Tom Sandoval is on the move after splitting with his longtime girlfriend, Ariana Madix ... packing his bags and leaving the estranged couple's home.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star was spotted loading multiple suitcases into a vehicle Friday, as news of his breakup, first reported by TMZ, hit the web. Tom certainly wasn't smiling as he left the place he and Ariana have called home for years.

Tom, joined by a friend, also made a pitstop at a gas station after leaving the home ... grabbing a couple drinks and a snack before hitting the road again.

It's unclear if he's leaving the home for good, or where he's headed, but we should mention his band has a show Friday night in Anaheim, so it's possible he was leaving for that.

TMZ broke the story, Tom and Ariana came face-to-face Friday morning to shoot an emotional scene for "Vanderpump Rules" to discuss the cheating and their split.

As we told you, Ariana and Tom split after she discovered he'd been cheating with their costar Raquel Leviss.

Alex Murdaugh, who was sentenced to life Friday morning, already has a different look as he heads to prison ... with a completely shaved head.

The new mug shot was taken just a few hours after he was in a South Carolina courthouse to hear his sentence for murdering his wife and son.

Murdaugh had a full head of hair as the judge gave him 2 life sentences ... so they clearly put the razor to him shortly after he was walked out of court in handcuffs. We're told that's S.O.P., so it's not like he had a choice in the matter.

As we reported, a jury convicted him Thursday of 2 counts of murder and 2 counts of possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime. They reached the verdict after less than 3 hours of deliberations.

As you know, Murdaugh's wife Maggie and 22-year-old son Paul were found dead back in 2021 on the family property in Islandton, SC -- they'd been shot with 2 different guns.

Murdaugh was indicted last summer for their murders, but always maintained he was innocent and had an alibi ... but that was blown up when prosecutors presented video and audio proving he was on the property moments -- within earshot of Maggie and Paul -- before the murders.

"Vanderpump Rules" producers are wasting no time in documenting the split and fallout between Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix after he cheated on her with a costar ... already getting the two in front of show cameras.

Our 'VPR' sources say both Tom and Ariana got together at their home Friday morning to talk about the end of their relationship. We're told cameras were rolling through the whole thing, and it was, at times, an emotionally charged situation.

The goal, our sources say, is to work the content into season 10 of 'Vanderpump' -- it's already airing episodes weekly -- but producers think they can get segments edited and pushed out before the end of the season.

TMZ broke the story, Ariana called it quits with Tom after discovering he'd been cheating with their costar, Raquel Leviss.

Interestingly enough, Ariana was out supporting Tom as recently as Wednesday night when he and his band performed and released a new single.

Adam Levine and fam are gonna have their hands full, because they just got a new puppy that promises to eventually tip the scales at over 100 lbs!!!

Adam was in Montecito Friday caressing his new pooch -- a fluffy Leonberger, a German-bred dog that will be enormous. Females get up to 140 lbs and dude dogs 170 lbs -- yes 170!!!

Aside from sheer size ... these dogs shed like crazy -- so much so, grooming them has become a cottage industry. There are even competitions for who can get the biggest hairballs.

"Vanderpump Rules" stars Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix are no more, a revelation that is sure to rock the show's cast, as he allegedly cheated with costar Raquel Leviss.

Show sources tell us Ariana found out about the alleged cheating in the last couple days and ended things with Tom shortly thereafter. We're told producers got word of what went down, and made the decision to fire up the cameras with the entire cast to document the fallout in the coming days ... and the hope is they'll be able to get it in the season currently airing.

What's interesting, Ariana was with Tom as recently as Wednesday to celebrate the release of his new single and perform with his band. However, sources close to Tom tell us the two have been on the outs for some time now.

In the promo for season 10 of 'VPR' it was suggested Tom and Ariana were in an open relationship, but Ariana later shut that down, tweeting, "We dont have an open relationship. i'm really not that cool. thought that was obvious. bisexual ≠ polyamorous."

However, it's been a storyline this season that Raquel has wanted to hook up with the show's other Tom, Tom Schwartz ... the two made out at Scheana Shay's wedding.

Tom and Ariana first got together back in 2013 when she joined the show as a full-time cast member.

Neither Tom or Ariana has addressed the split or what led up to it publicly ... though Ariana deleted her Instagram account.

President Biden's fully recovered from a brush with cancer he had last month ... according to doctors who are giving him the all-clear.

