When The Beatles officially called it quits in 1970, there were several signs along the way the boys weren't getting along ... including a harsh letter to Paul's lawyer signed by John, George and Ringo.

Now that document can be yours ... if you have a big stack of cash to spare.

The letter, dated April 18, 1969, informs Lee Eastman that he's "not authorized to act or to hold yourself out as the attourney or legal representative of 'The Beatles.'" It goes on to acknowledge Eastman reps Paul McCartney personally ... but that's it.

This document's signed by John Lennon, Richard Starkey (aka Ringo) and George Harrison ... and it's currently on sale for $325k.

There's another letter up for grabs too -- signed by the entire Fab Four -- that's a little more friendly. It's from January 1969 and confirms that attorney John Eastman is authorized to handle the band's contract negotiations "in accordance with our instructions." This one's for sale for $225k.

If you don't know ... a few months after the April letter, John privately informed the other Beatles he was leaving the group. The split wasn't made public until April 10, 1970, though ... when Paul announced he was out.

JWoww's estranged husband says she has painted him as a monster and a woman beater -- which he strongly denies -- but he's willing to call a truce and give her a hug ... for the good of their children.

Roger Mathews shared a lengthy letter online Saturday morning titled, "A Message to Jenni," in which he rehashed their recent turmoil and responded to her allegations this week that he's been abusive to her on multiple occasions.

Mathews says he's extremely saddened the 2 have not been able to find a better way to handle their differences but also slams JWoww for deliberately trying to using her platform to destroy his life. He also blames her getting a restraining order on him for hurting his relationship with their son.

As for the abuse allegations ... Roger admits to pushing her and says he takes responsibility for it but claims Jenni was the aggressor and edited out her violent behavior. As we reported, she shared a video of what looks like Mathews throwing her to the ground.

Despite Mathews recently vowing to take legal action against JWoww, he ends his letter by pleading with her to "stop the madness" and work things out for their kids.

He says ... "We are both assholes. Let’s raise our kids better. I want to help you. Please try and help me. We need each other. Not in the way we once did but this madness has to stop. Own your truths as I have owned mine. Work with me and I will work with you. A part of me will always love you. I had to clear my name. I can help you clear yours too. I know all the good things you’ve done in your life as well as knowing the bad. Let's make the necessary changes for our children. I will if you will. I want you to be happy and I deserve to be happy as well. Happy parents make for happy kids. We owe them this. I be willing to give you a hug at the end of the day today as a truce offering."

Cardi B and Offset are showing all the signs of a couple deeply in love (all over again) ... sharing smiles and giggles on FaceTime.

Cardi touched down at LAX Thursday with a big grin on her face and her phone in hand. The person on the other end? Offset! Our photog spotted the Migos rapper on Cardi's screen and asked who it was ... Cardi's response ... "My significant other."

TMZ broke the story ... Cardi's planning on moving back in with Offset in their Atlanta home. She hasn't been back to the crib since December.

You'll remember, Cardi -- very publicly -- split with her husband at the end of 2018 ... but the couple has been on the mend ever since, celebrating Christmas together as a family and taking a wild ride in Puerto Rico.

Channing Tatum's ditching the bachelor life by parting with his rented pad -- which might not scream "single" from the outside, but on the inside it's definitely an untethered man's dream.

Channing was renting this charming, colonial-style home in the San Fernando Valley between November and January in the aftermath of his split from Jenna Dewan last year.

We're told this was Channing's second crash pad -- he initially rented in L.A.'s Mandeville Canyon for 6 months. The Valley spot didn't come cheap either. Our sources say he shelled out a whopping $25k every month. Not quite Bieber rental prices, but still.

The 2-story, 5-bedroom crib has all the bells and whistles a single dude might want -- sweet pool out back, private movie theater, game room, sports court, dual-purpose office, and guest house. There's also an area that can easily be converted into a wine cellar or recording studio.

We're told Channing moved out a few days ago to snap up something more permanent.

We don't know where he's moving, but we'd bet his new GF, Jessie J, has the address, and maybe even keys ... if that's still going on.

Tyrese is furious that his ex-wife left their daughter with a friend while Mom was out of town -- and now she's gotta explain herself or a judge is going to punish her.

In a new court filing, obtained by TMZ, Tyrese claims his ex, Norma Gibson, left the country for a few days in early January while their daughter, Shayla, was supposed to be in her custody. Tyrese says Norma pawned the kid off to a classmate for a one-night sleepover, while she jetted off to Trinidad.

Presumably, that means Norma left Shayla with a friend on her final day of custody ... because Tyrese says Shayla was back under his care the following day.

He says he learned about the sleepover after the fact -- without a heads-up from Norma -- and claims that by doing what she did, Norma violated a court order from 2014 that gives him the right of first refusal in this type of situation.

Translation ... if you're leaving town without our kid, you have to let me know first. A judge already said so.

