Philadelphia Phillies Dad Holding Baby Catches Foul Ball ... With 1 Hand!!!

Published | Updated

WHAT A CATCH ... by the dad in the stands!!!

A Philadelphia Phillies fan made an AMAZING 1-handed grab at Citizens Bank Park on Wednesday ... snagging a foul ball while HOLDING HIS BABY!!

The Phillies were playing the Arizona Diamondbacks when Nick Ahmed fouled a pitch off into the right field stands ... where a dude clutching an infant got under the ball.

With his kid on his hip, the dad reached up and CAUGHT IT WITH 1 HAND -- without dropping the baby!!

The crowd went wild. The Phillies went wild. It was ... WILD!

The broadcasters on NBC Sports Philadelphia were impressed too -- "With a baby in hand, he was able to make the grab," one of the guys said ... "Oh man, what a baller!"

After the catch, the man told reporters he played high school and college baseball ... so he's got a little experience.

Nice grab, dude!

By the way, the Diamondbacks ended up beating the Phillies in a 6 to 1 beatdown. Wonder if Dad can hit!?

El Paso Shooter Father is Therapist, Treats Shooting Victims ... Like Singer Eric Keyes

Published | Updated

Singer Eric Keyes says he was at a loss for words when he found his therapist -- who helped him battle PTSD after getting shot -- is the father of the El Paso gunman.

Eric was on "TMZ Live" to talk about the ironic twist. He told us he was in tears when he found out that his mental health counselor, Bryan Crusius, had to cancel a weekly appointment to deal with his own family tragedy after his son, 21-year-old Patrick Crusius, gunned down 22 people inside a Walmart.

Eric, a Texas guitarist and singer, was shot in 2012 at point blank range when a gunman showed up at his house. He said he can't imagine what Bryan's going through, especially when tragedy hits so close to home.

Bryan's had Eric's back for some time now -- he started a GoFundMe campaign for the musician last October after the shooting left him with permanent injuries, like nerve damage in his left arm which meant he couldn't play guitar anymore.

Eric says Bryan helped him overcome his crippling PTSD, and now he just wants to help do the same for him.

KICKIN' OUT THE KIDS

New video obtained by TMZ Sports shows all of the drama that led up to an intense conversation between Marshawn Lynch and football camp moms ... and everything started with a hitting drill.

At Lynch's Fam 1st Family camp in the Seattle area on July 28 ... Lynch had the kids -- some as young as 9 years old -- line up to hit each other without pads.

The exercise got pretty violent, with several kids hitting each other hard ... and throwing each other to the ground.

It appears at some point during the drill, some of the kids had objections toward the workout ... because you can see in the vid, Lynch rounds up about a dozen of them and sent them to run laps.

As we previously reported, according to one of the camp moms, Stephanie Siva, Lynch used curse words while sending the kids to run ... which caused some of them to cry.

In our new video, you can see Siva confronting Lynch about it all on the field ... throwing her son's camp shirt directly at the feet of the former NFL superstar.

Lynch tries to speak with her ... and later, you can see the 32-year-old bolting from the field and sprinting up into the bleachers to try to calm things down with Siva and other outraged parents.

THE HEATED CONFRONTATION

The parents and their kids eventually left the camp ... and in new video we obtained, you can see Lynch grab the mic to address everyone in the crowd over the incident.

Marshawn Lynch Apology
the apology

"I wanted to say I apologize to the young lady that took off," Lynch said. "She's probably ran off already. But, that is no excuse for what I got going on on this field."

"When they on this field, they belong to me. But, as soon as I'm done, you can have them back. And you can do what you going to do."

Lynch went on to conclude his camp with a sprinting competition ... and it appears the event ended without further incident.

We've reached out to Lynch's camp, but so far, no official comment on the situation.

By the way, we've included the entire, uncut 20-minute video essentially showing the whole camp -- from the drill to the conflict to the apology ... so you can see it all start to finish without edits.

The person who shot the footage (and providing commentary) was a parent who was attending the event and NOT a TMZ staffer.

Antonio Brown Kids Ask 'Where's Roethlisberger?' ... at Raiders Camp

Published

Antonio Brown's kids are still adjusting to their daddy's new team ... hilariously asking one very important question at Oakland Raiders camp:

"Where's Roethlisberger?!"

