Bam Margera Recent Split From Wife ... Caused Him To Bounce From Rehab

Published | Updated

Bam Margera has another crisis on his plate besides recently fleeing rehab -- although they're related -- we've learned a split from his wife played a big part in his decision to leave the facility.

A rep for Bam tells TMZ ... he and his wife Nikki Boyd broke up a couple of weeks ago. Since then, he hasn't been able to get ahold of her or see his son, Phoenix Wolf. We're told she has not responded to any of Bam's calls or texts, and has been absent from his recovery process.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Due to the separation, Bam was staying at a sober living home when he made his unauthorized exit from rehab. We're told he held it together for a while, but after not hearing from Nikki or his son for 2 weeks ... he showed poor judgment and left the treatment center.

We're also told the facility wasn't giving him special celeb treatment -- which isn't a bad thing, but in the past others have, so that set him off too.

TMZ broke the story ... the "Jackass" star was reported missing Monday after leaving the FL rehab center, and cops went looking for him.

When they found him on Wednesday, a crisis intervention team went into a Delray Beach hotel and escorted him back to treatment. He learned Nikki took Phoenix out of Florida without telling him, and voluntarily went back to treatment.

Last year Nikki filed documents in Los Angeles seeking full custody of their son, allowing Bam supervised visitation.

We obtained photos of Bam out Tuesday night at a few bars close to his hotel. We're told he'd been off his medication for several days, and his team was worried he'd relapsed.

The good news is he's back in treatment.

Kim K & Kanye Attend North's Basketball Game ... No Pete In Sight

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West seem to be on much better terms than some might think -- especially amid Pete Davidson's continued integration -- because the exes reunited again.

Check out these photos, obtained by TMZ, which we're told were shot Friday at a multi-purpose gym facility near Thousand Oaks, CA ... where their eldest daughter, North, was playing in a league basketball game for kids around 7 PM.

There's mom and dad in the stands ... looking on as North does her thing with her team. They weren't even that far apart -- just a row back from one another, in very close proximity.

Eyewitnesses tell us they did speak from time to time throughout the evening, and appeared to be cordial. Neither parent made a big scene by cheering or much of anything else ... we're told they looked like they were just trying to lay low and just watch North together.

This is definitely a good sign of successful co-parenting, which Kim and Kanye had already shown they can do without issue. Remember, they did this exact sort of thing back in March when they hit up Saint's soccer game in the same crew. There, too, they looked OK.

That was during a time when Kanye was raging online as Pete and Kim's relationship was getting more serious ... but since then, he's calmed down a lot and been mostly silent.

Of course, much has changed in the months that have followed ... including the undeniable fact that PD has not only met Kim and Kanye's kids, but has gotten pretty close with them as well -- evidenced in a recent one-on-one outing he had with their son at The Grove.

When people saw this ... they figured Ye might flip his lid again, but based on this latest outing between the two parents, something tells us everyone's on the same page now.

Amber Heard Jury Was Starstruck by Johnny

Published

Amber Heard aired her grievances on losing in court to Johnny Depp, and she thinks part of the reason she lost was because jurors were enamored by Johnny's celebrity status.

Amber sat down for a "Dateline" interview and ticked off a bunch of reasons why she says she lost. At one point she almost repeated -- word-for-word -- what her lawyer said in the closing argument about what they say was a catch-22 ... if they have evidence it was made up and if they don't they're just blowing smoke.

Amber, holding back tears, did not blame the jury for the outcome. She says part of the reason they reached their verdict was because Johnny is a beloved character. She also complained the verdict was pre-ordained after a slew of "paid employees" and "randos" testified on behalf of her ex.

She is not backing down from her claims of sexual and physical violence at the hands of Johnny, saying it was an impossible situation for her to get her story out and feeling the disdain from inside the courtroom and the outside world.

She said her goal in doing the interview was so people could see her as a human being.

Amber Heard My Therapist Detailed Alleged Abuse By Johnny ... It's All In Doctor's Notes!!!

Published | Updated

Amber Heard says years of notes from her therapist lay out the ways in which she was allegedly being abused by Johnny Depp.

The actress says she has a binder chock full of notes from therapy sessions with a doctor, dating back to 2011, who she was reporting the alleged abuse to ... and she says it's a real-time account of what was going on between her and Johnny.

Amber turned over the documents to NBC as part of her interview with Savannah Guthrie ... according to a preview clip from Friday's upcoming "Dateline" episode, which shows pages of notes on-screen with an excerpt reading, "He hit her, threw her on floor."

There's more ... the "Dateline" episode also includes notes alleging Johnny "ripped her nightgown, threw her on the bed" and "threw her against a wall and threatened to kill her."

The documents were not included in Amber's legal showdown with Johnny ... a trial Johnny won ... because the judge reportedly ruled the therapist's notes were hearsay and inadmissible.

