Derrick Henry didn't get the contract he wanted from the Titans this month ... but he sure as hell got a dope chain regardless -- coppin' an $85K piece to honor his hero, Kobe Bryant.

TMZ Sports has learned Henry grew up a huge fan of the Mamba ... and shortly after the Lakers legend's death in January, Derrick hit up ZoFrost to have tribute drip made.

As you can see, the jeweler -- who's worked with NFL stars like Lamar Jackson, Deshaun Watson and Earl Thomas this past year -- created a SICK piece for the Tennessee RB.

The chain and pendant features a mamba snake wrapped around Kobe's famous logo ... and we're told it holds approximately 35 CTs of diamonds.

We're also told the bling weighs a stunning 120 grams ... and all told, is worth $85,000.

We know what you're thinking ... but don't worry, even though Henry hasn't gotten a long-term deal from the Titans yet, the franchise tag they put on him this week is still set to pay him around $12 MILLION this season.

One of President Trump's older sisters sprung a leak in her fancy NYC condo, which messed up her neighbor's place to the tune of nearly $400k ... according to a new lawsuit filed against her.

Elizabeth Trump Grau has a pad in NYC's Trump Palace, and back in March of 2017 there was a major water problem in the building. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, the front desk of Trump Palace got a call from a concerned resident who said she heard water running behind her walls.

Engineers checked it out, and according to the suit, determined the source of the leak was in Elizabeth's crib. Specifically, they said the shower in her master bathroom was left running.

All that water ended up flowing into at least one neighbor's place. Avraham and Rachel Dishi said it did a real number on a condo they own in Trump Palace. They filed a claim for $392,544.94 with their insurer, The Cincinnati Insurance Company.

Now, the CIC wants Lizzie Trump to buck up and cover that loss. It's suing her for negligence in hopes of getting back the $392k it paid out to the Dishis.

The wedding industry's in crisis mode as the coronavirus has resulted in mass wedding cancellations throughout the country ... with no end in sight. The big question ... when the bride and groom cancel, will they get their money back?

Wedding planners and reps at a number of prominent wedding venues tell TMZ ... staff from the famed Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC -- a backdrop in Macaulay Culkin's flick, "Richie Rich" -- contacted every couple that has a wedding scheduled at their venue over the next 8 weeks.

We're told the venue's urging couples to avoid gatherings of more than 50 people. So far, that's affected around 15 weddings, which were planned in 2019.

A rep for Biltmore Estate tells us ... they're allowing couples to postpone their weddings at their venue for up to one year from their current wedding date.

Another wedding planner tells us they've had 27 cancellations in just the last 3 days. They tell us some clients just stopped making payments and others have asked for a refund. We've called a number of wedding planners all over the country, and we're hearing the same story from all of them ... cancel, cancel, cancel, postpone, postpone, postpone.

As for those who want to tough it out and tie the knot, we're told some venues are offering closed-circuit viewing so friends and relatives can watch the ceremony without putting anyone at risk.

As for trying to cancel and get your money back, well ... that could be a problem. We've surveyed a number of insurance brokers. You CAN get wedding insurance, but until fairly recently it didn't cover outbreaks. Since the SARS and MERS epidemics, some insurance companies added a provision that said if a pandemic breaks out the bride and groom can cancel.

We're told insurance companies vary wildly when it comes to paying a wedding claim. One agent said the policy he writes would allow cancellation with a refund, but ONLY if the bride and/or groom test positive for coronavirus.

The MLB and MLBPA are teaming up to do what they can during the coronavirus pandemic ... donating a HUGE amount of money to put food on the table for thousands of people in need.

Of course, President Trump has declared a national emergency as a result of the spreading infection ... with many being told to stay home from work and unable to provide for their families.

MLB and the Players Association are looking to help those affected by the pandemic ... by shelling out $1 million total to Feeding America and Meals on Wheels.

Commish Rob Manfred released a statement on the decision, saying, "In these difficult times of navigating this pandemic, it is important that we come together as a society to help the most vulnerable members of our communities."

"As an institution, Baseball is extending our commitment to addressing childhood hunger and food availability issues during this crisis."

Feeding America plans to use the donation to help food banks in highly impacted areas ... while Meals on Wheels plans to extend its service to senior citizens in need.

The coronavirus pandemic is causing folks to get more of their essentials delivered to their homes ... and one major marijuana company is seeing green.

Select Cannabis, one of the biggest retailers of cannabis oils and concentrates, is raking in the dough from deliveries ... the company's marketing reps in Los Angeles tell TMZ the coronavirus has business booming.

The cannabis giant tells us it's seeing 4 times as many delivery orders than normal since the COVID-19 outbreak -- yes, you can get dank delivered in Cali -- and there's also been a 50% increase in customers purchasing vape products. The most popular items -- edible gummies and vape pens.

It's kinda funny, and a telling sign of the times ... Select Cannabis tells us they're pushing a new motto to encourage users to keep themselves safe in the face of a deadly and contagious virus ... "Puff, puff, no pass."

Tyrann Mathieu is going to bat for Derrick Henry ... roasting the Tennessee Titans for choosing to sign Ryan Tannehill to a longterm deal instead of paying the workhorse RB.

"Damn they paid the QB but the RB who made the QB job 75% lighter he don’t get no love," the Honey Badger said Monday. "Boy it’s cold."

The Titans inked Tannehill to a monster deal Sunday ... agreeing to terms on a 4-year, $118 MILLION extension -- but chose not to pay Henry with a big contract as well.

Instead, the team will reportedly place the franchise tag on Derrick ... guaranteeing him only roughly $12 million for 2020.

It ain't exactly pennies ... but for comparison, Ezekiel Elliott -- who Henry outrushed last season by nearly 200 yards -- will make $15 mil next season with plenty more guaranteed for the following years.

"Thank god that man come from a good family," Mathieu said of Henry.

Of course, Tennessee can still get a longterm deal done with Derrick eventually this offseason ... although it seems unlikely, considering how paying RBs have worked out for NFL teams the past few years (sorry, Rams, Falcons and Cardinals).

Still, he decided to treat his mom to a brand new Jaguar for her birthday -- and made sure his friends and fam were standing by to catch the action!

Donald Trump and his buddy, Vladimir Putin, are leaving their mark on America's pastime, literally ... because the world leaders autographed a baseball and it's going up for sale!!!

Here's the deal ... a high-ranking Russian government official got Putin to put his John Hancock on a baseball in Russia at the start of the year, and then a member of the GOP got Trump to sign the same ball during a meet-and-greet before his March 2 campaign rally in North Carolina.

The baseball and it's unmistakable signatures are going up for sale through the memorabilia company, Moments in Time -- and they're hawking this slice of the Trump-Putin bromance for a cool $54,000.

It's unclear if Trump knew Putin's autograph was on the other side of the baseball when he put pen to cowhide ... but as we've reported, it's kinda easy to get Trump to sign things -- like his own articles of impeachment.

And, the price of Trump signed baseballs continue to skyrocket ... remember, they used to be worth only $200 tops before he was sworn into office. Add Putin to the mix, and you get a pretty big price tag.

Murray -- who's posted inspirational quotes from Lee throughout his football and baseball career -- asked for a diamond piece of the famous mixed martial artist ... and ZoFrost sure delivered.

We're told the ice features 40 carats of diamonds with approximately 7,800 stones ... and, all told, the drip weighs in at a whopping 330 grams.

As for the price, we've learned it was $95,000 ... but, don't worry, Murray can afford it -- he's in the middle of a 4-year, $35 MIL contract as the No. 1 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.
