Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are planning an epic birthday bash for their little Stormi ... and if her first bday is any indication, this party's gonna be outta this world!!!

Sources close to Kylie and Travis tell TMZ ... they are getting back to their co-parenting ways to throw a joint party for Stormi's 2nd, renting out a studio space for friends and family and running up the tab to a cool six figures.

Stormi's already gotten a special trip to Disney World to kick off the birthday festivities -- Feb. 1 marks her second trip around the sun -- but the Mouse House is only the tip of the bday iceberg.

You'll recall ... Stormi's first birthday bash was nothing short of spectacular. Kylie rented out the entire backlot of Universal Studios for a "Stormiworld" theme, complete with carnival rides, a butterfly rainbow forest and tons of food and games.

Jay-Z and a ton of other stars showed out for the annual Roc Nation Brunch this weekend -- but there's one person who's noticeably missing so far ... Lauren London.

Celebs like Jay, Diddy, DJ Khaled, Megan Thee Stallion, Miguel, Meek Mill, Winnie Harlow, Ella Mai, Usher, Kelly Rowland, June Ambrose, Robert Kraft, Mike Rubin, G-Eazy, Machine Gun Kelly, Lil Rel Howery, La La Anthony and several others were in attendance Saturday for the pre-Grammys shindig. They held one last year too ... it was also star-studded.

It looks like folks are still trickling in, but so far ... there's no sign of the late Nipsey Hussle's girlfriend, who came with him last year before his untimely death about two months later.

She's kept a relatively low profile in the wake of her partner getting gunned down in cold blood -- but LL has surfaced online with a few clothes and sneaker campaigns.

Speaking of that, we're seeing the colors of the event match Beyonce's ADIDAS x Ivy Park drop. Oh, and one other person, we're not seeing quite yet ... Bey herself.

Vin Diesel caught Super Bowl fever early ... the guy's already in the Sunshine State and raging with none other than the great Steve Aoki. Any guesses on what they did on stage???

The "Fast & Furious" star was partying Friday night at Miami mogul David Grutman's STORY nightclub, where SA was booked to perform. Well, sure enough ... Vin got in on the festivities without hesitation. He was dancing his face off from behind the DJ booth.

Trust us though ... that doesn't quite take the cake.

VIN actually took the cake from Steve ... who's known for his birthday cake toss into the crowd. Naturally, VD was down to give a throw himself. Looks like he's done this before.

DaBaby threw a pretty spectacular Grammy nomination bash Friday, and tons of music stars showed up.

The party went down at a house in Bev Hills, and the crowd included Casanova, YFN Lucci, Scott Storch, along with record execs Steve Lobel and AE. The party started at 3 PM and wrapped up at around 8.

DaBaby, who's nominated for Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance for his hit, "Suge," served up some ham, cheese and veggies. He had lots of Hennessey and Ciroc to wash it down.

As for the tunes ... well, DaBaby played lots of ... DaBaby.

Conor McGregor partied his face off in Vegas after beating Cowboy Cerrone in spectacular fashion.

Conor celebrated his win at Encore Beach Club, after entering the Octagon Saturday night after a 15-month hiatus. Conor did not disappoint ... a kick to the head in round 1 was all she wrote ... Cerrone went down and Conor pummeled him until the ref stopped the fight.

Fact is ... it's Conor's first victory since 2016, and he needed to win this one -- bad.

The fight -- at the T-Mobile Arena -- was sold out, with more than $11 million in ticket sales alone. Tons of celebs showed up, including Matthew McConaughey, Jeremy Renner, Dave Bautista, Tom Brady, Christian McCaffrey, Baker Mayfield, Myles Garrett and Jon Gruden.

As for the party ... Conor arrived at 1 AM and stayed until 4 AM.

Lizzo's feeling good as hell gold about her body as she soaked up some sunshine, and had a blast on the beach with friends ... and Jillian Michaels is clearly out-of-sight, out-of-mind.

The singer and her crew hit up Piha, a surf beach in Auckland, New Zealand, Wednesday ... and she wasn't shy about showing off her figure. Lizzo rocked the hell out of a tiny, metallic gold, one-piece swimsuit.

In true Lizzo form, she also did some twerking in the sand and posed for a bunch of pics ... before she headed back to the office. She's down under to perform at the FOMO Festival.

We don't know that it was, but the beach trip might seem like a response to last week's controversy. You'll recall, fitness guru Jillian said we should celebrate Lizzo's music, but not necessarily her weight ... because it could lead to serious health issues.