Johnny's legal team issued a statement to "Dateline," saying the actor wants to move forward with his life after winning the case against his ex-wife Amber.

Clearly Amber is not ready to do the same.

'Vanderpump' Stars Tom & Katie See Ya Later to Our Home ... After Filing for Divorce

Published | Updated

"Vanderpump Rules" star Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz have officially gone their separate ways, and now, they're doing the same with the home they shared while married.

The two have listed the pad at $2.7 million ... considering they bought it back in 2019 for just under $2 million, there's a chance they'll turn a profit. It's got plenty of ways to entertain guests, including a pool, patio and backyard spa.

Obviously, the listing was expected, Katie recently opened up about moving out of the home and getting an apartment of her own.

In an emotional IG post about leaving the home, she wrote  ... "I hate goodbyes. And this one hurts a lot. The emotions and words are hard to pin down. Closing this chapter on my life feels like attending my own funeral."

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

She continued, "Thank you house for being the coziest brightest home, for the memories, for being my sanctuary, for letting me dress you up like a hallmark movie set at Christmas and for being OURS."

Of course, this all comes about 3 months after Katie filed for divorce from Tom, in L.A. County Superior Court. They both reportedly decided not to keep the house, following the split ... cause it was too much for just one person.

Stephen Apelian of Coldwell Banker Realty holds the listing.

Diddy New Song About Split From Cassie ... I Gotta Finally Move On!

Published | Updated

Diddy is dropping his first single in 6 years ... with a message to his ex, Cassie ... saying he's gotta move on -- and that's a good thing, 'cause she already has.

Sources close to Diddy tell TMZ ... the new song is titled "Gotta Move On," and it's dropping Friday and includes a feature from Bryson Tiller.

One of the song's verses includes the lyrics ... "You found a new man, so I gotta move on. Guess you got a new agenda, with someone you barely know. I won't, say you’re wrong. Guess you had to move on."

Diddy briefly teased he was releasing new music when he hosted the Billboard Awards earlier this year, but now it's about to drop.

You'll recall ... Diddy and Cassie split toward the end of 2018 after being on and off for a decade, with Cassie moving on to date and marry celebrity trainer Alex Fine. Cassie and Alex have two daughters together ... so safe to say, Diddy's in her rear view.

When Cassie first got with Alex, Diddy felt betrayed because he believed they hooked up before his breakup with her ... an allegation Cassie denied.

And, don't forget this nugget ... Diddy actually hired Alex -- a pro bull rider and personal trainer -- to train Cassie when he was still dating her.

Hopefully, music can heal some of those wounds.

Rob Kardashian NO SETTLEMENT OF REVENGE PORN CASE ... Blac Chyna Trial Looms

Published | Updated

Rob Kardashian just struck out in his bid to end another legal war with his ex, Blac Chyna ... and now it looks like her revenge porn case is going to trial.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge just denied Rob's attempt to enforce a settlement he says he struck with Blac Chyna that would have made the case go away before trial.

TMZ broke the story ... Rob filed legal docs earlier this month claiming he struck a deal with Blac Chyna to drop her revenge porn lawsuit and claimed she was trying to back out on the alleged deal.

Rob said Chyna had agreed to drop the suit if Rob helped get her dropped from a separate lawsuit ... with Rob saying he agreed to hold up his end of the alleged bargain, and she should be held to her end.

RK asked the judge to enforce the alleged deal with Chyna ... but the judge just said no.

As a result, it looks like Rob and Chyna are heading for another legal showdown as the case was set to go to trial this month.

Remember ... the Kardashians soundly defeated Blac Chyna in their recent legal battle over the former couple's canceled reality show.

Now, the stage is set for a second fight.

Stay tuned ...

Juror in Depp/Heard Trial We Didn't Buy Her 'Crocodile Tears'

Published

A juror in the Johnny Depp/Amber Heard trial says they just didn't buy what he says were Amber's emotional swings, from "crying" to "ice cold."

The juror, who wanted to stay anonymous, spoke to 'GMA' Thursday, saying he took umbrage at Heard's post-verdict statement that the jury ruled the way it did because of Depp's star status.

The male juror seemed to be swayed in no small part by Amber's demeanor on the stand, saying jurors were "uncomfortable" by what he seemed to say were dramatic outbursts they just didn't buy, saying ... "The crying, the facial expressions, the staring at the jury, all of us were very uncomfortable." He says some of the jurors called her sobbing "crocodile tears."

He went on to say the jury felt Amber was more the aggressor than the victim ... "A lot of her story didn't add up. The majority of the jury felt that she was the aggressor. She would answer one question and she would be crying and two seconds later she would turn ice cold."

