DJ Envy is being accused of using his 'Breakfast Club' platform to scam potential real estate buyers, but DJ Akademiks is feeling zero sympathy for them, and thinks you shouldn't either.

He's calling for the claimants themselves should be subjects on "The Breakfast Club" ... as Charlamagne tha God's collective "Donkey of the Day" for being dumb enough to allegedly get duped by Caesar Piña in the first place!!!

Ak got a hearty laugh diving into the mounting news coverage surrounding Piña and Envy's multiple lawsuits for real estate fraud ... and completely lost it over internet personality Tony the Closer's self-appointed mission to take down Envy.

Now, to be clear, Ak does think the investors deserve to get back their money -- but, also says they should've thought twice before handing over hundreds of thousands of dollars to Piña.

Envy's attorney Massimo F. D'Angelo recently told TMZ Hip Hop the 'BC' cohost was out a whooping $500k, making him a victim himself. Ak agrees with that sentiment, but says the lawsuits are legit due to Envy's association with Piña.

Envy has been adamant he didn't steal a dime from any of the plaintiffs ... which hasn't exactly helped social media cut back on the real estate memes.

Kim Zolciak is finally responding to Kroy Biermann's divorce filing, and she has some demands of her own ... including primary physical custody of their kids.

The 'RHOA' star filed her counterclaim in court, obtained by TMZ, and she makes no bones about who their 4 children should live with going forward. Kim is asking a judge to grant her primary physical custody of the kids -- but says legal custody should be shared between Kroy and herself.

Kim doesn't get into details about why she deserves to have her children with her full-time ... the only thing she points out in her docs is that she's "a loving, fit and proper parent." She does say Kroy should be granted "liberal visitation" with the kiddos.

Kim also says she's dependent on Kroy for support and maintenance -- which is why she's asking the judge to grant her temporary and permanent alimony, on top of child support.

Keep in mind, this flies in the face of what Kroy asked for in his most recent divorce filing ... where he asked for sole physical AND legal custody -- plus child support, alimony, etc.

In terms of their shared property and assets ... Kim's asking the court to equitably divvy that all up. She also points out they have their Georgia mansion together. As we previously reported, they just listed it on the market for a cool $6 million.

Alec Baldwin might be put through the legal wringer again -- because prosecutors are zeroing in on him again ... a move his legal team thinks is complete BS.

The Santa Fe District Attorney's Office announced Monday that they'll convene a grand jury in the near future to consider whether to refile an involuntary manslaughter charge against Baldwin ... saying they feel it's appropriate for ordinary citizens to decide if the case against him should be revived.

Baldwin's attorneys, Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro of Quinn Emanuel tell TMZ ... "It is unfortunate that a terrible tragedy has been turned into this misguided prosecution. We will answer any charges in court."

Remember, the D.A. dropped this same charge against Baldwin just earlier this year ... this after making a big show of filing charges in the first place. While they seemed to close the book on his role in the fatal shooting of Halyna Hutchins -- they did say at the time that they reserved the right to recharge him if new information came to light. Apparently, it has.

Prosecutors reportedly decided to send the case back to the grand jury after submitting the gun for further analysis, which they claim contradicts Baldwin saying he never pulled the trigger.

This latest news comes on the heels of a ruling in the pending case against the armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed just last week -- when a judge decided that the production companies involved in "Rust" had to fork over correspondence and other docs pertaining to the film's pre-production.

The implication ... prosecutors wanted to see what, if any, role Alec had as a producer of the film as it pertains to allegations that corners were cut when it came to gun safety and training -- something Gutierrez-Reed has claimed took place in defending herself.

Britney Spears says she shaved her head back in the day -- pre-conservatorship -- as an act of rebellion ... a stunning new revelation she just made in her forthcoming memoir.

The pop star's new book -- 'The Woman In Me' -- is coming out later this month ... but in an excerpt obtained by People Mag, BS addresses the infamous February 2007 moment when she lost her locks and rocked a bald look in public. At the time, it was cause for much concern.

Here's what she says in her own words ... "I’d been eyeballed so much growing up. I’d been looked up and down, had people telling me what they thought of my body, since I was a teenager."

Britney adds, "Shaving my head and acting out were my ways of pushing back."

It was a full year after BS used clippers on herself that she was placed in the conservatorship -- and once she was under the control of the legal apparatus, she says she was informed her short-hair look was a no-go ... and she needed to get back to her old self.

