Quavo's ready to showcase his hoop skills ... telling TMZ Sports that the directors for the reboot of "White Men Can't Jump" starring fellow rapper Jack Harlow need to give him a ring  -- 'cause he wants to play the role of Wesley Snipes.

We caught up with the "Bad and Boujee" MC at LAX after it was announced that Jack will be acting in the remake of the film ... and Quavo told us he's dead serious about wanting to be cast in the movie alongside Harlow.

"I think they need to call me, so me and Jack Harlow can do it," Huncho said.

"I need to play Wesley Snipes' role."

The movie -- which was originally released in 1992 -- tells the story of Billy Hoyle played by Woody Harrelson, and Sidney Deane played by Snipes, abandoning their on-court rivalry to team up together and hustle other guys.

The film was wildly popular ... meaning Harlow -- who landed the lead role in his first-ever screen audition -- has big shoes to fill. But, Huncho seems to think the rap star will do well on set.

"Jack Harlow's amazing," Quavo said. "He can do everything."

Of course, Quavo is no stranger to actual ballin' ... he's routinely traded buckets with some of the industry's biggest names -- such as Drake and Justin Bieber.

Huncho has also become a fixture in the NBA's annual All-Star Celebrity Game ... winning MVP honors in 2018 after dropping 19-points in an impressive performance.

Omeretta The Great may be done with "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta," but she's not giving up on love ... in fact, she's looking forward to happily ever after with her boo, who is currently serving a 27-year sentence in prison.

The Atlanta-bred rapper sat down on the "It's Tricky with Raquel Harper" podcast and opened up about her future plans with Tabyron Rashad Smith ... her fiancé.

Omeretta says the two are actually engaged and will probably get married while he's in jail and they'll have another ceremony when he's released. She has his name tattooed on her but says they have bigger plans when he's free -- like having kids and starting a family.

ICYMI ... Smith was convicted of robbing nine Asian-owned businesses throughout Georgia in October and November, 2017. He's serving 27 years behind bars ... so if he serves the full sentence he'll be 51 and she'll be 50.

According to the DOJ ... Smith and his co-conspirator, Dravion Sanchez Ware terrorized, threatened and injured victims during their spree.

Travis Scott's announcement about his new charitable project is a blatant attempt to clean up his image after the Astroworld tragedy ... at least according to some of the plaintiffs, who want the judge to stop him from tooting his own horn.

Family member of Ezra Blount, the 9-year-old killed in the Astroworld crush, are pissed about Travis launching his Project HEAL initiative ... or at least they don't think he should be allowed to publicize it through the media. As we reported, Travis announced this week he'd be pouring $5 million into several charitable efforts.

Ezra's father and mother have filed docs asking the judge to amend the gag order put in place last month ... to specifically block Travis from making such announcements, which they feel will taint the potential jury pool in their lawsuits against Travis.

The dad, Treston Blount, calls Project HEAL nothing more than a "highly sophisticated marketing campaign." He points out Travis and his team issued a "look at me" press release to all TV and print media in Harris County, Texas ... the exact place from which the jury will be selected.

Here's the twist, though ... Travis' legal team feels it's Blount's attorney who violated the gag order by publicly disparaging Travis for Project HEAL. In their response, they say Travis was merely continuing his "long history of giving back to his hometown" -- however, Blount's attorney characterized it as Travis trying to say, "Look at me, I'm a good guy."

Brandon Thomas Lee and his brother Dylan unloaded their gorgeous Malibu home this week ... scoring $3 million for the pad.

TMZ has learned ... the remodeled 5-bed, 5-bath house sold Wednesday, and they got their asking price. Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson's sons had the 2,634 square foot property on the market for 2 months.

The house -- within walking distance of Las Flores Beach -- is smack dab in the heart of Malibu, and was renovated from the ground up.

Inside, it's got lots of new touches and furnishings ... including Western doors and windows throughout.

With no houses on either side and a landscaped backyard, this place is perfect to get a tan and some privacy at the same time.

The Lee bros' home was featured on "The Hills: New Beginnings," as the show followed Brandon kicking off his career in modeling and acting.

