Russian tennis star Andrey Rublev had a simple, yet powerful message as his country and Ukraine collide on the world stage ... writing "no war please" on a camera following his match in Dubai.

Andrey -- the world's No.7 ranked tennis player -- knocked off his opponent, Hubert Hurkacz, on Friday ... and then made his mark for all to see.

Rublev spoke more in-depth about the conflict after the match ... saying, "You realize how important it is to have peace in the world and to respect each other no matter what, to be united."

"We should take care of our earth and of each other. This is the most important thing."

Rublev -- who's from Russia's capital city, Moscow -- says he's been receiving negative comments online because of the invasion in Ukraine.

Fellow tennis great Daniil Medvedev -- who's also from Russia -- spoke about the importance of using his platform to promote peace.

"By being a tennis player, I want to promote peace all over the world," Medvedev said. "It's just not easy to hear all this news. I'm all for peace."

But, despite the major accomplishment, Rublev expressed certain issues transcend the realm of sports -- and the situation in Ukraine is one of them.

"In these moments, you realize that my match is not important," Andrey said. "It's not about my match, how it affects me. What's happening is much more terrible."

A Ukrainian father broke down in tears as he gave his daughter a final goodbye as she fled to safety ... and the video drives home the heartbreak of the brutal Russian invasion.

The Ukrainian father is inconsolable as his daughter cries during their final embrace ... as the young girl and a woman board a bus for safety.

The dad tells his daughter he loves her as he sobs and gently places a hat on his daughter's head.

It's difficult but important to watch because it drives home the tragedy of Putin's aggression.  As he leaves his daughter -- perhaps not know when or even if he'll see her again -- he asks for her hand. As she leaves, he gazes in agony.

This scene is likely being played out with many other Ukrainian families .. ripped apart as they flee for safety or fight for freedom.

One of the reasons families are splitting up ... the Ukrainian government is requiring men between 18 and 60 to stay in the country ... presumably to resist the invasion.

You've heard how authorities use DNA to nail scofflaws for a variety of misdeeds, well sometimes DNA can absolve a suspected offender ... and that's the case with Hank the Tank.

This poor bear was about to be euthanized for allegedly breaking into at least 28 homes in South Lake Tahoe in search of food. Authorities believed Hank was the culprit, and they were taking steps to possibly kill the bear.

Here's how it all went down. There was another bear break-in last Friday and the immediate thought was to pin it on Hank the Tank. A DNA test was performed and low and behold, the bear burglar was a female who was on file with the California Dept. of Fish and Wildlife, so Hank was in the clear.

The good folks at the DFW decided to look into the other break-ins Hank was accused of and discovered in their investigation and through DNA evidence that 3 other bears -- two being female -- were responsible for many of them. They are unsure how many can be pinned on Hank, due to DNA not being available for all of the break-ins. The DFW was relying on police reports and witness statements of property owners, who may have falsely identified Hank.

So authorities have now had a change of heart, and Peter Tira -- a spokesperson for the Department of Fish and Wildlife -- tells us no bear will be euthanized or even relocated. As for how they'll deal with the situation in the future ... well, bear with us. We're told they'll be setting traps to collect DNA, and then tag and release the bears back into the wild.

AnnaLynne McCord might think she has the perfect response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine -- spoken word poetry -- but she's getting blasted for it.

The former "90210" reboot star's fending off serious backlash after tweeting a more than 2-minute long poem, essentially begging Vladimir Putin for peace. She posted it shortly after Russian forces began the assault, and opens with ... “Dear President Vladimir Putin, I’m so sorry that I was not your mother. I can’t imagine how it feels in your heart, but I know if I was your mother, I would be a start."

AnnaLynne goes on to plead for Putin to put an end to the unbridled aggression, while treating him like one of her own kids. The Internet's response to that is basically ... 9-Ohh no she didn't!!!

Some posted replies directly to Anna include, “Jesus christ the self centeredness of this all is mind numbing” ... and “Just sing ‘Imagine’ next time. It’s easier than whatever this is” -- a reference to Gal Gadot's infamous posting when the COVID-19 pandemic began.