Lots of buzz around that debate -- but Lizzo definitely ain't hearing it all the way down in New Zealand.

Cue the Bee Gees and spin the disco ball, 'cause Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez are ready to party -- as a very public couple -- and they're dressed for it too.

Amazon's head honcho and the former TV host were fully bedazzled Thursday in Mumbai for an Amazon Prime Video event. It's the first time they've hit up a movie industry shindig together ... a little more than a year after their relationship was revealed.

Lauren rocked a skintight, low cut red dress, while Jeff -- and his $113 billion -- slipped into a white and blue speckled blazer. Sharp and, as we said ... disco fever 2020, baby!

Over the last year, we've seen Jeff and Lauren on fabulous yacht vacations, and in box seats at Wimbledon ... but they've shied away from walking red carpets. Looks like that's changing this year.

BTW, Jeff's planning to make a $1 billion investment into India's small and medium businesses. It hasn't been well received, with protests erupting over fears Amazon will end up crushing business owners.

Far as we know, no protests over his jacket. Not yet.

How'd Joe Burrow celebrate the greatest college football season ever by a QB?!?!

LSU pounded Clemson to cap off a 15-0 year Monday night at the Superdome in New Orleans ... and the party afterward was pretty legendary -- with Burrow rippin' puffs of a cigar and Odell dancing his face off in the locker room.

In fact, the party got so intense ... reportedly police officers had to tell Tiger players to stop smoking indoors -- even threatening arrests!!!

While a security guard was snooping around offensive lineman Damien Lewis, Beckham walks behind the guard and smacks his ass.

But, not even that warning could slow down the Bayou bash ... 'cause in the middle of all kinds of cigar smoke in LSU's locker room, there was a dance battle!!

There's more -- OBJ whipped out a stack of cash right on the Superdome field ... and appeared to hook up star WR's Justin Jefferson and Jontre Kirklin with some dough.

Video of the scene is pretty hilarious ... future first-round pick Grant Delpit went off!!

Of course, there was plenty of reason to party ... the Tigers played an awesome game against Clemson, winning 42-25.

Jamie Foxx and Michael B. Jordan's latest movie provided the perfect reason to travel to the United Kingdom ... and tear it up at a popular nightclub.

The "Just Mercy" costars hit up London's Libertine late Sunday night and mixed in well with the party crowd -- especially Jamie -- while they're in town for the film's press tour.

Foxx sang and grooved to his 2004 hit track with Kanye West -- "Gold Digger" -- before getting on the mic in the DJ booth to fire everyone up even more.

Both Jamie and Michael have received praise for their roles in the movie (no love from The Academy, though) ... but that didn't stop Foxx from being MBJ's number one hype man anyway.

No one -- on Earth -- was more fired up about the Chiefs' epic comeback against the Houston Texans than Patrick Mahomes' girlfriend, Brittany Mathews ... and it's all on video.

Brittany WENT FULL-ON BERSERK while watching her boyfriend engineer one of the greatest comebacks in NFL playoff history ... screaming, yelling, talking trash!!!

The 23-year-old was watching the game from a VIP suite at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City ... surrounded by other Chiefs players' GFs and her BFF Jackson Mahomes, Pat's younger bro.

As the Chiefs started cutting into the Texans 24-0 lead, Matthews could barely believe it -- LOSING HER MIND while Patrick went off on the field.

"THAT'S MY BOYYYYYYYYYYYYY," she yelled from the suite ... adding, "WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!"

Once it became clear the Chiefs were taking control, Matthews sent a video message to all of her haters ...

"All those people that doubted us and hated on us, that thought we were gonna lose this game? GUESS AGAIN!!!"

Matthews ain't exactly a wallflower at Chiefs games -- she's as loud and rowdy as they come -- which might be why Patriots fans heckled the crap out of her during a regular-season matchup at Gillette Stadium toward the end of the season.

The good news for Brittany ... the Chiefs will be back at Arrowhead next weekend to take on the Tennessee Titans in the AFC Championship game.

Forget NyQuil ... Bad Bunny is apparently the perfect cure for the flu -- 'cause after he brought LeBron James onstage Sunday -- the Lakers star looked magically cured!!!

LBJ has been battling a bad cold this past week ... and he was feeling so crappy over the weekend, he missed L.A.'s game against the Thunder on Saturday.

