True Thompson is growing up right before our eyes ... because Khloe Kardashian's baby girl is taking her first steps, and it's all on video!!!

Khloe posted these super cute clips to her Instagram story on Sunday, cheering on True as she starts walking for the first time all on her own!

The family milestone went down in Khloe's house, with True booking it through the living room and the playroom. Guess it helps to have an NBA superstar for a father. Tristan Thompson's kid is already walking tall.

True is the youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner family ... with Khloe and Tristan putting their recent relationship drama aside earlier this month to celebrate True's 1st birthday party.

It's a huge weekend for the Kardashian-Jenner klan ... also on Sunday, Kim threw a CBD-infused baby shower celebrating the arrival of her 4th child with Kanye West.

But, this moment is all about True and we can already feel our hearts melting!

Kids ... they grow up so fast.

Joseph Baena just graduated from college ... and his old man is beaming with pride.

Arnold Schwarzenegger shared the news Saturday along with a happy photo of the 2, saying ... "Congratulations Joseph! Four years of hard work studying business at Pepperdine and today is your big day!"

He added ... "You have earned all of the celebration and I’m so proud of you. I love you!"

Arnold and Joseph have been tight the past several years -- even working out together -- but as far we know, Arnold's kids with Maria Shriver -- Katherine, Christopher, Christina and Patrick -- have never had a relationship with him.

Doesn't look like any of them were at the graduation either ... but that's not going to spoil the moment for father and son.

Kylie Jenner's letting all of L.A. know her man's birthday's coming up ... and she and Stormi want him to have a happy one.

Travis Scott got a huge bday shoutout from Kylie Friday in the form of a billboard on the corner of one of the busiest intersections in West Hollywood -- Santa Monica and La Cienega.

The billboard features a huge headshot of their 1-year-old daughter along with another pic of her and Mom, with the message ... "Happy Birthday Daddy." It's signed, "Love, Mommy & Stormi XO."

As if this was not enough, Kylie also threw Travis an 'Avengers'-themed bash Thursday night, which included a private screening for 'Endgame.'

Scott's actual birthday isn't until Tuesday, April 30 ... but who is keeping track? He'll be 28.

BTW -- Travis' bday billboard is directly across the street from another one with a giant face on it ... Taylor Swift's. As we reported ... she's got something important she want's to advertise, as well.

Kelly Stafford is back home with her NFL husband and their kids after a complication from her recent brain surgery landed her back in the hospital ... and boy is she glad to be home!

Matt Stafford's wife returned to the hospital Wednesday due to severe pain following a 12-hour procedure to remove a tumor from her brain.

She had initially been released from the hospital before Easter Sunday -- but the pain became too much to handle and she was readmitted to the E.R.

But, good news on Friday ... docs allowed Kelly to return to her home where she immediately snuggled up with her fam.

She's not 100% -- far from it -- admitting the surgery has messed with her ability to balance and when she moves her head a certain way, she feels like a drunk person.

"I can’t turn my head right without feeling college drunk," Stafford said.

"I’m talking end of the night, cant put one foot in front of the other, knowing you’ll be sleeping on the bathroom floor, college drunk."

"I have to rework my brain to know that it can only rely on my left side, which will take time, a good amount of time."

Kelly says she's using their 3 children -- Sawyer, Chandler and Hunter -- as motivation during recovery ... so she can get back to spending more time with them.

"I miss them so much, but I’m so grateful I got that time today and now I have my inspiration to keep on pushing!"

John Singleton's stroke triggered what appears to be a family war over his condition and care, because one of John's daughters has just effectively called John's mother a liar.

Cleopatra Singleton claims in new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, that her dad is NOT in a coma and claims he's getting better everyday. This is in stark contrast to the legal docs filed just yesterday by John's mom, Shelia, who claimed he was in a coma and had suffered a "major stroke."

We broke the story, Shelia wanted to establish a conservatorship to handle John's business dealings while he lay incapacitated.

Cleopatra says Shelia is up to no good, claiming she's abused her position as John's personal and business manager, especially when it came to supporting his 7 children. Cleopatra, a college sophomore, says in the docs that Shelia has stated her intention to liquidate John's assets and leave his kids with nothing.

Cleopatra attacks Shelia, saying, "My father's allowed his mother to stay in that position out of fear and obligation to her as she's bullied and abandoned my father since he was a small child, leaving him emotionally defenseless."

John suffered a stroke last week as he was being treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. as a patient for a problem with his leg.

Cleopatra says her father is breathing on his own but is in a medically sedated state. She says he responds to stimuli and has even smiled on many occasions. She adds, doctors have told her John could be out of ICU in 5 days.

