Andy Dick is in custody after the trailer he's been living in was surrounded by cops, placing the actor in handcuffs and hauling him away ... and the whole thing was broadcast live.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Dick's been arrested for felony sexual battery after an adult male at the O'Neill Regional Park claimed the comedian sexually assaulted him.

The arrest was streamed on Captain Content's RV live stream Wednesday. You see several Orange Co. Sheriff's Deputies speaking with Dick before walking him to their vehicles, continuing the conversation and eventually cuffing him and taking him away.

Dick and a group of live streamers have been living at the site in RVs for some time now ... sheriff's deputies were seen entering Dick's trailer and searching it after he was placed into custody. They also asked to collect the male victim's pants as evidence.

It's not the first time Dick's had a serious encounter on a live stream. TMZ broke the story, cops performed a welfare check at a home Dick was staying at in Vegas last month after a man he was hanging out with pulled a gun during an argument on a live feed.

Blac Chyna just took another L after accusing the judge in her fierce legal battle with the Kardashians of harboring an extreme bias against her ... he says she's got it twisted.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Chyna lost a motion to disqualify the judge who presided over the defamation trial the Kardashians recently won.

Thing is ... Chyna's motion made no sense. If she wanted to press a bias claim, she needed to do so during the trial, and ask that the judge recuse himself. The trial is over, and her only recourse would be to ask for a new trial based on an improper ruling ... and she didn't ask for that during the trial, so she's simply out of gas.

Remember ... Chyna claimed the deck was stacked against her in court, claiming the judge showed an "undeniably hostile and extremely biased" attitude against her and her attorney.

But, Judge Gregory W. Alarcon just fired back ... saying Chyna provided no legal grounds for disqualification and defending himself as being unbiased. Again, unclear why the judge just didn't toss her motion because it makes zero sense.

As we reported ... the Kardashian family attorney also pushed back against Chyna's claims, calling it a "baseless effort to save face after losing at trial" and accusing BC of trying to make Judge Alarcon a "scapegoat."

It will be interesting to see if Chnya takes her ball and goes home ... the judge says she has to file a writ of mandate if she wants to take it up with the Court of Appeal.

StockX is firing back at Nike after being accused of selling fake kicks in a recent lawsuit ... saying the mega brand's claims are straight-up "baseless."

Nike and StockX have been going at it for months over a separate issue about an NFT release ... and on Tuesday, things heated up when the resale site was accused of having a bogus authentication process.

The Swoosh claims the company bought four pairs of "authenticated" pairs of Nike kicks that were actually phony.

"Those four pairs of counterfeit shoes were all purchased within a short two-month period on StockX's platform, all had affixed to them StockX's 'Verified Authentic' hangtag, and all came with a paper receipt from StockX in the shoe box stating that the condition of the shoes is '100% Authentic,'" Nike said in the docs.

Nike also says in the new filing that StockX is "knowingly deceiving consumers" with the fake Nike products and is hurting their brand's reputation.

StockX didn't take the accusation kindly and struck back on Wednesday ... saying Nike's claims are false and odd ... as they allege Swoosh executives buy and/or sell kicks off their site.

"We take customer protection extremely seriously, and we've invested millions to fight the proliferation of counterfeit products that virtually every global marketplace faces today," StockX said.

"Nike's latest filing is not only baseless but also is curious given that their own brand protection team has communicated confidence in our authentication program, and that hundreds of Nike employees -- including current senior executives -- use StockX to buy and sell products."

Vicky White urged prison escapee Casey White to flee as cops caught up to the couple ... blaming their inevitable capture on his decision to stay in a local motel.

In new 911 audio from the police pursuit that ended in a car crash and the jailhouse lovebirds getting caught, you hear Vicky initially tell Casey to "get out and run."

When it's clear not even running will help, Vicky gets angry and turns on Casey, blaming him for getting them discovered by cops and saying ... "You had to stay in some f***ing motel!!!"

The bumbling Bonnie and Clyde were tracked down to a Motel 42 in Evansville, Indiana ... cops said they planned to shack up there for 12 nights but only lasted 6 days before police caught on and gave chase.

The 911 call came from the crashed car Vicky and Casey were riding in with U.S. Marshals hot on their tail ... and audio shows officers arriving at the scene noting she still had her finger on the trigger of the gun she used to shoot herself.

Casey escaped the crash unscathed, but he couldn't run as Vicky suggested ... and now he's being extradited back to Alabama to face more criminal charges.