All in all, the poem's been ripped as tone deaf.

On the opposite end of the spectrum ... Sean Penn's been praised by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for his presence within the country.

As we reported, Sean is there shooting a documentary in hopes of shining a light on the conflict. President Zelenskyy says Sean is showing "courage and honesty" -- characteristics he says many western politicians are lacking ... a clear shot at the U.S and other European nations' refusal to intercede.

As we've reported, Russia is attacking Ukraine on the ground and from the air -- fighter jets have started bombing runs on or near residential homes.

Shanna Moakler's boyfriend, Matthew Rondeau, has been arrested for felony domestic violence on the heels of a disturbing video in which he accused her of cheating and said their relationship was over.

Law enforcement sources tell us Shanna and Matthew got in a fight Wednesday night at their home after he accused her of cheating. Our sources say Shanna left the home, but returned Thursday morning where the fighting continued and allegedly became physical.

We're told cops were called, and Shanna had visible marks on her body ... Rondeau was arrested for felony domestic violence.

Moakler was just a contestant on "Celebrity Big Brother" -- the show's finale was Wednesday night.

In a video posted to Moakler's Instagram page Thursday, an irate Rondeau -- who was recording himself -- accused Moakler of cheating on him and called her a fake person. Rondeau said he and Moakler were finished as a couple and he'd never speak to her again.

D.U.S.T. Commander Dale Brown says several MMA fighters have hit him up since cornering Joaquin Buckley to a win last weekend -- but unfortunately for those other fighters, the deadly self-defense expert tells TMZ Sports he's only rockin' with JB!!

We broke the news last week ... Buckley (14-4, 10 KOs) hit up Brown, a viral sensation, to be one of his cornermen for his matchup against Abdul Razak Alhassan at UFC Fight Night in Vegas.

Buckley won by decision ... and Commander Brown says Buckley utilized some of his moves during the tightly contested fight.

"I will say he did use some techniques," Brown says, "that are associated with my training."

And, ever since then, the Detroit Urban Surviving Training star says other fighters have been blowin' up his phone -- trying to get their own Buckley-type treatment.

"We've had several just the past couple of days reaching out, emailing, texting, trying to reach out and see if they can come by the facility and see what we can do to coordinate and collaborate."

But, sorry fightin' folks ... Brown says he's only gonna work with Buckley.

"We're #teamBuckley so that's not gonna happen."

However, Dale says he's down to with celebs like Odell Beckham ... who paid homage to Commander Brown after scoring a touchdown this season for the Rams.

In fact, Brown says he met Rick Ross after the Buckley-Alhassan fight -- telling us he showed the Miami rapper a nose-press technique.

"Training entertainers, training their staff, bodyguards -- anybody out there looking for advanced training."

Kanye West might finally have someone else to aim his anger at other than Pete Davidson -- his "Donda 2" event's sound engineer -- who seemingly blew it in Miami ... causing West to throw his mic in frustration.

Ye premiered new tracks from his album Tuesday night at a live listening event for fans at LoanDepot Park in Miami. While the whole thing started smoothly, with Kanye playing tracks from the new album, by the end, the event -- streamed on stemplayer.com -- had totally unraveled and Kanye looked visibly pissed off.

Things really seemed to take a turn during the song "Jail 2" when Marilyn Manson and DaBaby joined Kanye on stage. It appeared Kanye was supposed to perform the song live -- but was having some serious issues with his in-ear ... eventually throwing his microphone in frustration, Kanye never picked the mic up again.

The final song of the night, "Off The Grid" -- a song from the first "Donda" album -- was a total mess, Fivio Foreign and Playboi Carti joined Kanye to perform it, and Fivio's mic was totally out of sync totally off with the music playing ... sounding like he was trying to catch up to the song the entire time.

We spoke with a couple people who were in the audience, who said the audio issues weren't as noticeable as they were to those streaming from home.