Britney Spears will have a big reunion today ... with her kids.

Britney and Kevin Federline have joint custody of 13-year-old Sean and 12-year-old Jayden. The arrangement has been that she gets them 3 days, he gets them 3 days, she gets them 3 days, he gets them 3 days, and so on.

Britney has had less than the agreed-upon 50/50 custody for several months leading up to her stay at the mental health facility. While she was doing poorly, the kids would visit, but Kevin had the kids most of the time.

So, Britney begins her 3 days with the kids today, but there's still significant concern about her mental state. Our sources say the 30-day stay at a mental health facility -- which ended Wednesday -- put her in a better place, but there are still issues with her judgment, and it goes beyond medication.

As we reported, doctors continue to struggle, trying to find the right combination of meds to stabilize Britney. The meds she had been taking lost their efficacy, and creating a new cocktail is fraught with problems. Britney had stopped taking the new meds earlier this year when they were doing more harm than good.

We're told progress is being made, but there's another big unresolved factor. The meds will stabilize her, but there are more fundamental mental health issues that go to judgment and perspective, and that requires intensive therapy ... something she has been and will continue to receive.

Short story ... she's doing better, but she's not right, at least not yet. It's something her dad, Jamie, has been dealing with for nearly a dozen years as her conservator, trying to give her the space she needs to live her life, and at the same time steer her away from disaster.

Elisa Johnson, Magic Johnson's daughter, says she suffered "intense scarring" on her stomach while escaping a terrifying home invasion back in December ... and now she's sharing the pics.

We broke the story ... Elisa was at a home in the San Fernando Valley on Dec. 2 when 2 armed men broke in and began terrorizing the 10 people inside.

We're told they held people at gunpoint and shoved people around while stealing cash, jewelry and electronics.

Elisa was able to escape through a sliding glass door at the back of the home and ran down the street.

TMZ obtained surveillance video from a neighbor's home which showed two men lurking on the block a few hours before the home invasion. We don't know if either of these guys are the suspect, but we know neighbors were suspicious

Now, the 24-year-old says she was injured at some point during the incident -- suffering damage to her abdomen.

"Months ago, I escaped from a home invasion and in the process I was left with intense scaring on my stomach," Elisa says.

"Until now I’ve been so afraid to show these scars, and incredibly insecure about the way I look. But I now realize these scars are a part of my journey, and tell the story of who I am."

Elisa says she loves her body and "I am proud to be in the place I am today. #selfhealing."

Cops were called to Tyreek Hill's Kansas home Thursday night -- just hours after disturbing audio recordings went public ... TMZ Sports has learned.

A spokesperson for the Overland Park Police Department confirms two units were sent to the Kansas City Chiefs star's Overland Park, Kansas home around 8:30 PM local time.

The audio tapes purportedly capturing Hill threatening his fiancee during a heated conversation about their child abuse case had gone public just around 2 hours prior to the police call.

A spokesperson wouldn't tell us the specific nature of the call, but suggested it was connected to the release of the audio tapes.

We're told no one was arrested as a result of the call -- including Hill. In fact, it's unclear if Hill was even home at the time police arrived to the house.

Cops were only at the residence for about 20 minutes, and as the police spokesperson put it, "It wasn't that exciting."

As we previously reported ... Hill and his fiancee, Crystal Espinal, have been the subject of a child abuse investigation after officials say their 3-year-old son was injured in a suspicious incident.

So far, prosecutors say they are not pressing charges against the couple.

However, Thursday afternoon, an audio recording from late March went public in which a man believed to be Hill tells his fiancee, "You need to be terrified of me too, b*tch."

On the recording, Hill's fiancee accuses the wide receiver of breaking their son's arm -- an allegation Tyreek adamantly denied.

9:40 PM PT -- The Chiefs announced they have suspended Hill from all team activities.

New audio tapes have surfaced purporting to capture NFL star Tyreek Hill threatening his fiancee over an alleged child abuse incident involving their 3-year-old son -- where you can hear a man say, "You need to be terrified of me too, bitch."

The audio was reportedly recorded by Hill's fiancee, Crystal Espinal, as an "insurance policy" -- and then passed to a friend who gave it to KCTV in Kansas City.

The recording is believed to have been made in early March.

As we previously reported, the Kansas City Chiefs superstar WR and Espinal were the subjects of a child abuse investigation involving their 3-year-old. There are reports the boy suffered a broken arm.

KCTV has now released the audio -- claiming the man you hear on the recording is, in fact, Tyreek Hill.

KCTV also says the tape is now in the possession of the Johnson County District Attorney's Office.

