If President Donald Trump decides to take a last minute trip to the Super Bowl -- don't expect Minneapolis mayor Jacob Frey to lead the welcoming party!

For those unfamiliar ... 36-year-old Frey has made headlines for speaking his mind -- most recently when he made a video in which he asked if the city was really welcoming "f**king Eagles" fans to Minnesota.

So we asked if he would welcome Trump, too ... the answer? Not so much.

Frey did, however, say his dream celebrity meet-and-greet would be Snoop Dogg -- saying a Gin and Juice session with the rapper is on his bucket list!

... Unless Snoop suddenly becomes an Eagles fan.

Anthony Scaramucci almost had the last laugh on Donald Trump, because T-Mobile offered him a fortune to do a Super Bowl ad, but then mysteriously pulled the plug ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the deal tell us the behemoth mobile carrier contacted Scaramucci's reps a few weeks ago and offered in the mid-6 figures for a surprise ad during the game. We're told the premise was Scaramucci at a podium fielding questions about T-Mobile, and whenever someone had their information wrong he'd scream, "Fake news!!!"

Days after the offer was made, it was pulled with no explanation. Sources connected with the former White House Communications Director say they believe it was yanked because of Scaramucci's politics.

We reached out to T-Mobile ... but the company was radio silent.

Ken Bone, the red sweater-wearing star of one of President Trump's 2016 debates, has an admittedly sloshed review of 45's first State of the Union address.

Bone's giving Trump an 8 out of 10 for his speech because he wasn't contentious, and preached unity and bipartisanship ... even if many members of Congress weren't buying it. Now, to why Bone was bombed during the speech.

He created a drinking game for SOTU viewers ... a pretty complicated one, actually.

The Bone Zone wasn't all shots and giggles during the SOTU ... he actually called out Trump on Twitter for his coal industry comment. Yes, he was drunk tweeting.

Drool of thumb ... if you're gonna give a nationally televised speech, GO EASY ON THE CHAPSTICK ... or you'll be mocked endlessly like Rep. Joe Kennedy.

JK3 learned the hard way after social media went HAM on him for his extra shiny mouth during the Democratic response to the State of the Union.

In fact, someone even started a "Joe Kennedy's Lips" Twitter account.

The good news for Joe ... he's taking the mockery in stride -- even joking about his over-chapstickeration on 'GMA' early Wednesday morning.

"Oddly enough, I decided to go a little bit light on the chapstick this morning," Kennedy said ... "More on the coffee, light on the chapstick, which was probably a wise choice."

True.

Joe Biden says he'll be rootin' hard for Philly this Sunday ... but the former Vice President doesn't seem 100% confident his Eagles will be flying high at Super Bowl 52.

Why?? In a word -- BRADY.

"I don't think they're gonna take out Brady," Biden told TMZ Sports at LAX. "Brady's awful good."

No disagreements here.

Still, there's no questioning Joe's fandom. Remember -- the ex-VP told Carson Wentz, "It's our year" last season ... and even advised former President Obama to "get on the Wentz Wagon!"

Chris Long says he's ready to stick it to Donald Trump AGAIN -- stating he will NOT attend the White House visit if the Eagles win the Super Bowl.

Backstory -- Long boycotted the trip in 2017 when he was invited to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. as a part of the New England Patriots championship team.

Now, he's on the other side ... telling the Barstool Sports podcast, "Pardon My Take," straight-up -- "No, I'm not going to the White House. Are you kidding me?!"

Alana Evans isn't shying away from the story about Donald Trump's alleged tryst with fellow porn star Stormy Daniels back in 2006 ... because she thinks it's par for the course for guys like him.

We got the porn Hall of Famer at the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo Thursday night in Vegas, and asked her about Stormy's alleged romp with the Prez. Alana suggests we all know what went down, even though Stormy's not talking.

More interesting, though, is how Alana feels about the First Lady. She believes Melania should stick with Donald despite his alleged affairs, and says it could be part of their arrangement.

The U.S. government isn't the only thing getting shut down ... Stormy Daniels just got the plug pulled on one of her upcoming club gigs.

Stormy had an appearance lined up at Chateau Nightclub in Las Vegas this Friday, but the club canceled it Tuesday morning.

The gig coincided with the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo in town over the weekend, which would seem like clever marketing for both Stormy and the club, but sources close to Stormy tell us the club didn't want the same media attention as the South Carolina strip club Stormy performed in over the weekend.

As we previously reported, Stormy's got gigs lined up through June after her alleged fling with the Prez made her a hot commodity, but it appears most are still going on as planned.

In other good news, Stormy's Instagram account is back up and running.