Gunna is facing the music in a sweeping racketeering case reverberating throughout Atlanta – the guy's now in custody ... and his mug shot is one for the ages.

The rapper was arrested and booked into the Fulton County Jail early Wednesday morning on RICO charges -- -- stemming, of course, from the 56-count indictment levied against him and dozens of alleged YSL gang members this week.

According to jail records, Gunna surrendered and turned himself in to the authorities -- whereas his alleged co-conspirator, Young Thug, was hauled to jail by cops who raided his property on Monday.

Both MCs have been accused of possession and intent to sell a variety of narcotics, receiving stolen property, and for general street gang activity. They were also charged with being part of a larger criminal enterprise comprised of YSL associates who are alleged to have been involved in a bunch of crimes, including the attempted murder of rapper YFN Lucci.

Gunna is scheduled to make a court appearance Wednesday.

Amber Heard detailed an alleged attack at the hands of Johnny Depp which she claims left her with a bloody lip -- an injury her lawyers tried to prove with a photo -- but were shot down by the judge because it wasn't submitted in time for trial ... but TMZ has the photo ... a photo Depp's press team says doesn't line up with the timing of her allegations.

Heard claimed in her testimony ... Johnny struck her in the mouth during an argument, saying, "I was in one of these fights, I believe it's this one, in his downtown ECB, we call it, loft, and we're in the kitchen living room area and he backhands me."

She continued, "And, you know, it was, you know, he wears a lot of rings. I remember kind of just feeling like my lip went into my teeth, and it got a little blood on the wall. Just that simple, a little bit of blood on the wall."

We've obtained the photo Heard says she took after the alleged incident, showing what looks like a cut on her lip, along with a note that reads, "I shall return xxx" ... a note she says Depp left behind.

It's the same photo Heard's legal team wanted to show the jury, but Depp's team objected ... saying Amber's lawyers never submitted the photo during the discovery phase of the case. The judge agreed with Depp's attorneys, so the photo was never introduced into evidence.

Now Depp's team tells TMZ ... the photo is from 2012 -- TMZ has seen the metadata and we've confirmed that -- yet in the UK defamation case, Amber's witness statement said the first violent incident was in 2013 ... a year after the alleged bloody lip photo was taken.

A source close to Amber says she messed up her dates in the UK case, and once she got her therapist records, it showed the alleged abuse from Johnny stemmed back to early 2012 ... so they say the timing of the photo makes sense.

Of course, the photo and alleged incident are just one example of countless physical violence claims both Heard and Depp have leveled against each other through the trial.

Remember, Johnny's team claimed Amber's allegations have evolved with "new and convenient details" over the years -- and that she had been "preparing to give the performance of her life in this trial."

To that, Amber's team says, "The panicked Depp's team is fighting tooth and nail to prevent compelling evidence and photos such as this from being introduced. They continue their losing strategy: distract the jury and demonize the defendant."

Vicky White, the former prison guard accused of helping murder suspect Casey White escape from an Alabama jail, had a gun in her hand when a police chase ended in a car crash.

The Evansville Indiana Police Department in Indiana just released bodycam footage from Monday's capture, and you see Casey being hauled away as an officer arrives at their overturned vehicle.

Vicky is still inside the car, and as officers try to figure out how to free her from the wreckage they note she has a firearm in her hand with her finger on the trigger and is still breathing, despite a gunshot wound.

After a few minutes, police are finally able to pull Vicky's limp body through the sunroof and out of the truck, but not before prying the gun from her hands.

As we reported ... Casey and Vicky were on the run after she allegedly helped him escape last month from an Alabama prison, and they were tracked and chased by authorities in Evansville, with a pursuit ending when U.S. Marshals rammed the vehicle Casey and Vicky were driving in.

Vicky then allegedly shot herself in the head, and this video ends before she's taken to a local hospital ... where she died from her injuries.

Former Jacksonville kicker Josh Lambo is apparently taking his beef with the Jaguars and Urban Meyer to the courts ... reportedly filing a lawsuit against the team over its ex-head coach's alleged misconduct.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, Lambo filed the suit in a Duval County court on Tuesday ... claiming his work on the field suffered after he says Meyer kicked him and verbally abused him at a practice in August.

During the alleged incident, Lambo said Meyer kicked him in the leg while he was stretching and said, "Hey Dips**t, make your f**king kicks!" Lambo claims he told the coach to never touch him again, but said Meyer responded, "I'll kick you whenever the f**k I want."

In the suit, according to the Times, Lambo and his legal team said Meyer's actions were illegal under both Florida criminal and civil law.

