Kanye West is getting hands on with the paparazzi ... directing photographers on how to shoot him and his wife Bianca Censori's stroll through a parking lot, and the exchange is hilarious.

TMZ obtained video of Yeezy yelling at multiple paps, telling them the proper angles -- in his mind, at least -- to use while photographing the couple leaving a Melrose Place tanning salon.

You can hear Kanye directing photogs where to stand, as he attempts to turn the back alley parking lot into his own personal set. The takeaway -- don't dare to shoot Ye at a 45-degree angle!!!

The funny interaction between Kanye and the paparazzi went down at the same time a homeless man appeared, and started screaming at Ye and Bianca in a bizarre rant.

As we reported, Kanye and his wife seemed pretty alarmed when the guy got near their car and blocked their path.

Guess this ain't a closed set.

Anyway, it's interesting to see Kanye working closely with the paps here ... seeing as how he's frequently been at odds with them.

1/23 -- 7:54 AM PT -- The NYPD says the guy who got dragged away in a police car Monday has been arrested and booked on stalking and harassment charges.

The department says, "Officers were approached by multiple complainants who pointed out an emotionally disturbed male acting erratically at the location. Once officers observed the male harassing multiple complainants, they took him to custody without further incidents; no injuries were reported." The dude's name is David Crowe -- and he's apparently from Seattle.

Taylor Swift had the same dude who was busted at her place this weekend show up on her doorstep AGAIN this week -- and best believe ... cops showed up to handle it.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the man who was cuffed and hauled away Saturday while trying to access Taylor's NYC townhouse had the gall to swing by her pad yet again on Monday, something her security team and surrounding neighbors immediately noticed.

We're told the head of Taylor's security immediately called cops when the dude arrived, and our sources say everyone reported the same thing ... namely, that he was just lurking.

Of course, considering what just happened a couple days ago with this fella ... that's a huge problem. We're told NYPD officers eventually arrived to the scene, but couldn't immediately find the man -- however, it didn't take long to track him down ... he was around the corner.

Our sources say they found less than a block away from Taylor's residence -- and that's where this interaction with the cops went down, with officers once again throwing him in handcuffs and into the back of one of their police cruisers.

No question about it ... we're told this is, in fact, the same dude from Saturday-- but we're not sure at this point what's gonna happen to him, or if charges are being pressed either.

You'll recall ... when he was originally picked up, cops say they found him fiddling with Taylor's front door, in what police perceived as an attempt to enter without authorization.

When they ran him in their system, they found there was an open warrant for his arrest -- this pertaining to a separate case from 2017 when he failed to show up to court.

It goes without saying ... him coming back to the scene so soon after all that is troubling, to say the least -- and ya gotta figure law enforcement will be a little stricter this time around.

Then again, we know celebs have had a hard time achieving successful deterrents from these sorts of people who appear to be obsessed with them ... with the criminal justice system often failing to protect them from potential danger.

As you know ... Taylor has had a long, documented history with stalkers in her own career ... including one who was previously arrested for trying to get into her Manhattan pad a few years back. Unclear if this guy is that, but already ... he's not setting a good precedent.

Madonna gave her daughter one of the biggest birthday presents imaginable -- getting a packed crowd at Madison Square Garden to sing along and help her ring in the big 1-8.

The pop star brought out her kid, Mercy, onstage Monday night during her show at MSG and showed off her incredible talent by having her play a little piano for the arena -- that is, before Mama Bear helped lead a full-blown sing-a-long for her to celebrate her born day.

It was a pretty sweet moment ... not only did Madge come over and belt out the tune, but a lot of her backup dancers and stage crew members also rushed the stage to join in.

Once they were finished with the song -- which almost everyone helped sing -- they brought out a little cupcake with Mercy for good measure ... complete with a candle and everything.

Madonna gave Mercy a hug afterward ... and it seems she stuck around to play more too.

Country singer Elle King drunkenly played off-key at a concert celebrating Dolly Parton's 78th Birthday, forgetting the words to a cover song while cursing up a storm.

King hit the stage Friday night at the Grand Ole Opry after admittedly having one too many drinks – and was caught on multiple videos botching her tribute to Parton, while performing the music icon's tune, "Marry Me."

Check out the footage uploaded to TikTok ... King stands at a mic as she belts out the track, but her voice starts cracking and she forgets the lyrics.

King then confesses she doesn't know the words, pleading with the crowd not to tell Parton as she peppers them with foul language.

At one point, King even mocked the fans for purchasing tickets to the show, explaining, "I'm not even gonna (curses) lie … y'all bought tickets for this (curses), you ain't getting your money back."

One fan shouted a response, "I don't want it," prompting King to reply, "Good, 'cause you ain't getting it."