It's time to get "Down" because it's 3/11 Day ... a day to celebrate the legendary rock band 311. The group consists of lead singer Nick Hexum, guitarist Tim Mahoney, bassist/vocalist Aaron Wills aka 'P-Nut', DJ/vocalist Doug "S.A." Martinez and drummer Chad Sexton.

If you are part of the '311 Nation' you most definitely jammed to "Amber", "All Mixed Up", "I'll Be Here Awhile", and "Prisoner."

The group dates back to the late '80s ... but March 11, 2000, marked the first year celebrating this epic holiday. And for your 4-1-1 ... or for today's sake 3-1-1, the band's famous name arose after the original guitarist Jim Watson was arrested for streaking in Omaha, Nebraska.

As the band grew from the ground up, they worked their way to headline at local venues and eventually started touring internationally.

Drake's highly coveted Hidden Hills estate is seeing huge interest after being put on the market Monday ... and it's drawing big celeb eyes, namely Britney Spears!

Witnesses on the property tell TMZ, the YOLO Estate was flooded with potential buyers on Tuesday -- holding showings for 20-30 guests -- and within that group was Britney Spears and her fiancé Sam Asghari.

It's unclear what drew Britney to the property, aside from it being one of a kind. The home does have a great recording studio ... maybe a sign of things to come from the pop icon?

We're told Britney was looking at the package deal -- the estate and the two neighboring properties -- creating the ultimate compound offered at $22.2M! She's certainly got the cash, being worth a reported $60M ... and she's got a house to sell that's worth a few million.

We're also told Caitlyn Jenner toured the estate Tuesday as well ... safe to say Drizzy caught everyone's attention!

As we reported, Drake listed the 3 homes on Monday ... The main mansion -- coming in at 12,500 square feet -- has an asking price of $14.8M and features a private theater, swimming pool with a bar and waterfalls, and tennis courts.

Drake won't have a problem selling his estate ... we're told the house already has a handful of serious buyers ... with expectations that there will be several offers by week's end.

BTS fans had to get innovative in how to celebrate their favorite band -- with standing, singing and shouting prohibited at a recent concert -- but they were still able to bring the noise.

The supergroup just stepped off the stage after a massive show in South Korea Thursday night. While more than 15,000 were on hand for the show, everyone had to follow strict COVID protocols, set by the government.

In a statement before the show, BTS' management co. Big Hit Music said, "Cheering loudly, yelling, chanting and standing up during 'BTS Permission To Dance On Stage – Seoul' is strictly prohibited according to government guidelines."

However, fans were provided with "clappers" -- and they used them to full potential -- synchronizing claps to the songs, and making plenty of noise in the process.

Thursday's show was the first of 3 the group, who hails from South Korea, will have in their home country ... it's the first they've performed there since the pandemic.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are clearly still in their newly-engaged phase ... spotted on the beach with some serious PDA.

Eyewitnesses tell TMZ ... the make-out couple was staying at the Montage Resort in Laguna Beach. After leaving the pool Tuesday, lips locked, they hit the sand for more action ... drawing attention from beachgoers within eyesight.

Kourtney was straddling Travis ... his hands pulling her jeans down a bit, and sucking faces like there's no tomorrow! Things got so intense, one nearby family -- with kids -- walked up to them, although it's unclear what was said, but probably something along the lines of "get a room!"

Elon Musk and Grimes have a second child ... a baby girl who they've managed to keep under wraps for several months, but now they're revealing the big secret!

Grimes says their daughter was born back in December via surrogate and her name, as you'd expect, is totally unique -- Exa Dark Siderael. But, they're calling her Y, for short. Remember, they have a 22-month old son X Æ A-12, who goes by X.

Grimes dropped the baby news to Vanity Fair and addressed the elephant in the room ... namely, that we all thought she and Elon broke up back in September.

The singer says they've since reconciled, in their own way. She says, "I would probably refer to him as my boyfriend, but we're very fluid."

Baby X was born back in May 2020, and prior to that Musk had 5 sons -- a set of twins and a set of triplets -- from his previous marriage to author Justine Wilson. X was Grimes' first kid.

Since his birth, baby X has gotten the spotlight quite a few times ... even being the highlight in dad's viral zoom presentation back in November 2021.

