Published | Updated

Talent agent Tyler Grasham will not face any charges in his sexual assault case being reviewed by the L.A. City Attorney's Office ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... the L.A. County District Attorney's Office had already rejected 4 cases against Grasham citing insufficient evidence and the statute of limitations running out. But one of them -- by a man alleging Grasham stuck his hand down his pants in 2014 after meeting on Tinder -- was kicked to the City Attorney's Office for possible misdemeanor prosecution.

We've now learned the City Attorney's Office also rejected the case ... again citing that the statute of limitations had run out. Case closed.

Chris Hardwick Shelved by AMC, Dropped from Kaaboo Fest After Ex-GF's Sexual Abuse Claim

Published | Updated

12:10 PM PT -- AMC Networks says Hardwick's show, "Talking with Chris Hardwick," will not air while it assesses the situation, and he is stepping aside from moderating planned AMC and BBC America panels at Comic-Con in San Diego next month.

AMC adds ... "We have had a positive working relationship with Chris Hardwick for many years. We take the troubling allegations that surfaced yesterday very seriously."

Chris Hardwick is losing another gig in the wake of his ex girlfriend, Chloe Dykstra, claiming he emotionally and sexually abused her.

The Kaaboo Festival in Del Mar, CA says it's pulled Hardwick out of the lineup for this year. The annual music and comedy event doesn't go down until September, but organizers already made up their mind -- Hardwick will not perform his comedy routine, and a replacement act is TBA.

As we reported ... Nerdist scrubbed all of Hardwick's content on Friday, hours after Chloe posted an emotionally charged essay with details of the alleged abuse. She claims Hardwick forced her to have sex and made her live under strict rules.

However, Chris denies ever sexually assaulting her, and adds they only broke up because she cheated on him.

FACING THE COURT

Kellen Winslow Jr. threatened to murder BOTH of the women he raped if they spoke to anyone about the incidents ... this according to prosecutors.

The ex-NFL star just appeared in court -- in shackles -- where officials spelled out the case against him.

Prosecutors say Winslow picked up 2 hitchhiking transients -- one in March and one in May -- drove them to an isolated location and raped them.

In both cases, officials say Winslow threatened to kill them if they told anyone.

As for the alleged attempted rapes of two elderly women -- 71 and 86 -- officials say in both cases he broke into their mobile home units with the intent of raping them ... but ultimately left before anything happened.

Prosecutors say cops have had Winslow under surveillance for a while -- and saw him trying to sell his H2 Hummer in an attempt to destroy evidence.

The judge ultimately deemed him a danger to the public and ordered him to be held without bail.

Winslow pled NOT GUILTY to all of the charges against him.

Inside the courtroom, Winslow was supported by family and friends ... including his father, Kellen Winslow Sr. -- the former NFL star.

As we previously reported, Winslow was arrested Thursday after officials say they found evidence to charge the ex-NFL star with 9 felonies ... including forcible rape, forcible sodomy, kidnapping and burglary. The 34-year-old has been in custody since then.

If convicted on all charges, the former Cleveland Browns tight end faces life in prison.

Chris Hardwick Nerdist Site Cuts All Ties Following Sexual Abuse Allegations by Ex-GF

Published | Updated

Chris Hardwick's been scrubbed from the Nerdist website he founded after accusations of emotional and sexual abuse by his ex-girlfriend, Chloe Dykstra, seem to clearly implicate him.

Legendary Entertainment removed all references to Hardwick on the site Friday and says he no longer has any affiliation with the company since his contract expired in 2017.

This comes on the heels of an explosive essay by Dykstra -- who dated Hardwick from 2012 to 2014 -- in which she reveals she was forced to have sex with and follow strict rules made by a man 20 years older than her with whom she was in a relationship.

She does not name Hardwick, but says this man went from being a "podcaster to a powerhouse CEO of his own company." Hardwick is almost 20 years older than Dykstra and is the founder of Nerdist Industries ... and the timeline laid out in her essay also matched up with her relationship with him.

Dykstra alleges the man she dated didn't allow her to go out at night without him, didn't allow her to have male friends and told her she couldn't drink because he was sober. She says, "I would try to sleep in as late as possible so my days were shorter. I stopped listening to music entirely. I ceased to be. I was an ex-person."

