'Tiger King' Star Carole Baskin Bashes Netflix for 'Lies, Innuendos' ... Calls Husband Claims BS

Published

"Tiger King" star Carole Baskin claims Netflix made her out to be a monster and an alleged spouse killer -- and while she still denies that, she is revealing new info about her late husband.

Carole bashed the Netflix producers Wednesday for what she characterizes as "lies and innuendos" from people she says are not credible whatsoever. She's especially miffed they suggested she's mixed up in her husband, Don Lewis' mysterious death.

In a post on her Big Cat Rescue website, she drops some alleged tea about Don's final months before he disappeared, and what she describes as erratic behavior.

Carole heavily implies Don had Alzheimer's disease, and even claims he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. She says he was an avid dumpster diver in his final days, and would even bring random homeless people over to sleep at their home. She also claims he began defecating on their property grounds, adding he was a sex addict.

Yeah, she kinda went all scorched earth on him. She also claims Don was no millionaire when they met -- as suggested in "Tiger King." Sounds like he did have a vast portfolio when he disappeared though.

In her post, Carole also attempts to discredit almost everyone who spoke about her in the documentary -- and addresses concerns viewers had with how she and her current husband, Howard, run their business.

There's a bottom line though, and it's essentially this ... she says she did everything she could to help find Don when he disappeared, and even questions "Tiger King" director Eric Goode's intentions in allegedly attempting to vilify her.

She says if people want the truth and even more context than what she's offering, they can peep it here.

Tichina Arnold Yes, I'm Playing G-Ma in 'Main Event' Yep, It Doesn't Crack!!!

Published | Updated

Tichina Arnold is gonna blow your mind in the first movie produced by Netflix and the WWE ... 'cause she's gonna change your concept of what grandmothers look like.

Tichina was on Tuesday's "TMZ Live" to talk about "The Main Event," when the conversation quickly turned to that old saying ... Black don't crack!!! See, she's playing grandma -- or as she puts it, G-ma -- to an 11-year-old kid who gets his shot to become a WWE superstar.

You gotta see what happened when we brought up her role ... mistakenly thinking she's playing the kid's mom. Ooops!!! Big time.

Hey, honest mistake ... because nothing about Tichina looks grandmotherly, but we had some big laughs with her talking about it. She also confessed while Black may not crack it does do something else. Watch.

BTW, TA is hosting a live virtual premiere for 'Main Event' from her social media pages ... which you can check out next Friday, April 10.

We can testify, hanging with Tichina, even virtually, is a blast ... check out Tuesday's "TMZ Live" if ya don't believe us.

Joe Buck Stop Sending Me Your Sex Tapes ... I'm Not Gonna Narrate Them!!!

Published

Tragic news for people with great sex tapes ... Joe Buck says he will NOT narrate them -- SO STOP SENDING THEM HIS WAY!!!

The legendary sports broadcaster has been doing some fun charity work this month ... providing play-by-play of fan-submitted videos on social media in exchange for good-cause donations.

Buck's voiced over some pretty wacky clips -- a guy making chicken wings, some dude throwing darts and even marble racing were all part of his package last week.

But, Joe said in an interview with KMOX on Monday ... some of the vids fans are sending his way are straight-up NSFW -- and he'd appreciate if people stopped doing it.

"I've had a couple of submissions from let's say, a man and a woman, that just didn't seem appropriate to put my voice to in this stage of my life," Buck said, "Maybe later in life, but not now."

Joe says people shouldn't try to sneak it in behind seemingly normal videos either ... 'cause he claims he's going over even the benign videos with a fine-tooth comb!!

"I look at these videos very carefully and pick the ones that seem the most wholesome to put my voice to."

Translation ... keep it in your pants, you perverts!!

Cardi B & 'Tiger King' Her Joe Exotic Support Shot Down ... GoFundMe Says No-Go

Published | Updated
UPDATE

5:04 PM PT -- Cardi just responded to our story, and it seems like she wasn't serious about raising money for Joe's defense.