Lambo also reportedly went on to allege in the suit that Meyer's actions affected his sleep patterns, his practice ability, and his kicking performances during games.

Lambo -- who was released by the Jaguars in October -- reportedly claimed in the suit that Meyer's "hostility" caused him to "uncharacteristically" perform poorly.

Lambo is seeking, per the Times, his $3.5 mil salary for 2021 ... as well as other damages.

For Meyer's part, he had previously called Lambo's kicking allegations a mischaracterization of what actually happened.

"There are eyewitnesses to refute his account," Meyer said to the Times in December. "[General manager] Trent [Baalke] and I met with him on multiple occasions to encourage his performance, and this was never brought up. I was fully supportive of Josh during his time with the team and wish him nothing but the best."

Chyna claims the judge's alleged bias worked against her ... specifically in regards to the judge's jury instructions Chyna thinks led to the eventual verdict, which went in the Kardashian's favor.

Remember ... the judge tossed Blac Chyna's mom, Tokyo Toni, outta the courtroom for trashing Kris Jenner and her kids, and TT later appeared to threaten the judge, though she claims it was actually aimed at Kris and not the judge.

The man arrested for attacking Dave Chappelle will remain behind bars, at least for now ... after a judge refused to reduce his bail.

Isaiah Lee was in court Tuesday, in Los Angeles ... asking for the judge to reduce his $30K bond, and to be released on his own recognizance. The judge denied the request and kept his bail the same. A photo from NBC 4 Los Angeles shows Lee looking solemn.

As we've told you, Lee has been charged with 4 misdemeanors, including possession of a weapon with intent to assault.

You'll recall ... Dave Chappelle was performing at the Hollywood Bowl earlier this month, when a guy lunged at him on stage ... just before tackling DC to the ground. Cops found a fake gun with a knife attached to the end of the barrel on the man.

Lee has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

If he's convicted, he'd face up to 18 months in county jail ... but it's not likely he'll serve that much time.

Mario Batali has been acquitted of sexual misconduct charges in his criminal trial.

Batali was on trial for indecent assault and battery charges in Boston for allegedly forcing himself on a woman in a restaurant. The case was decided Tuesday by a judge, not a jury.

The judge found Batali not guilty of both charges against him, ruling prosecutors could not prove beyond a reasonable doubt Batali kissed and groped a woman without her consent.

As we reported ... prosecutors charged Batali back in May 2019 over the alleged incident from March 2017, with Batali denying the accusations and later pleading not guilty.

The criminal case, coupled with several other women coming forward in 2018 accusing Batali of sexual harassment and other misconduct, led to him getting axed from the show "The Chew," being cut from his business group and surrendering all of his restaurants.

The number of people injured at Astroworld last year was astronomically higher than what was first estimated -- at least if you believe the attorneys representing the alleged victims.

Sean Roberts, Jason Atkin and Richard Mithoff -- whose firms are repping scores of people suing over the tragedy in a class action-esque suit -- filed a new doc that lays out the number of death and injury claims from the Astroworld tragedy.

According to the paperwork, obtained by TMZ, the attorneys say their findings thus far show that in addition to the 10 people who died ... they've discovered an additional 732 claim they were seriously injured -- classifying this bunch as requiring "extensive medical treatment."

Another 1,649 claim they suffered injuries requiring "less extensive medical treatment" -- and another 2,540 people said they sustained injuries that are still being reviewed.

In all, the attorneys claim 4,900 people were either injured or died during the stampede.

A source close to Travis Scott tells TMZ, "It's very clear that the tide is turning as the authorities and public conversation has been focused on concert operators and security contractors rather than performers."

Here's the thing ... the document doesn't specify what exactly the criteria is that distinguish each injury category -- it just offers the raw statistics. The specifics will presumably be dissected at a later date.

In any case, the fact they're claiming thousands of people were harmed as a result of what happened at Astroworld is shocking -- especially since the initial approximations were closer to 300 or 400, tops.

The case is still working its way through the system. As we've reported, Travis Scott and others have denied responsibility for the tragedy in some capacity thus far.

Mike Tyson can breathe a sigh of relief -- the boxing legend will NOT face criminal charges stemming from his airplane beatdown, TMZ Sports has learned.

The San Mateo County District Attorney said Monday morning because of "the conduct of the victim leading up to the incident, the interaction between Mr. Tyson and the victim, as well as the requests of both the victim and Mr. Tyson" no charges will be filed against the legendary fighter.