In her essay, Dykstra also claims she was regularly pressured into sex against her will for fear of upsetting or losing the man, and after she finally left him ... her career was railroaded by him and she was blacklisted at age 25.

Riff Raff I Get Women 3 at a Time ... I'd Never Force Drugs or Sex!!!

Published | Updated

Riff Raff's going all out to defend himself against recent sexual misconduct allegations, and he's doing it in a very cocky way. It's what he does.

The eccentric rapper shot this video, with his lawyer watching and listening, and adamantly denies doing anything illegal with women. He could have stopped there but, instead, he bragged about his sexual exploits.

As Riff puts it ... "Never once have I ever had to drag a girl to the car, never once have I ever had to drag a girl to a hotel, up flights of steps, to have sex with a dead starfish in my room."

The rapper's Australia and New Zealand tour was canceled 2 weeks ago after he was accused of drugging and raping a Melbourne woman at one of his shows in 2013. Another woman then came forward and accused him of sexual misconduct when she was a minor in 2015.

Riff started to tell us he's just like his heroes -- Hugh Hefner and Dan Bilzerian -- and that's when his lawyer cut him off, and simplified their defense ... denying the allegations and labeling them defamatory.

He says this video "defense" will be in an upcoming short film called "Trial By Media" ... about "how false allegations are the new easy way for people to lie and get their name in the media ... at the expense of actual artists, athletes & high-profile easy target party moguls."

Teairra Mari Restraining Order vs. 50 Cent Denied Lisa Bloom Cites Gross Technicality as Roadblock

Published | Updated

'Love & Hip Hop' star Teairra Mari got denied a restraining order against 50 Cent in her revenge porn case ... and her attorney is blasting the judge for getting too technical when it comes to "engaging" in a sexual act.

As we reported ... Teairra went after her ex, Akbar Abdul-Ahad, and his friend, 50, claiming they teamed up to spread images of her on Instagram that included Teairra with ejaculate all over her face.

She went to court to get a restraining order against them to stop sharing the photo ... but the judge has now denied that motion. And according to Lisa Bloom, the judge denied the request "because she was not convinced that the photo 50 Cent posted, with ejaculate on our client's face, showed her 'engaging' in a sexual act."

Bloom also claims the judge wasn't convinced 50 would post the photo again. Lisa took the judge to task saying, "Common sense dictates that a photo of a woman with ejaculate on her face clearly depicts a sex act, and is the kind of humiliation the revenge porn law was designed to ban."

As for Akbar, he's scheduled to face the judge later this month.

Robby Hayes on Lincoln Adim 'The Bachelorette' Asks About Arrests ... How Did They Miss This?

Published | Updated

JoJo Fletcher's runner-up on her season of "The Bachelorette" can't figure out how Lincoln Adim got on the show, because the screening process probes for past crimes.

We got Robby Hayes Wednesday in Venice and asked if 'Bachelorette' producers need to do better background checks on their contestants ... in light of the fact Adim's sex crime arrest 2 years ago didn't raise any flags.

As we reported ... Adim had been convicted of and sentenced for indecent assault and battery days before Becca Kufrin's season premiered in May. He'd been accused of groping and grinding on a woman during a 2016 cruise. He must now register as a sex offender.

Robby is dumbfounded on how Lincoln slipped through the cracks. He's been through the process, and told us the pointed questions every contestant has to answer ... including the ones about arrests. He says Becca deserved to know about Lincoln and producers need to tighten up the background checks.

We broke the story ... Warner Bros., the studio behind the show, says Lincoln lied through his teeth, and the company that runs background checks missed his arrest.

Jamie Foxx Hangin' Loose Amid Penis Slap Allegation

Published | Updated

Jamie Foxx doesn't appear to have a worry in the world after being accused of slapping a woman with his penis nearly 16 years ago ... that much is clear in his body language.

Foxx was heading in to tape "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" Wednesday in L.A. when he flashed the surfer's classic "hang loose" sign.

We broke the story ... a woman filed a police report with Vegas PD last week claiming Foxx hit her in the face with his genitalia in 2002 after she refused to perform oral sex on him. Jamie has vehemently denied the accusation ... and is vowing to pursue legal action against her.