But, King wasn't done yet, adding, "I'll tell you one thing more … hi, my name is Elle King. I'm (curses), hammered."

Another fan posted a complaint on X about King, saying she "ruined the night with her horrible, drunk, and profane performance," while claiming "Parton would have been mortified."

Grand Ole Opry commented on the post, expressing that they "deeply regret and apologize for the language that was used during last night’s second Opry performance."

So far, King and Parton have not publicly addressed the matter. But Parton's sister, Stella, weighed in on the controversy, calling King a "hillbilly."

Chris Martin redefined the term "traffic jam" ... using his frustration over the bumper-to-bumper traffic in the Philippines' capital city to fuel an impromptu new song onstage.

The Coldplay frontman vented about the "completely insane" traffic during his gig at Bulacan's Philippine Arena ... hilariously singing: "There is only really one thing that remains. The traffic here in Manila is completely insane."

Watch in the clip ... Chris gripes about a 2-mile drive taking a week or two ... and people should allow themselves a year and a half to get home in time for a bath.

The audience was laughing at each line, but maybe just to avoid crying about their traffic plight ... as Chris hit the chorus, "Oh, we can't wait to play Manila again, but the traffic here is completely insane."

Fun and games aside, Manila's traffic problem has been a real issue ... with the city topping the 2023 TomTom Traffic Index list of metro areas with the slowest travel time of almost 400 cities in 55 countries.

The Department of Transport in the Philippines says it's fast-tracking road projects aimed at "improving commuter experience while addressing worsening traffic in highly urbanized areas."

Although, the government's well aware of its crappy traffic numbers, Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. was criticized for using public funds to arrive at Coldplay's concert Friday via helicopter, rather than using its own public transport.

So, it looks like there's some miscommunication over how best to navigate the issue.

EDM artists at a concert in Los Angeles blew the roof off the place Saturday night ... and we mean that kinda literally -- 'cause part of the ceiling collapsed mid-show.

Here's the deal ... Brennan Heart headlined a show at Exchange LA -- a popular local nightclub/music venue. Lucky Rabbit, TYEGUYS and JayR were also slated to take the stage.

But, it seems they weren't all able to -- 'cause part of the ceiling came down right in the middle of the crowd during the show, halting it in its tracks.

Clips of the venue after the crash are all over social media with some users claiming they were there and were either hit or nearly hit by the falling debris ... not exactly the most fun concert experience.

The aftermath's a bit chaotic, with the music cut and show shut down almost immediately while security escorted people out of the building ... check out the message on the all-red screen too -- the venue wasn't messin' around.

It's not clear if anyone was hurt or why exactly the ceiling collapsed ... it's an older building and the rain's been beating up on SoCal for a few days now -- but, quite frankly we don't know.

Marlena Shaw -- best known for her song "California Soul" -- has died ... according to her daughter.

The legendary jazz and R&B singer passed away Friday afternoon Marlena's daughter Marla said in a video she posted to Facebook. She did not give a cause of death.

MS' most famous track is "California Soul" -- a song originally performed by The Messengers, but one she covered and made famous ... that's had a lasting impact on hip hop and popular culture at large.

A few of the hit properties that featured the songs ... "The Italian Job," "The Lincoln Lawyer," "All Things Must Pass," "Pixie," the TV series "Bad Sisters" and video game "Grand Theft Auto V."

It's also taken on a second life in the world of hip hop sampling ... Gang Starr, The Game and Jay Rock, Elzhi, Quasimoto, Jay Electronica, Laika and Xzhibit are just a few of the stars who've sampled the song in one form or another.

"California Soul" is her most enduring classic, but Shaw had a number of other hits too including "Feel Like Making Love," "Loving You Was Like A Party," "Go Away Little Boy" and "Is You or Is You Ain't My Baby" -- another song she covered that bagged her a Grammy nod back in 1990.

Marlena was 81.

Kanye West's a big fan of breakfast ... or maybe he just wanted to show Bianca Censori's such a snack -- 'cause he posted some racy photos of her in the kitchen.

The controversial rapper shared a few snaps of his better half Saturday morning ... and while he might've been thinking about the cream of wheat like he put in his caption -- his followers were definitely distracted by Bianca's lack of pants.

Check out the snap ... BC should avoid using the stove in this getup -- because there's not a lot to protect her if any grease pops up (though her neck looks quite snug in the leather headgear.)

Ye's wife's been adhering to "Just Skin January" btw ... she's stunned in a whole lotta revealing ensembles via IG pics she's posted this month.

Back on Jan. 2, Yeezy tossed up a couple of pics of his lady love ... including one where she went with a fur bra and no pants -- a look Ye seemed to say would be frequent in 2024.

