Megan Fox says her paranoia surrounding surgery has been her saving grace in not going under the knife too much ... even though she admits she's had quite a lot of work done.

The actress appeared on Wednesday's episode of "Call Her Daddy," where she opened up about all her plastic surgery experiences -- including a lengthy pre-op routine she says she requires all her surgeons to follow, 'cause she wants to make sure there's no bad energy.

MF says she responds poorly to general anesthesia, so she demands that her doctors tell her if they've seen any bad omens before cutting into her ... take a listen to what those are.

On the actual procedures themselves -- Megan admits to having had three separate boob jobs, and insists she's only had her nose worked once, despite what some people think. She also teases a mystery surgery she's had as well ... but wouldn't disclose what that was.

Megan also says she's considered a BBL -- but notes she doesn't have the body fat for it.

Anyway ... there was more Megan talked about -- including the fact she and Machine Gun Kelly drink each other's blood ... which has been accused of being Satanic.

Megan defends the practice here ... saying it's a lot more innocent than folks think -- likening it to two kids putting their bleeding thumbs together on the playground when they think they've found their "soulmate." She says she and MGK share that kind of bond.

She's also got a pretty graphic comparison in making her point -- saying she finds girls who engage in oral sex so freely to be way more gross than anything she's doing with her man.

Megan Fox is finally speaking out about the status of her relationship with Machine Gun Kelly, and while she's trying to be coy ... she's also hinting there could be trouble in paradise.

The one thing Megan was very clear about while on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast, was that her romance with MGK will no longer play out in the public eye -- and then she attempted to play the "no comment" card in a very cryptic way.

Try to decipher this -- Megan told host Alex Cooper she will always have love for MGK ... referring to the artist as her "twin soul," and there will always be "a tether to him, no matter what."

The comment suggests they're no longer engaged, but Megan refused to say anything specific about their current status.

For anyone scratching their heads over the starlet's vague relationship update, she confessed that she can see how it is confusing for the public to understand.

That's nice of her ... but still totally lacking clarity.

Megan's statement comes not long after MGK opened up about his grief in the aftermath of their miscarriage a while back. He got candid about it in the song, "Don't Let Me Go," which dropped at the end of February.

The couple still hasn't set a wedding date -- 2 years after getting engaged -- but things have been rocky since last year when Megan fueled breakup speculation with a post quoting song lyrics from Beyoncé's "Lemonade" album.

ICYMI ... the country singer shared photos of ALL his kids Tuesday -- including a pic of the twins who were born to a different woman last year.

While the kids were born during divorce proceedings between Jimmie and Alexis, they were seemingly conceived before he and Alexis announced their separation.

He apologized to Alexis last May, basically saying he was sorry he embarrassed her by cheating on her, and they actually reconciled in October -- about a month after their own son Cohen was born.

Travis Kelce just pulled off a Taylor Swift impression, crooning part of the chorus of one the pop star's biggest hits -- and ... it wasn't awful!!

The Kansas City Chiefs star belted out "Bad Blood" on this week's episode of his "New Heights" podcast ... when he and his big bro, Jason, were talking about the Eagles' recent addition of Kenny Pickett.

Jason told the audience his former team acquired the quarterback in a trade with the Steelers ... before Travis jumped in to explain Pittsburgh simply had to make the move because the former first-round pick was upset over the recent addition of Russell Wilson.

"Kenny and the Steelers," he said, "their relationship ended in a little baaaaaaad bloooood!"

"Because," Travis continued, "Kenny is saying he preferred to move on."

Jason let the tune go without further reaction -- and the two didn't make reference to Travis' girlfriend again during the episode.

Travis, though, did talk about a night out in L.A. that he had sans Swift last week -- raving to Jason about the Justin Timberlake show he attended.

Travis gushed about the "Suit & Tie" singer's concert -- calling it a "fun evening" while urging all of his fans to buy JT's new album.

Scheana Shay seems to be suggesting she banged John Mayer -- but more than just that ... there appears to have been other people in the bedroom too.

Ye's latest eye-popping outing with Bianca was, of course, filmed by the paparazzi in West Hollywood as the couple hit up an ice cream shop and tanning salon, while making some other pit stops.

As usual, Bianca was barely covered in her tight silver miniskirt, bikini top and thong panties exposing her butt cheeks. Interestingly, Bianca looked like the spitting image of Kim Kardashian in photos taken of the reality star in a sliver bikini back in 2018. As you know, Kim and Kanye settled their divorce in 2022 after nearly 7 years of marriage.

Kanye, by contrast, was fully clothed in a long black-sleeved shirt and pants while having his fun in the sun with Bianca, who eventually cooled off with a big ice cream cone.

The transgender woman who took a serious beating at Kanye West's Rolling Loud set last week is blasting the attack as transphobic ... while also explaining what exactly led up to it.

Blu Linares -- the 22-year-old who was seen in a wild brawl last week while Ye performed here in L.A. -- tells TMZ that she believes the violence she endured that night is directly connected to her gender identity.

She says she feels the men she sparred with singled her out for unintentionally bumping into them -- explaining that in the mosh pit-like environment, she was getting pushed around -- despite plenty of other concertgoers packed in the tight space doing the same thing.

Once she inadvertently made contact, Blu tells us the guys hurled transphobic remarks at her ... while trying to paint her as the aggressor when they were the ones to pounce first.

Blu shows us some of the injuries she suffered during the melee -- one deep gash between her eyebrows is especially bad, as you can see. Despite everything, she says she's OK.

Moving forward, Blu's planning to meet with some attorneys to weigh her options ... but also notes she most likely won't be taking any legal action. Blu emphasizes to us she wasn't the one starting the fight -- instead, she says she was being bullied and stood up for herself.

You'll recall ... Kanye West's set at Rolling Loud descended into a violent mosh pit, with Blu bloodied and battered in the midst of it all. While she got thrashed, she also held her own.

Dr. Dre was enshrined on the Hollywood Walk of Fame this week -- something some of his best buds in the music biz made sure to attend ... including Snoop Dogg and Eminem.

The legendary producer -- who's had a storied career in and out of hip hop, having touched so many facets of the genre and the music industry at large -- got his very own star cemented into the ground Tuesday in an awesome ceremony that was packed with celebs.

In addition to SD and Slim Shady, lots of other titans in rap showed up to pay their respects for the Doc -- including Big Boy, Jimmy Iovine, 50 Cent, Kurupt and lots of others too.

It looks like a handful of them even shared some kind words for Dre ... and rightly so -- the guy has helped launch the careers of so many veterans in the game, so a lot of people owe much of their fame and fortunes to him. Dude's been finding talent for literally decades.

Just a refresher on some of the albums Dre has produced throughout his career -- in case you weren't already aware of what he's done. DD's worked on classics like "The Chronic," "2001," "The Slim Shady LP," "California Love," "Murder Was the Case," "Doggystyle," and countless others.

Dre is a highly decorated artist too -- he's been nominated for Grammys dozens of times over the years ... and has won 7 times, not to mention a Lifetime Achievement Award with the N.W.A.

We talked to Dre's son Curtis Young after the WOF ceremony, and he explained why he thought his dad was more than worthy to be recognized -- and he makes good points.

All in all, he's considered one of the best music producers of all time ... so it was probably about time he got his star, and his flowers. He received both on Tuesday ... it's Dre day.