For now, though ... he's chillin'.

'The Bachelorette' Contestant Lincoln Adim Convicted Indecent Assault and Battery

Published | Updated

1:36 PM PT -- A law enforcement source tells us ... during the alleged incident, Lincoln grabbed the woman's hands and placed them on his own chest and stomach. We're told he then allegedly groped her breasts and grinded up on the woman. It all happened on a ship called Spirit of Boston.

A contestant on the new season of "The Bachelorette" -- who's still in contention -- became a convicted criminal charged with a sex crime just a week before the premiere.

Law enforcement sources in Suffolk County, NY tell TMZ Lincoln Adim was convicted of indecent assault and battery on May 21 from an incident that occurred in 2016. Adim was accused of groping and assaulting a woman on a cruise that year.

Crazy enough, his sentence was handed down right before the new season aired on May 28. Adim was sentenced to a year behind bars, with that term being suspended for a two-year probationary period. He also has to stay away from the victim, and attend 3 AA meetings per week for those 2 years.

If he doesn't comply with the judge's terms, he'd have to serve out a year in jail. If he does ... he can avoid that. Oh, and he's also expected to register as a sex offender.

Adim has not been eliminated 3 weeks into the reality show. He's still among the remaining men and vying for Becca Kufrin's hand in marriage ... no biggie, right?

Jamie Foxx Accused in 2002 Penis Slapping Incident ... He Denies It and Will Fight Back Legally

Published | Updated

Jamie Foxx is being accused of slapping a woman with his penis nearly 16 years ago, and although she's now gone to police ... Foxx says it's an "absurd" lie, and he's going after her, legally ... TMZ has learned.

The alleged assault happened in Las Vegas back in 2002. According to law enforcement, the accuser told cops last week she and a friend were attending a party at Jamie's place when he tried to get her to perform oral sex. She claims when she refused, Jamie struck her in the face with his penis.

The accuser tells us ... after the alleged assault, one of Jamie's friends told her she had to get out of the house. She claims she went to a hospital the next day when she got back home to L.A. to get treatment for a severe panic attack.

Law enforcement sources tell us Vegas PD lists the case as an open investigation. However, the statute of limitations has long since run -- it's 3 years in Nevada.

Jamie's attorney, Allison Hart of Lavely & Singer, tells TMZ ... "Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him. The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman's absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story."

Hart adds, "The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday because the incident never happened."

The accuser says the #MeToo movement inspired her to finally file the police report. She also claims she wanted the alleged incident recorded in case other accusers come forward.

Charlie Sheen HIV Lawsuit Alleged Victim Fires Back I Signed Your NDA Out of Fear!

Published | Updated

The woman suing Charlie Sheen for exposing her to HIV claims he coerced her into signing a hush agreement ... with the help of a goon squad.

The woman, who's suing as a Jane Doe, just fired back at Sheen's response to her lawsuit and says his claim that she knew he had HIV before they had sex is complete BS.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, she sticks to her original story ... that Sheen revealed he was HIV positive only after they had unprotected sex. She says she was told by doctors to find out what meds he was on, so she could get proper treatment.

She says before he gave her the info, Sheen forced her to sign a non-disclosure agreement. According to the docs, she showed up to Charlie's house only to find 4 "thuggish" men and what she believed to be weapons lying around, including guns. She claims she was escorted to a garage area, and told to sign the document.

She skimmed it, but says she doesn't understand English very well -- she's from Moscow -- and signed it under what she believed to be a threat to her safety. She also says in the suit, she'd seen Charlie's temper, and heard him allude to using violence in the past.

As for Sheen ... he's said they were intimate and she's only out to extort him for money.

Stormy Daniels Ex-Attorney Strikes Back You Ordered Me to Do Dirty Work!!!

Published | Updated

Stormy Daniels has another war on her hands -- now her ex-attorney's suing her for claiming he was a "puppet" who colluded with Donald Trump and Michael Cohen.

Keith Davidson responded to Stormy's lawsuit with one of his own. As we reported, Stormy claims Davidson, her attorney when she signed the $130k hush agreement, was in cahoots with Trump's legal team.