Justin Timberlake hit the stage in his hometown of Memphis Friday night to showcase his new song "Selfish" -- and the packed crowd went wild as videos of the concert surfaced on social media.

The Tennessee-born actor/musician performed for 90 minutes in front of over 1,800 fans at the Orpheum Theater in great anticipation of the release of his upcoming sixth record called "Everything I Thought It Was."

As we reported, Justin filed docs to trademark the album name, signaling fresh music was on the horizon.

As for the performance ... check out the footage of Justin dancing out onstage to the band playing his music. After taking a swig from his water bottle, Justin starts grooving to the sounds with the audience members who are shooting cell phone videos of him.

At one point, Justin turns to a fan who appears to be having some phone trouble and helps him out with his glitch. In another clip, Justin sings the song everyone's been waiting for -- "Selfish" -- while his face is dripping with sweat.

Justin ended the show by thanking the Tennessee crowd and waving goodbye before walking offstage. At the end of the concert, Justin's camp posted a trailer for his sixth album, which was narrated by actor Benicio Del Toro.

Just a little background ... speculation had run rampant recently that Justin was about to drop some fresh tuneage before he announced last week the Orpheum concert, which he dubbed, “One Night Only."

George Clinton's forever etched in Hollywood history now ... because he just got his star on a famous stretch of pavement with A-listers' names up and down the boulevard.

The P-Funk legend was just honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame ... and his Friday ceremony drew a huge crowd, with an even bigger celebration. We're not kidding either ... there were massive swaths of people lining the block to peep this thing.

Of course, George commanded attention with his sparkling, colorful and bedazzled outfit ... seriously, ya gotta see his getup ... he's shining from his shoes, to his pants, to his shirt, to his jacket, and all the way up to his headwear. It's amazing that this icon is 82.

As you know ... George has been leaving his mark on music since the 1960s ... he was huge in the 1970s and had a rebirth recently in the 'Trolls' movie franchise ... and now the homie is finally getting his due from La La Land with a certified star on the ground.

There's a piece of Janis Joplin's heart hitting the auction block ... an antique pool table she kept in her California home ... and the sale happens to coincide with her birthday.

The Queen of Rock & Roll was a big-time pool player when she wasn't rocking out in the 1960s ... playing billiards, drinking beer and hanging out in pool halls ... and when Janis bought a home in Larkspur, CA in 1969 she put a vintage pool table in a room.

Now, on what would have been Janis' 81st birthday, Julien's Auctions is announcing the sale of Janis' pool table ... a Brunswick-Balke-Collender Co. Monarch Cushion 9' pool table from the 1920s.

Janis moved into her single-story home in Larkspur way back in 1969 ... about a year before her fatal overdose in Hollywood ... and the pool table's remained in the same room in her house ever since.

JJ and her friends were photographed using the table for a game of pool in a feature from an August 1970 issue of Rolling Stone magazine ... she was on the cover and a copy of the issue is included in the sale.

The opening bid starts at $2,500 and the auction house tells us Janis' pool table is expected to fetch between $10,000 to $20,000 when the dust settles.

Taylor Swift hit the recording studio in NYC Thursday night -- and considering her eventful past several months ... ya gotta figure she might be cooking up a new love song.

The pop superstar rolled up in a black SUV to the West Village's Electric Lady Studios – stepping out with the help of her chauffeur. As she quickly walked inside, Taylor turned her head away from the flashing cameras of the paparazzi who had assembled outside the building.

She was wearing a stylish long black jacket, a tan maxi dress, and black leather boots.

In the few seconds we saw her, Taylor seemed focused on her mission to create some more magical tunes, and maybe even a bit pensive about her BF – Kansas City Chiefs tight end, Travis Kelce. The big question on everyone's mind is will Travis pop the question and make Taylor Mrs. Kelce?

Our sources say all the talk about the two getting engaged is just that -- talk. We're told a marriage proposal is simply not in the cards right now ... but that's not stopping people from speculating and even putting a timetable on a potential proposal.

Whatever happens, it's certainly gonna be interesting to watch -- especially on the creative side if TayTay is, in fact, cranking out new material.

Justin Timberlake seems to be making moves suggesting he's got new music coming -- and if the trademark history on his albums is any indication ... that's exactly what's happening.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, trademark applications have been filed for the phrases "Everything I Thought It Was" and "Everything I Thought It Was ... A Sonic film."

The reason that's relevant to JT and what appears to be a soon-to-be-announced album is the fact the attorney on record for this trademark app made a very similar, and telling, move a few years ago.

The trademark app for 'EITIW' was filed by an entity called TBTHC LLC -- and it's signed by C. Brandon Browning ... an attorney who certainly knows his way around the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as it pertains to Timberlake music projects.