While most of "Donda 2" sounded like it was incomplete, the fans in Miami certainly got their fair share of guest appearances during the show -- Jack Harlow, Migos, Pusha T, Alicia Keys and The Game, to name a few. Elon Musk was among the celebs in the crowd.

Kim Kardashian recently flaunted her armada of cars, which isn't only impressive because they're super-expensive luxury rides -- it turns out she also dropped 6 figures just to customize them.

Now this is some serious rich people s**t, but sources tell TMZ ... the 3 whips Kim showed off during her Vogue video interview -- her Lambo, Rolls-Royce and Maybach -- went into the shop because she wanted them to match the color of her home!!!

Yep, she dropped north of $100k to paint all of them "ghost grey" ... to accessorize her mansion.

Our sources tell us the custom paint job was done by Platinum Motorsports in L.A., and we're told the color is a very specific Rolls-Royce grey. Sorry, you're not likely to find that in your local body shop.

Each whip took about a month to get done, because it's not just a simple spray painting. We're told the guys at Platinum have to take apart each car piece by piece in order to apply the color.

If you're curious which of KK's vehicles took the longest to work on ... we're told it was the Lamborghini Urus, because it has an intricate body kit toward the front. And, yes, our sources say Kim was very involved in the process along the way ... she knew exactly what she wanted.

One last thing ... Platinum's been doing business with Kim for a while now, and we're told they're getting customers calling in and asking for the "Kim K."

Matthew Stafford says he feels awful about the way he reacted to a photog falling off the stage at the Rams' Super Bowl rally ... revealing he personally reached out to her to apologize.

As we previously reported, Kelly Smiley fractured her spine after attempting to take a pic of Matthew and his wife last week ... and the QB was captured on video quickly turning around and walking away.

Stafford was criticized for how he handled the situation ... with some people saying he should have stepped in to help out.

Matthew and his wife discussed the incident from their perspective on Kelly's "The Morning After" podcast this week ... and she says the QB DID show concern.

"Matthew looked at me and said 'check her please,' and turned around," Kelly said .... adding he personally texted the photog afterwards.

"That obviously happened really quickly and suddenly and unexpectedly and I wish I had a better reaction in the moment," Matthew added. "I didn’t. I apologized to her for that. But I’m glad that all in all she’s doing all right."

BTW -- the Staffords and Rams will be paying for Smiley's broken camera equipment and medical bills.

There's more -- Matthew and Kelly also talk about just how awful their hungover Disneyland trip was ... and the convo will make you wanna drink a ton of water.

"Disney is a beautiful, amazing place when you are sober," Kelly said. "When you are hungover and when you are still a little tipsy, not so much. If you didn’t have kids, maybe it would be a little more fun."

Big boys gotta eat ... especially when those big boys are massive bears like Hank, who's now broken into at least 28 homes in search of food!!!

The city of South Lake Tahoe, CA has quite the menace roaming their streets -- a chunky guy they've named Hank the Tank. The 500-pound bear's been spotted more than 100 times since July, but human encounters aren't scaring him off ... Hank keeps trying to get his paws on sweet leftovers in home after home.

For reference, an average black bear weighs anywhere from 100-300 lbs ... so, Hank's had quite the hibernation!

Local authorities have tried to “haze” the bear with loud noises, paintballs and Tasers, but nothing's keeping him away.

Peter Tira -- a spokesman for the California Department of Fish and Wildlife -- told the New York Times, “This is a bear that has lost all fear of people ... It’s a potentially dangerous situation.” Tira says local authorities are trying to trap the bear and possibly euthanize him.

Not everyone is keen on them putting him down, however ... locals point out that while Hank's causing property damage, he's a gentle giant that hasn't harmed any humans.

As one resident put it ... Hank just eats peacefully, and "he doesn’t attack them. He doesn’t growl. He doesn’t make rude faces.”

Well, at least he's polite while breaking and entering.

Adele is trying to tune out any distractions in her life ... even cameras that are right up in her face!

