilson Sr. -- has died after collapsing at a mental hospital earlier this month ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Wilson Jr. had been in police custody following his vandalism arrest back in August ... but according to prosecutors, he was declared incompetent to stand trial and was transferred from county jail to the Metropolitan State Hospital in Los Angeles County on Feb. 1.

But, law enforcement sources tell us during intake at the medical facility -- which specializes in caring for those with mental health issues -- he collapsed and died.

Our sources say foul play is not suspected. Autopsy results are pending toxicology.

Wilson Jr. was just 40 years old.

The former defensive back was taken by the Lions in the third round of the 2005 NFL Draft ... and went on to play three seasons for the team -- before suffering a career-ending Achilles injury prior to the beginning of the 2008 season.

After his NFL career had concluded, Wilson found himself in trouble with the law multiple times.

In 2016, he was charged with attempted burglary after he was shot in the abdomen after he allegedly attempted to break into a home in Portland while completely nude. Months later, in 2017, he was arrested after he was accused of walking around a Portland neighborhood while naked. He was arrested a third time in 2017 after another alleged attempted break-in.

In August, he was arrested once again for allegedly breaking into a home and then taking a bath in an outdoor fountain after ransacking the place.

Wilson Jr. played in 32 games in his pro football career, logging eight pass breakups, a forced fumble and 87 total tackles.