Britney explains ... "Under the conservatorship, I was made to understand that those days were now over. I had to grow my hair out and get back into shape. I had to go to bed early and take whatever medication they told me to take."

She goes on to say in this excerpt that she felt her creativity was zapped once she was in the conservatorship ... and her heart simply wasn't into performing/making music anymore.

Back to the shaved head thing for a bit -- it's interesting she's just chalking it up to lashing out rather than something more serious ... which is long what the public has assumed. Others have floated different theories about why she cut her hair off -- including claims of trying to hide traces of drugs -- but she's now making it sound like she just wanted to do it.

We're sure there'll be A LOT more juicy nuggets to sift through in the coming weeks.

Rams starting cornerback Derion Kendrick was arrested in Los Angeles on Monday ... less than 12 hours after he helped his team beat the Arizona Cardinals.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Sports ... the 23-year-old was pulled over early in the morning for a traffic violation -- and we're told during the stop, police found a gun and marijuana in his car.

Jail records show Kendrick was then booked at 2:14 AM PT on a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon ... and as of 2:30 PM PT on Monday, he remained in custody.

Further details surrounding the arrest were not made immediately available. We've reached out to the Rams for comment, but so far, no word back yet.

Kendrick -- who was drafted by LA in 2022 -- played nearly every defensive down for the Rams just hours before his arrest ... logging two tackles in their 26-9 win at SoFi Stadium.

Antonio Brown was arrested in Florida over the weekend ... just days after his ex told TMZ Sports she wanted him put behind bars over unpaid child support.

According to jail records, Brown was booked at 12 AM on Sunday in Broward County, Fla. ... and released a short time later.

WPLG reported Monday it all stemmed from a Miami-Dade Police Department warrant that was filed after Brown allegedly ducked making child support payments to his ex, Wiltrice Jackson.

Jackson told us last week the former NFL star owes her nearly $31,000.

"I do want him arrested," she said. "Because, right now, he's making a mockery out of the judge, out of everything, because he feels like he's untouchable."

Brown has not played in the NFL since the 2021 season ... though he's found success away from the field making rap music.

Jada Pinkett Smith isn't the only one in her family having a difficult time with their marriage ... her brother's apparently been separated for years too, and now his wife's filed for divorce.

Caleb Pinkett's wife, Patricia Pinkett, beelined it to court Monday and filed to divorce Jada's brother after more than 17 years of marriage ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

In the docs, Patricia notes she and Caleb have been separated since Feb. 28, 2020 ... and she's going with the boilerplate irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

Remember ... Jada recently revealed she and Will Smith have been living separate lives for 7 years and basically carrying on a public charade as a married couple.

Jada's brother, an actor and producer, tied the knot with her sister-in-law back in September 2006 ... and they have one minor child together, an 11-year-old daughter. Patricia is seeking joint legal and physical custody of Jada's niece.

Patricia also wants Caleb to cough up money for spousal support ... and she wants to terminate the court's ability to award him any spousal support.

Jimmie Allen showed face at a Pop Warner youth football game over the weekend with some protection ... carrying a hunting knife on his side while taking in the action.

TMZ obtained photos of the country music star with a huge knife in a sheath hanging from his hip. A witness tells us Jimmie showed up Saturday to a Pop Warner game in Lewes, DE to watch a family member play.

Folks who were there say Jimmie had a friendly conversation with the man he was standing next to on the field ... and we're told Jimmie seemed to be rooting for the winning team.

While it's unclear exactly why he had the knife, a source close to the singer tells us he fishes almost daily and is always outdoors, so it's possible he just happened to have the knife on him.

Jimmie's been going through a lot lately ... as we've reported, he's countersuing a woman who is accusing him of sexually assaulting her and secretly filming the alleged encounter.

What's more, Jimmie is also countersuing his former manager, who is accusing him of sexual abuse.

Meanwhile, Jimmie and his wife Alexis are back together after briefly separating when he confessed to cheating on her ... and last month they welcomed their third child together.

The mother of one of Antonio Brown's children is fed up with the ex-NFL star ... telling TMZ Sports he's still ducking child support payments -- and now, she wants him arrested over it.

Wiltrice Jackson -- who gave birth to Brown's daughter, Antanyiah, in 2008 -- spoke with us about her ex this week ... claiming he owes her nearly $31,000.

And, she says if she doesn't get the cash ASAP ... she wants him behind bars.