The White House announced Friday a lesion was found on Biden's chest last month during his annual physical, and after a biopsy, doctors determined it was malignant. White House Dr. Kevin O'Connor said it was basal cell carcinoma, but they were able to remove all the cancerous tissue.

Perhaps most importantly, O'Connor also said, "No further treatment is required."

That's key for the 80-year-old commander-in-chief as he inches closer to officially announcing his bid for re-election in 2024. Biden's critics have already tried to make his age and health an issue.

GOP presidential hopeful Nikki Haley's suggested mandatory competency testing for all politicians over 75.

Pooh Shiesty has been ordered to cough up a bunch of dough ... and it'll be going to the victims of the shootout he was involved with back in 2020.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the rapper now has to pay $156,585 in restitution as part of his sentence. The docs say that some of that cash must be forked over from money he earns while working in prison.

As we reported, Pooh was busted in 2020 for a shootout involving himself and other men at a Miami-area parking lot, leaving 2 injured.

Surveillance video from the scene showed the whole thing unfold -- Pooh appeared to have an assault rifle while sitting in a McLaren, directly in the middle of all the action.

LeBron James' foot injury didn't stop him from going to Bronny's playoff game on Thursday night ... and he's sure as hell glad that was the case, 'cause he got to see his kid go OFF in a thriller!!

The young James and his Sierra Canyon squad went up against sixth-seeded Etiwanda in Chatsworth, Calif. in a CIF State regional quarterfinal game ... and Bronny had quite the night.

The 6-foot-3 guard -- who was just selected to the McDonald's All-American Game -- scored 21 points from all over the court ... and even got a chance to throw down a huge dunk in front of dad.

LeBron was front and center to watch it all -- cheering his face off -- while making sure to keep his injured foot protected by a huge walking boot.

Riding Bronny's performance, the Trailblazers ultimately won the important game, 61-55 -- and LeBron couldn't have been happier about it afterward.

"Bronny you were SPECIAL tonight kid!!" James said via Twitter. "Keep going! AlwaysProudDad"

Bronny's S.C. team will now head to the semifinals to face Bishop Montgomery, the tourney's No. 2 seed, on Saturday.

Kim Kardashian is teaming up with James Corden for some classic 'Carpool Karaoke' as the talk show host approaches the finish line of his 'Late Late Show' run.

Kim was laughing up a storm with James in Malibu Thursday -- swinging by a gas station to fuel up before another one of his popular singing-in-the-car segments.

While pumping gas, the duo went inside the station's shop ... trying on some cheap shades and sun hats. Doesn't look like those $2 finds are up Kim's alley though.

She seemed to be havin' the time of her life with James, who pretended to be one of her bodyguards while inside.

For those unaware, Kim's been on "The Late Late Show" a few times now ... and the content is always a hit with his audience -- stuff like a Kardashian-themed "House of the Dragon" parody or his popular "Spill Your Guts" segment.

BTW -- before James was in hot water for his interactions at an NYC restaurant, his show featured some backlash for "Spill Your Guts" ... with people saying some of the foods presented as "gross" are actually common in Asian cultures.

Alex Murdaugh will spend the rest of his life behind bars for the murders of his wife and son ... and the judge seemed to say the death penalty might have been more appropriate.

The life sentence was handed down Friday in a South Carolina courthouse ... the sentencing comes a day after the jury convicted him of two counts of murder and two counts of possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime -- a verdict reached by the jury after less than three hours of deliberations.

Before the judge handed down the sentence, Murdaugh maintained he did not commit the murders. The judge said it was heartbreaking for him to see Murdaugh going from a grieving husband and father to a killer. The judge noted prosecutors could have sought the death penalty, and seemed to say the death penalty may have been the right punishment.

After Murdaugh said he didn't commit the crime, the judge said he agreed it might have been an alter ego ... the monster within.

Murdaugh’s legal team told TMZ ... "We are disappointed in the jury’s verdict but we will not have any further comment until after sentencing."

Murdaugh's 22-year-old son Paul and his wife Maggie were found dead back in 2021 at their hunting property in Islandton, South Carolina. Murdaugh was originally described by authorities as only a "person of interest," largely because he claimed to have an airtight alibi.

During the trial, however, prosecutors introduced video and audio evidence showing that Alex’s alibi evidence was not credible, and placed him at the scene of the crime at about the time of the killings

Murdaugh later admitted on the stand that he had lied to authorities about not being at the property, but nevertheless insisted he had not killed his wife and son.

Matthew McConaughey and his wife were on board the Lufthansa flight that sent 7 to the hospital after plummeting thousands of feet in severe turbulence ... and she's detailing their frightening experience.