UPDATE
UPDATE

Still, Cardi's a big fan of the 'Tiger King' star. She says she loves Joe and he definitely needs better legal representation.

If Cardi B was serious about raising cash for Joe Exotic via GoFundMe, she's about to be stopped in her tiger tracks ... because the company won't allow it.

Money CANNOT be raised on its platform to fund the defense of inmates convicted of violent crimes, plain and simple ... this according to a GFM rep. It's in their terms of service and everyone, including Cardi, who uses GoFundMe has to abide.

Of course, the 'Tiger King' star is in prison after a jury found him guilty in a murder-for-hire plot to kill his archnemesis, Carole Baskin. He was also convicted of animal-related crimes.

Funny enough, not too long after Cardi vowed to free Joe via GoFundMe, an actual account with her name popped up to do just that. It's been yanked, though ... and the $100 it raised was refunded. We're told it was a bogus account, NOT associated with the real CB.

Cardi seems to be fully wrapped up in the docuseries, like many of us, and might have been joking about launching a Free Joe campaign. If she, or anyone else, is serious ... GoFundMe won't be a party to it.

'Tiger King' Star Carole Baskin Urges Kate McKinnon ... Don't Use Real Cats For Your Show!!!

Published | Updated

It would be incredibly cruel for Kate McKinnon to use real cats for her new show ... so says "Tiger King" star Carole Baskin who implores the actress to choose a different route.

A rep for Carole's Big Cat Rescue tells TMZ ... the org would very much feel like it would be cruel to use real big cats in a television series about cruelty to big cats. The org suggests Kate to instead utilize computer-generated imagery (CGI) of cats in the show rather than forcing real big cats to suffer just to entertain the audience.

ICYMI ... Kate -- who plans to star as Carole -- has had a project in the works since November based on the popular Wondery podcast, "Joe Exotic." The enormously popular Netflix doc "Tiger King" has since turned Kate's project a hot commodity, but she's also now in the crosshairs of wild animal conservationists.

The rep for Big Cat Rescue says, "We hope McKinnon has a passion for animals and that her series will focus on the horrible lives captive big cats lead when exploited by breeders like Joe Exotic. We further hope she urges the public to support the Big Cat Public Safety Act that would end the cub petting abuse in America."

PETA, which for years had been working to shut down Joe Exotic, has also come out echoing Big Cat Rescue's sentiments ... pleading with Kate and her producers "to use only CGI, animatronics, or even existing footage of big cats and other animals."

Scientist Fighting Coronavirus Tries to Play MacGyver ... Ends Up w/ Magnets Up His Schnoz!!!

Published

It's usually gross, little kids getting crap stuck up their nose, not the adults -- but in this case, a freakin' scientist of all people was the one with a stuffed snout!

The guy's name is Daniel Reardon, and he's an astrophysicist from Melbourne, Australia who was screwing around with a homemade contraption he tried slapping together that was outside his wheelhouse -- a sensor that'd make noise if you bring your hands to your face.

It half worked, but the real story is what happened with the gizmos and gadgets he used to make it -- specifically, magnets, a few of which he says got permanently stuck in his septum. Apparently, he was fooling around trying to make magnetic piercings through his skin.

Well, that backfired ... 'cause Reardon had to get himself to a hospital when he wasn't able to get them out himself. He says docs and nurses had a laugh about his condition, and eventually ... they were able to pull the little buggers out of his beak. Probably hurt too.

The funniest part is the medical discharge summary he was issued when it was all said and done -- a bunch of doc talk to discuss something so stupid and trivial.

Forget the 'rona ... magnets seem to be just as dangerous 😆

Ellen Barkin Sued Flipping-the-Bird Pic at Harvey Weinstein Trial You Don't Own It!!!

Published | Updated

Ellen Barkin may have been in the mood to flip off a photographer but she had ZERO right to tweet the image ... so claims the photographer now suing her.