Tyrese is also pissed about alleged old social media posts that he unearthed from 2017 that feature Shayla, which he says is another violation of their previous court order.

A judge granted Tyrese's request -- and now, Norma must appear in court to justify her actions. If she doesn't, she risks being held in contempt of the court ... and having to pay Tyrese's legal and attorney fees.

Tisha Campbell-Martin claims her estranged husband has been abusive for years ... alleging he flew into a violent rage as recently as last month.

The "Martin" star filed for a restraining order against Duane Martin ... alleging he once punched her in the chest with a closed fist. In the docs, she says in December, Duane "grabbed me by my arm to try to get me in the bedroom." She claims she filed a police report in January about multiple alleged physical altercations.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Duane started physically, emotionally and mentally abusing Tisha at the start of their marriage in 1996. She says he berated her about her weight and inability to land roles because of it.

As for why she's speaking now ... Tisha says, "I can no longer live in fear of retaliation ... the need [to] press criminal charges for his acts overshadows the embarrassment of making his crimes against me public through this report."

Ya can't cheat on someone if you're not together anymore ... that's what Victoria's Secret model Josie Canseco is saying after getting tips about Mike Stud hooking up with chicks behind her back.

Here's what we know ... Josie began dating Stud in 2015. He put her in one of his music videos (wearing nothing but a bra and panties, straight FIRE!).

Josie's dad, Jose Canseco, famously threatened to shoot Mike if he mistreated his daughter -- but they eventually all hung out and got along.

But, the couple hit a rough patch in 2018 and after trying to work things out, they eventually decided it was best to part ways.

The split was pretty quiet -- so when people saw Mike getting close with other women, they started messaging Josie, thinking the rapper was being unfaithful.

But, Josie says that's just not the case -- explaining to her fans, "We've been split for a while now n to not worry!"

"Nothing but love for him always."

Meanwhile, Josie is 22-years-old and one of the top models in the world.

She won't have any issues finding a new guy ... if and when she chooses to do so.

Robert Herjavec's personal customer satisfaction rating is higher for Jeff Bezos' company than Elon Musk's, so for that reason ... he gives Jeff the edge on making it to Mars first.

We got the "Shark Tank" star outside the Staples Center and asked who he'd be more willing to invest in for the next great space race. Robert tells us he used to have a Tesla, and he's had many Amazon deliveries, and based on his experience ... point Bezos.

Speaking of Amazon, Herjavec has thoughts on how its founder's pending divorce will affect the shareholders. He doesn't think much will change for now, but says the situation will impact how boards of huge companies do business in the future.

Cardi B wants to return to the way things were ... before her split with Offset.

The rapper shared a screenshot Tuesday morning of a FaceTime chat with her husband -- who she split with in December -- and their daughter, Kulture. She captioned it ... "I wanna go home."

As you know, Offset's been very public about his desire to reconcile with Cardi, but she hasn't been as forthcoming ... other than announcing how much she misses his penis. It seems she's longing for some family time with him now, though.

Of course, the couple have been together since their split -- including a jet ski-riding vacation in Puerto Rico -- and we broke the story ... they were working on fixing their marriage in 2019, with Offset vowing to change his ways and be faithful and honest with her.

Still, Cardi hadn't given any clear indicators she was fully on board with the plan ... until now.

Future didn't need a diss track to unleash his true feelings about Ciara and Russell Wilson -- he just came right out and said she's controlling ... and he's weak.

The rapper was interviewed by his friend Big Bank Black Thursday night for Beats 1 radio and took some shots at his ex ... starting off by claiming she introduced their son, Future Jr., to Wilson before he gave it his blessing.

Future then blasted the Seahawks QB by declaring Ciara controls him, saying ... "He do exactly what she tell him to do."

Future seems to especially have a problem with Wilson allowing Ciara to talk trash about him on social media. Future says, "He not being a man in that position ... he not tellin' her, 'Chill out with that on the Internet. Don't even talk to him. I'm your husband! You better not even bring Future's name up.'"

It sounds a tad hypocritical, but Future says if he was in Wilson's position, he'd have more control over his girl ... and wouldn't let her publicly slam an ex.

We broke the story ... Ciara wants a mediator in her ongoing custody battle with Future to help hash our their son's travel schedule. She claims Future hasn't been the best dad -- allegedly breaking scheduled visits fairly often -- and tends to hand their kid off instead of spending much time with him.

Ciara didn't just make these claims on social media either ... it's all in legal docs.

Ariana Grande's "7 Rings" drops Friday ... and we're told Ariana and Co. expect the song will become an anthem for female empowerment ... with more than a mention of retail therapy as a cure for breakups.

Sources involved in the recording say "7 Rings" wasn't just a random song title ... the name was inspired by something that happened shortly after her breakup with Pete Davidson. Ariana went out with her girls on a shopping spree, meandered into a jewelry store and bought 7 engagement rings for her friends.