He went on to say the jury felt Amber and Johnny were mutually abusive, but "he just seemed a little more real in terms of how he was responding to questions. His emotional state was very stable throughout."

AGGRESSIVELY SEARCHED

As for Heard's comments on "Today," that Johnny won because he was a bigger star and more likable -- the juror insists they reached their decision based on evidence ... full stop.

He also took issue with the claim social media guided the verdict, saying at least 3 of the 7 jurors didn't even use Facebook or Twitter.

Khloe Kardashian 'You Really F***** Up Your Life' ... After Tristan Cheats Again

Published | Updated

Khloe Kardashian has clearly had enough of Tristan Thompson and his cheating ways, giving a behind-the-scenes look at her reaction after she'd learned he got another woman pregnant.

Khloe didn't hold back on Thursday's season finale of "The Kardashians" during a chat with sister, Kim Kardashian, Khloe said of TT, "Wow, you really f***** up your life."

During the heart-to-heart, Kim tells Khloe, "If that were me and I was really trying to redeem myself and I was trying to be a better person, I would definitely just keep my d*** in my pants."

Khloe chimes in saying, "You would think. You either wear a condom, get a vasectomy, or you don't f*** random people that you meet in other states. It's not rocket science".

Of course, we know the random person turned out to be personal trainer Maralee Nichols, and Tristan ended up being the father of her son. As you know, Tristan filed legal docs admitting to having sex with her almost immediately after the 30th birthday party Khloe threw for him.

As we've reported, TT caught the full wrath of the Kardashian sisters, including Kylie who called him "the worst person on the planet", but clearly Khloe had a few words to say too.

Khloe and Tristan continue to co-parent their daughter, True, but are no longer together romantically.

Joe Exotic The Wedding Is Off, Y'all!!! Splits From Prison Fiancé

Published | Updated

Joe Exotic's gotta be singing "Looking for love in all the wrong places" -- his wedding plans are suddenly off now that his "Twilight"-esque relationship with his prison fiancé is dunzo.

Joe's divorce attorney Autumn Blackledge tells TMZ ... Joe believed he'd fallen in love with fellow inmate John Graham, but ever since John got released from their federal prison in Texas ... he's moved on and ended things with Joe.

We're told Joe will continue to have a close relationship with John's son and some members of his family, and despite their split ... Joe has only nice things to say about his ex.

Sounds like Joe's broken heart is healing quickly, though -- we're told a "very special man" came back into his life recently, someone picking up where they left off before he "put his head up his ass." No official word on who it is yet, but a name comes to mind.

TMZ broke the story ... Joe filed for divorce from Dillon Passage in March, with his relationship with John being the reason why. Joe and Dillon were estranged for more than a year before Exotic filed divorce docs from jail.

We're told JE's divorce from Dillon is still making slow but steady progress, so there's a chance this mystery man might be someone totally new ... to the public, anyway.

Prison plot twist!!!

Amber Heard I Still Love Johnny ... Even After Court Loss

Published | Updated

Amber Heard says she has a lot of mixed feelings about Johnny Depp post-trial, but one of those feelings is apparently love ... even after all of the nasty back and forth.

The final clip from actress' sit-down with "Today" aired Wednesday, and a range of topics was covered ... including where her ex lies in heart. According to Amber, JD is still near and dear, to some degree -- despite the fact he took her to court and won $8.35M.

I SPOKE THE TRUTH

Savannah Guthrie references Amber's own words about Johnny -- a statement in which she said she still has love for him -- and asks if it's true today. AH says it is.

Amber was also asked if she feels like Johnny has succeeded in ruining her globally -- as he alluded to over text once -- and she says yes, going on to say she feels like he could sue her again if she isn't careful.

061422_amber_heard-abuse-kal 6/14/22
WHAT ABOUT THE ABUSE?!

Savannah asks about Amber's young daughter and how she plans on explaining this to her one day ... Amber says she'll tell her the truth, and be okay with it knowing she did the right thing, as she believes she's on the right side of history.

At one point in the full interview, Amber is asked about credibility -- including her $7 million pledge to the ACLU, which she hasn't completed -- and while she notes she shouldn't have had to make that to be believed, AH acknowledges that might've played a factor in the jury ruling against her. As Savannah notes, the trial was all about character and trustworthiness.

The entire interview will air on "Dateline NBC" this week in what the network says is extra, unaired footage touching on evidence Amber believes should've made it in the case.

Britney Spears Fires Security Team After Wedding Day Chaos with Ex-Husband

Published | Updated

It's out with the old and in with the new for Britney Spears' security team ... canning the squad who allowed her ex-husband to not only crash the wedding, but get inside her home.

Sources close to the singer tell us she recently made the decision to fire the existing security team, and replace them with an all new bunch. The move isn't totally surprising, but we're told it happened quickly after Thursday's fiasco.