Adele was at the NBA All-Star Game Sunday night -- no doubt showing support for BF Rich Paul -- and a camera crew unsurprisingly got a shot of her.

The cameras got super close to her, but Adele just pretended they weren't there ... looking away to either side. The shot lasted an uncomfortably long time. Typically the director stays on the shot until the person they're shooting acknowledges it, but that never happened.

Adele hasn't been seen in public much since the cancellation of her Vegas residency... where she went online and apologized -- breaking the news just one day before the first show would begin.

She's mostly been on the down-low since the cancellation, with the exception of a night out at a gay bar in London.

This was a big night for Rich, and Adele was there to support him and watch the game. They were seated next to another musical icon -- Mary J. Blige.

Olympic skier Remi Lindholm says it was so cold during a race at the Games in Beijing over the weekend ... his penis literally froze while he was competing.

Lindholm says the horrifying injury happened during Saturday's men's 50km mass start event ... where temps dipped so low, officials actually delayed the start and even shortened the race's overall distance to 30km to try to keep competitors safe.

The precautions, though, clearly didn't help Lindholm too much ... because he said after spending over an hour racing on the course, his junk turned into a popsicle.

"You can guess which body part was a little bit frozen when I finished," Lindholm told reporters after the race. "It was one of the worst competitions I've been in."

Lindholm said he needed a heat pack to thaw everything out -- but added that once he got warm, "the pain was unbearable."

The worst part for Lindholm? His efforts only resulted in a 28th place finish.

Turns out, this was not the first time Lindholm has experienced the terrifying race wound -- he said it happened to him in a race in Finland in 2021.

Macy Gray’s the latest to try something different with the National Anthem during the NBA All-Star weekend ... and yet again, it evoked some would-be chuckles from the players.

The Grammy-winning singer did a take on the ‘Star-Spangled Banner’ Sunday ahead of tip-off for the All-Star game, and it definitely conjured up memories of Fergie from 4 years ago ... when she did something similar during her appearance.

Just like then, MG’s rendition now is getting widely mocked -- but more importantly, it’s causing the same sorts of reactions among the guys themselves, most notably ... LeBron James, who was seen apparently fighting back laughter when the camera panned to him.

He was standing next to Steph Curry, who kept his composure this time ... and you can see LBJ with a big grin on his face as Macy sings. When he looks up to the Jumbotron and sees his reaction was captured, he bows his head in embarrassment -- trying to hide.

He wasn’t the only one who was left stunned by the show -- one Bill Murray was in the crowd as well, and he seemed dumbfounded by what he was hearing.

Others, too, looked on with confusion ... maybe even terror!

Still, Macy powered through it ... and ended with one of the shortest “brave” refrains we’ve ever heard. She got a round of applause, obviously, and was graceful upon completion.

Funny enough, she’s actually had some thoughts on Old Glory of late ... suggesting the flag needs to be redesigned to reflect modern-day America.

Tom Holland might’ve thought he’d make it to the Oscars this year -- but it could be Camila Cabello who actually comes out on top as a fan fave ... how ‘bout that?!

According to Deadline, her ‘Cinderella’ movie -- which was released straight to Prime earlier last year -- is supposedly leading the race for the #OscarsFanFavorite category that the Academy cooked up out of nowhere ... apparently in a bid to boost ratings and include mainstream popcorn flicks somehow.

Indeed, a lot of folks are also screaming “What?!?!” on the bird app, obviously wondering ... how can this be???

No shade to CC, Billy Porter and James Corden ... but their take on the fairy tale classic wasn’t well-received by critics, and (mostly) ditto for normies who actually watched it. It goes without saying -- "Spider-Man: No Way Home" was the clear crowd-pleaser this year, proven at the box office with record ticket sales.

So ... what gives? Well, per Deadline, it would appear folks tracking these numbers on the Academy’s site/Twitter see a trend ... rabid fan bases swooping in and flooding the digital voting booths for their heroes and icons. In this case, it seems Camila has quite the following online -- and they appear to be catapulting her to the top on just their love for her alone.