She says the family is very happy, marking this as the best their relationship has ever been. They also plan on having more kids, but obviously, we won't expect them to be public about it.

There's a cool piece of movie history hitting the auction block ... the Tin Man's oil can from "The Wizard of Oz" ... but it sounds like you will need yellow gold bricks for the winning bid.

The oil can is remembered for its use in the scene where the Tin Man is set free from his rusted state, and it's said to be the only original item left from the iconic character's costume.

This rare piece of movie memorabilia is going up for auction for the first time ever ... via Kruse GWS Auctions ... and it's expected to fetch at least $200,000.

The Tin Man's oil can is right up there with Dorothy's ruby red slippers in terms of 'Wizard of Oz' significance ... and it's currently on display at the Academy of Motion Pictures Museum ... which should make for some big bids.

BTW ... there were actually 4 pairs of slippers, and one was auctioned for $2 million.

The oil can is part of the Artifacts of Hollywood & Music Auction ... and there's a bunch of other cool items, including a pair of famous shades worn by Elvis Presley.

The Elvis sunglasses are black with 14K white gold lightning bolt accents along the arms, and more 14K white gold making up his "EP" initials on the bridge. The auction house expects the aviators to fetch about $25,000.

This season of "The Masked Singer" is in full swing, with the costume designs literally bigger than ever ... unfortunately, that's resulting in more headaches -- and falls -- on set!

The hit series -- currently in its 7th season -- hasn't been shy when it comes to elaborate costume pieces ... even winning Emmys for their hard work! However, this season might've gone too far.

With celebs wanting to go all out with their looks, the team is forced to make things bigger and better ... which has proven to be a disadvantage for contestants, including Cyclops and McTerrier.

Both mystery celebs have had their share of tumbles and slips while in costume ... and there's concern more wipeouts are inevitable.

Cyclops' headpiece is a beast, too ... making it impossible to enter and exit the stage as the other contestants would. Instead, crew members have to move equipment around just for them to walk on stage.

We're told the choreographers are also bearing the brunt of the problem ... forced to simplify performances because the costumes are just too difficult to manage.

Production sources say first rehearsals are usually rough when celebs break in their new attire ... but this season has been especially difficult due to the increasing complexity of the costumes.

This isn't the first time elaborate costumes gave the show some grief ... as we reported, last season's Jester -- AKA  Johnny Rotten of the Sex Pistols -- had a bulge just too big for TV audiences, forcing costume designers to shrink the ... royal jewels.

Chris Brown is firing back at the woman who accused him of rape and sued him for $20 million -- insisting voicemails and texts she sent after their encounter prove it was consensual, and now the woman's lawyer is dropping her.

The string of texts began very shortly after he and the anonymous accuser hooked up on a yacht in Miami back in December 2020, and continued for several months. In the texts, Chris tells the woman she should take a Plan B pill after their encounter, and she responds that she will, and adds ... "I wanna f**k u tonight at midnight lol."

Months later, after she and Chris apparently talked about meeting up again, but never did, the woman sends a nude selfie and says "U were honestly the best d**k I've had 😭 lol i just want it again."

When Chris didn't respond, she seemed to get peeved, texting ... "U knew full well I wasn't pressing u bout no d**k. U told me to stay and then gonna try to play me? Nah that's crazy i didn't deserve that but u def got it."

In a voicemail, which Chris posted on his IG, she says, "I just want to see you again ... just let me know. If you want me to leave you alone, I will. But I really just wanna f**k the s**t again."

Chris clearly feels vindicated, and said on social media ... "No more dragging me through the mud. CLEARLY YOU CAN ALL SEE THE (blue cap emoji)." He says he's planning to sue the accuser because, "You don't play with people's lives like that."

TMZ broke the story ... the woman accused Chris of drugging her during the yacht party, and taking her into a bedroom and raping her.

We spoke with the accuser's lawyer, Ariel Mitchell, and she confirms the woman sent Chris the texts and voicemail. She tells TMZ she's withdrawing from the case because she says the woman had not informed her about the messages.

Love him or hate him, Jackson Mahomes had the crowd buzzing at the Justin Bieber concert on Tuesday ... with fans rushing over to get a pic with the NFL superstar's brother.

