Kim Kardashian This Guy Wants to Get Inside My Home He's Dangerous and I'm Scared

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian is getting protection from a man she claims is trying to get inside her home -- a man who says he's in love with her -- and he's getting dangerously frustrated.

Kim's lawyer, Shawn Holley, beelined it to court Friday and got a temporary restraining order ... to protect Kim from a 32-year old man named Charles Peter Zelenoff, who she says has been harassing her for months.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kim claims the guy keeps posting about his desire to pursue a physical relationship with her, and he's got a lot of troubling posts about trying to enter her home.

In the docs, Kim says the guy has filmed videos outside the edge of her property and she claims he's getting increasingly frustrated about not getting inside ... and she says she's scared the man was able to find her home, because she's never shared her address.

She says the guy is dangerous -- he has 2 recent convictions for battery.

Kim is blunt ... in the documents, she's asked her relationship with the guy ... her response, one word -- "stalker."

The judge granted Kim's temporary restraining order and Zelenoff must stay 100 yards away from her at all times.

Marilyn Manson Sued You Raped Me .... Made Me Watch Twisted Home Movie

Published | Updated
UPDATE

4:17 PM PT -- A source close to Manson would not comment on the lawsuit specifically, but tells us the video shown to the woman was a scripted short film meant to be used for a future project that was never officially released.

Marilyn Manson raped one of his ex-girlfriends and forced her to watch a gruesome home movie that made it seem like he killed a young fan ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The shock rocker is being sued by a Jane Doe who claims she started dating him back in 2011, and while she claims their relationship was romantic and gentle at the outset, she says things quickly took a turn for the worse.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the woman claims Manson once showed her a home video he called "Groupie" and kept locked in safe. She claims Manson told her the video was shot in 1996 after his band played a show at the Hollywood Bowl, and she claims the footage includes sex acts, humiliation and a gun.

In the docs, the woman claims Manson's home movie shows him tying a young fan to a chair and forcing her to drink a glass of a band member's urine, threatening her with a gun and possibly pistol-whipping her. Doe claims the video left her scared for her own life.

The woman also claims Manson raped her when she went to return a key to his home. She claims Manson forced her to the ground and raped her while she was face-down. After the alleged rape, she claims he threatened to kill her.

Doe is going after Manson for damages and she wants a declaration that Manson's acts and conduct broke the law. As we've reported ... Manson is also being sued for sexual assault by his former assistant, plus "Game of Thrones" actress Esme Bianco. Cops also say he's wanted in New Hampshire for an alleged assault at a concert.

We reached out to Manson's reps ... so far, no word back.

Jennifer Lopez Hangs Out With Marc in Miami ... So What About Alex?!?

Published | Updated

Jennifer Lopez is proving once again she's cool with her exes -- grabbing lunch with Marc Anthony in Miami -- but it begs the question, where will things go with Alex Rodriguez?

J Lo and her ex-husband were spotted out at lunch Thursday in Miami, sharing a table outside and talking over a bottle of water. The two have children together and have always maintained a strong friendship, but after her recent reunion with Ben Affleck, A-Rod is the obvious man out.

When Alex and J Lo called off their engagement, the two announced they'd continue to have a working business relationship, and Jennifer seemingly can make things with exes work ... so only time will tell where things go.

As for his part, Alex hasn't said much publicly about Jennifer since the split, but hasn't been so subtle in social media posts, showing empty spots at his dinner table where presumably Jennifer and her kids would sit.

TMZ broke the story ... Bennifer 2.0 were spotted outside a luxurious waterfront estate in Miami Beach after Ben flew into town Sunday and the two later hit the gym together.

For what it's worth, Diddy posted a #tbt of him and Jennifer holding hands back when they were dating, so don't be surprised if he calls her up to schedule a lunch date soon too.

Juice WRLD Estate Sued He Jacked My Beat!!! On 'Scared of Love'

Published | Updated

Juice WRLD ripped off another musician's beat and tried to pass it off as his own ... this according to a new lawsuit against the rapper's estate.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, a guy with the stage name Ghost Loft claims he made a song called "So High" way back in 2013, only for Juice WRLD to rip off 16 bars for his song "Scared of Love" on JW's 2018 album "Goodbye & Good Riddance."