Mr. Big Chest had to answer all of his sons' rapid-fire questions while the cameras were rolling for HBO's "Hard Knocks" ... asking where his usual QB1, Ben Roethlisberger, was ... and it's equally cute and awkward.

"He play with the Steelers. Our quarterback Derek [Carr] now. We don't play with Roethlisberger no more. We play with the Raiders."

The whole clip is adorable ... and you can't blame the kids for having a bunch of questions. After all, AB was with the Steelers for as long as they've been alive.

... and we're still adjusting to Brown in Silver & Black too.

Chris Martin & Dakota Johnson Back Together Family Time in Hamptons

Published

Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson are proving old flames die hard ... especially when ice cream's involved.

The Coldplay frontman and 'Fifty Shades' star -- decked out in a red jumpsuit -- were out Monday in the Hamptons, hanging with his son and his buds. They plopped themselves on a picnic table and enjoyed lunch before scarfing down some ice cream.

It's quite the family scene, considering Dakota and Chris had supposedly broken up a couple months ago. All signs pointed to a split ... because a week after their reported breakup, he was seen hopping on a helicopter with a mystery woman.

Whoever she was, Dakota's clearly over it. Two scoops and sprinkles go a long way.

David Wells Marshawn's Wrong For Camp Cussing ... Don't Swear Around Kids!!!

David Wells
THINK ABOUT THE CHILDREN

David Wells says Marshawn Lynch is dead wrong for cussing at kids during his football camp last month ... telling TMZ Sports, "You gotta be more a little more professional than that."

We broke the story, Marshawn was out at his Fam 1st Family camp in the Seattle area on July 28 ... when several kids -- some as young as 9 years old -- broke down crying because he swore at them while making them run laps.

In video obtained by TMZ Sports, you can hear Marshawn admitting to using the f-word and the n-word toward the kids in an intense confrontation with some of their parents.

THE HEATED CONFRONTATION

When we got Wells out in NYC over the weekend ... the ex-MLB great told us the whole ordeal wasn't cool -- saying Lynch should watch his language around kids so young.

"You're trying to set an example, right?" Wells said ... "You don't use that around kids -- you gotta be more a little more professional than that."

Wells says he practices what he preaches ... saying if he catches his owns kids cursing -- he washes out their mouths with a bar of soap.

As for when he thinks it's appropriate to cuss -- Wells says that bar starts somewhere in the teenage years.

"As long as they don't use it around the table or the house," Wells says, "then you're good."

Diddy Meets the Parents Chills w/ Lori, Steve in Italy

Published | Updated

Diddy and Lori Harvey are keeping their bond going strong in Italy -- where they're hangin' out with her pops in what can only be described as a family (friend) affair.

The hip-hop mogul and Steve Harvey's youngest daughter were spotted grabbing dinner this weekend in Nerano, where dad and what looks like his wife, Marjorie, were tagging along as well. If you ask us, this might just seal the deal on Diddy and LH's relationship status.

They're sitting incredibly close, and share some intimate moments that just stop short of full-blown kissing. Click through the gallery ... you can make the call yourself.

Of course, Diddy shot down the idea he was dating Steve's 22-year-old kid -- who also happened to formerly date Diddy's own 25-year-old son, Justin. We'll give 'em the benefit of the doubt for now -- but they're looking more and more like a couple.

You'll recall, Diddy and Lori were seen wearing matching outfits in NYC, where they were hanging out like two peas in a pod (again). They've been just about everywhere together now.

Can't stop, won't stop ... fueling these hard-to-ignore dating rumors.

Stevie J Judge Issues Arrest Warrant for Joseline ... After She Refuses to Turn Over Their Child

Published
UPDATE

2:28 PM PT -- Looks like Joseline stuck to the plan. We're told she handed over Bonnie to Stevie's adult daughter, as scheduled. Both of them are on their way to L.A. to reunite with him.

UPDATE

8:30 AM PT -- Plot twist! Stevie and his attorney tell us Joseline has flown back to Miami with Bonnie. Stevie is in L.A., but says one of his adult children who lives in South Florida is going to pick up Bonnie.

UPDATE

At least ... that's the plan. We'll see if Joseline cooperates.

"Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Joseline Hernandez is on the verge of getting arrested after she blatantly disregarded the child custody agreement she has with Stevie J by denying him the right to see their daughter.

Stevie had a right to take custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Bonnie Bella from July 28 to August 11. Joseline was in Miami shooting "Marriage Boot Camp," so he traveled there on the 28 to pick up his daughter. According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, instead of turning Bonnie Bella over, Joseline took the child and flew to L.A.