Browning filed the trademarks for Justin's "Man of the Woods" album back in 2018 -- and now, here he is doing it again for "Everything I Thought It Was."

That's not the only huge clue -- Browning's filing comes just as JT himself is beginning to tease something with those exact initials -- 'EITIW' -- on his social media.

ICYMI, Justin recently scrubbed his entire Instagram page, and now, he has only 2 posts on his IG -- the 'EITIW' one, and another promoting his Friday night show in Memphis ... all of which leads fans to believe a sixth album is on the way.

As for the new trademark applications ... they're filling to use 'EITIW' for musical sound recordings, posters, soundtracks and merchandise -- basically, everything that goes with promoting, selling and performing new music.

Justin historically files all his trademarks under the LLC "Tennman Brands" ... and the new trademarks are under the LLC "TBTHC." Obviously, the "TB" could be an abbreviation for "Tennman Brands."

Anyway, the *NYSNC reunion might not be in the cards anytime soon, but Justin fans definitely have good reason to get excited about new solo music from him.

Cassie is getting back to regular life after settling her human trafficking lawsuit against Diddy ... and her first official order of biz is a fashion show in France.

The singer popped up Wednesday at Paris Fashion Week ... making an appearance at the LGN Louis Gabriel Nouchi Menswear fashion show ... and she was looking like a straight-up model who was ready to hit the runway.

In fact, it looks like she might've actually gone down the catwalk at one point -- if this photo is any indication. Cassie went with an all-black outfit, with super dark eye shadow behind her black sunglasses ... and it looks like she meant business.

It's the first time we've seen Cassie at a public event since she settled her explosive suit with Diddy for an undisclosed sum.

Cassie was spotted in public in Connecticut back in November immediately following the rape lawsuit settlement ... but as far as official events, Paris Fashion Week is the first for her as she starts a new chapter.

Meanwhile, Diddy's stepped out from the spotlight ... as he's been hit with other lawsuits accusing him of rape/sexual assault, allegations he's vehemently denied at every juncture.

Kanye West already tried apologizing for his rabid antisemitism -- but it seems he feels he didn't stick the landing, 'cause he recently did another one ... which was MUCH longer.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the controversial rapper got some camera guys together to shoot a lengthy apology video several weeks ago -- and we're told it ended up running about 40 minutes ... with Ye talking straight to the camera.

We're told in no uncertain terms, Ye was "rambling" and at times it was impossible to decode what he was saying.

One more thing about this apology ... our sources say whatever was shot is supposed to be released sometime ahead of his new album, "Vultures," which is scheduled to drop Feb. 9 -- this after several delays dating back to late last year.

A couple interesting things about this ... for one, Ye already issued an apology over all his antisemitic language -- dropping a statement that was written in Hebrew right after Xmas.

You'll recall, it was a very generic mea culpa, which read in part, "I sincerely apologize to the Jewish community for any unintended outburst caused by my words or actions, it was not my intention to hurt or disrespect, and I deeply regret any pain I may have caused."

The problem ... many felt it wasn't sincere, and more importantly a lot of people thought it might've actually been generated by AI. In fact, we did some digging and that may well be the case. Bigger picture ... most just weren't buying what he was selling.

Now, we have word about this ... and it sounds like if he proceeds, we'll be hearing/seeing this new apology in due time. However, based on what we're hearing about it so far -- it seems like this one might've been a little clunky as well.

The other mystery here is how exactly the album is going to come out. As far as we know, he doesn't have any major distribution deal in place ... so who's gonna listen to this???

Doja Cat's allegedly being physically and verbally abused by her big brother ... at least that's what their mother is telling a judge.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Doja's mom, Deborah Elizabeth Sawyer, filed for a temporary restraining order against her 30-year-old son, Raman Dalithando Dlamini ... and in her filing, she makes some serious accusations.

Doja's mom lists Doja as another person who needs protection from Raman ... reason being, mama claims Doja's had her teeth knocked out by Raman.

That's not all ... Doja's mom also alleges Raman's given Doja cuts and bruises, and destroyed and stolen some of Doja's property.

In the docs, Doja's mother claims Raman is also verbally abusive toward his famous sister "in a very degrading and demeaning manor [sic]” ... and she says Raman has made Doja feel "unsafe and traumatized."

As for her own safety, Doja's mom alleges Raman physically abused her and threatened her multiple times over the past year, claiming the most recent incident happened earlier this month.

The judge granted Doja's mom court-ordered protection from Raman pending a hearing for a permanent restraining order, but did not grant that same protection for Doja Cat -- instead, saying the artist would need to file her own request for a restraining order.

It's worth noting ... Doja's mom says she had a restraining order against her son in the past, but it's since expired.