Of course, cops have already been ordered by the court to arrest Brown ... after a judge ruled back in August that he missed child support payments. According to court records, there's been no movement in the case since the order was issued.

It was the second time this year that a judge has issued the order against Brown.

Jackson says, regardless, it's all getting old for her ... and she's now wishing police would find him and slap the cuffs on him once and for all.

"I do want him arrested," she said. "Because, right now, he's making a mockery out of the judge, out of everything, because he feels like he's untouchable."

It's not all about dollar bills, though ... Jackson's attorney, Pascal Michel, tells us his client wants Brown to be "an involved father," especially since his 15-year-old daughter is following in his footsteps as a star athlete.

In fact, Jackson said Antanyiah -- who participates in track and field at her high school -- has received interest from over 80 schools, including the University of Miami and Oregon.

"By him having a daughter like an athlete like her, you would think he'd be in her corner to support her," Jackson said.

Kanye West apparently has a forthcoming album with Ty Dolla $ign that's all but ready to be released to the masses -- the only holdup now is ... who's gonna help him drop it???

Billboard reports that Ye's got new music on the horizon, including this joint collaboration between himself and TD$ -- which will mark his first big release since his antisemitic saga last year ... which put him on the outs with a lot of big-time Hollywood players.

Apparently, the aftermath of that is affecting KW's ability to get this album distributed right now -- but that's not to say he doesn't have options ... Billboard says he does. According to the outlet, Ye is weighing 5 different offers from smaller/lesser-known distributors.

One of those offers came from a music publishing company called Too Lost -- which launched just a couple years ago and which actually already holds the rights to Ye's music on YouTube. Now, it sounds like they're making a play to go all in on him for a straight-up album.

No word on who the other 4 offers are from, but Billboard says Kanye's going to make a decision soon -- and that the album should be released in the coming weeks ... including on all the big streaming services he'd need help from to reach the biggest possible audience.

Speaking of that ... Billboard says, citing sources, every major label is staying away from Ye right now -- and a big part of that has to do with his anti-Jew rhetoric from 2022, which seems to be at the forefront of record execs' minds considering Israel-Palestine right now.

They do note that his new album with Ty doesn't touch on any antisemitism in the songs -- at least based on what's been heard so far -- but he's still far too polarizing to get behind.

Interestingly enough ... Kanye himself doesn't seem to be over talking about Jewish people -- as he just recently filed for a trademark for the term "YEWS," which he wants to slap on a multitude of products and services. Whether that's the album name ... anyone's guess.

A Connecticut couple was filmed going on a xenophobic rant as they harassed two landscapers -- demanding to know if they were in the country illegally.

Sharon Bourgeois-Williams and Robert Shaw were inside their Middletown home last Sunday when they heard Jose Martin and his brother making somewhat of a racket as they were groundskeeping on a property nearby.

The duo came out to confront the siblings about the noise, but they got into a confrontation and everyone pulled out their cell phones to record each other.

Check out the footage posted on social media ... it begins with the couple complaining the brothers have "no respect for anyone." Then Shaw flips them the bird and shouts, "Thanks a lot, idiot."

The clip cuts to a close-up of Shaw stuffing his phone into Martin's face while stating, "You don't like it? No? What a d—k."

Bourgeois-William starts calling them "clowns" and asking them if they're here illegally or if they have a VISA.

She then berates Martin's brother -- aggressively pointing at him while repeatedly yelling, "Are you here illegal?"

The parties finally went their separate ways before things could turn violent, but the police still got involved after reviewing the video Martin posted online.

Jenelle Evans and David Eason could soon be facing charges of assault and neglect in the ongoing saga with Jenelle's 14-year-old son, Jace … TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... they expect they'll wrap their investigation very soon, and just interviewed Jace this past week. Our sources say at this point, it appears charges will be filed for both neglect and assault.

What hasn't yet been determined, we're told, is whether both Jenelle and David will get hit with charges ... or if only one of them will face legal repercussions.

TMZ broke the story ... cops started treating Jace's situation as a possible case of neglect after the young teen ran away from home for a third time in about a month.

Cops say Jace told officers David had assaulted him and appeared to have visible marks on his neck and arm, making the investigation that much more serious. What's more, we’re told there's video of the alleged assault and cops have it in their possession.

David Eason is Jace's stepdad … Jenelle regained custody of the 14-year-old from her mother, Barbara, earlier this year. Barbara had stepped in years ago to take custody of Jace after Jenelle was unable to properly care for her son.