Camila Alves McConaughey shared a pic of the damage aboard Lufthansa's flight 469 after pilots were forced to make an emergency landing Wednesday in Washington D.C. -- they'd taken off from Austin, TX bound for Germany before the turbulence and drastic drop in altitude.

Camila's photo shows the cabin in complete disarray, with food and cloth all over the place. She says she was told the aircraft dropped almost 4K feet, adding "everything was flying everywhere."

She also posted an update on their rescheduled flight, which got off to a troubling start -- the pilot told them they'd be in 45 minutes of turbulence while flying outta D.C. ... which had to trigger some PTSD for passengers on the previous flight.

Get a *load* of this ... former Dodgers infielder Kiké Hernandez admitted he crapped on himself on the field during a 2020 playoff game!!

Hernandez's teammate, Justin Turner, who reunited with Kike in Boston with the Red Sox, asked KH for his most embarrassing moment during a Major League Baseball game, and he dropped a bombshell (yes, pun intended).

The Sox utility man told Turner he was taking antibiotics for a tooth infection a few years back, and one of the side effects of the medicine was ... you guessed it, diarrhea.

Kiké recalled the crappy incident, saying he was so pumped after the team got a big out in a pressure-packed situation in the National League Division Series (NLDS), he screamed, "F Yeah!"

"I was DHing and I thought I farted," Hernandez said to Turner. "I went out to lead off the inning. I struck out in three pitches."

He continued ... "When I went in the dugout, I went straight to the bathroom, pulled my pants down, completely sharted."

"So you're saying you misjudged a fart," Turner asked Hernandez. "Uh, no. What I'm saying is I s*** my pants during a game in the playoffs," Hernandez replied to Turner.

Travis Scott is under fire for yet another incident that unfolded just minutes before he allegedly punched a sound engineer in the face -- this time, he's accused of tossing a fan's phone ... and a lawsuit could be coming soon.

In video obtained by TMZ, you can see Travis behind the DJ booth at Nebula in NYC as he performed a surprise DJ set. Already agitated, it appears Travis doesn't appreciate a man with a cell phone filming while he spins.

That's when Travis snatches the phone -- the video is murky at that point, but the phone's owner tells us Travis tossed it -- striking him in the head and cracking his screen.

The man tells us reps for Nebula offered his table a free bottle of booze for his troubles, but he turned it down. However, he tells us he's lawyered up -- with plans to file both a police report and civil lawsuit.

As we reported, it was around 3 AM Wednesday when cops were called to Nebula after the rapper allegedly punched a sound engineer at Nebula in the face before allegedly destroying $12k in video and speaker equipment.

The sound engineer spoke with Fox 5 News Thursday from the hospital, claiming to have suffered neck injuries.

Reggie Bush's wife channeled her inner-Teyana Taylor, making an extremely sexy dance video to celebrate her hubby's birthday, and the video's so hot, not even pouring rain could cool things off! 🥵

Lilit -- who married the former NFL running back in 2014 -- shared the dance video on Instagram on Thursday ... Bush's 38th birthday.

"Happy Birthday Daddy @reggiebush 🥰," the 35-year-old said in the caption. "I dedicate this dance to you my love."

Lilit showed off her moves to Chris Brown's "Under The Influence," popular amongst dancers, and performed in a two-piece black fit.

Remember, Bush started dating Lilit in 2011, a few years after his very publicized relationship with Kim Kardashian ended. The couple has 3 children together.

Happy birthday, Reggie!

Oscar Pistorius could be released from prison at the end of this month ... the ex-Olympic sprinter is now up for parole in South Africa -- 10 years after he killed his girlfriend.

A hearing will go down on March 31, according to Pistorius' attorney, Julian Knight ... who added that if parole is granted during the proceedings, the convicted killer could be out from behind bars that same day.

Pistorius has completed more than half of the 13-year, 5-month sentence that he was given for shooting and killing 29-year-old Reeva Steenkamp on Valentine's Day in Feb. 2013.

You'll recall, Pistorius, a double-amputee nicknamed "Blade Runner," admitted to shooting her in his South African home -- though he claimed it wasn't on purpose ... saying he thought she was an intruder. He was eventually convicted of manslaughter, which was later upgraded to murder.

According to The Independent, Steenkamp's family is against Pistorius' early release ... though South African law will allow Pistorius to seek it nonetheless, as offenders in the country can apply for parole once they've served at least half of their sentences.