One verse goes like this ...

The lyrics also reference her breakups -- just like "Thank U, Next"

"7 Rings" is Ariana's first single since releasing "Thank U, Next" ... and her people think the new song will do at least as well as its predecessor.

We're told the song will also feature a new music video.

1/17 -- According to the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Helders says he and Breana split at the end of October. He's asking for joint legal and physical custody of their daughter. In the docs, Helders says they've mutually agreed to not pay each other spousal support.

Arctic Monkeys drummer Matt Helders is calling it quits on his marriage ... we've learned he just filed for divorce from his wife.

Matt filed docs Wednesday to divorce his wife Breana McDow Helders, after just over two years of marriage. The couple got hitched in Italy back in June 2016. They have a 3-year-old daughter, Amelia Darling, together. It's unclear what led to the split.

Matt and Breanna started dating way back in 2011, and they got engaged in 2013 before tying the knot in Europe.

Matt is one of the founding members of the indie rock band, and he's recorded six studio albums with the Arctic Monkeys. The band has also been nominated for five Grammy Awards.

Anna Faris is such a cool ex-wife ... she offered to officiate Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger's wedding!!

Anna talked a little bit about her ex-hubby on her "Anna Faris is Unqualified" podcast Tuesday and revealed she and Chris were texting the morning after he asked Katherine to marry him (spoiler alert: she said yes!!!).

Anna congratulated the new couple ... saying they're "f***ing" amazing together. Not that she had to remind anyone, but Anna says there's zero bitterness following her divorce with Chris. Matter of fact ... Anna says she reminded Chris she's an ordained minister and also joked about planning the wedding.

She didn't stop there ... Anna also said she'd be down to have Chris and Katherine on the podcast. They've all been chummy for a while ... no one will forget their Halloween outing.

As we reported ... Chris posted a photo Monday morning with the caption, "Sweet Katherine, so happy you said yes! I'm thrilled to be marrying you. Proud to live boldly in faith with you. Here we go!"

"90 Day Fiance" star Colt Johnson told cops Larissa Dos Santos Lima downed half a bottle of pills and threatened to kill herself before getting arrested.

TMZ broke the story ... Larissa was arrested for battery last week after she allegedly attacked Colt, punching him in the mouth and inflicting injuries upon herself. According to the police report -- obtained by TMZ -- Larissa got mad at Colt, accusing him of cheating after she discovered he'd purchased porn.

Cops say Colt told them Larissa became enraged, and emptied her bottle of antidepressants -- which was half full -- swallowed the pills and locked herself in the bathroom. She also punched Colt in the mouth.

According to Larissa, she locked herself into the bathroom to defuse the situation and took a shower. She told cops during her shower, Colt was playing with the lights and continued to annoy her by touching her inappropriately. Larissa also claimed Colt grabbed her by the hair and pinned her to the ground.

After talking with both Colt and Larissa, cops discovered Larissa had been busted for domestic violence twice in the last 6 months. They also determined she'd inflicted scratch marks on herself.

The explosive fight between "90 Day Fiance" stars Colt Johnson and Larissa Dos Santos Lima led to bloody faces for both and her being arrested, then he capped it off by calling it quits on their marriage ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs ... Colt filed for divorce from Larissa Friday in Nevada, just hours after she was arrested for domestic battery. The volatile couple wed just seven months ago ... and it was her third arrest on domestic violence charges.

Colt's mom reportedly paid the divorce filing fee.

As we reported ... cops responded to a call from Larissa Thursday night after the 2 had a fight, and determined scratches she had on her stomach appeared to be self-inflicted. After talking to both of them, they decided to arrest her based on the evidence and her history.

She was held on a $3,000 bond.

The arrest followed Larissa and a '90 Day Fiance' blogger sharing a series of disturbing videos and posts early Friday chronicling the couple's bizarre night ... which allegedly stemmed from an argument when she discovered Colt had purchased porn.

Rae Sremmurd is no more ... at least that's what one half of the hip-hop duo's suggesting.

Slim Jxmmi dropped some disheartening Twitter bombs on fans of the "Black Beatles" rappers Saturday morning, including 3 he later deleted implying he's parting ways with his brother, Swae Lee.

One said, "Y'all won it's a wrap," while another was even more telling, with Slim saying ... "I'm not Rae Sremmurd I'm slim jxmmi and ima sink or swim by myself."

Jxm also boasted he'd bought his mom a home off the money he made from his own work ... which is a tweet he actually left up.

The 2 have both done recent solo work but confirmed they have a new album coming out in early 2019 ... called "SremmLife4."

This isn't the first time there have been rumors of a breakup, but they've denied them in the past and maintained all was well between the siblings. It seems like it could be different this time.

Interesting note -- the last time we heard from the rappers was last week when they were in New Zealand, but only Jxmmi was seen ... getting involved in a bloody street brawl.