It's a big deal for Iron Mike -- because he had been facing the possibility of multiple criminal charges after he punched a man repeatedly in the face at SFO on a JetBlue plane on April 20.

Reps for Tyson had alleged the man threw a water bottle at him and annoyed him repeatedly prior to the attack. An attorney for the man, meanwhile, had argued no bottle was thrown -- and blamed the incident on his client being "overly excited."

Stephen Wagstaffe, the San Mateo County D.A., tells us ultimately neither Tyson nor the man wanted to go to court over it all. Wagstaffe added that they believed there were more serious cases his office should be prosecuting regardless.

"We thank San Mateo District Attorney Stephen Wagstaffe, the San Mateo County Sheriff, and all law enforcement agencies involved in this investigation for their careful, diligent, and professional work," said Tyson's attorneys, David Z. Chesnoff, Richard A. Schonfeld and Martin A. Sabelli.

Johnny Depp has been super friendly with one of his attorneys, but even if you see smoke ... we're here to tell ya, there's no fire.

Sources connected to Camille Vasquez -- one of the many lawyers Johnny's hired to rep him in his trial against Amber Heard -- tell TMZ ... there's speculation something's going on between her and JD ... but it's nothing more than fan fiction from social media.

Put differently, we're told they are definitely NOT dating -- despite what some people think they see happening in the courtroom.

Indeed, several TikTok and Twitter users have jumped to the conclusion ... these two are in a relationship based on their interactions in court.

Fact is ... Johnny and Camille look quite comfortable around each other ... to the point that they seem to be constantly touching in a somewhat intimate manner.

To that point, our sources tell us ... everyone on the legal team is buttoned up, but they've all gotten very close to their client -- it's become both a professional relationship and a friendship.

As for all the smiling and giggling some have noticed between Johnny and Camille, we're told she finds him funny ... and couldn't help but laugh at some of his antics and/or his sense of humor.

More importantly, our sources tell us Camille is happily taken. She's dating a British fella who works in real estate -- with whom she's been in a serious relationship for several months.

Escaped inmate Casey White looks like a man with a bleak fate, getting a new mug shot taken hours after his capture and his partner's suicide.

We've obtained the latest pic of White, who is set to be extradited back to Alabama -- where he's suspected of murder -- and will assumingly be kept under incredibly tough watch.

As we reported, Casey and prison guard Vicky White, who is believed to willingly have helped him escape last month were tracked and chased by authorities in Evansville, Indiana Monday. The chase came to a violent end when U.S. Marshals rammed the vehicle Casey and Vicky were driving in. Vicky then allegedly shot herself in the head, she was taken to a local hospital where she died from her injuries. Casey was taken into custody, uninjured.

During a press conference Monday, Vicky's former boss, the Sheriff, said, "I hope she survives this. I don’t know the extent of her injuries. We don’t wish any ill will on Vicky with her health but she has some answers to give us.”

Vicky was the assistant director of corrections at the Lauderdale County Detention Center, and was reportedly an exemplary employee ... many of her former colleagues are shocked she helped in Casey's escape.

Monday's capture came in part to a tip from a citizen in Evansville, and authorities were able to locate the pair in a local hotel before the chase began. Of course, detectives will now work to determine just how Casey and Vicky were able to hatch their plan.

The alleged murderer who escaped from prison late last month and the guard who allegedly helped him have been cornered and captured in an Indiana cornfield ... according to FOX59 in Indianapolis.

It went down Monday afternoon in Evansville, IN, when police tracked down a pickup truck Casey White and Vicky White were driving -- a 2006 Ford F-150. The pair apparently fled to a nearby cornfield where cops surrounded them.

The Lauderdale Co, Alabama Sheriff says Casey has been taken into custody after surrendering ... and Vicky has been taken to a local hospital. It's clear Vicky is in rough shape ... the Sheriff said, "I hope she survives this. I don’t know the extent of her injuries. We don’t wish any ill will on Vicky with her health but she has some answers to give us.”

As for Casey White, he's also in custody and there are unconfirmed reports he too was shot, although it's not clear if it was his own gun or someone else's.

As we reported, Casey White, who was in custody on a murder charge, escaped from an Alabama detention center with the help of Vicky White, who drove him away under false pretenses. Authorities say the 2 were involved in a relationship.

There was a massive manhunt over the last few weeks and the break in the case came last Tuesday when someone spotted Casey White at an Evansville carwash. Police then focused their search in that area, which eventually led them to the field.