Here's a partial transcript of the recording:

Crystal Espinal: "He is terrified of you. And you say that he respects you, but it's not respect."

Tyreek Hill: "He respects me."

Crystal Espinal: "He is terrified of you."

Tyreek Hill: "You need to be terrified of me, too, bitch. That's why you can't keep a f*cking man."

Crystal Espinal: "He started crying & you were like, 'Shut up, shut up, stop crying, stop crying.'"

Tyreek Hill: "Right."

Crystal Espinal: "And then he kept crying because he was scared. He's terrified. You grabbed onto him somehow or he fell? 1 of the 2."

Tyreek Hill: "I didn't do nothing."

Crystal Espinal: "Then why does he say, 'Daddy did it.'? Why?"

Tyreek Hill: "He says Daddy does a lot of things."

Crystal Espinal: "A 3-year-old is not going to lie about what happened to his arm."

We've reached out to Hill's agent, the Chiefs and the NFL for comment. So far, no word back from anyone.

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell just commented about the situation to ESPN's Sam Ponder -- saying:

"Well, you should wait and get the facts. That's the first thing you should do, Sam."

"[Law enforcement doesn't] have any information that they're willing to share with us."

"When you get the facts then you make a decision about how it fits into our personal conduct policy, but you don't rush to judgement and you don't make a decision without having those facts."

The tape surfaced one day after prosecutors announced they had declined to press charges against Hill and Espinal because they could not definitely prove which parent abused the boy.

On the recording, Hill DENIES breaking the boy's arm and accuses Espinal of punishing the child with a belt. She denies that allegation.

1:30 PM PT-- The D.A. announced he hasn't spoken with either the Kansas City Chiefs or the NFL regarding the investigation.

He did say the NFL reached out, but he hadn't yet responded to their inquiry.

1:25 PM PT -- District Attorney Steve Howe, in addressing the Hill investigation, said his office is "deeply troubled by this situation and are concerned about the health and welfare of the child in question."

He added, "We believe that a crime has occurred. However, the evidence in this case does not conclusively establish who committed the crime against this child."

"Criminal cases must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt by admissible evidence, not speculation, rumor or hearsay."

Even though no charges were filed, the D.A. says there is a child protection investigation that is ongoing to make sure that the child is safe.

1:05 PM PT -- Kansas City Chiefs star Tyreek Hill and his GF, Crystal Espinal, will NOT be charged after an investigation into 2 incidents involving their child at Hill's Kansas home ... the Johnson County D.A. announced.

The D.A. is currently spelling out the details of the case as we speak ... explaining they believe a crime occurred -- but there was not enough evidence to prove who had committed the crime.

Prosecutors are set to speak about an investigation into alleged child abuse incidents at Tyreek Hill's Kansas home ... and TMZ Sports will be live streaming it all.

As we previously reported ... the Johnson County District Attorney's Office has been investigating the Chiefs star and his GF, Crystal Espinal, for weeks after police were called twice to their Overland Park, Kansas home earlier this year.

In the first incident ... cops say there was a "child abuse/neglect" situation on March 5 -- with the case report listing both Hill and Espinal as "others involved."

That case was listed as closed on March 8.

But, a separate incident report was filed just days later on March 14, listing battery involving a juvenile victim. Hill is NOT named on that report ... but Espinal was listed again as "others involved."

Prosecutors AND the Kansas Department for Children and Families both launched an investigation into the incidents ... and now prosecutors are set to speak on their findings at 1 PM PT.

Lori Loughlin and her husband had no idea college bribery mastermind Rick Singer was going to grease the palm of a USC coach to get their daughter into USC ... sources familiar with the case tell TMZ.

Our sources say ... lawyers for Lori and Mossimo Giannulli didn't take a plea early on because they believe they have a solid defense on several fronts. First, ringleader Rick Singer did not tell them how he would use the $500k to get their daughters into the school. Fact ... they were aware Rick Singer wanted pics of the girls on a rowing machine, but they say that doesn't mean they knew the end game.

It's true ... knowledge and intent are key elements to proving bribery, and we're told Lori and Mossimo's lawyers are making that a centerpiece of their defense ... their only intent is to generally get their daughters into USC by using a "facilitator" who got hundreds of other students into colleges.

One big problem ... according to the complaint, Giannulli -- not Loughlin -- sent at least $100k directly to the assistant athletic director.

And, we're told, they have a more basic defense ... colleges have horse-traded with relatives of prospective students for decades ... e.g., fund the wing of a school building and your child will miraculously get accepted. It's not only been tolerated by many schools ... it's aggressively encouraged by some of the schools, and parents know it.