But in new docs Davidson says Stormy and her team contacted him "seemingly hundreds of times" in late 2016 to smooth things out with Cohen. He claims Stormy was concerned Trump would sue her for breaking the hush agreement when she started making deals -- presumably to cash in on her alleged sexual encounter with the President-elect.

He denies teaming up with Cohen, and, in fact, claims he illegally recorded their conversations.

As for his countersuit -- he's going after Stormy and her new legal gun, Michael Avenatti. He calls out Avenatti's tweet, "Davidson should have been charged after his arrest for extortion." Davidson says he's never been busted for extortion ... so, he's suing Avenatti and Stormy for defamation.

And for good measure, he's suing Cohen too ... for invasion of privacy.

In other words -- SUE EVERYBODY!

Stormy Daniels Sues Ex-Lawyer ... He Was a 'Puppet' for Trump & Cohen

Published | Updated

Stormy Daniels just sued her former attorney ... claiming he was in cahoots with President Trump's personal attorney, Michael Cohen, to get her to falsely deny she had an affair with Trump.

Stormy -- real name Stephanie Clifford -- filed docs Wednesday claiming Keith Davidson colluded with Cohen and hatched a plan to get her on Sean Hannity's show back in January.

The suit attached a series of texts Stormy says back her claims. In docs, obtained by TMZ, Cohen texted Davidson, "I have her tentatively scheduled for Hannity tonight." But, a few hours later ... Cohen texted Davidson, "The wise men all believe the story is dying and don't think it's smart for her to do any interviews." Davidson, according to docs, replied, "100%" ... with Cohen replying, "Thanks pal."

Stormy claims "wise men" is in reference to Trump, essentially alleging he knew Davidson and Cohen were communicating all along. Stormy also claims Davidson broke attorney-client privilege when he tipped off Cohen that she was about to get a new lawyer, Michael Avenatti, and announce in court she had an affair with Trump but signed an agreement to keep quiet about it in exchange for $130,000.

The suit alleges, "Mr. Davidson abdicated his role as an advocate and fiduciary of his client Ms. Clifford and instead elected to be a puppet for Mr. Cohen and Mr. Trump in order to advance their interests at the expense of Ms. Clifford."

Trump denies the affair.

Tommy Lee's Fiancee Oh, We've Made Sex Tapes ... But, Not For $ale!!

Published | Updated

Tommy Lee's fiancee ain't hiding it, they've recorded themselves bangin' ... you're just not gonna see it. At least that's their plan.

We got Brittany Furlan at the Topanga Mall Tuesday, and she spilled some tea about their relationship -- about their wedding fake out, when they're REALLY tying the knot and, uh, yeah ... sex tapes.

Brittany copped to it, but the long (ha ha) and short of it is ... sounds like it's something they've done more than once. She assured our guy, the recordings won't be for sale.

Not to burst her bubble, but the famous Tommy and Pamela Anderson tape wasn't for sale, either -- it was reportedly stolen out of their home safe.

One more deet ... Brit tells us where she and Tommy definitely did NOT record their sex.

Girl's got limits.

Drake's Alleged Baby Mama Took Shot at Reality TV Fame ... 'Real Mistresses of Atlanta'

Published | Updated

Drake knows how to pick 'em -- the mother of his alleged son starred on a reality show ... about professional side chicks.

We dug up an old trailer for a 2012 show called "Real Mistresses of Atlanta," in which Sophie Brussaux -- who used her stage name, Rosee Divine -- is introduced as one of the four leading ladies. She called herself a French model who likes luxury.

In one scene she's seen talking to an anonymous NBA player over the phone, and he tells her to buy a condo she liked. The implication is pretty clear ... he's married, but he's also Sophie's sugar daddy.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Producer Mickey 'Memphitz' Wright -- the ex-bf of "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star K. Michelle -- created and produced the show. He reportedly shopped it around to TV execs, and sources at Oxygen tell us the network was very interested ... but, ultimately no one bought it.

There are no episodes or seasons listed on the Internet.

Sophie's still living well though. TMZ broke the story, Drake's been financially supporting her since the birth of his alleged son, Adonis.