The outlet says there was actually a huge push for "Zack Snyder’s Justice League" -- which has a mega stan culture all its own -- but since it’s a redo, it unfortunately isn’t eligible.

'NWH' is the close second at the moment, and there’s still several days to vote before the show starts later in March. But don’t worry ... there’s no real stakes here, no actual hardware will be presented to whichever film wins this made-up category.

L.A.'s Super Bowl celebration deserves a big fat penalty flag ... at least according to the infamous "Hollyweed" vandal who says the city screwed up its Hollywood sign overhaul.

As you know, the "Rams House" overlay went viral after the big game -- mostly because it took forever to complete -- and fans were, at best, split on the end result. Well, Zach "Jesushands" Fernandez isn't even that complimentary, and insists the project could've gone way better ... with his help!

Of course, Zach vandalized the Hollywood Sign back in 2017, turning it into "Hollyweed" to celebrate Cali legalizing recreational marijuana -- and from what he could see, the "Rams House" sign fell short of the high bar he'd set.

He told TMZ ... "When I first saw it, I couldn't even make out what it said. That was a really bad first impression, I guess."

His final impression wasn't much better, with Zach calling it "more of a disgrace."

Zach knows what he's talking about when it comes to dressing up the big sign, saying the material and color of the fabric was a poor choice ... as the light was bound to shine right through it.

If the Rams repeat as Super Bowl champs -- as several players suggested during the victory parade -- he has alternative options.

L.A. mayor Eric Garcetti announced the overlay after the Rams took down the Cincinnati Bengals at Super Bowl LVI. What was supposed to be a one-day project ended up taking 3 ... narrowly making it up for Wednesday's parade.

Not shockingly, Zach says he was never asked to help out -- after all, he was arrested for trespassing after his stunt. Still, he says if the price is right, he'd be down.

An up-and-coming rapper from the ATL is drawing a line in the sand over who can and can't claim her turf -- and by default ... kinda ostracizes A LOT of big names that rep her home.

The young MC is Omeretta The Great, and she's got a new single out -- "Sorry Not Sorry" -- that has folks from the Greater Atlanta Metro Area in a full-blown tizzy about who's actually from there, and who's not.

You gotta see what Omeretta considers "Atlanta" -- she kinda turns it into a local geography lesson, getting very specific.

On the NOT ATLANTA list: Forest Park, Lindbergh, Roswell, Gwinnett and Clayton County, Lithonia, Decatur and much of the north and south parts of town (like College Park and East Point, for example).

While she doesn't exactly spell out where her city limits are exactly, it seems like OTG might be relying on zoned districts that officials/cops use to map out Atlanta proper.

If true, then there's a good handful of legendary artists that she's divided into two camps -- those with actual ATL roots, and those without.

Based on what she's saying here, one could surmise that she might think rappers and singers like Ludacris, OutKast, Monica, Young Joc, 2 Chainz and others are NOT from Atlanta. They mostly grew up in the outskirts, to the south of the main city or elsewhere.

By the same token, Omeretta also seems to be saying the Migos aren't from Atlanta, as they hail from Lawrenceville (part of Gwinnett Co.) -- which is less controversial, since that's low-key far from Atlanta itself.

Those who could be safe in Omeretta's eyes ... Future (Kirkwood), Lil Baby (Oakland City), T.I. (Bankhead) and Gucci Mane (East Atlanta). Their stomping grounds seem to be within actual Atlanta borders, as it were.

Now, as you might imagine ... the response from "Atlanta Twitter" is fierce ... with many actually agreeing with Omeretta, and others saying she's being way too territorial for no freakin' reason. Also of note, she went and shot this video at Truist Park -- about 10 miles north of downtown -- which isn't lost on people ... and appears to contradict her point.

None of the icons mentioned above appear to have responded to Omeretta’s in-or-out club headcount just yet ... but wouldn't it be something if they did, and actually made a song about it???