After Stevie's attorney, Adamma McKinnon ran to court, the judge in the custody case issued an arrest warrant Thursday, ordering Joseline to turn the baby over STAT or she would be taken into custody.

We've learned Stevie J flew to L.A. late Friday and the stage is now set for a showdown. The judge made it clear ... if Joseline doesn't turn the child over, the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. is ordered to immediately arrest her.

And, there's more ... because Joseline violated the custody agreement -- which gave her physical custody and Stevie J visitation -- the judge switched it around and now Stevie has sole physical custody of Bonnie Bella ... until August 15 when they're back in Fulton County court.

We'll let you know if Joseline complies, or if she's arrested.

Marshawn Lynch Cussed At My Son, Sexist Language ... Says Football Camp Mom

THE HEATED CONFRONTATION

Marshawn Lynch hurled F-bombs at a group of kids during a drill at his football camp in Seattle ... and when one of the moms confronted him, Marshawn asked, "Is there a man here with you?"

It all went down at Lynch's Fam 1st Family football camp on July 28 at a high school in West Seattle where Lynch was out on the field coaching up roughly 200 kids, some as young as 9 years old.

At one point, we're told 33-year-old Lynch tossed some of the kids out of a contact drill ... saying, "Get the f*ck out." It's unclear why Lynch booted the kids from the drill.

Some of the kids began to cry -- prompting at least one parent to intervene. We're told that parent went onto the field and pulled her kid out of the camp immediately, telling off a camp staffer in the process. The woman says she threw her son's jersey on the field in Marshawn's direction and stormed off.

Our video begins with Lynch walking up into the stands to try and speak with the upset mother and other parents at the camp.

The moms in our video (who have kids around 11 years old) wasted no time telling Marshawn they had huge issues with his language and conduct on the field.

Marshawn repeatedly asked the women, "Is there a man here with you?!"

In the video of the encounter, you can hear another parent tell Lynch, "What does that matter?!"

Lynch responds, "Because I want to speak to a man."

We spoke with Stephanie Siva, the mother who Lynch is speaking with in the video, and she told us she felt the question was incredibly sexist and she was offended by it.

Stephanie Siva
CAMP MOM GIVES HER SIDE

During the intense interaction, Lynch acknowledged using obscene language -- including the F-word and the N-word -- and explained why the words are necessary to get the most out of the kids.

Lynch explains, "There's no disrespect ... I understand I'm not gonna be able to please everybody."

At no point did Lynch ever raise his voice or get aggressive -- in fact, he was very calm during the entire interaction.

As Lynch tries to end the conversation, he addresses one of the moms as "sweetheart."

We've reached out to Lynch's reps for comment -- so far, no word back.

Jason Momoa Joins Hawaiian Telescope Protests ... 'We Are Not Going Anywhere!!!'

Published

Jason Momoa stood tall, proud, intimidating and determined to NOT allow any construction to happen atop Hawaii's tallest mountain.

The "Aquaman" star joined thousands Wednesday on their 17th day of blocking a road that leads construction crews to Mauna Kea's summit ... where crews plan to build a 30-meter telescope. Jason was flanked by his children ... son, Nakoa-Wolf Momoa, and daughter, Lola Momoa, both of whom were wrapped in native flags.

Jason -- who was born in Hawaii -- wore a crown and green leaf lei around his neck. He told the crowd he was honored to be there and followed with, "We are not going anywhere," which drew a roaring ovation.

As we reported ... Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson joined the group last week and said, "It's bigger than a telescope. It's humanity. It's culture." Native Hawaiian groups, of course, are worried the construction site will damage land they consider sacred. The astronomers behind the Thirty Meter Telescope want to put it on Mauna Kea's summit because it has the best conditions in the Northern Hemisphere.

Damian Marley was also there over the weekend ... singing his famous dad's classics while reminding the masses they're doing important work.

Ben Simmons Violently Dunks All Over Kids at Charity Basketball Event

Published | Updated

WARNING -- If you come within 10 feet of Ben Simmons, there's a 100% chance he's gonna dunk on your ass ... and some kids in Australia found that out REAL QUICK!!

The NBA superstar attended the Helping Hoops charity basketball event in Melbourne on Wednesday ... and turned it into an absolute dunking CLINIC on the kids in attendance.