In the docs, Ghost Loft claims Juice WRLD and Mitch Mula are the only credited writers on 'Scared,' even though he says Mula later admitted to sampling his beat, and he says 'Scared' wouldn't exist without him.

Ghost Loft is suing Juice WRLD's mother and executor of his estate, Carmella Wallace, as well as Mula, Universal Music Group and Interscope ... and he's going after them for damages, an injunction prohibiting Juice's estate from profiting off the song and a writing credit.

TMZ broke the story ... Juice WRLD died in December 2019 at Chicago's Midway airport, the result of an accidental overdose of oxycodone.

We reached out to UMG ... so far, radio silence.

Lamar Odom I'm with Dominique!!! Restaurant Cool with My Suit, Why Not His???

Published | Updated
UPDATE

2:59 PM PT -- Lamar tells TMZ Sports, "I support Dominique Wilkins 1,000 percent, and I don't support any form of racism."

Dominique Wilkins now has even more reason to be upset with a restaurant that turned him away, because Lamar Odom enjoyed a meal at the same spot -- wearing a similar outfit to Wilkins -- just months before.

We got this shot of the former Lakers star at Le Bilboquet in Buckhead, GA taken back in  February. Lamar was wearing a white track suit and sneakers during a friendly meal with local recording artist Morgan Reilly and a mutual guy friend.

As for why it matters? Dominique ripped the restaurant last week, accusing it of turning him  away because he's Black. However, LB said it wasn't about race ... it was only enforcing a "business casual" dress code, and Wilkins' "designer casual pants and a shirt" didn't cut it.

LB did issue an apology to the Hall of Famer, and said it's considering a revision of the dress code, and will try to be more consistent in enforcing. it. When ya take Dominique's situation and Lamar's wardrobe, it's pretty clear there was NOT consistency.

As we reported ... Dominique seems willing to take Le Bilboquet at its word that it will make improvements. Still, we're guessing he and Lamar are gonna have an interesting chat, if they haven't already.

Kylie Jenner Bullying Claim is Bull!!! Shuts Down Model's Story

Published | Updated

Kylie Jenner says she's no meanie ... claiming an Instagram model alleging the billionaire bullied her on the set of a Tyga music video is making it up.

Victoria Vanna made some noise on social media earlier this week after sharing a story that sounded like it could've been ripped from the movie "Mean Girls." Vanna claimed she was hired to dance in Tyga's "Ice Cream Man" music video years ago when Kylie was dating the rapper.

BULLIED TO TEARS

Vanna says Kylie, her friend, Stassie, and assistant were all at the shoot making fun of her. The model says Kylie and her crew sat in a Rolls-Royce, eating McDonald's and mocking her dance moves.

However, Kylie had clearly had enough of Vanna's attempt to take her down, breaking her silence Friday night on Instagram with a simple, "This never happened."

Vanna has not yet responded to Kylie's denial and has not provided photo or video evidence of her claim.

Miles Teller Punched in Face ... Over Wedding Dispute

Published | Updated

Miles Teller was assaulted during his vacation in Hawaii ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the incident occurred Wednesday at the Monkeypod Kitchen on the island of Maui, where Miles and his wife, Keleigh Sperry, were eating dinner. Sources who were at the restaurant tell TMZ, Miles was in the bathroom when a man confronted him and punched him in the face. We're told the 2 got into it outside the bathroom and Miles screamed that he was going to press charges.

Miles and Keleigh left the restaurant ... he did not appear to be seriously injured.

We're told the man who punched Miles was a wedding planner who claimed Miles owed him $60,000 for services he performed for Miles' wedding in Maui back in 2019. Our eyewitnesses claim the man was complaining to Miles he had not gotten paid.

Cops confirm the incident went down Wednesday at around 7:30 PM. No one was arrested but cops say they're investigating.

Miles and Keleigh have been hanging out with Aaron Rodgers and Shailene Woodley during their vacay.

Prince Harry Cops Urgently Tried to Wake Harry ... With News of Prince Philip's Death

Published | Updated

Prince Harry got a phone call recently with some tragic news, but he never answered the phone and cops ended up at his door.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... back on April 9, someone from the U.S. Embassy began calling Harry just before 3 AM to inform him his grandfather, Prince Philip, had died.