But, on Sunday, clearly, all the guy needed was some Puerto Rican Latin trap and reggaeton to feel better ... 'cause when Bad Bunny brought him onstage at Calibash at Staples Center, LBJ raged his face off!!

Watch the video ... LeBron sure looks like he's feeling okay to us -- boppin' around and getting the crowd fired up. He even got in a little dance sesh with Bad Bunny himself!!

The Lakers play the Cavs on Monday night ... and based on Bron's performance Sunday -- we're pretty positive he'll make his return to the hardwood for the game.

Not like Joe Burrow needed any motivation ... but here's Tigers superfan Boosie Badazz telling TMZ Sports he's planning a rager for the ages if the QB brings home a title for LSU!!

Of course, Boosie is a life-long Purple and Gold backer and is a HUGE Burrow guy -- he even FaceTimed the Heisman Trophy winner back in November.

We spoke with the rapper before Burrow faces off against Trevor Lawrence and Clemson in the national championship on Monday ... and he says there's gonna be some models waiting for the guy if he comes up with the dub.

"I'm thinking about throwing Joe a party at my house," Boosie says. "Everybody got their clothes on though. Real model-type women. Joe needs the prettiest model in the game right now."

"Joe needs somebody like Scarlett Johansson. Joe a big dog. Y'all don't see it right now, but this the next Tom Brady."

As for the game, Boosie is confident Burrow can lead the Tigers to the promised land because "he has no fear in his heart ... he is the truth and I stand behind Burrow."

The Chiefs beat the Houston Texans in spectacular fashion this weekend -- but nothing was more spectacular than one of their offensive tackles busting two beers together.

As Patrick Mahomes made a touchdown pass to Blake Bell at the top of the fourth quarter in Sunday's playoff game ... the guy's teammate Eric Fisher ran over to celebrate with him and showered in the glory with brew and an homage to Stone Cold Steve Austin.

Fisher ran over to the stands and grabbed what appeared to be two waiting beer cans that were conveniently placed, and then smashed them over his head like SCSA used to.

Looks the apparent owner of the beers -- the guy with the glasses -- wasn't too upset with the move either -- if anything, Fisher was getting cheered on by all the Chiefs fans.

Will Smith could still get jiggy with it ... because he's not completely shutting down the idea of putting out another album.

We got Will in New York City Friday, and our guy asked if he's ever going to drop a follow-up record to 1997's "Big Willie Style" ... and Will leaves the door wide open.

The 'Fresh Prince' is in the Big Apple promoting his latest movie with Martin Lawrence, "Bad Boys For Life" ... and it sounds like Will's still got a soft spot for the recording studio.

Will's obviously not averse to sequels ... so it's not a stretch to think he'll make his return to the rap game one day. Our photog has a special date in mind for a potential album drop.

Billie Eilish is ripping a page out of Mark Wahlberg's playbook ... by living it up in Hawaii.

The Grammy-nominated singer's in the Aloha State having a blast with her friends. In a rare wardrobe move ... Billie rocks the hell out of a bathing suit. We're so used to seeing her in baggy clothing ... but when in Rome, right?

Looks like a few friends joined her on the trip and they went on quite the excursion ... from zip lining and kayaking to going on a sick helicopter ride and swinging into a lake. She also shared what looks like a Jacuzzi with a friend ... never mind the rain.

And, even though the weather hasn't been cooperating ... Billie still managed to have an incredible photo of her looking outside a helicopter window with a perfect rainbow as her backdrop.

Billie, of course, has been nominated for 6 Grammys ... including Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best New Artist. "Ocean Eyes" was arguably the song that put her on the map but "Bad Guy" is what's now earned her critical acclaim.

PARTY TIME IN THE BAYOU!!!!

LSU just announced it's canceling ALL of its classes on both Monday AND Tuesday so students can rage their faces off for the National Championship Game against Clemson!!

The Tigers are set to play the Tigers on Monday ... and in anticipation of none of the students showing up for class anyway, the Louisiana university made the call Friday.

Seems like a pretty smart move by the school ... the game is being played just a short drive away from the Baton Rouge campus in New Orleans at the Superdome.

As for Clemson ... no announcement has been made about its classes yet -- so keep your fingers crossed for those kids!!

By the way, the game should be awesome ... both LSU QB Joe Burrow and Clemson QB Trevor Lawrence are expected to be the next two No. 1 overall picks in the NFL draft.

Plus, there are about two dozen other players on the field who could eventually end up being NFL stars down the road!!