Steven Hirsch is suing the actress claiming she posted his copyrighted photograph of her flipping the bird on her Twitter account. In docs, obtained by TMZ, Hirsch says he's a professional photog who is in the business of licensing his photographs to online and print media for a fee.

The photo in question is from January when Ellen attended the second day of Harvey Weinstein's criminal trial in NYC. She was there to support her friend and Weinstein accuser, actress Annabella Sciorra.

Hirsch says he licensed the pic to a NY outlet but never gave Ellen permission to use the photo. Ellen then tweeted the photo on January 23 -- it hasn't been taken down -- with the caption "mood" ... and it racked up more than 1,000 retweets and 15,000 likes.

The photographer is now suing her for damages. We've reached out to Ellen for comment, so far no word back.

Billy Joe Saunders Boxing License Suspended After Posting Video About Hitting Women

Published | Updated

Boxing rising star Billy Joe Saunders -- who's supposed to fight Canelo Alvarez in May -- has been hit with a suspension after posting a controversial video on social media where he talks about hitting women.

The 30-year-old WBO super middleweight champ claims the video was meant to be a joke and since apologized for it, but the British Boxing Board of Control quickly decided to hand down the indefinite punishment.

"I just wanted to make a little video for all you dads, husbands, if you’ve got girlfriends etcetera," Saunders said in his video.

"Obviously this COVID-19 is getting very serious and we are isolated away in tight spaces. If your old woman is giving you a little bit of mouth and you try to be patient, you try to be calm, cool, but after the 7th day or 6th day you’re just about to explode."

Yeah, the BBBOC didn't find it funny. At all.

"The British Boxing Board of Control having considered comments made by Billy Joe Saunders on social media have suspended his boxer’s license pending a hearing under the Board’s misconduct regulation, at a time and venue to be confirmed as soon as possible." the org. said in a statement.

The video got the attention of boxing superstar Claressa Shields, who clapped back with her OWN advice video -- explaining how to fight someone who comes at you like Billy Joe suggested.

"Hit them as hard as you can in the nuts," Shields said.

Saunders (29-0) has a reputation for posting controversial videos on his social media ... but considering this situation may ruin that massive Canelo payday, he should probably just quarantine and chill for a while.

President Trump Okay, Forget Easter ... Let's Keep This Going to Apr. 30

Published | Updated
UPDATE

4:05 PM PT -- Trump just spent 5 minutes talking about how great his ratings are for these daily briefings. He cited news reports -- several times -- that the briefings get higher ratings than "Monday Night Football" or "The Bachelor." He seems to think the ratings are a function of his popularity. Maybe it's just us, but we're thinking people are watching the briefings because they're scared for their lives and the lives of their families and friends.

President Trump is finally listening to the doctors and scientists around him -- doing a hard 180 on his Easter deadline to get back to normal and extending that to the end of the month.

DT made the announcement Sunday from the Rose Garden, telling reporters that the White House would, in fact, keep its social distancing guidelines nationwide until at least April 30, for now anyway. This, he says, will soften the blow of spreading coronavirus cases.

Even more sobering ... Trump says the peak of death rates for the country will actually hit in two weeks (right around Easter) and he doesn't want to declare victory prematurely.

A lot of critics believe Trump was never going to open the country back up on April 12, to begin with -- as he boldly suggested days ago. Some think he was simply bluffing and attempting to breathe optimism into the stock market and the economy. Both have been tanking lately.

On a related subject, check out this video. Trump has made it clear ... he demands a loyalty oath, OR ELSE. Everyone who spoke at Sunday's news conference heaped praise on the Prez because he said out loud the other day people needed to show him appreciation. And, maybe worst of all, he told the Veep not to return the calls of the governors of Michigan and Washington State because they weren't grateful enough.

Look, we want the feds to save us, but Trump making this about himself and suggesting citizens from Michigan and Washington won't get the care they need because his ego got bruised ... well, that's just appalling. BTW, think about it ... Trump is telling Pence not even to return a call from the 2 governors ... what if people die as a result?