TMZ broke the story, Jason Alexander -- armed with a knife -- live streamed himself getting onto Britney's property and inside to the second level of her home, demanding to see her, on her wedding day. Fortunately, he wasn't able to make contact with the singer, and cops arrested him.

We were at the courthouse Monday for Alexander's arraignment on charges of vandalism, trespassing and battery ... but the judge also added a felony stalking charge and granted Britney a 3-year restraining order against Jason.

Britney's attorney, Mathew Rosengart, who had previously stated he would do everything in his power to make sure Britney was protected, also attended the hearing.

Rosengart told us he hopes the harsh sentence will deter any future copycats from trying to get into Britney's space.

I SPOKE THE TRUTH

Amber Heard says she stands by every word she spoke during her 6-week trial with Johnny Depp -- words she calls "truth to power."

A new portion of her 'Today' interview with Savannah Guthrie dropped Tuesday. Here, we see Amber doubling down yet again in her defense -- namely, arguing that everything she testified to had, in fact, happened.

She also talks about social media -- backing her lawyers' gripes that the jury must've seen it -- and even addresses the sea of Depp fans she was up against.

When SG asks her what she makes of people who might be disgusted with both of them -- Amber says she gets it, but that what those folks might not understand is that this case was actually constitutional rights.

Savannah pushes back, saying the First Amendment doesn't protect lies that amount to defamation ... which Amber totally agrees with, insisting she told none. AH says she did the opposite ... speaking "truth to power," as she puts it, for which she says she paid the price.

061422_amber_heard-abuse-kal 6/14/22
WHAT ABOUT THE ABUSE?!

On the issue of whether she was "acting," Amber rhetorically asks how she could hold up against one of the greats of this generation ... implying JD was the one putting on a show.

There's more ... including Savannah throwing Amber's own recorded words -- in which she admits to hitting Johnny and starting fights -- right back in her face. But, Amber tells her they were out of context and don't paint the full picture.

Britney Spears Moving Day into Her New Mansion!!! Same 'hood as K-Fed

Published | Updated

Britney Spears has a massive new home to go with that new marriage -- and she and Sam Asghari are already packed up to move.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... she plunked down $11.8 million for the mansion in Calabasas. The 11,650 sq. foot home is actually pretty close to where Kevin Federline lives with their 2 sons, Sean and Jayden.

Brit's white Mercedes-Benz was in the driveway Monday, along with moving trucks ... so, it looks like the newlyweds are getting into their new place ASAP.

Sam and Brit's new playground sits on 1.6 acres of land ... its got a huge kitchen, a home movie theatre, and even a room just for gift-wrapping. Christmas is gonna be 🔥!!!

Outside, they've got a huge pool, complete with a waterslide. Oh, the IG videos Brit's gonna make back there.

This area is home to lots of other big stars -- Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker live there now, and Justin Bieber used to call it his home before he and Hailey moved to Bev Hills.

The move explains why the couple didn't jet outta town on a honeymoon right after their wedding Thursday night at Brit's current home in Thousand Oaks, CA.

According to property records, "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" stars Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman and Todd Bernstein of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage handled the listing and sale, but had no comment.

As for how K-Fed feels about the move -- a source tells us, "Kevin was surprised that of all the neighborhoods she can afford to move to she chose his. As long as his peace and tranquility aren't invaded as a result, more power to her."

Amber Heard I Don't Blame Jury for Depp Verdict Social Media was Lopsided

Published | Updated
061322-amber-heard-kal
I DON'T CARE WHAT THEY THINK

Amber Heard is speaking out and showing her face for the first time since losing big in the Johnny Depp case -- saying she holds no ill-will toward the jury, but social media is another story.

The actress sat down for an interview with 'Today,' which is going to be aired in pieces throughout the week ... but right out the gate, NBC is teasing a couple juicy soundbites from her chat with Savannah Guthrie in which AH gets into her feelings about the trial.

For starters, she discusses the social media coverage -- which was overwhelmingly in favor of her ex, Johnny Depp, and which she was clearly aware of during the 6-week proceedings.

She says even if you don't believe her/think she lied, you can't deny the posts in the digital world have been lopsided, suggesting there hasn't been a "fair representation" of both sides online.

Interestingly, Amber's attorney, Elaine Bredehoft, also tried to deflect blame toward the viral aspect of the saga, rather than take ownership of the loss.

As for the 7 men and women who said they didn't buy her account, Amber says there's no hard feelings, but she thinks it was Depp's personality and super-stardom that won them over.

Watch the clip, she seems to think JD charmed their pants off, and she also believes the fact Depp's side was able to present witnesses first also helped.

While Guthrie seemingly tries to point out Amber lost because her team presented a poor case, so far ... it doesn't sound like Amber is accepting that as a reality for how things went.