The vid is awesome ... Ben dribbles the ball up the court and puts his defender on a poster. The players lost their minds and Simmons playfully taunts his opponent for even jumping to block the inevitable dunk.

But, it's not like anyone was getting embarrassed by Simmons' rim shakers -- it looks like they WANTED the challenge of going face-to-face with the Sixers stud ... lining up to go against the 6'10" hooper.

Hey, it's not every day you can get dunked on by an All-Star ... can you blame 'em?!

By the way, Helping Hoops is all about supporting kids from underprivileged backgrounds through basketball -- basically, they run free hoops programs for more than 1,000 kids.

So, yeah ... props to Ben and everyone involved.

'Zoey 101' Cast Reunites Amid Reboot Rumors ... Jamie Lynn Couldn't Make it

Published

The potential "Zoey 101" reboot is getting the old gang back together -- and they really, REALLY want to see Jamie Lynn Spears ... in person, and hopefully on set.

A bunch of cast members from the hit Nickelodeon fave reunited Monday night in L.A. for a flashback dinner with the show's creator Dan Schneider in attendance as well. Some of the stars who showed up ... Chris Massey, Sean Flynn, Victoria Justice, Matt Underwood, Abby Wilde, Paul Butcher, Jack Salvatore and Erin Sanders.

We're told they met at The Front Yard in North Hollywood around 8 PM. Looks like it was a wine and dine affair.

Schneider wrote on Instagram, "Some Zoey 101 buzz got me talking with my good friend Sean Flynn (“Chase”)… and within about 72 hours, this happened! I’m not sure how I feel about my new glasses, but that was one of the most fun nights ever."

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

He added, "A wonderful cast of kids then, and even better all grown up! Much love/respect for all of you! Jamie Lynn is busy shooting her new show in Atlanta. We missed you, congrats!"

As he notes, Jamie Lynne couldn't make the meetup -- Austin Butler didn't show either, he's busy these days too -- but it's clear JLS wanted to be there.

Jamie posted a video she received from her old crew, in which they told her they loved her and missed her ... and hoped to see her soon. The implication is clear -- "Zoey 101" is itching to run it back for a new show, which might very well happen.

TMZ broke the story ... Jamie Lynn has been in talks with Nickelodeon execs over reviving the teen dramedy that she starred in back in the 2000s. It would focus on her life 10 years later, and she'd have a couple kids in the show ... just like real life.

The push is on, as far as Jamie's costars are concerned! #BringBackZoey

Holyfield's Son Evan I'll Be Better Boxer Than My Dad ... He Told Me So

Published
Evan Holyfield
COMIN' FOR CANELO

Evander Holyfield's days of being the best boxing Holyfield are numbered ... that's because his kid, Evan, says he's gonna be better than his dad ever was, and dad's totally cool with that.

In case you don't remember, Evander Holyfield is one of the single greatest boxers of all time. A Hall of Famer, and a Top 10 pound-for-pound fighter according to Boxrec.com.

Evan is 21 and just turned pro, but told us he's not at all daunted by his father's legacy ... in fact he believes it's his birthright to eclipse that legacy.

"My dad always tells me every generation gets better. It's pretty much easy to believe, number one it's in the bible, and the bible don't tell no lies."

Evan isn't some Holyfield-come-lately to boxing trying to make a name off his dad's legacy ... kid has over 80 amateur fights and trains with legendary trainer Maurice "Termite" Watkins.

Despite that experience, Holyfield tells us the decision to go pro was a family one ... with his dad finally giving him the green light to chase the money and the dream.

"He's been to plenty of my fights. He really gave me the go-ahead to turn pro, and that means a lot coming from him."

As far as opponents go the kid isn't calling anyone out just yet ... but he does have a dream match up in mind, and just like dad he's aiming BIG.

"Canelo really seems to be that guy to get a fight with. If you beat that guy Canelo then you're the man, and that's the mission to be the man."

Big task, sure. But, just remember ... HIS DAD FOUGHT WITH A HOLE IN HIS HEART (true story look it up), so put NOTHING past a Holyfield.

Meek Mill My Son's a Chip Off the Old Block, Eh?!? ... 'Papi' Freestyles in Philly

Published

Like father, like son couldn't be more true for Meek Mill and his boy -- especially when the tyke proves to be a promising rap star like his old man.