"Moonlight" star Jharrel Jerome is fearful ... in the world of Donald Trump, black-themed movies may not stand a chance at the Oscars.

We got Jharrel Thursday at Salt Lake City International Airport and he seemed disheartened at the chances of "Get Out" winning ANYTHING at the Oscars ... and it sounds like he blames it on Trump and the worsening racial tensions in the last year.

"Get Out" was shut out at the Golden Globes and he worries Jordan Peele's film may suffer in the current climate.

President Donald Trump came through on presenting "The Fakies" ... his 2017 Fake News Awards. He teased it up as "The Most Dishonest and Corrupt Media Awards of the Year" ... and here are the HUGE winners (losers?) in his words. No shocker, CNN took the most trophies.

- TIME FALSELY reported that President Trump removed a bust of Martin Luther King Jr. from the Oval Office.

- The Washington Post FALSELY reported the President's massive sold out rally in Pensacola, Florida was empty. Dishonest reporter showed picture of empty arena HOURS before crowd started pouring in.

- CNN FALSELY edited a video to make it appear President Trump defiantly overfed fish during a visit with the Japanese Prime Minister. Japanese Prime Minister actually led the way with the feed.

- CNN FALSELY reported about Anthony Scaramucci's meeting with a Russian, but retracted it due to a "significant breakdown in process."

- CNN FALSLEY REPORTED that former FBI Director James Comey would dispute President Trump's claim that he was told he was not under investigation.

- The New York Times FALSELY claimed on the front page that the Trump administration had hidden a climate report.

Porn star Stormy Daniels told a close friend Donald Trump was in chase mode -- in his underwear -- when they partied together in 2006 .. at least that's what the friend claimed Tuesday morning.

Alana Evans, also an adult film star, was on "Megyn Kelly TODAY" when she described a phone call with Stormy back in 2006. She says Stormy said, "picture this, Donald Trump chasing me around the bedroom in his tighty-whities."

Megyn's audience erupted in laughter, and so did Alana who said the conversation is not the kinda thing you EVER forget.

There's at least one person who really doesn't wanna see Oprah in the White House -- and he's aiming to make some cash on the anti-O movement if she runs in 2020.

An Arizona man applied for the rights to use "NOprah" earlier this month on shirts, jackets, shoes, pants and other garments ... presumably to sell.

The guy, who only wanted to be ID'd as Lewis, tells TMZ ... he filed for the "NOprah" trademark because he saw a swirl of opposition to a possible O run. He says enough already with celebs in the Oval.

Lewis says he's not sure if he wants to start selling the clothing now, or wait until the 'Oprah for Prez' thing is more of a reality.

One last thing ... Lewis tells us he personally likes Oprah -- just not for President.

Tiffany Trump helped out a friend who wanted to get married in Vegas -- sans the romance -- so she picked up a basket baggie and started tossing petals.

In a video that's since been deleted, President Trump's second youngest kid was seen as one of the few people in attendance at A Little White Wedding Chapel Sunday for her pal Quentin Esme Brown's "shotgun" marriage to "NYC Prep" star PC Peterson. -- who, apparently, aren't romantically involved.

It's interesting that Tiffany didn't fill in as a bridesmaid -- guess the Trump name doesn't carry as much weight in Sin City as it does in D.C. right now.

President Trump's all but down for the count in his battle with Special Counsel Robert Mueller ... so says "The Blacklist" star Harry Lennix.

We got Lennix at LAX and asked him what he thought about Trump saying "We'll see what happens" when asked if he'll allow Mueller's investigative team to interview him. Remember ... Mueller has spent 8 months looking into whether Russia interfered with the 2016 U.S. Presidential election.

Lennix -- who plays FBI Assistant Director on 'Blacklist' -- makes no bones about where his allegiance stands.

'Handmaid's Tale' star O-T Fagbenle believes protesters would've showed up in droves if Donald Trump hadn't canceled his visit to London this week amid fears of mass protest, but the call won't help improve Trump's rep in the UK.

O-T, who plays Elizabeth Moss' husband on the dystopian series, is a Londoner himself, and when we got him at LAX Friday he gave us the rundown -- well, more like a laundry list -- of why so many Londoners are pissed off with Trump. Unsurprisingly, it starts with 45's Twitter.

Pierre Garcon wasn't the least bit surprised Donald Trump reportedly called Haiti a "shithole" ... but says he's willing to forgive the Prez.

Garcon -- a Haitian-American NFL star -- tells TMZ Sports he was upset when he first heard POTUS bash the country from which his family descends.

"When you first heard it, it was hard to understand why he'd say something like that."