It's unclear if Harry's ringer was turned off or whether he and Meghan were just sound sleepers, but no one answered. After repeated attempts, the Embassy rep called the Santa Barbara Sheriff's Dept. and asked if an officer could go to Harry's Montecito estate to inform him the Embassy was urgently trying to reach him.

The Sheriff's Dept. obliged and an officer rolled up to the gates of Harry and Meghan's estate and made contact with someone who went and told Harry he needed to call the Embassy STAT, and that's how Harry was informed Prince Philip had died.

As you know ... Prince Philip died the morning of April 9 at Windsor Castle in England, which is 8 time zones ahead of California.

There's some interesting subtext to this story ... the Royals are extremely upset that Harry and Meghan have gone public with their grievances over their treatment by the Royal Family, including allegations of racism. You gotta think they did not want Harry to learn of Philip's death through the media ... it would make the Royals look kinda heartless, so the scramble to get to Harry ahead of the death announcement is understandable.

Harry traveled back to Britain to see the Duke of Edinburgh laid to rest.

COMPLETELY SURROUNDED

They're cominggg ... at least that's what a newly released clip showing UFOs circling a warship off the coast of California seems to suggest.

The radar footage, released by filmmaker Jeremy Corbell, shows multiple objects popping up around the Navy's USS Omaha from an incident in July 2019. The ship was about 125 miles off the coast of San Diego when the footage was recorded.

THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE

Corbell showed off actual video footage from the same alleged encounter with the USS Omaha earlier this month, and he believes the radar video is evidence supporting the initial sighting.

“This is corroborative electro-optic data demonstrating a significant UFO event series in a warning area off San Diego,” Corbell tweeted Thursday.

As you know, The Pentagon has recently chimed in, confirming UFOs were real, and that a series of videos showing them appearing in the sky were legit.

They have not yet commented on Corbell's new radar footage.

Mark Zuckerberg Sharks Don't Bother Me ... 'Cause They Hate My Bracelet!!!

Published | Updated

Mark Zuckerberg not taking any chances sharing the ocean with sharks ... because he's hooked himself up to a contraption that supposedly keeps them at bay.

Mark was out on his hydrofoil surfboard in Kauai, Hawaii Thursday, wearing an ankle bracelet called Sharkbanz. The promise is that sharks don't like what it emits, so they stay clear of surfers. The device sends out an electrical current that apparently drives sharks away.

But, there are other, more subtle deterrents. His board has a zebra pattern underneath ... the theory goes that sharks like seeing solid colors because it resembles food, so they're not into stripes. Good theory, but sounds a little sketchy.

Shark Week is coming up on Discovery ... they shoulda featured Mark on how not to get eaten!

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Zuck posted video of him on the board, and gotta say .... he's really good in the water. It's pretty choppy, but Mark stays up and bounces atop the swells. He's been surfing for years.

We won't make any "professional courtesy" jokes.

Cynthia Nixon Let Desperate People Steal Necessities ... Without Prosecution

Published

Cynthia Nixon believes those who shoplift basic necessities should get a pass -- but her intended compassion is falling on deaf ears -- and the actress is getting hammered for it.

In a rather Robin Hood moment, Nixon tweeted, "The CVS on my corner has started locking up basic items like clothing detergent. As so many families can’t make ends meet right now, I can’t imagine thinking that the way to solve the problem of people stealing basic necessities out of desperation is to prosecute them."

Of course, what Nixon is saying is that people who can't afford necessary items and steal out of desperation shouldn't face criminal charges.

However, Twitter users took issue with her sentiment ... one user said, "I grew up poor, and we never took anything that we hadn't paid for. It's insulting that you think the less fortunate have no ability to discern right from wrong."

Another pointed out that in allowing theft, store would jack up prices, hurting more consumers and the market in general.

Nixon ran to become Governor of New York in 2018, but if she plans to dabble in politics again, this is one viewpoint she may want to leave out of her campaign.

Harambe 5-Year Anniversary of Tragic Death ... NFT Photo Honoring Him

Published | Updated

Harambe the gorilla has been dead for exactly 5 years, and the interest in his life and death has not subsided a bit.

A photo of the beloved ape is being auctioned off as an NFT as a way of memorializing his passing.

Harambe was killed after a child entered his enclosure and he began dragging the child around. The Cincinnati Zoo's Dangerous Animal Response Team decided there was a life-threatening situation they had to abate and shot him dead.