The Philly MC was performing Saturday night at a club called NOTO Philadelphia, where he also hung around for an after-party following his show. At one point in the night, Meek brought out his 9-year-old son, Rihmeek, to take the mic and spit some bars.

Safe to say, the kid didn't disappoint!

Rihmeek -- who Meek calls Papi -- dropped a freestyle of sorts for the crowd, who were very encouraging as he rapped his way through a few lines off the top.

Here's what we could make out ... "My name is Papi and I never understood, (something something) face, you just got hit." OHHHHHHHH!!! C'mon, he's trying.

Meek -- who was fanning down his son's hot fire -- gave his boy big props, and then asked the audience to give it for him -- which they happily obliged. Just the fact he got up there in front of all those people is pretty awesome, and hey ... he might be solid if he sticks to it.

Just another memorable moment in what's a jam-packed week for Meek. As we reported ... a panel of judges overturned his 2008 criminal conviction, saying he deserves a new trial due to the credibility of the key witness, who turned out to be dirty cop.

It's unclear if Meek will get prosecuted again -- we're being told it's highly unlikely -- but for now ... the guy's basking in the sun.

Armie Hammer Lets Young Son Suck on His Toes ... His Wife Responds

THE AWKWARD MOMENT
UPDATE

12:33 PM PT -- Armie Hammer's wife, Elizabeth Chambers, has responded to the widespread interest and criticism over their kid sucking on dad's toes. In response to someone on Instagram, she wrote ... "it wasn't seven minutes...more like five seconds." She went on to say, "Our son likes to play with people's feet and I put the video on our family stream because this phase is an ongoing joke. Sharing the video on Instagram was def not the best move on A's part, but I can assure you that our children's safety and well-being is always our first priority."

If you thought Tom Brady kissing his son on the mouth was weird, wait 'til you get a load of Armie Hammer and his toe-sucking kiddo. Blows the Brady bunch out of the water.

The actor posted a video to his Instagram story Saturday that showed a pretty gnarly sight -- his 2-year-old son, Ford, sucking his dad's toes, big one included.

In the since-expired clip, Armie is being recorded -- presumably by his wife, Elizabeth Chambers -- lying down on a coach with his boy on the other end, and the kid's mouth on two of his pop's toes. Looks like Ford's really trying to get more in there too.

At the time, Armie captioned the clip, "This happened for a solid 7 minutes... #footfetishonfleek" And, the woman on the video jokingly notes, "This is not normal."

Uh, yeah ... we might have to agree with ya there.

Lots of people have had lots to say about the toe-sucking -- but, truthfully, there's really not much to add other than ... to each their own. Bottom line ... Armie and his son are close, just like TB is with his kid.

You'll recall, Tom was filmed giving his 10-year-old son a peck on the lips during a segment from his Facebook series, "Tom vs Time," which tons of folks were weirded out by.

Can't say for sure which one caused more of a stir, but they're both up there.

Tyreek Hill Punching Son Refers to Boxing ... Addresses Audio

Published

Tyreek Hill says audio of his then-girlfriend claiming he punches his 3-year-old son in the chest was taken out of context -- clarifying that it only applies when they box.

The Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver addressed audio that surfaced earlier this year in which he's accused by his ex-girlfriend, Crystal Espinal, of hitting their son -- specifically, making him open up his arms and socking him in the chest to toughen the kid up.

Espinal also accused Hill of using belts on the boy. Hill has denied the allegations.

During Sunday's press conference at training camp, the Chiefs star said the audio -- which he claims he wasn't aware of until it leaked -- was taken out of context in relation to how he engages his son. Hill says the punching in the chest claim pertains to boxing lessons.

Hill says, "Punching my son in (his) chest. That would probably refer to me teaching my son how to box. 'Cause we do got boxing gloves at our house." He goes on to say that his son likes imitating Iron Man, and apparently asks his dad to roughhouse.

As we reported ... the NFL decided not to suspend Hill over the claims made in the disturbing audio, and the Chiefs welcomed him back with open arms.

There's still a case open with law enforcement -- and the NFL says it'll monitor any new developments that might arise out of that -- but for now ... he's good in their book.

As for Hill, he said shortly after the decision ... "The last few months have been very difficult for me, especially as a father. The false allegations originally reported in March were highly publicized and involved the care of my son. I am grateful for so many things and grateful for so many people who have supported me during this challenging time. I fully respect and accept the NFL's decision."

The NFL regular season gets underway in early September.