A former USC assistant coach is expected to plead guilty to criminal charges in connection with the scandal. The former coach, Laura Janke, allegedly made it appear Olivia Jade was on the rowing team.

Think Olivia Culpo is gonna let her ex-BF shame her out of posting hot photos on social media?

Just a few days after Danny Amendola bitched about Olivia's obsession with posting her life on Instagram -- the former Miss Universe doubled down ... posting another bikini pic on IG.

Remember, Amendola said Olivia's choice to live her life in the public eye was a "fundamental difference" in their relationship.

"Olivia chooses and wants to be noticed on the internet and in Hollywood to make money. Which was hard for me to understand but quickly had to learn," Amendola wrote.

But, Culpo wouldn't be detoured ... and Monday morning, posted an Easter pic from her family trip to Palm Springs ... and she just so happens to be in a bikini.

You want attention? You got it!

Amendola deleted his giant rant -- and replaced it with a message that read, "Fake people have an image to maintain. The real ones jus don't care."

That's when Amendola's former Patriots teammate, Julian Edelman, decided to chime in -- "Get off Instagram please ... thanks."

Britney Spears reappeared for the first time since checking to a mental health facility.

She left the Montage hotel in Bev Hills on Easter Sunday with her boyfriend, Sam Asghari. We're told she spent the day with Sam.

TMZ broke the story ... Britney checked herself into a mental health facility last month ... she was on the ropes and emotionally dealing with her dad's illness. We know she was still at the facility late last week so this appears to be a break for just a day.

Britney has dealt with some serious mental health issues over the years. At its worst, her dad, Jamie, worried back in 2007 he'd get a call from the coroner, but things turned around after a conservatorship was established the next year, and it remains to this day.

We're told Britney is in the mental health facility voluntarily and is expected to remain for at least 30 days.

There was no sign of her kids during Sunday's outing.

Kanye West isn't the only guy putting on an Easter Sunday show ... and John Legend's giving him a run for his money.

Chrissy Teigen just shared some very amusing videos of her husband getting in an Easter Bunny costume ... then hopping and running around in the yard.

John's presumably doing it to surprise their children, Luna and Miles, but Chrissy's clearly enjoying the bunny shenanigans too.

Several other celebs are in the Easter spirit Sunday, too. Gabrielle Union posted a vid of Dwyane Wade dancing with their girl, Kaavia James, for a special daddy-daughter Easter dance.

Other stars to bust out the pastel clothes and pose for family Easter pics include Jessica Simpson, JWoww, Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott, Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra, Fergie, Jessie James Decker and more.

As we reported ... the other major Easter performance went down in the California desert, as Kanye held a Sunday Service featuring a choir, orchestra and several guest stars.

Pharrell Williams is making a difference on Good Friday, heading down to L.A.'s Skid Row to help out some folks who are less fortunate than him ... filling up bellies and putting smiles on people's faces.

Pharrell and his son, Rocket, spent part of their day serving up meals at the Los Angeles Mission ... spreading messages of hope and love making sure everyone got a hot meal ahead of Easter Sunday.

The Good Friday meal is an annual tradition on Skid Row. In addition to hot meals, the homeless get shoes and Easter baskets. This year, roughly 4,000 people were fed pork with an apple glaze, King's Hawaiian rolls, a side of mac and cheese and peach crisp for dessert.

Pharrell makes sure to volunteer at the L.A. Mission a few times a year ... he also lent a helping hand during Thanksgiving.

Tyreek Hill's 3-year-old child was temporarily placed in another home during an investigation into allegations the boy was physically abused at the NFL star's home ... this according to KCTV in Kansas.

The Kansas City Chiefs WR appeared in court on April 5 for an emergency hearing in the matter -- and that's when officials removed the child from Hill's care and placed him in another home, the report says.

Hill returned to the courthouse on April 17 -- holding hands with his fiancee, Crystal Espinal, the mother of the 3-year-old child.

The two did not comment when questioned by KCTV about the custody situation or the allegations of abuse.

We know Hill and Espinal were named in a police report filed on March 5. Cops described the incident as "child abuse/neglect."

According to police documents, neither Hill nor Espinal were prosecuted.

Another police report was filed regarding a March 14 incident -- cops responded to a call for a battery on an unnamed juvenile. Hill is not named in the report. Espinal is listed as an "involved person."

Both incidents occurred at Hill's home in Overland Park, Kansas.

Now, the Kansas Dept. for Children and Families is investigating the allegations at Hill's home. That investigation is expected to wrap up soon.

The Johnson County D.A.'s office is also investigating. Unclear where that investigation stands at this point.