There was considerable controversy over the decision to shoot Harambe, particularly since Harambe did what apes do ... he was the true victim.

Social media has not forgotten Harambe, who was 17 when he was killed. He had celebrated his birthday the day before his death.

Harambe died on May 28, 2016. He was 17 years old.

Matt James I'm Ready to Post Pics of Rachael ... Now Look Closely

Published

Matt James posted the first pic of him with Rachael Kirkconnell, and imagery is everything.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

As you can see, a black child is hugging Rachael ... and it's pretty much undeniable the photo choice was intentional. As you know, Rachael's romance with Matt collapsed after a photo surfaced of Kirkconnell in her college days at a plantation-themed party. Matt said he couldn't be with her, but clearly had a change of heart.

Matt posted the pic with the caption, "The gift of conversation lies less in displaying it ourselves than in drawing it out of others 🙏🏾"

He goes on ... "Today we began a series focused on financial literacy (savings accounts, what is crypto currency, budgeting, etc.) 🐷💰. Our goal is (and always has been) to provide access to resources, individuals, & opportunities so that our students can make informed decisions for themselves and their families 🙌🏾.."

Seems like a great cause, so good for them.

The Weeknd Keeps On Winning ... Eat It, Grammys

Published

It might be time for The Weeknd to invest in a new mantel -- he continues to rack up awards, despite the Grammys snub ... this time taking home the most trophies at the iHeartRadio Awards.

Abel was the winner of 3 pieces of hardware Thursday night -- including the coveted Song of The Year and Top Male Artist awards -- for his single, "Blinding Lights," and album "After Hours." The 3 wins tied him with BTS for the most of the night.

The singer was humble in accepting, thanking his team and his fans ... but you gotta imagine the last couple weeks have brought him great vindication after leaving the Grammys with goose eggs.

Fans and fellow artists were outraged when "After Hours" was snubbed. Abel vowed to never submit his work to the Recording Academy for Grammy consideration again, accusing "secret committees" within the org of getting it wrong.

However, just last week, the singer was validated when he took home 10 trophies -- the most of any artist -- at The Billboard Awards.

By the way, he also showed off his singing chops at iHeart with newly-married Ariana Grande, the two performed their version of "Save Your Tears" ... and of course, the crowd ate it up.

DMX Jay-Z, Bono, Lil Wayne, Snoop ... Pay Homage to X in New Album 'EXODUS'

DMX lives on with his voice ... and with an assist from some very famous musical friends.

X's album, "EXODUS," just dropped, and it's filled with assists from folks like Alicia Keys, Bono, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, Snoop, The Lox, Usher, Moneybagg Yo, Griselda and Kanye.

The album was produced by the man who helped engineer X's musical career -- Swizz Beatz.

This was meant to be X's comeback album -- the first in 18 years since he cropped "Grand Champ" back in 2003. As you know, the album was titled after X's youngest son, Exodus. The album cover is courtesy of photog Jonathan Mannion, who chronicled X's career for years with his camera.

Swizz paid homage to his friend and musical partner ... “My brother X was one of the most purest and rare souls I’ve ever met. He lived his life dedicated to his family and music. Most of all, he was generous with his giving and loved his fans beyond measure. This album, X couldn’t wait for his fans all around the world to hear and show just how much he valued each and every single person that has supported him unconditionally.”

TMZ broke the story ... X died after suffering an overdose back in early April.

'Tiger King' Zookeeper No-Shows for DUI Sentencing ... Lands In More Hot Water

Published | Updated

Erik Cowie, the former 'Tiger King' head zookeeper, might have gotten himself in more trouble after failing to appear for sentencing in his DUI case ... this according to law enforcement.

We’re told Cowie no-showed in court this week where he was scheduled to be sentenced after previously entering a guilty plea last month for driving under the influence.

Our sources say Cowie was likely looking at just a year probation, fines and fees and a potential alcohol education program for his sentence -- as is customary in Oklahoma for first-time DUI offenders -- but his no-show could change that.

The maximum sentence is up to a year in county jail ... and we're told that's back on the table. After Cowie failed to appear, the judge issued a bench warrant for his arrest and set his bond at $2,500.

We broke the story ... Cowie was busted after cops say he was driving drunk and crashed into another car on an interstate highway. Fortunately, nobody was hurt in the crash.