The 21-year-old TikTok star showed up at Crypto.com Arena right before the "Peaches" singer took the stage for his second L.A. show this week ... and was immediately met with a swarm of concert-goers asking for a selfie.

We're told Jackson was happy to fulfill all the requests and was polite to all the fans before making his way to his floor seat.

Mahomes has been a polarizing figure recently -- getting backlash for dumping water on Ravens fans and dancing on a tribute to late NFL legend Sean Taylor.

He's also been accused of clout-chasing by a local K.C. bar and scamming a care package out of a snack company ... which he's publicly denied.

As for the concert, Mahomes got to watch Biebs sing and dance his ass off for more than an hour and a half ... including a special guest appearance by The Kid Laroi, who joined JB to perform their hit, "Stay."

Morgan Wallen's warm reception at the ACM Awards is proof country music is complicit in his use of the N-word ... so says the NAACP Nashville chapter president.

Sheryl Guinn -- president of the Nashville chapter -- tells TMZ ... by welcoming him back into their community, the genre's embrace of Wallen destroys artists' accountability.

The ways she sees it -- people in country music believe Morgan just needed to have enough time pass until people lose their outrage. However, Sheryl says time does not heal all wounds.

She thinks the Academy of Country Music banning Morgan from its 2021 ceremony had no impact ... they never addressed how the N-word is a symptom of the underlying inequality and bigotry. She points to the fact Wallen's album went on to do huge numbers.

As we reported, Wallen was caught on camera hurling the n-word during a rowdy night with friends back in February of 2021.

Sheryl tells us she hasn't seen the country artist make enough of an effort to show his fans why using the N-word is a bad thing. She acknowledges he donated $25K to her division of the NAACP, but says the money doesn't help his followers understand systemic racism.

The last time we spoke to Sheryl, she shared her thoughts on Wallen's 'GMA' interview with Michael Strahan back in July ... saying his words came from a place of embarrassment, and he was sorry for being caught, as opposed to being sorry for spewing a hateful word.

Travis Scott is giving back -- chipping in millions for community-based initiatives that'll help out students, aspiring creatives and even future concert-goers.

The rapper is launching what he calls Project HEAL -- which is a multi-tier effort that's going to pour a ton of cash toward causes Travis sees as important. As far as the amount here ... we're talking $5 million, and he's dispersing that money on multiple fronts.

For starters, $1 mil is being earmarked for HBCU scholarships -- and it sounds like he'll be using his previously-established Waymon Webster Scholarship Fund to allocate, manage and disperse these awards for underserved but high-achieving Black scholars.

Scott and co. aim to assist at least 100 students with this dough, aiding them in getting over the finish line in their senior year. The academic criteria ... averaging a 3.5 GPA or higher.

There's more ... the rest of the $5 million is being divvied up for a few different enterprises, including establishing/providing free mental health programs for vulnerable kids ... as well as expanding his creative design program -- offered through his Cactus Jack Foundation.

He's also allocating funds to make sure music fans are safe at shows going forward ... something that touches him personally. That money will go to the U.S. Conference of Mayor's Task Force on Event Safety ... with a tech-driven approach toward that end.

Of course, Astroworld comes to mind -- where 10 people died as a result of injuries sustained during Travis' set -- the causes of which are still under investigation. As we've reported, several victims and victims' families have filed lawsuits against Travis, Live Nation and others.

Kanye West penned a super ominous poem about his death -- an event he says has already occurred -- and the foundation of his premise is murder.

The poem is pretty incredible, and it appears to be a case of art imitating life. If we can be so bold to interpret ... it seems he's telegraphing that all of his recent struggles -- notably his divorce from Kim Kardashian -- has left him lifeless, but he didn't realize it until now.

The poem -- which begins with "No one wanted to tell me I was DEAD" -- is a sad and lonely account of his demise ... people coming to his grave sprinkling bread on the ground so the birds could be fed.

There seems to be references to the divorce ... "My kids would dance for me in a home I once led" -- seemingly referring to the fact Kim now owns the family house.

He also airs some grievances ... "Everything was wrong in the press that I read."

He then reveals in poetic fashion how he met his demise ... I found out one day at the newsstand in purgatory there was a front page article of my murderer's story." He does not identify the murderer.
